receiving a report of a suspicious
individual attempting to enter Vehicles
outside the building the suspect Rebecca
Nicholls had been released earlier that
day after being arrested for multiple
counts of bail jumping due to violations
of her GPS
restrictions as the officers approached
Nicholls outside the courthouse they
observed her talking to two people when
the officers tried to engage with her
Nichols refused to stop or comply with
their instructions she insisted that she
was not doing anything wrong and clearly
resisted the officer's efforts to detain
her which escalated the situation no

continually argued with the jail staff
and was taken to a booking cell despite
being told to comply she resisted and
refused to change clothes forcing the
staff to use physical restraint I know

finally able to calm her down and
complete the inspection
