and let make sure you're okay with talking to us are you okay with that sure okay um so what all inside the car yours your car my car huh I sure it's my car so everything in there's yours all the tools tools what I can't understand what you're saying I'm saying tools or something tools are you don't know what in there is yours I can't see my system the methamphetamine that was in the car by your seat is that yours yes no who belong to huh okay you been read youres was his I just woke him up at a bed D me over nothing was his you said he found stuff on his side you said you want to talk to us I don't know if you they read you your rights or not yes they do okay and you wish to speak with me huh you say you wish to speak with me yes so not everything in there is his nothing in there is his that's all my tools are mine everything mine that's all my craft I got truck I look at Chuck's Auto okay so what did I find in the tool tool boxes and stuff I don't know you don't know if it's something something that was in there okay when was the last time you used metham me okay you smoke it shoot it okay what else do you use besides [Music] meth okay not besides we I mean at I had prob has cocaine and all hair I'm my shortage because I ground I just pick it up because it's really cool and scoop extends whose n can is that in the cor yeah it's okay thank you thank you for being honest with me I few months ago I was in the hospital decision but um everything is M everything is I just woke him up out bed literally I'm not even going to lie to I was driving I driving too we just swi I madean okay Char he didn't I just woke him up at his bed works hard and then I I guess I'm just piece of [ __ ] he's literally trying to better of his I'm a piece of [ __ ] so he doesn't use at all he doesn't y didn't use together tonight we all didn't use it today together that's not that's uncommon usually do no he woke up at 4:30 all right so the the met that you had in the car how was it was the packaged like was it in a in a bag or something like that something like okay there's no telling it was something I forgot cuz I literally like I don't have anything okay all right give me one second okay okay so I'll so you didn't have it all the tools are huh so you didn't what what you find in there anyways some meth and then uh some pipes and then some rigs how much milk like a little bit some [ __ ] I lost still my fault weed P weed [Music] roaches what's your relationship with what's your relationship you all dating I don't know not anymore so why why do you have all of your stuff in his car I've been work okay what do you do for work I'm an auto I'm auto repair technician I work at CH Auto Repair in Liv I haven't been working fost I didn't work there today I work I'm having a hard time believing you whenever you tell me that all the tools are his because they're not his they're mine I found tools are mine I found stuff with his name on it in the toolbag maybe he writes his name on all my stuff in paintt mark my name too he writes his name on all my stuff and my name on all his stuff how long you known each other years just weird I you don't believe me I mean it's weird that people like write their names on other people's stuff I've never seen that before I I didn't see I didn't see your name on I didn't see your name on or anything tied to you inide didn't of the tool bags really MH there's purses in there cuz I use them to hold my bits yeah I saw this dude can't even change a tire dude he can't change tire that's fine but he's a car okay [Music] um I mean I my boss right now I out that's why I'm cing GRE right now my hand okay that was a lie I don't want to lie to I'm I'm a good roll all righty um on my hand and other mark on my arm there there was uh no 31 lb on her okay all right so based on everything I've gathered from talking to him and you he's going to be going for The Possession it's mine mine where I found it was it's mine on his seat right underneath I was why when we pull driveway I was in D seat and I jumped in the back and I said Lance you jump he jumped over that's why he drove on the wrong side he was literally asleep in passing that's why he was all like driving weird cuz he I literally just woke him up I seen you guys I'm so busy watching whichever one of yall was that passed me that did the U-turn in the re miror that's why I miss my turn please don't that get some dumb [ __ ] I have done that is so not good I'm piece of [ __ ] he didn't he's been doing good I just I don't want my sh well I I feel like that's your intentions to take the ride for him why would I do that because I mean maybe I maybe I would I don't know that's way that's not the situation it's not that man listen he he don't even have money to get Dr and then when we do have drugs he doesn't even get to hold the drugs he doesn't have no drugs close mind when he gets a check I take it he doesn't have [ __ ] he has what [ __ ] I get okay all right well he's still going for cuz constructive possession it's where was at it's not constructive he doesn't even know I had anything I didn't even know had it's something that we miss with and lost so I explain to you what's happening so turn around your friend stay here huh yes she stay okay what's your name Katie Katie want to come out as long as they're cool with uh the vehicle staying here yeah of course put that hand on top your head I know you know come on man I'm telling y'all straight up and Y are justno [ __ ] that right so that's the way constructive possession works I know works you have to prove that he had knowledge it was there and since it was not in plain sight that's not not knowledge no we don't have to prove he had knowledge of it that's not what constructive possession yes it is it's it's knowing that it's there but not having it on you but no is there I've been to prison for constructive a firearm oh there's the bag whatever found the [Music] baggie all right you good I think she's going to bond you out right here something's leaking down there got check check out what that is all right you okay it lping a little bit my knee your
