So, the dog got out, dog dog dog ran over to your neighbor, neighbor ruined stuff. >> Yes. >> Then then what happened later? What happened a little bit after that? I got the dog in and I got a very ugly text message from neighbor and I got upset. And so, because because she put um excrement on my porch before and I was told that if it was able to be washed off, that it wasn't a crime and [clears throat] that it wasn't vandalism and that there was no harm done, I thought it was okay to put something bad on her porch as well. So, I did that. What was that? Yeah, what I mean, what was on her porch? What was on her porch? >> Yeah. What did you put on her porch? Oh, what did I put on her porch? Eggs. Okay, but on her front porch or back porch? On the back porch. And how did you do that? Um well, I threw them off my porch. About how many did you throw? As many as I could find. What would you say, estimate? 12. So, a dozen? Mhm. 12 eggs, a dozen. Mhm. Okay. Right. >> Okay. Awesome. Right. You can turn around, put your hands behind your back, ma'am. Plus, she didn't resist the arrest. She's being arrested for criminal mischief. Didn't happen in our presence, it doesn't have to happen in our presence. I've already researched it. I've already talked to uh my supervisors and I don't know if you knew I had another Yeah. You can put her in the front of the place. It's painful in that car, if you don't mind. I'm I'm adding the I'm adding another handcuff here for just so it's not tightening in her shoulders or anything, sir. >> again, what is the What was the What's the difference in that and the dog crap on here because So, the eggs are in the back and they're being They're just sitting on that deck back there and it's eating the paint. And she's not able to hire anybody to clean it until tomorrow. That's the stupidest [ __ ] I've ever heard. >> Well, Y'all said that the the the the um poop could be washed off. That is the stupidest [ __ ] [ __ ] I've ever heard. I thought y'all said that if it could be washed off, You're not washing it off, ma'am. Okay, it's not up to you to go throwing eggs at your neighbor's back deck because something But but but it's not her but the the crap on ours. That's what I don't understand. So, she could have thrown dog crap over there and it would've been okay? If I'd thought If I'd thrown dog crap, would it have been a better than the eggs? Gentlemen, Y'all said that if it can be washed off, >> remove your necklace for You want to give your necklace to him? Give it to me. Leave it. I'll give you the opportunity to take your take your bracelets off right here as well. You want Y'all said that if it can be washed >> want to remove the bracelets? >> that if it can be washed off, I'd like to answer the question after I would like to know that. Y'all said that if someone just stood right here on the porch, yeah. I'm not getting back and forth. It's uh Y'all said that if it >> She's choosing not to She's choosing not to wash the egg off. The egg is going to eat the paint. The paint's going to need to be repainted. You're looking at $1,500 worth of damage. >> What if we had chosen not to wash the poop off? Then if it would've caused damage, >> This is such a [ __ ] crock of [ __ ] She's choosing. If it would've caused damage, ma'am, then she would've been arrested for criminal mischief. Okay, so you want to go ahead and step down, please? Oh, can I have Can I get shoes, please? You want to have You want to grab grab her shoes or sandals or slips or whatever they got? You don't have anything in the car cuz hurts. No. Okay. >> [laughter] >> 1695. 1695. That was such >> Do you by chance know where her ID is? 16. I can't believe this is happening. It's not much like being set up. Do you want to know my thing? >> Hey, don't let her Jake, come on. It's okay, Hannah. I'll be right here. Oh, it's okay. I love you. Come on, baby. Come on, baby. I love you. Be tough. Don't be tough. It's not that big of a deal. Thank you. But I believe I feel like she was set up. >> Please go get my um Well, what? They said my vape They won't let me smoke. Well, what? >> [snorts] >> Well, they're not going to let you smoke. >> They're not going to let you bring a lighter in there. But what? It's a vape. Well, I'm not having a conversation here, sir. You're being arrested right now for criminal mischief, okay? They're not going to let her They're not going to let her bring that in there, either. I'm not worried about But um They're not going to They're not They're not letting They're not going to let you bring that in there. This was This seems like we don't really set up here. We're not the one that made it through eggs over on the neighbor's house, okay, sir? But what is the problem? >> Ma'am, let's go right now. Come on, Jake. Let's go. Just take Just take a step. >> We're not sitting here having a conversation, okay? >> want you to fall, okay? All right. I'm not going to fall. I'm not going to fall. Can you give me my bag? Come on. Just one sec. Give me my wallet, though. One sec. Where do I find her at, though? Oakland County Jail. Oakland County Jail. She's going to be in Crestview. Crestview. So, is she going there now or is she going to go to booking first? Crestview first. Okay. Okay. Come on, ma'am. Thank you. Mind you, sir. Can we go out this way? No, we're not going to go this way. Our vehicles are going to be over here, okay? Please don't take me through here. We're going to go here. Come on, ma'am. I will carry you if I have to. We're not doing this. Thank you, sir. Can I just walk, please? Well, I'm trying to walk. You're dragging me. I have a problem with my life. I'm a nerd. >> [cough and clears throat] >> Heartbreak. Ms. Tiffany, let me ask you something real quick, too. You guys can pat me down. I don't care. No, I just It's part of our policy. They said they can't talk to you cuz they didn't even call them. >> Okay. Okay. And Ms. Ms. Tiffany, real quick, if we don't have a female, then we have to use the back of our hand all right to blade your blade your breast But before I do any of any of that, Perfect. um I'm making sure that there's a there's not a female officer I understand. 15, 20 miles away. Real quick, Sir, what was your Again, you you did say that you you threw the eggs. I did. >> Okay. I did. >> the intention of that? Because she sent me a text and I Can you elaborate on what the text said? >> Mhm. >> [snorts] >> She said um she's just threatening. She's so threatening and she's so ugly and she was like, you know, so she The dog got out accidentally. It was an accident and I immediately texted her back and I said it was an accident. >> Mhm. I said, I'm you know, I'm sorry. It was an accident. And she said, "I don't care." And um you know, she It was just threatening that, you know, um "Keep it up. The cops are going to take your dogs." And you know, our dogs are our family and so, um I'm I'm upset because of the um of the excrement that has been put on our property. >> Do you understand the difference between that and this? Mhm. I don't understand. I don't understand. If I understood the difference, I would have never So so >> done what I did today because I thought that it was the same thing. I thought So so remember how I used the analogy of the silly string? Yes, sir. Okay, so the silly string on a car up on first spraying it, you see it, you rinse it off, kids play with it, kids, right? >> sir. Okay. So the silly string on a car baking in the sun Yes, sir. fades the paint. Uh-huh. Criminal mischief, okay? Dog poop on your door, washes right off, okay? >> Right. The eggs as a I'm I'm not a chemist, okay? But however, she's not cleaning that up. She's hiring a company to clean that up. She said she's not a maid. She works long hours at a car dealership. >> But I'm not a maid either. So she didn't ask you to come clean it up. So that that's irrelevant. So she's she is pressing charges for you throwing the eggs over there because now the eggs are going to sit there and they're going to eat the paint. Now she has to pay somebody to repaint her deck because that's not her deck, right? She's a renter. Okay? So this is the long-term effects before you do something. >> Right. Analyze. Think it out. And just because I shared that information with you guys last time doesn't give you the right to go throwing eggs over on her deck. >> I had not rinsed the excrement off my front >> would have done some damage? We can play what ifs all night long. I'll play that game with you. If if you wouldn't have rinsed it and it would have caused some damage, you had to repaint your door or something, then you press charges yourself, man. And I apologize that the officers that have been showing up out here for you guys, okay, is what the other person told me, have been blowing you guys off. Have been saying this is a this is a civil matter, handle it. This is a civil matter. That's not it's not okay. That that's not okay. Yeah. I work different. Okay? Yes, sir. And I don't pawn stuff off. Yes, sir. And and I don't blow stuff off. So I'm going to apologize for the other people that have shown up and not given you guys your due diligence. Yes, sir. Okay? And had a heart-to-heart like we we did last time thinking that we could smash this stuff. You know? You all got to live together. You all have been here a lot longer than her or whatever. I mean it's it's But but she's a new renter. I mean she's been here and ever since she moved in, she's been having issues. And all it really boiled down to is what we talked talked last time, right? The dogs getting off. Yes, and we will go make sure we get him on the on the leash. And we have been. And and that's awesome. We haven't been out here in in a week or so. We have been. We have been. Both of them. And then the one slipped through. I get it. I get it. Y'all stand back. You know, the last time that I have not my dogs have not been off But today was >> It's not a scare tactic either. It's just >> No, I know. The city manager told me coming down to the city manager. >> I know, but today was an accident. And it just, you know, I've had I have reached my point with the excrement on the porch and then us us being told that it was okay if it was if it was um If it didn't do any damage. >> If it was able to be washed off. Well, I thought that the egg would be able to wash off. She's not washing it. Because she chose not to wash it off. >> Girl That's not my fault. >> just stay right there, but if you intervene, we're going to have to detain you, okay? I don't want I'm not Yeah, I know. I'm cool. I yeah, I know. I know. I don't It's okay. I understand. I just For right now, if she can speak, however, this is where we're going to still do our investigation. Um I I just don't want any type of I just don't want any type of intervention I mean excuse me inter- interruptions cuz if there is, then we we will detain you, okay? Corporal? Yes. Mr. Corporal, so what's going to happen is we take her back to the Niceville PD, we wrap up the arrest paperwork, okay? And Corporal transports her to the Okaloosa County Jail where she'll be booked in. From my understanding, okay, we don't work at the jail. From my understanding, she gets booked in, she has first appearance tomorrow morning with the judge. Judge looks at the arrest warrant, and then looks at the arrest all the paperwork, the witness. Uh we got video of it by the way. Um He'll view he'll view the video. He analyzes the paperwork, and then he'll give her maybe a bond or a court date or something like that. And she is allowed to make a phone call when whenever she gets to the jail. So she will be in contact with Do you know her by chance? Know her number by heart? Okay. So Okay, so so you leaving right now following us >> bond out. No. Well, we don't we don't know until the judge says something. So Tomorrow tomorrow morning will be the will be the arraignment. >> But just out of curiosity, why can't she bond out like anybody else do? Cuz they've changed that. From our understanding on our end, okay, they they've changed that. They they've changed from somebody showing up and they've never been in trouble before or anything like that. They get an ROR or or bond out. From our understanding, what we've been told within the last three to four months is that they they hold them overnight and they see the judge first thing in the morning. Just lean up on That's okay. Just lean up on my car right there. It'll be a little bit more comfortable for you. Okay. There you go. He he looks at I don't know. the bond is and all that stuff. So Really? I just out of curiosity I'm going to ask you something. Prior to throwing the Did you by chance consume any alcohol? The last time Out of curiosity, how much have you consumed? I've had two vodka drinks. When you say vodka drinks, is it a shot level or is it a big Are you just Are you how tall is the glass? What size is it? I don't know. Just a giant Cuz your your your functions your motor functions are good with me. You're talking. However, I'm a type person that can't smell, Mhm. but I do smell alcohol. Mhm. Okay. And it's not it's your in your own home. I get it. >> Right. I wasn't breaking any laws. No, I know. I was just out of curiosity is what it was. I wasn't breaking any laws. I wasn't Okay. And listen, I've worked all week. Tonight's my Friday. All right, okay. So and I'm off all weekend. Got you. You know, I'm having a drink so I was just out of curiosity, you Yes, sir. Okay. And that might have been it. But we have so we have video evidence, okay? And this is an exception for a warrantless arrest, okay? 901.1599B, okay, is criminal mischief, okay? I had to look it up, called my supervisor, made sure I'm on got all my P's and Q's, got my T's crossed. What? 60 I don't understand what my issue Why is Wait, she was laying Why is putting poop on someone's porch not criminal mischief? I'm sorry, what was that? Why is putting poop on someone's porch not criminal mischief? So just like we explained earlier, excuse me, just like we explained earlier, so if she had thrown the There's no what ifs right here. So she threw let's say she threw the the poop on your porch. Let's say you have you know it was her, you have the video footage, you saw her do it. Um And and >> And and they cleaned it. Let's say let's say you you couldn't clean it up. You had to hire somebody. So that's a let's say that's going to be over a thousand She's going to pay somebody. You're going to pay somebody to clean up the poop. Okay? So that right there is different. You could have pressed charges. I have the video of her putting poop on my porch. However, with I just wanted to talk about the what if okay? So But what about the video of her putting poop on my porch? >> familiar with that. I'm not Do you want to show it to you right now? Not right now. Okay. We're just We're we're doing this right here. I'm not going to grab you with my phone right now. Okay? I apologize. Whoever was the officer that went out there for that, they did you a dis- disservice for that, okay? I am not I am not the officer that was out there for that. Okay? I'm the officer for here for the eggs, okay? All right. I couldn't even get a [ __ ] attorney in town here to Yes, I am now. Get an attorney, whatever whatever you need to do. Um we don't have a female officer, so we have to do a back hand around her waist and blade her breast. I've got numerous people here and everything. Uh Corporal, you want to do that? Yeah. So we can go ahead and get her overnight. Yes, sir. Yeah. We have to do Oh. Just put this in the drawer. Oh, too Oh, I would offer to help you. They're stretchy, so they don't It's okay. I'm fine. It's okay. It's okay. Thank you. Thank you. Put these beside my bed in the drawer, and when you pick me up, please have my phone in my my bag. And water. I love you. Take care of Ginger. I love you. Can I walk home from here? Yes, sir. We're just going to take you right in front of here, so there's an off ramp, okay? Sure. All right. All right. Again, I'm going to use my blade. That's fine. All right. So, just the blade I have. It's okay. >> Other cameras here watching me. All right. I'll just go slide on the cuffs. So, again, going on the right side here, okay? Yes, sir. All right, let me tuck this side in, okay? Tell me. >> [screaming] >> I'm a little better. Okay. Now. You're all good. Thank you. You want to come over here? Walk over here? Thank you. Okay. Let me check my back seat real quick, and then I'll have you on your way, okay? Sure. All right. Thank you for being so comforting. All right. Thank you. Yes, sir. Any more? More? Can you go on the other side? I can do it if you hand it to me. Got it? Mhm. Yes, sir. All right, put them in the back seat right there to help you out. Thank you so much. Thank you, sir. Thank you. All right. I'm going to turn the AC on in the car for you, okay?
