your um construction site sign has been
standing on the property the whole time
the Project's been going on correct yes

called you contacted us you had said
that somebody appeared to be staying
inside the home you were contacted by
one of your um subcontractors that were
working on the project and there was
some personal items in the home a coffee
maker it looked like some clothes um and
when you and I both came out here there
was no one on the property but those
items were still here right correct um
and then what did you do you locked the
doors I went in the house I made sure
all the doors were locked the um backs
slider was open so I locked that again
the garage was propped open so I shut
that um and then I lo the rest of the
house and I changed the code on the
front door okay and then this morning
actually just let me explain to you what
happened was just to kind of keep watch
of the house I came by this morning I
came up the backside I had observed uh
looked like appeared to be a white male
sitting inside the residence so I
approached the house um he saw me he
asked me what I wanted and I kind of
Knocked and said hey I'm here I need to
speak to you I need you to step outside
um he refused to come outside he said
that he didn't have to answer me or any
questioning um and so his his name once
we my partner showed up and we made
entry into the house cuz the back slider
was still open so we made entry he
refused to come with us or step outside
he kind of tried to shut the door in our
face so my um partner came and we took
him down um unfortunately we did have to
tase it in the event to get him down so
there's some blood on the floor that's
going to have to be cleaned up now um
his name was
Abraham um this is not anyone that you
are aware of correct no okay and he's
not the owner of the house that's
purchasing it from you right okay and
you didn't give permission for him or
anybody else to be on the property
without your authorization okay so at
this time um he is under arrest uh for
Criminal Trespass it was a posted
construction site
um I'm going to give you some paperwork
um so that you have it in regards to the
trust
fund and you'll have it in reference to
yeah and the case number and everything
is there anything you wish to add change
or delete from what you just told me no
where is that okay all right um I've
taken pictures of everything inside and
then I rounded up his personal
belongings look like his clothes his
phone that was in there um to be
processed up the jail with him so I can
walk you through the house just to see
if there's anything you want
to what I believe this one the one that
she's walking to
stuff in the car that's just some of her
stuff out of there I don't want to ride
around with she pulling it out she even
stalking to me is she stalking you oh
that's
