during the stop police discovered a gun
hidden under the suspect Regina's coat
despite being instructed not to reach
for the weapon she reflexively moved her
hand toward an action that posed a
potential danger although officers
repeatedly asked her to surrender the
weapon Regina engaged in unnecessary
arguments and I was willing to
compromise with you but you're not
willing to compromise you want it what
is the Compromise I am willing to put it
on the dash or even to allow you to put
it on the dash I am not willing to allow
you to remove it from my vehicle
