officers went through to collect
evidence of the suspect's intoxication
she was not charged with any crimes
related to driving while
intoxicated according to court documents
the suspect was instead charged with
resisting an officer and threatening a
law enforcement officer we let you out
of the J be coopera with us her charge
of resisting arrest was read in but
dismissed in return for her pleading
guilty to the charge of threatening an
officer for which she will serve 13
months in jail 18 months extended
supervision and an additional two years
of probation in addition to over $500 in
fines and court fees proving once again
that calling a ride home is always worth
it
