on November 2nd 2022 an officer observed
a male driver with an active felony
warrant in Warren Ohio
the mail was identified as 39 year old
Lamar Mitchell
a traffic stop was attempted on Lamar
but he refused to pull over and took off
from police I'm going to try to flip
around on him
that might be him

brief Pursuit he crashed into a vehicle
and fled on foot behind a daycare center

building and attempting to shut the door
he forced his way through the back door
and raised his hand toward the officers
threatening to shoot him he's got a gun

Lamar has an extensive criminal history
dating back to 2001.
some of his charges over the years
included a robbery arson assault and
discharging a firearm at a school
at age 17 he was convicted of aggravated
robbery and sentenced to three years in
prison

aggravated robbery failure to comply and
aggravated menacing times four
his cash Bond was set at 250 000.
