went here and I tried turn around try to
go like on River Road cuz I didn't
really know where I was but then I
realized where I was and then I was
going to go straight but then I kind of
got stuck here and then I realized it
was not a flat area it was a ditch

woman later identified as Claire 23
sitting behind the wheel of the stranded
vehicle Claire appeared confused and
showed clear signs of intoxication she
explained that she was stuck and needed
help but could not provide a clear
explanation of how she ended up in this
situation the police asked her to step
out of the car for further investigation

handcuffed and placed in the police car

officers and demanding they retrieve her
belongings from the car including her
phone skateboard and other personal

$3,025 and release while awaiting the
