Michael Yo with the Bernard's Township Police Department was dispatched to the Exxon gas station at 545 Martinville wrote on a report of a 2023 Dodge Durango that had struck a light pole After exiting the eastbound ramp of Interstate 78 according to the report the vehicle had stuck on the concrete median and was stuck for several minutes until a passer by on the exit ramp assisted the driver out of the vehicle and a gas station attend and moved her car into the Martinsville Exon parking area Corporal you arrived on scene at 9:30 5 p.m. an made contact with the gas station attendant who informed him that the woman did not seem injured but definitely Under the Influence he then made contact with the driver of the Dodge Durango who was identified as 34-year-old niicole up man hey how you doing found guilty you have no lead right to have an attorney physician or anyone else present for the purpose of taking the breath samples of no legal right to refuse to give or delay giving samples of your breath any response that is idious or conditional in any respect that you provide breast samples be treated as a refusal to submit the breath testing if you agree to take the test but then don't follow the instructions don't test or do not provide sufficient breast samples You' be charged with refusal to submit to a breath testing I repeat the law requires you to submit the samples of your breath for testing will you submit to the samples to know what the hell okay it was all right so your answer is not acceptable the law requires you to submit the S of your breath for breath testing if
