this chaos all started in a motel

officer in Eau Claire Wisconsin observed
two individuals inside a suspected
stolen vehicle the vehicle would later
be confirmed stolen out of Minneapolis
the officer had recently arrested the
suspect and identified him due to
wearing an SS tattoo a symbol associated
with Nazism and white supremacy

the chase
he is now in oncoming traffic still

and then I got stuck in the middle and
he I saw it in his eyes he just looked
at me and I was like here we go yeah
what do you initially stop them for the
stolen vehicle I when I pulled into the
lot I saw there was two of them it was
him and a passenger sitting in the car
ran it came back and stolen I flipped
around he started bailing out of the car
refused commands to start replacing his
hands in his pocket tried to flee back
into the hotel
um give him commands to stop taser
ineffective
um we went to there we started wrestling
I sprayed him and then he barricaded
himself between an exit door and myself
and was in there
um and then he finally backed off
um I got in and he sprinted back towards
the car then we wrestled in the parking
lot
sprayed him there and then he got back
into the car and I tried to open it and
that's when he peeled off so whole time
constantly reaching on his hands and
what was concerning was when he was
doing it and what was concerning was we
start going like this like he's trying
to grab that something out of his pocket
not like trying to get the keys and goal
but it was like shielding himself and
starting to grab something

but that's when it listed back stolen as
when I ran it to this vehicle in a
Subaru Legacy so with those planes so
he said to me he bought it in Minnesota
it wasn't like the roads are bad or
anything like that I just kept getting
the the backwash the whole time and it
was like it wasn't like concerning but I
was like
made it through the ditch on just the
front wheels multiple times yeah
because he was having the most difficult
time trying even on the road because he
would be back and forth because both of
the front rims it was down to the rims
so
that you that I saw was fighting with
him right when I called him there yep so
and you pepper sprayed him and yeah
pepper sprayed them multiple times never
got really to his eyes this is you got
someone's inside of his face
we're gonna be standing out here at this
point we should have our best son yeah I
would agree
this is very

when he first did that
looks like he was trying to do like stop
another vehicle I thought that's what he
was trying to do yeah
see a felon
the individual was charged with nine
different crimes related to this
incident he was ultimately convicted of
felony first degree reckless
endangerment felony fleeing an officer
and felony Bale jumping he was sentenced
to four years in prison followed by
three years of supervised release
the individual has a lengthy history
with Wisconsin courts with multiple
prior charges related to possession of
methamphetamine
