on October 22nd 2022 police were
dispatched to a residence for a
disturbance between a male and female in
Eau Claire Wisconsin
after Consulting with each individual a
solution was established and everyone
went on their way
a few hours later officers were called
there again to deal with another dispute
between the same two people
the 45 year old female Marissa McFarland
claimed that the male had assaulted her
again
upon arrival officers observed the two
individuals outside arguing
