it is a firstderee felony punishable by
a mandatory minimum of 4 years in
prison, a maximum of 15 years, and a
fine of up to $25,000.
Michaela was charged with three counts
of assaulting a police officer resisting
arrest and was arrested on a previous
warrant. If convicted, she could face
years in prison and a serious criminal
record for assaulting a law enforcement
