what I want to see here is the officer
taking a good safe position by his
vehicle the dog technically should be
keyed up on the first guy coming out
dogs are basically lazy even though they
are high drive dogs and when I say
they're basically lazy what that means
is why should I run all the way down
there to bite that guy when I can bite
this guy standing right here so if
you're my backup and I have my dog right
here why should I chase after that guy
when I could just bite you so the driver
comes out puts his hands on he's
compliant if the dog hits the driver
then you fail that exercise
