foreign oh my God foreign I don't have um what's my remember rights what if I remember right you dumbass [ __ ] that's why oh that's all you can do can you get it back no get the [ __ ] out of my bag you guys think you guys got the ship power you guys don't have a power at all bro all right oh man yeah you guys think you guys got this [ __ ] power bro bro yeah and all you have to do was get in the car with your friends stop oh whoa hey I hope you guys you guys can see this look because I know you guys got uh live video cam well I know you're perfect this year bro zombies please come here come here come here yeah all right you're moving around dude how are you I'm not being I'm not waiting around I'm not drunk all right when you guys you guys together um remember right get in all right come on I'm not trying bro are you a child I'm a child step on it oh no no I'm not jumping in hey oh enough oh he's trying to fight his friends no I was going to I was going which is why I was going over there so now no we weren't even going to marching Matthew we were going to break up a fight and then he decided to put his hands on yeah because I couldn't see what was happening I just saw you guys go like this and then no because I went to grab him because his friends were trying to hold him back so I went to grab him because I was going to take him into custody for a March of that they're just friends for like four minutes we're trying to like wrestle him in the core just to get him out of here yeah dude let's just go interesting hey um so it's my uh my supervisor is going to be on scene in a second because any use of force they have to come out and everything so when he comes here he's probably going to want to ask you what happened because your first hand witness right there so if you just mind hanging out for a couple minutes I'll get you out of here all right go with that yes [ __ ] [Music] yeah thank you [Music] you guys say something without it remind me again remind me yeah [Music] [Music] statement saying that he saw you get pushed yeah all right yeah we gave them a minute to like try and get him because they were trying to get him in the car he wasn't getting in the car and I was like I was like let's give him a minute and see if they can get him in the car I can start squaring up taking off the shirt trying to bite them and that's when we yeah all right yeah so basically this guy was causing a fight over at the bonbons so he walks over here thinking that it's all gonna be fun there's two friends over there are trying their best to get him in the Mustangs just get him home so that he doesn't get arrested he keeps fighting him we're observing this from across the street um that at what point uh the guy in the green sweater takes his shirt off and then they start like fighting in the middle of the parking lot so we can come over here to kind of like break them up and when Harris goes to he's like separating them uh 1017 pushes Harris at that point Harris does take down yeah and then I hop on his legs I get his left arm Harris gets his right arm so he still gets on scene um gets kind of like crawls over his back so you guys only have for actual Force you have a him toss and then everything else is the Minimus and then who handcuffs I did we do have a lot I did so good job I love it when someone handcuffs when you ask that question you do that and then I'm like come on yeah so well when I moved his head as I was moving his head he goes and hits his head on Tahoe so all right so um I did like a head move so he's spitting yeah but yours was just a control Not to cause pain or like yeah it was to move his head away from us spit his name is just notate that in your supplement who's um I want to do uh disin talks and resisting with um unless you feel like we should do with you should do bat Leo okay yeah apparently how it is so then should would it be appropriate to say that we were no it's just we'll just say that we can we're coming over to break a fight I mean I mean yeah disorderly intoxication that's exactly exactly doing keeping the peace in the public because they obviously failed in their attempts to get their friend we gained we gave them we gave them like they tried they tried to wrestle him in the car and everything they're they're sober what his friend witness uh he everything he said he's willing if you need his statement for the RTR anything I don't know if you need that for uh him they're very Cooperative actually yeah if you if they're witnesses can you just grab their signal 14 for me um you can either digit to me or text it to me or whatever yeah [Music] do me a favor where's your car all right do you uh you want them here still do you need to talk to them or is your as long as you have their single 14 they're gonna go all right uh all right boys um my sergeant said you guys are good to go um if you guys want to head out of here we'll see you guys are all good um so he's gonna be getting arrested for just sort of the in talks and uh that um basically it's just like battery on the unfortunately I'm sure like pushing any sort of like force or anything like that um is what it is you know we we tried because my partner over there he said that he was acting wild over there he said you guys were trying to get him inside but yeah you guys were trying to do the right thing so you know we appreciate that because it's it's better if you guys take him than us having to get involved so we tried to give you that opportunity exactly so I'm trying to square up with you guys and we were like you know what we gotta I'm not trying to you know God forbid you know not that you can't take care of yourself but got everybody cracks on it you know you don't want to deal with that so yeah uh could make the situation worse so that's why we got involved um you guys have any questions about anything how much is the bond no he'll be here so uh I'm not sure what the uh bat Leo but he'll go see he'll get first appearance in the morning um and then I don't know because it's late it might not be this morning or maybe tomorrow but it probably will be um today at some point in the morning and then go from there um he's got his phone with him so if he needs to get any numbers out of it he'll be able to get it out um but yeah you guys are good to go you guys gave your information yeah okay all right guys um you guys have any questions or anything like that we just wanted to make sure you was all right okay but yeah we tried our best yeah I'm assuming yeah I mean assuming that I know he was like grabbing on you guys no one wants to press any charges I just have to ask okay all right you guys you guys don't need any medical attention or anything like that all right you guys are good to go thank you thank you and Harris is bringing a loop you guys are gonna drop him off at the jail he's gonna babysit and do the pre-wrap for you yep 10 19 cameras got to start on the all the paperwork yeah we're gonna switch uh you got it foreign stuff like that once we get down there sounds good three dispatch what did you say I'm special she said that's where we're going come on [ __ ] yeah hey uh where's my running bikes huh where's what what uh what should we eat yeah who are you oh yeah that's right I pay taxes for Y'all [ __ ] right well I pay taxes right so all that means [Music] I pay for you guys ready that's original I haven't heard that one yo can I get a raise for you guys right right yeah can I get a raise oh can I get a raise oh yeah I just want to hear you I see you what are you telling me to be careful I'm not trying to tell you to be careful I just want you to say what's my rights yeah you you have the right to remain silent I don't want to hear you oh okay all right I want to use her oh he has the right to write down you have the right to remain silent anything you say can we used against you in a court of law all right you're right to attack your attorney can I afford one one will be hard for you guys repeat yourself reverse yourself you know you have some creepy stuff please [Applause] thank you anyways you want to evaluate them out here he's got a couple scratches on his back but um when he was already on the ground he was never on his back but okay uh wait before you I'm just gonna take a picture of everybody no like today's security to keep the other guy threw him on the ground what step on out step on up yeah what all right come on don't touch me then step on out so then step on it you don't have to touch me that's it bro that's it bro oh yeah bro what's my name laughs [Applause] I totally pulled it all right
