no good gu burning me prepare for a wild ride as we explore the madness of psycho Karen where our outrageous action spiral into a collision course with the law a routine traffic stopped turned volatile as officers arrested arrest to the woman following the tense confrontation initially stopped for lacking proof of insurance which she claimed was valid but under her mother's friend's name tensions Rose when officers uncovered for suspended R's license what could have been a straightforward matter quickly spiraled into chaos Police Department I pulled you over here cuz it shows you don't have insurance on the car what I have my insurance right here on my phone okay you got your ID for me sweetheart hey you got your ID for me no sir I don't can you call on other line for me please show that I don't [Music] have what your last name H Griffin Griffin what's your what's your first name Arana I all right let me check on this I'll be right back okay all right throughout the exchange the woman became increasingly agitated protesting that she was being unfairly treated the police officer's actions including grabbing and restraining the woman were met with resistance and accusations of rough handling you okay no you're making me nervous why am I making you nervous CU you are how am I making you nervous what's going on you said that there's no insurance on my car and there's insurance on my car just in it's in somebody else's name it's just in my mama's friend name okay what's your who's who's your mama's friend her name is Kenisha Cooper Kenisha Cooper we always roll two to two to whatever we do okay right you don't have to why is you you don't have to PR me like this why the woman who repeatedly argued that she was being treated harshly due to her gender kicked one officer leading to a charge of felony obstruction despite her claims of mistreatment the officers continue their actions including searching your vehicle and confiscating personal belongings such as her person phones why are y'all being robbed you don't have to do that all you have to do is bro I'm not resisting oh my God why is y'all doing this to me mom please why is y'all ridiculous I'm not a dude I'm a girl oh my [ __ ] god an insurance issue turned volatile when the discovery of the woman's suspended license shifted the tone of the encounter her attempts to involve her mother soon dissolved into anxious emotional outbursts was this a moment of overwhelming Panic or an intentional effort to avoid the inevitable get off of me you got FY obstruction she kicked me then you st here ring me up you have how you doing ma'am touching her phone because it's in the car you don't need to be touching my daughter's phone well your daughter's going to jail one for for felony obstruction driving on suspended license D sending body down in 5 seconds not telling the instruction for what cuz she kicked my officer body went down have a good day ma'am [Music] hey and she lied to me told me she didn't have her IDE the officer's restraint techniques however sparked complaints from the woman who claimed she was being roughly handled and unfairly targeted she repeatedly insisted that she wasn't resisting arrest and that the police officers were being unnecessarily rough due to to her gender the woman's arguments grow louder as she accuses the officers of withholding information about her arrest and threatens legal action her complaints of aggressive treatment particularly by male officers add another layer of tension is this a plea for fairness or a calculated attempt to shift the narrative talk to me I'm not talking to you cuz you didn't talk to me you rucked me up you treated me like I'm yes you did you didn't I know is and I'm going to sue you and I'm going to sue both of y'all cuz you had no right to do that you could have talked to me is what you could have did no you did not you asked me to step out the car when you asked me to step out the car you could have told me what I'm going to jail for instead you wait until your friend pulled up and then when he pulled up you literally grabbed me as if I was a dude to you I'm not a dude I'm a whole lady that's y'all problem now y'all want to be [ __ ] racist instead of trying to PE treat people the way that you supposed to be treating them you you signed up for this how is you going to jail you sign up because you R me up start ding away from us I didn't even do anything you knew what was going on you didn't warn me about nothing you could have just said Miss Griffin I'm taking you to jail cuz you don't you have suspended driver license you didn't ask me what happened the woman demands medical attention claiming she is having difficulty breathing she also accuses the officers of searching her car and belongings without permission officer sees her person phone continuing to process her arrest and your ass going to get [ __ ] sued then you searching my car with without no [ __ ] War yeah you're definitely going to get sued yeah you just want to talk to her she's in my rear compartment right there she said she was having trouble breathing cuz she was forcing herself to have a panic attack and hyperventilate now she's breathing just fine cuz she was just screaming at me mov there all right I counted 122 and ones okay you can put it back in my it's going with us well right now it's going to go with you it's not going found out of my inside of my vehicle you left inside of my car well no I can't not $122 why not that's where it my is there your phone's coming with us too okay what about my first I'll grab you first and then this case illustrates the legal and personal risks involved when a woman when assaults law enforcement resisting arrest as shown in the following example can turn manageable situations into preventable disasters in an unsettling incident at a major airport a woman's refusal to comply with security and staff led to a removal from a flight a confrontation with the police and eventual arrest the incident caught on camera highlights the escalation that can occur when individuals resist Authority and cause disturbances in public spaces they're Bor in Pre board and I told him you can't take them down she's using obscene language she still cursing back and forth and then she going to ride a e and should take pictures are they flying yeah are they still flying the one the ra okay why is she still flying if she exactly so I want I want her off okay you understand you're not flying right you she same okay yeah she's telling you right now the woman accused of offensive language and taking photos in a restricted airport area refused to leave when asked her anger escalated into demands for a supervisor leading to police intervention was this Defiance for a misunderstanding to her I was in my phone with my I'm playing with my mom yeah she still talking to me and I anything to her go get another supervisor she you that's not because you said we on the phone all I told her on the phone you're you're going to end up getting arrested for dress she took you off the plane and I'm telling you you're not flying what did I say wrong to you it's a question what did I say wrong to her as airport staff tried to escort her off the flight the woman loudly questioned why insisting she'd been given no explanation claiming innocence she argued she was only on her phone but her escalating hostility told a different story despite clear warning warnings about trespassing and potential arrest her Defiance persisted amplifying the tension was this a misunderstanding or a refusal to account y'all going make me y play for what though y'all didn't even explain to why why I can't ride because she said something to her but that's something with customer service once I tell you you got to go you got to go she never said to me so that's why I'm not I told you I told you plenty of times over there that you're not flying and but you never said why why are we still here because you never said why why don't say why and she said you're not flying but nobody say why she never said let's go exactly find out why because I never said nothing to her okay well he's going to find out why because she never said it to me my conversation and I ain't say nothing but she want to talk to you so I don't understand how I got in okay but we do understand when I told you to leave and I told you let's go and I was going to trespassing and you still told me you're all right with that so let's go what did she say why how was I to do that how she over right to how she over my right she in my all I told to exit terminal otherwise you're going to go to jail stop looking at your phone and turn around and walk away let's go come on y got to leave the way we don't know where we're going that's the exit right there the atmosphere grew increasingly charged as airport security and police stepped in to address the escalating standoff despite repeated warnings of arrest as for trespassing efforts to deescalate were met with resistance as she demanded explanations and resisted being escorted fueling the already T stoping me it I know down we going to be okay stop stop we going to be okay I know it's going to be okay got get you look at me look at me calm down look at me calm look at me we going to be okay calm down we going to be okay they can't do nothing us listen to your friend I got you we right here together we know I don't want you to take me please let me go please you been s calm down don't touch her don't me youing on me you don't care they don't so why is she getting arrested cuz I already told her that no you not come here excuse me turn around put your hand behind your back telling you what no you're not you're going to I already told calm down I'm not resist when the woman continued to resist the police had no choice but to proceed with the arrest she was charged with trespassing and despite her protest was taken into custody throughout the ordeal the woman maintained that she hadn't said anything offensive and that the arrest was unjust I got to pack you down make sure you don't got nothing in on she's got a che stop check before I don't have nothinga get ARR that's some stupid [ __ ] don't ever tell me that relax get arrested this [ __ ] stupid this [ __ ] do me talking to her this even have nothing to me nothing to do with me I even talk to her nothing at all nothing that's why [ __ ] stupid L people you never ask why you you never as why I tell you cuz they said you flying that's all you need why and didn't do [ __ ] but I didn't do [ __ ] my friend was talking on her phone she said talk to my friend understand but they don't have to tell us I say [ __ ] to her that's my whole point her it's the point cuz I was with her that's point they don't have to tell us nothing these cases underscore the critical need to respect law enforcement and avoid actions that threaten Public Safety they serve as a reminder of the serious consequences of assaulting police officers and resisting arrest share your thoughts in the comments and don't forget to subscribe for more insightful updates thank you for your support I know I am don't worry you guys are the please don't pleas don't please [ __ ] He's to kill me oh my God 5 to 51 accustom on January 8th 2024 a routine traffic collision investigation in a Florida Walmart parking lot spiraled into chaos culminating in a woman's arrest for multiple serious charges including resisting an officer with violence and grabbing a police firearm you broke your hand how time go shopping I Tire below then lock all right hang tight for me where how did you blow your officers from the local police department arrived at a Walmart parking lot in response to a call reporting a minor collision between two vehicles the drivers involved included a Canadian man and his wife who were visiting the area upon arrival officers conducted a preliminary assessment of the situation noting that the incident caused minor damage to the vehicles involved did you hit a curb or something or is this your truck yeah yes okay let's see they hit me here this there's my step thing that was here okay and we're from Canada so I'm not sure how this looks how this works it's never happened to me before so it's not a so traffic crashes are uh civil they're not criminal so there's a few different ways we go we can go go about it pretty much is drivers exchange information everyone exchanges information all together while the officer spoke with the man they noted minor damage to the vehicles and began Gathering the necessary documentation however suspicions arose about the man's sobriety as his behavior suggested he might be under the influence of drugs or alcohol the lead officer called for backup to ensure the situation could be handled thoroughly and safely I need a police report for my insurance okay well they're going to say that cuz they want to raise your rates that's what they always say because I'm we want them ra how much do you have to pay if it's if it's a deductible then it it's still attaches the insurance their insurance will still go up but we don't know what our deductible I'm I can't pay you cash they want to know but you we have the best insurance but would you pay for without going through Insurance you would have to pay for it without going through Insurance who yeah why are you with him that's why all right then we're going to stop then we're going to stop because what's going to happen is that the trash is going to get worked and then I'm going to evaluate him on a separate level okay so what no for what this is my scene let's get that right right now go wait in the car I'm not going to deal with you at being disrespectful to me I'm not being disrespectful then go wait in the car she freaking out she doesn't want got a broken rist something he's he doesn't is that license registration and insurance yes is it his license just hang on to that for a second all right I I have no phone that's why I'm here what do you need so I need a phone because I'm not going to let anybody oh my lawyer is not I don't care I really don't CR are civil I'm going to evaluate for him D in a second don't worry you can it I know I am don't worry you guys are at theault vehicle here during this time the man's wife became increasingly agitated she interrupted the officer's efforts to manage the scene questioning their Authority and instructions when directed to return to her vehicle she refused her agitation escalating into verbal altercations with the officers please having arm my gun again don't you grab my again oh my God I didn't you grab your you were just grabbed on my gun shut your mouth get John withc wire get my wire come on please get get him out of here out of here momy oh my god oh I'm please get off me I can't breathe let me just to give a quick I'm going to [ __ ] my pants [ __ ] he had search anything you were in trouble Paul joh Maguire right now all right as the officers worked to determine whether the man was impaired the woman's confrontational Behavior intensified she accused the officers of mishandling the situation made demands for immediate legal representation and refused to comply with multiple commands her behavior became so disruptive that the officers decided to separate her from the scene to disate tensions have a seat man take it I I'm going to hospital right now okay said back of the Walmart this is the front of the Walmart that's the back of Walmart she kept coming back and I'm trying to ENT so I told the guy I was like listen you're detained cuz I think you're under the influence cuz he's he's been sitting there going like this where's the guy he came out because she was getting too crazy pleas oh my God I I'll going to [ __ ] Hospital what what do you need to go to the hospital for have heart disease all right I have my head take me to the h Michael Michael I am I know my history please so what's your name it's yours can't go with her you do the crash part for me and I'll do the Criminal part this is the black vehicle okay V3 okay so she was driving or he was driving he was driving he was behind the wheel when I got here allegedly doing no no no I actually saw him and then she just kept getting in the way so yeah yeah I got what began as verbal resistance quickly turned physical as officers attempted to detained the woman for obstructing their investigation she resisted arrest and during the scuffle reached for the firearm holstered on one of the officers this action dramatically heightened the danger of the situation prompting immediate and decisive action from the officers despite her continued resistance they successfully subdued her and placed her in custody help me please hey [ __ ] can anybody fing hear me hello hello I seriously have heart attack and broke my arm get me to the hospital now get my lawyer on a goddamn phone oh my God I'm I'm really having a heart attack dude a no mind they're on the way they're on the way they're flying and I want my my lawyer and I want my belongings because you have no right I was just trying to help him I was got the camera to film you I told you I told no don't worry no no no no you don't do that a woman there's nothing wrong with us I just woke up is that okay ma'am being a woman doesn't have anything to do with it it doesn't when you're when your husband has nothing to do with it get me an ambulance and John they're on the way uh she uh this one she's back here in my car he doesn't realize I have heart failure okay please please take me he broke my arm he no I need J I'm Bo relax for a minute stay in the car I know I'm going to check you out he's a Jer okay he's a I'm at him figuring alcohol too or just drugs I thought he was drunk or high at first cuz he was doing the shakes and you can see like he definitely he hit the curb or something cuz you got a perfect blowout on his tire while being detained the woman continued to yell claiming medical conditions such as heart failure and demanding an ambulance she accused the officers of using excessive force and insisted on contacting her lawyer despite her claims officers maintained their focus ensuring the situation was under control and addressing any potential medical concerns with paramedics on the scene the woman's actions during the investigation led to multiple serious charges under Florida law she was charged with resisting an officer with violence a third degree felony under Florida Statutes 843.svg toward law enforcement additionally office offers discovered drug paraphernalia in her possession resulting in a charge under Florida Statutes 893.147 a first deegree misdemeanor carrying penalties of up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine furthermore she was found to have prescription drugs without proper authorization a third degree felony under Florida Statutes 893.13 six a with similar penalties to those for resisting an officer her attempt to grab an officer's firearm while not resulting in additional charges heightened the danger of the situation and underscored the seriousness of her actions this case highlights the importance of mutual respect and cooperation with law enforcement to ensure Public Safety and order a daring to the law is crucial in creating a just and harmonious Society where everyone can feel secure what are your thoughts on this situation share them with us in the comments below and don't forget to subscribe for more informative and engaging content thank you for watching and for your continued support he's in charge here okay I had money in my account and now I don't where is your residence for right now right there 130 which card you coming in the red car okay well that's help right money back yeah on April 4th 2024 Florida police received an emergency call from a local pizza restaurant the restaurant staff reported that a woman had refused to pay for her meal prompting officers to quickly arrive at the scene to handle the situation did we get this figured out no we did I need my boyfriend pay my bill and there my phone doesn't have Wi-Fi in let take this outside sorry my dad did 44 years doesn't matter it does matter I had money in my account and now I don't he's in my phone to make money okay you have to take me to jail okay so you're not going to pay your bill no I'm going to pay my bill if I have my phone I where's your phone in the bar probably in my bag or sometimes it vanishes cuz God just does that [ __ ] to me that I'm confused how are you going to pay your bill with your phone I'm going to ask people on Facebook to pay my bill Morgan Wallen he does he does do that sit here well we can wait out here for do you have a driver's license yes I do where's that in there so you I had money in my account are we going to pay the bill today I want to not with asking Morgan wall okay upon arrival the officers approached the woman to clarify the situation she explained that her phone had no Wi-Fi connection thus preventing her from paying for the meal she displayed confusion and frustration at being unable to resolve the issue when the police asked her to pay on the spot the woman continued to make excuses mentioning that she had lost her phone and was facing several unclear Financial issues my dad your dad needs nothing to be completely honest I know NYPD cops hate you guys too that's fine it doesn't matter that he's NYPD or not your dad is not anywhere my mom can pay my bill if we I went to her house to try to get it okay is your mom willing to come here and pay your bill right now yes if you call her okay if you call her she's not going to there 130 which car did you come here in in the red car use it perfect the woman continued to mention that her father was a former police officer possibly thinking that this could help her get out of trouble when asked to pay the woman also claimed that several other people including her mother and ex-boyfriend would pay for her but it seemed that the officer's patience with the woman had run out what's your I'm sorry I can she's sitting here trying to come up with all this stuff about how she wants to try to get the so we're we don't have to she she she walked here like she walked with no car and then she drove off in that Marine car so it must someone had to drop like I was like either she's a magician she's a movie star that's just trying to cause trouble for PR like I don't know what I just can't read it all and I'm like I got you she can't pay her bill after taking statements from the store owner they confirmed the woman's actions and decided to arrest her it should be noted that in some cases particularly minor violations the store owner and the Violator can resolve the issue civil without police intervention this could include the Violator compensating for the damages or apologizing in this case the store owner reported it to the police and wanted to handle it criminally okay Help Me Right M back yeah in prison you do you're going to jail right now for defrauding an inke keeper I did it before you're failing to pay your bill I'm not failing to pay my bill I need my bag so I can make some phone calls and my pizza and my meal no you're not taking that they don't take food in jail you now I'm not going to get that would have been bad do you have anything on you that's going to go into the a knife okay should get my bag so I can call my dad you give be my Bill she's going to be 10:15 my friend my mom I'm not a deer this [ __ ] happens to me all the time your older friend know me so you said you have a a knife up your yes I do you want to come get it no I didn't think so [ __ ] okay seeing that the woman had no intention of paying immediately and did not offer any specific solution the officers decided to arrest her at this point the woman once again invoked her father's Authority but of course the police did not care in this case the act itself may not constitute a separate offense however if the behavior is seen as intentionally obstructing police work or applying undue pressure the woman could be charged with resisting an officer under statute 8 143.000 two which is a first-degree misdemeanor additionally if the woman's words are considered a threat to pressure the police into not performing their duties this Behavior could be considered extortion or threats under statute 83605 with penalties including fines imprisonment and probation depending on the severity of the ACT oh you look so pretty I was going to my boyfriend's house but he I didn't want to Prett to go to well I I was at the pub waiting for him to come get come on who's you said you got some up there no I don't I was kidding okay not something to joke about I got to kind of check yeah not going to yeah I'm not going to do a whole um I was kiding before she does that let me ask you I just talked to your mom on the phone and she said that you didn't pay your bill at some bar last night no because this happens to me all the time well if you didn't have money I did have money I have 7.5 million all right he's just he asked he's being an [ __ ] no he's asking you a question this my dad did 44 years in the NYPD I did 20 years in the NYPD okay so I'm retired no you're not do you have anything up your hooa no God I don't want to look I know I don't I can't even just at least do a pat down I I can't a thing because my legs are stuck cuz they're chubby You're athletic you're not chubby and don't call us chubby woman all right just put your stomach up there your dress is so cute yeah thank you all right I need my bag go ahead we're going to get it but go ahead while being arrested the woman insisted that she could pay after contacting someone else she also insulted an officer requiring a female officer's intervention before they could take her to the police station the woman was arrested for defrauding an inkeeper under Florida statute 9151 this statute criminalizes obtaining food lodging or other services with the intent to defraud the provider this can be considered a second deegree misdemeanor or a third degree felony depending on the value of the services and goods this story reminds us of the importance of responsibility and honesty refusing to pay not only causes inconvenience but also breaks the law leading to Serious consequences using personal reasons or family influence to avoid responsibility is wrong honesty and transparency in Daily transactions not only protect the rights of others but also maintain trust in society let's act responsibly and appropriately to build a trustworthy and Fair Community [Music] so I had fell asleep in the parking lot somebody's walking by saw a little girl sitting looked around no adult around so you know what people do this gu don't no shoes no phone no nothing on September 27th 2023 Florida police responded to a report of a young girl walking alone on the street a man noticed the Barefoot girl wandering and unable to speak English police quickly arrived and found her mother Jennifer I don't even know why she did that if her dad I wanted to ask you that what happened so what happened we found on Southwest Third Street at 41 here here on 41 Sho by by the Light who got a man coming from Walmart there's a neighbor across the way who's his groceries had saw her it was wandering around yeah so I had fell asleep in the parking lot I just told her I was like you know we living in the parking lot I'm going to just sleep here at the school last night yeah then when I woke up I'm like oh [ __ ] I don't have my phone and then the dad was sleeping and I I don't she didn't see him but she was sleeping in the and you know she was sleeping in her and she act thought she didn't see her and um I mean she didn't see him and we lost the cat a couple like weeks ago so I don't know if she went looking for the cat she went looking for me or she thought she was alone at the house but she was not you know what I mean came back you guys came back at 3:00 in the morning yes and I was dead tired and I had to wake up um so you say you left 6:30 in the morning I'm doing your favorite one I'm just call her dad my mom to bring my baby oh okay my mom have to go to work Jennifer admitted she was unsure what had happened and confessed to falling asleep in a parking lot due to exhaustion she explained that this was the first time her daughter had left home alone I mean we just found your daughter in the middle of the roadway by herself UNS supervised in Middle Ag and she was by herself tell of how long until we got her and it took us over an hour just to find where she lived no one reported her Miss no one no one we were out here we knocked literally on every door here excuse me how you guys find whoever I just the door one of your neighbors say hey I know this girl I I've seen her before lives somewhere over there your daughter cannot articulate where she lives she couldn't remember your phone number she can't remember dad's phone number she doesn't have a cell phone there's nothing on her to identify who she is this is very 90 we CH deal with we spoking to him there's a whole gap of time that we have to account for as law enforcement de so I'm just ask you to be a little patient with us and try to communicate as best as can cuz this is very important so again you dropped off the school 6:30 this morning how did you take how did you go to school drive walk take bik the officers emphasize the seriousness of the situation in Jennifer's responsibility to ensure her child's safety they had to knock on doors in the area to identify the child who had no identification phone or shoes you Dr Who who drove she drove I was D I couldn't drive she have a driver license do you have a drive license no that's not I that okay so you fell asleep at the school that's why I was like I'm just going to wait I'm going to go to sleep wait for her so what time she the house can you do me a favor can you walk to the house okay thank you um I can't do the back and forth of her is do the best best to your knowledge okay prior before you leaving the home was your husband awake no he was on medication so he's on medication so there's no other dog in the house I didn't know he was on medication so he just because he went to the hospital I'm I was medication as far as stay sleeping I didn't know that they put him on medication because of the incident that happened yesterday in Miami we went to hospital okay I got you on that no problem he told his nervous right now like I don't know this is Jennifer stated she had taken her older daughter to school early that morning and then slept in her car upon waking she realized she didn't have her phone and hurried home finding her husband asleep due to medication and unaware of the situation crazy that in the middle ofad that's so and we have to account for that and we trying to figure that out by asking these questions knowing that you going to take your daughter to school what before leaving who's responsible for watching her is what I need to know yeah I'm sorry this thing happen so hard okay so you got up to take your daughter to school you didn't have no conversation with her father as far as hey I'm going to go take yeah but I I don't know if he was up or not but I just tell him all right I'll be back like that simple it wasn't like you know what I mean it's like every day and I was like so drowsy cuz what I was thinking CU my um doctor and then I was just like I left I was like oh my God you know I'm just going to stay and wait for her for your daughter to get out of school usually month I think it was a little bit later that's why I said was 7 7 so she drove to Olympic Heights we were going to sit in the car for the next for about 6 to 7 hours no problem any particular reason why you didn't take your cell phone I was I never imagine is that a normal thing no it's not it's not that's why I'm like it's not I always take myself espe I work on myself always myself Jennifer acknowledged she left without clearly discussing with her husband who would ensure their child's safety she intended to sleep until picking up her other child from school without carrying a phone this Behavior demonstrated a lack of responsibility and caution in child care potentially leading to severe consequences this serves as a reminder for parents to discuss and share Child Care responsibilities ensuring not only the child's safety but also Mutual understanding between spouses clear communication is key to safeguarding children's safety and development this is very serious because anything could happened she could have got hit by a car somebody somebody could have taken her no I know without nobody knowing no it is and that's that's why you guys I'm just like you read about these kids and I I love her so much you know what she was literally sitting on the curb sitting sitting on the curb like chilling somebody's walking by saw a
