That's a different one person. So he smacked her because she asked why he was texting this girl. So then he smacked her and then broke the [ __ ] door handle off of her car. So the dude's a master [ __ ] girl, right? Okay. Um I have text messages. I don't know if that helps, but anyway. So let me get to the to the part where I saw it because I didn't witness it. So there's nothing I can do. >> I got her to let me drive her home. >> Yeah. >> Reluctantly. and she was drunk. So, she didn't want me to drive her home, right? So, then me and my other cousin, we parked out here and the apartment's right there. So, I'm like, "Dad, I'm like, I'm [ __ ] nervous." Like, what if >> I don't want to get no call that my cousin got strangled or, you know, whatever. >> Yeah. >> So, I [ __ ] you not, I can show you exactly my [ __ ] vantage point and everything so you know I'm not bullshitting you. You can, if we were s, we parked right here and I got out of the truck and I'm looking kind of up through the window, right? And I see them walking back and forth, arguing, arguing, arguing, arguing. And he shoves her. She pries back and then he goes towards me, smacks her. At that point, I couldn't see [ __ ] She says that she she was able to put him in like some sort of a choke or like a headlock or something to try to >> I think she No, I think she just >> maybe it just happened that way. He's built like a dyke. You'll see. It's like, >> "Excuse me, I'm sorry. I'm fired up." >> So then he locks himself in the room and he's playing this whole victim [ __ ] calling this girl like, "Oh, I'm locked in the room." Like she's I'll let you know right now. She's drunk. She's completely [ __ ] manipulated. >> No, not her. Oh, her. My husband. I don't even know who this girl is. >> Okay. But I do have the text messages if that helps you. >> I do. I want to see her. Okay. >> Cuz my fear is that she's >> Yeah. Yeah. And I don't know if you How long you guys been at West Palm? >> About 4 years. >> Okay. My brother used to work there. Matti dispatcher. You know, brother. Okay. >> I know. I've heard the name. >> Oh, my [ __ ] That's okay. Um, I'm kind of I'll just look at him for sure. You just hang out here real quick. >> All right, perfect. Just hang out here. >> You know, if there's any weapons in the house. >> I don't. She does have a German Shepherd, but to my knowledge, he's kind of a wimp. >> You know, he beats the [ __ ] dog, too. He's a piece of [ __ ] She's never let me like She's never >> She knows to call me if she needs help, but she never [ __ ] does. Tonight's the first time where she was like, you know, I need help. [ __ ] I don't understand. She's She got He got removed from the house like a month ago. Okay. Um, so this is where it started. So, I need your help right now. You know, blah blah blah. He broke the handle off my car and slapped the [ __ ] out of me. So that's why I called the first time, but they said there was nothing I could do. So I bypassed all the [ __ ] I got her home and then um I'm sitting told you there was nothing you could do. >> [ __ ] the dispatch. They said she has to report it because I didn't witness it. But I'm like she she's like >> Yeah, that's what West Palm said. >> That's okay. So she said he's I said uh I know you hate me. Um but you know, whatever. He can't treat you like this. I said, "Did he put his hands on you again?" "Yep, he's calling the cops on me." I said, "Let him. I'll be outside waiting to talk to the cops. Did he push you across the room?" Cuz I was trying to confirm that I just saw what I saw. >> And she said, "Yes, he and slapped me." I said, "I saw it from outside. So now I'm a witness. He's fucked." Because they earlier they're like, "Well, if you didn't see it, there's nothing you can do." So that's why I parked outside cuz I'm like, "This motherfucker's going to hit her again. He hits her all the [ __ ] time." Like, "Oh, >> I just I have never seen him, you know." >> I got you. I got you. So, you know, do you know if he's still there? >> Yeah. >> All right. And then I had a conversation with her like letting her know like she gave me her number like we're talking to each other. Like we have good dialogue. Like even after she called me a stupid [ __ ] I'm like I have nothing against you blah blah blah. Like she was like, "I'd love to meet you cuz we're friends." >> Like and then she posted this picture and sent it to me. Like she has a black eye. >> Okay. >> So like I don't know what's really going. >> Okay. Okay. Thank you. >> Anthony, what happened tonight? Why Why are we out here? >> As I was going to my buddy's uh reunion, his dad's birthday. We went to a bar to hang out before that situation. A friend of mine came up. She got jealous about it. It all started there. She called her uncle. >> Where's Jerry's? There >> is no [ __ ] >> Her uncle was there on shirt. I left before them. I was here packing the bag my backpack and clothes in hand and trying to [ __ ] leave. As they got here, I have it all on video. I just showed you the video. I have it all on video. as I'm trying to leave and I'm getting torn in the kitchen and trying to [ __ ] leave. They let me leave. >> Dude, all of her jealousy on it was her and her family in there. >> Her cousin or uncle, I don't know what it was. Yeah. Cousin, uncle, I don't know what it was, but yeah, it was family and against me over jealousy over a chick that was there at the bar in the first place. more friend and like literally I was literally trying to pack up and [ __ ] leave before they even [ __ ] showed up here. Like I had [ __ ] in my hand ready to [ __ ] go and as I walk through the [ __ ] front door, bro, like open front door to leave. There they are. And then I have it on video getting torn in the kitchen and [ __ ] like I just wanted to [ __ ] leave. All I wanted to do was get in front car and get put away from the situation just happened in general. So, and then it just got escalated to the point where [ __ ] she started throwing [ __ ] everywhere. You just went inside. You saw the clothes everywhere on the kitchen, all the floors and all that [ __ ] That's all my clothes, not her clothes. That's all my [ __ ] She's throwing [ __ ] everywhere. Like, >> can I see that video real quick? >> Yeah. Sorry, there's a bunch of them. There's like a lot of power recorded. I think this is [Music] allow me to >> like we're closing my hand on the hanger trying to get away from her. >> Can we talk? Can we talk to me anymore? I know. I'm saying [ __ ] that I know. Like I told him like, "Yes, I know I'm saying [ __ ] is antagonizing, but like all I was trying to do is like leave." You know what I mean? Like >> I'm trying to leave you guys. [Music] Huh? Where the [ __ ] you're going? I'm assuming Eden is the friend that she's >> Yeah. And really I'm going to my mom's house. I can show my mom's text. Like I'm going to my mom's house. But like >> So that's one. And then it goes to the bathroom. I'm grabbing my toothbrush and she pushes me into the wall in the bathroom. Look, grabs me, throws me. You know what I mean? Like and like I said, bro, I don't want >> I don't want any of this to happen, bro. I just wanted to [ __ ] get in my car and [ __ ] dip out. That's all I want to do. I just want to get in my car and [ __ ] leave and find out later on when she's sober and that's it. That's all I'm going to do. Like, I didn't call you guys. She didn't call you guys. I don't know. I don't know who called you guys. >> I don't I don't know who the caller was. >> I I didn't call you guys. No, I didn't call you guys. Whoever whoever called our dispatch, they are the ones who sent us here. So >> that's crazy. I don't know who the [ __ ] has my address. You know what I mean? Like I moved here three months ago. I don't even know if I have my address. I don't even know my own address, bro. Like I don't even know my own address. >> Maybe maybe she did. I had no idea. Maybe she did. But I wasn't I'm not going to [ __ ] run away. I heard you coming. I'm not going to dip off my car and leave. You know, I'm going to talk to you guys. And when you guys are at gone, is something happen inside the bar or or out in the parking lot like with her with her family and you >> Sorry. Uh all happens obviously like one of my old friends I haven't seen in like 12 years showed up. She got a little jealous about it. So, we were a little distant at first. Then all of a sudden, like as I'm sitting there with one of my old friends, her uncle and some [ __ ] friend are outside the bar. And then one of my buddies said, "Hey," she called her [ __ ] uncle and they're going to [ __ ] beat your ass outside the [ __ ] club or not club, but you know, outside the bar. So, I walk out back and like dip around the whole situation, bro. And then they like corner me and [ __ ] And then just put your hands like that for me real quick. Is that from burns on the on the shaft? It's oil burns. I swear to God, man. Right. [Music] Scratch from the neck. I don't want to push charges against you, man. I really don't want to push anyone really. I just want to [ __ ] leave. >> Okay. So, I wanted to >> I'm going to level out with you. I I I keep it real. Okay. This is domestic. We have no >> understand. I understand that, man. That's why I was like, so I just wonder get out of here. >> What happens now? >> Um, the only reason why she's not in handcuffs right now is because nobody called, somebody else called. >> But I get it. >> Um, obviously there's a clear clearcut disturbance. Um, we did get physical. She was physical with you. Um, you have marks. >> No, no, I don't have I know marks. No, I don't. I don't. Just give me a second. Okay. >> Come on, man. Just let me call an Uber in my mom's house, please. I don't want to do that to her. Please. She works for a good doctor's office. Like, I don't want to do that to her. [Music] >> I can't see. >> What kind of car is it? >> It's a gold [ __ ] Camry or a Corolla, I think. Show me if you can. It's here. I think I can't see at all. >> Yeah, it's between the two white colors. A little bit gold, a little bit. [Music] I got I got dropped off here by a friend. Like I said, I we drove together at first to where we were at >> because of the whole family person that popped up. I hopped in a friend's car. They dropped me off right [ __ ] here. I hopped the fence, tried to run my [ __ ] place, grab a bag, and get my car and drive away from her before I knew [ __ ] was going to go down. >> And I just tried to [ __ ] leave. And then of course, what happened? >> Hey, Vers. He said it's like a gold Camry >> between the white cars right here. 212 between these two cars. That's our car to your right. >> Yeah. Yeah. Right there. Yeah. The little white the little golden little camera. I think I think that's where it's parked. >> I can't really see it. That's right. That's where our normal parking spots at. So >> So now, man, I don't want to I really don't want to do all this. You know what I mean? Like >> I'm figuring it out right now, man. >> I know, but I just don't want to call >> a supervisor to run all this. >> [ __ ] get in my car or Uber to my mom's house and [ __ ] leave. You know what I mean? I just personally like I don't know. I'm sure everyone has dealt with some social like you know what I mean like you say you never dealt with some crazy woman >> more than you know brother >> exactly like it happens bro women are crazy sometimes >> I didn't want I didn't call I didn't I just wanted to get in the [ __ ] car and get the [ __ ] out of here you know I just want to get away and I don't want to ruin her [ __ ] [ __ ] either she's got a good job like a Good job. Like really good job. I don't want to deal with that [ __ ] and it's [ __ ] up. Sucks. [Music] Stupid. [Music] >> You're not texting her right now, are you? Text my friend at at the bar still cuz apparently someone at the bar called on us. Not even like it wasn't us. call. It was someone there that called that knew our [ __ ] address. I'm like, "Who the [ __ ] knows my address? I just moved here 3 months ago. Who the [ __ ] knows my address?" So, I'm like, "What the [ __ ] What if I like Uber home? Can I like Uber and leave and like drop? I don't know who he's talking to right now, but [Music] No, please. Listen, please. Listen, man. >> I'll Uber. Can you let me Uber the [ __ ] home and go to my mom's house? Please, bro. >> Here's here's the problem. It's not even you. >> I know, man. I know how it works, but please. >> But it's not me. It's It's the state. >> It's not you. It's not you. It's South Florida and she worries about but the thing is is her uncle or whoever tried to >> [ __ ] that dude. Who cares? [ __ ] that dude. He hyped her up. >> But that's where he messed up because he called, you know. So I have to get some stuff from you. I have to get pictures. >> I don't want no I don't want no group nothing. I don't want her to go to jail. Please let me just go to my mom's house. Please. >> That's that's not my call. I call my sergeant. I let him know the situation. Okay, that's what it is. Okay, I'm sorry, but it is what it is. Okay, but I do have to get you pictures from you. >> No, what if I say no? I want you to shoot with me. I don't I don't have to let you do that. Right. Right. >> That's fine. But I still have everything. I still have it all on body cam. Everything. >> I know. But come on, bro. That I can do, bro. There's nothing that I can do. It's out of my hands. Okay. All I want to do is get in the front of the room. people like us please. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, are you going to do or what do you want me to do? Are you going to let us take pictures of you >> if I have to? Listen, at the end of the day, man, the reason the state doesn't give us discretion on stuff like that. No, I get >> because it eventually escalates till someone gets killed. All right. Not saying you would do that, >> but that is that is why we can't have discretion on this. >> Understand? No, I truly get I truly understand. So, >> even though I don't want her to get in trouble and [ __ ] I want to just get the [ __ ] away from the situation. I understand. Like sometimes there's no stopping until >> Let's go take take the pictures real quick. All right. Um, face this other way. All right. Face me. Lift your neck up a little bit. All right. Just stand stay standing right there. Okay. All right. Now, what do I do now about her uncle that's trying to threaten now? Cuz this shit's going to go on here. Stand like this. like a mug shot. >> No. Face me. Face me. Face me, dude. [Music] >> Can you put your hands out like this? >> Am I able to give her my plants paper to her? >> She How long you guys been dating? >> 6 months. >> 6 months. >> Yeah, >> that's it. >> Dude, [ __ ] I know, dude. Don't judge. My father does already. Okay. My dad already beats my ass about I am >> my dad already. >> This is this is a no judgment zone, sir. >> It's all judgment though. I know. >> Active. >> Sometimes. >> Sometimes. Yeah. >> Yes. Right. Okay. So, I got >> Did you get all of them? >> Yeah. Can everything. >> Okay. >> All right. Um I'll get you some information. The package. >> I got I got the packet. >> Okay. >> You don't want to do this one statement? >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> Fine, man. >> I got you. No worries. All right, man. I'm sorry. >> How we going? >> When you called the first time, was it about what happened at the bar? >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's probably why you talked to PBSO? >> I talked to So, >> yeah. So, I Yeah, cuz I was going to say I've never heard of West Palm not sending somebody out even >> Yeah, it was cuz the second time I called, they transferred me to you guys. >> Okay. So, um so I need to get a statement from you about what you saw. >> All right. Did he Did he talk to you? He said, "You talk to me." >> So, she is she's being arrested. All right. She doesn't have any marks on her. I don't know what picture she showed you of a black eye. She does not have a black eye >> at all. She admitting to putting her hands on him. >> Yeah. >> She had he has marks on her and he has a video of her. >> I know. That's what he does, man. He [ __ ] hits her and then he records her reaction every [ __ ] time. He blackmails her so she can't [ __ ] call the cops >> based on based on the injuries in the video. That's why we had to go the way we had to go. We even referenced to our sergeant to see what our options were. Man, >> you know this kid got arrested for [ __ ] firing off rounds when AR at his stepfather. He's a [ __ ] psychopath. >> I wouldn't I wouldn't die. >> But that's [ __ ] man. >> I know. >> Bro, >> try to do the right [ __ ] thing. >> He's beat her. That's his ex. He's hit her, too. >> This is what he does. He's a [ __ ] master manipulator. >> I mean, in everything that >> you guys, please come on. I'm not coming off towards you. >> That's frustrating. I I understand completely. >> Trying to do the [ __ ] right thing and not drag this [ __ ] kid out of the bar and choke him to death and then she gets arrested. >> Um, what's your first name, man? >> Francis. >> He got removed from here like two weeks ago. >> Okay. Yeah. I'll have to look back and all that. So, as far as what So, as far as what you know, just to recap what you had already told me, >> you got a call or a text. >> I got a text that she needed it. She needed help. and she was out. He broke her that he broke her door handle and smacked the [ __ ] out of her. I said, "Where are you?" She said, "I'm leaving Bonefish. He's driving to Connise." >> Okay. B, I'm giving my statement. Did you call Fleming? Did you call Chris? [Music] I can go. I can go get her. No, I'm at her. I'm out outside her apartment watching her dy ass boyfriend sit on the couch eating chips. Yeah. In her apartment. Yeah. No, he did the thing he always does. He He He got physical with her off camera and then got her on camera so he doesn't [ __ ] get arrested. All right, let me get my statement. I'll call you right back. I mean, we're going to have to go get her, but they got to book her. You can't get her now. You got to get her in the morning. I can go get her. I'll call you back. [ __ ] Sorry. >> All right. So, she said she was going to Connie's. >> Yeah. So, I showed up to Connise and I texted her. I said, "Listen, come out and talk to me or I can come in and and talk to you." At no point, >> there's no >> I don't know what he told you, but I was not aggressive towards him. So he skated out the back door. She I got her to come out. So I'm talking to her. I said, "Listen, we need to go. Let's just go. He needs to get his [ __ ] He needs to get out of your house." Um so I said, "Can you have him come out here? I want to have a conversation with him." >> And uh >> he wouldn't come out, so he went out the back door, but then he came around the side of the building. So I, you know, I train like I'm not, you know, it's not No, I'm not here to hurt you. Like I'm her arms behind my back and I was like, "Hey, we need to have a conversation." Like I stood like this. She could probably b literally like this the entire [ __ ] time. Like let's have a conversation. I just need to talk to you. Be a [ __ ] man and [ __ ] talk to me. You're not going to hit my [ __ ] cousin. So this is what we're going to do. I need you to go to the house and get your [ __ ] and just leave. Just leave her be. Like there's no you're not going to put your hands on her. You know, we're not not there's no need for this, you know? So that's we had that whole scuffle, whatever. Um he wouldn't he refused to do anything. He's a real cocky prick. So, I called my boy Coward that works for SO. He said, "Call dispatch and, you know, inform them." Uh, he's like, "You can do it." So, I thought I could do it. So, I called So, I reported. I said, "Listen, my cousin was struck by your boyfriend. Um, I I need to make a report. We're here at Conny's blah blah blah." And he's like, "Did you witness it?" I was like, "No, I didn't. I have a text message. She texted me. That's why I'm here." He's like, "Well, you can't report it." So, then it's a whole thing. He gets picked up and leaves. So, I convinced her to let me drive her home because she had been drinking. I'm like, "You're not [ __ ] driving." >> So, we had to He broke the door handle off of her car. >> Do you know where her car is? >> It's parked out there. >> Okay. >> I parked it. >> Okay. Oh, so you drove her? >> Yeah. Yeah. I drove over here and then my other cousin, her uncle, drove me back to my truck. So, that's when as I'm driving, I'm calling. We So, before that Okay. Right where you're parked is where I'm parked. I'm watching Well, ahead, but I'm watching through the window. Right. So, I'm watching through the window and we see the shove. We see her fly. We see the hand come up and down, right? And then I'm like, "Dude, I I call back." I'm like, "Dude, I just watched it through the window. Can I call now?" Like, "Now, will they accept it?" He's like, "Yeah, for sure. Call." So, as I'm calling, I guess we're back in SOS. You know what I mean? Cuz I'm seeing them. I'm watched it. I watched the scuffle, you know? >> So, I I don't know. She was also concerned that he was going to shut the cameras off cuz he does that, too. like he'll shut off the cameras and then turn him back on. Like he's very he's [ __ ] smart, man. He's he's good at at what he does. Um, you know, maybe I shouldn't call the cops and I should just [ __ ] let it ride out. I thought that watching it happen would be enough, but I hear you, man. Like I said, I I get it. >> Did you guys see them? Did he show you the cameras? >> He showed us a video. He wouldn't let us see. He wouldn't let you see it. We didn't even know there were cameras in there until >> Oh, there's cameras in there. But, um, didn't he tell you about the cameras or he said he have it on camera? >> No, he shut the cameras off and now that's what he does. He'll he'll shut off things. >> I did get some video >> of >> Yeah, that's the same thing that he showed them, of course, because that puts her at fault. That's [ __ ] up. [Music] So after after you saw the scuffle, you said you were already back in SO's jurisdiction when you called again. >> I was driving and calling. So I was back in SOS. So they transferred me to West Palm. So I'm driving back cuz I had to get my truck cuz I didn't want to be stranded. So my uncle, my cousin drove me back to my truck. >> Um >> so after you dropped her off, you parked out here for >> We parked out here just to I'm nervous. saw him shove her. >> Yeah. >> And then did you see her get hit or you just saw his hand go? >> I saw the hand up and down. I watched him shove her. >> She's fallen obviously. She's behind the couch. Like >> I can show you the angle if you'd like. >> Would that help? >> You see where the leather is from the couch right there? >> Yeah. You see where the leather is from the couch? You see his head, right? They're on the other side of the couch. I watch him shove her. Her hair goes flying. And then you see the hand come back and the hand come down. Okay. So, I mean, I'm the rocket scientist, but I got you. [Music] >> How long were you guys out here while that was going on? >> Maybe 10 minutes. The alter I'm assuming the altercation there was >> after that locked himself in the room to protect himself. And the only reason I know that is because then he started calling this girl. Oh god, dude. He's [ __ ] he's [ __ ] up. I'm like following the girl that started like she didn't do nothing wrong. Nothing's her fault. But like it's like he's using, you know, he's got to have like a pendulum, right? It's like swing over here. I said this girl in the videos, you know, this woman offend me. And like he's good, bro. He's good at what he does. >> I know you guys are probably going to go try to bail her out tonight. So that's the case number. >> Oh, we can't get her out tonight. I I don't know when they're going to allow it, but that way you have the case number. >> Okay. >> Um in case you need to reference it, I just came out in the patio watching. But let me have a chat with her. Okay. >> And then um and then we'll go from there. >> Okay. So, what what happened? Um, I'm not exactly like 100% sure like behind the scenes stuff. Um, a bunch of us went out to Connie as a group of friends and um she seemed intoxicated and she like >> just kind of seemed like not herself. Um, >> have you met her before this? >> Not before this. like she just kind of seemed like, you know, like when you get kind of like drunk and angry or just kind of like standoffish and just like really weird and like him >> and her were being like a little weird together. >> And um after that she went outside. She's like, "My cousin's coming. My cousin wants to talk to you." So then she called her cousins and one of our friends, Jess, came in and was like, "Oh, he's outside waiting for you." And he was like he was like kind of respectful. He had his hands behind his back, you know, and everything. He wasn't like making a big deal. And then they just kind of got like super extra. So I just like went back inside. So I didn't really see like what transpired. Mhm. >> And then when I walked back outside, they were kind of just like arguing and stuff. And then I seen that he left and someone else's truck and then she left. >> So I didn't know that they were coming back here. And then like he was calling me and then she was texting me >> and she was like sending me pictures of like a black eye and saying like she's not okay. So I called her and she's like I'm not okay. And then he started sending me videos and I'm like well whatever is happening none of it's okay. >> Would you be able to send me those videos? >> Yeah. So that was her like that's what she sent me. She was like I'm like call me. Like I called her you know she's like this is nuts and then call me gave her my number. She never called me on my phone number. She's like see my eye like not beating him. And then and I don't know what to believe. I just it's just like unacceptable you know like we're all like adults. And then these are some videos like he was sending me. [Music] >> Yeah. >> Are you still talking about [Music] >> why would you say that kind of [ __ ] >> And they left separately. So I thought they were going to be separate the whole night. But like if you go to Conny's like I don't know if they have cameras out front but it was a whole [ __ ] [ __ ] show out front of Conny's for sure. And everyone was trying to like deescalate it when they were at Connelly. So >> I got you. Um let me give you my work number real quick so you can send me those. >> I'm required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. You have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions. Do you understand? >> You have the right I need you to say yes or no. >> Yes. >> Okay. You have the right to the presence of a lawyer of your choice before you make any statement and during questioning. Do you understand? >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, you are entitled to the presence of a courtappointed lawyer before you make any statement and during questioning. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Any statement can and may be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Any statement you make must be freely and voluntarily given. Do you understand? >> Yes. If at any time during the interview you do not wish to answer any question, you are privileged to remain silent. Do you understand? >> I can make no threats or promises to induce you to make a statement. This must be of your own free will. Do you understand? With that being said, would you like to talk to me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, from the beginning, what happened tonight? >> Tonight or like >> tonight? >> Okay. Um, so we had some fun, had some drinks named Anthony, and a girl was calling him, texting him. And this girl, I'm aware that he had past relationship with, and I've already verbally expressed that it bothered me that they spoke. >> Do you know what this girl's name is? >> Eden. >> Okay. >> So, when he answered the phone, I was just like, does she know I'm going out of town this weekend? my brother's getting married tomorrow, so like this is nuts right now. I'm supposed to whatever. >> Um he's like, "Oh yeah, she's well aware and she's gonna come over." And I'm like, >> "What?" >> And this was all happening at Conny's or at Bonefish. >> Bonefish in the parking lot. So then after I said, "How does she know I'm out of town?" He hung up the phone, looked me straight in the face, and slapped the [ __ ] out of me. I'm like, "Why would you do that?" >> Where did he Where did he slap you? Which side of the face? >> Right here. >> Open hand, close hand. >> Open. >> Okay. >> I was surprised I didn't bleed. Um, but yeah, that was that. He apologized and then he got annoyed, aggravated, cuz I wouldn't unlock my car door. It's a manual unlock, so I have to physically go to my driver's side to unlock it. It's not a button. So, he's getting pissed off at the handle that I wasn't unlocking. Again, it's manual. He's well aware of this. So instead of being patient, he just ripped it off and threw it in the lake. And I'm like, >> um, when you guys which which bonefish were you guys at? The the one by the mall >> back on Forest Hill. Yeah. >> Forest Hill. Right next to Koo. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, >> and that's what prompted me to text my cousin Frankie Suri and I'm like, I need help right now. I just got hit and I don't have door handle. And he's just like, "Absolutely not. Where are you going right now?" He's like, "Oh, and he's like, well, let's meet my friend at Connor." I'm like, "Yeah, let's go meet her." I'm like, "We're going here." So then Frankie and I guess Uncle Billy, I didn't know Uncle Billy was going to be there, showed up. They're like, "Where is he right now?" Cuz we need to tell him it is not okay to put his hands on you. It's not okay to live like that. It's not We don't want to fight. We don't want problems. We just want to talk. So, he took it as a fight and it's just es. >> Okay. >> So, any any physical altercations at Conniey's? >> No. >> No. So, what happened when you guys got home? >> So, I got home and I'm like, "Can we have a conversation?" He's just like, "Fuck your cell phone. Put on my clothes. Just have a conversation." So, he his phone. He's like, "You're blocking me from leaving." I'm like, "No, I just want to have a conversation." puts down his phone, throws me on the floor, which my cousin would just go outside, so my windows are open, and then I'm crying, and I'm like, "You know what? You want to leave?" So, I start throwing his clothes cuz that's just I don't know. It's an instant like I don't know. And he's like, "Cops are coming. You're going to get arrested." >> Here I am. At >> at any point, did you hit him? >> I pushed him. Yeah, I was on the floor >> and he hit me somewhere in my eye and apartment. >> So So what's up with the video that he he showed us of him trying to walk away from you and you hitting him in the back of the neck? >> There's more to that. It wasn't just him trying to leave. He also hit me before that happened. Um, he always has a phone on him at the right times, but when him and I fight, like my phone's not on me. When he hits me, I don't have it handy. I don't know. I don't know if he's going to hit me. >> I got you. Is there anything else you want to add? >> This isn't the first time. My uncle's well aware of it. He was a lieutenant of PBSO. I'm going to talk to him. Um, my whole family is aware of it. I called them the first instance when it happened back in March when I had bruises all over my arm, but I kept saying, "No, I don't want to press charges. Everything's fine." And they always warn me, "Shit's going to get worse." I just didn't believe them. >> How long have you guys been dating? >> 6 months. >> How long have you been living together? >> 4 months. Okay. >> How many times has this happened in the past? I want to say four or five times. >> Okay. >> Is there anything else you want to add? >> This is going to conclude this interview. Okay. >> Nine. Mhm. >> Let's get you out of here. Okay. >> These are your shoes, right? Let's pop those on. I do have a little bit of a concern. >> Okay. >> I didn't bring my keys with me. >> Okay. >> So, he has possession of the keys and he does have to work in the morning >> to your car. >> The apartment. I'm worried about not being able to get my dog. Well, so what I would suggest you do when you get this all taken care of and you go back to your house, call us to come do a standby so we can make sure you get your dog. Okay. >> But I can't get in without the key. >> You're on the lease. >> It's mine. It's my >> So he can't refuse your entry. He has to let you in. >> But he's going to be out. >> See what I'm saying? >> Is the leasing Is there like a leasing officer or someone maintenance that could let you in? No, it's private open. >> Call the lockments. >> I know. [ __ ] Okay. >> Yeah. >> I was thinking too that >> I know. I'm sorry. We have to on this one. Put your hands together like you're brain. Perfect. [Music]
