oh okay and that's how we ended up yeah so I called when I saw she was living I called 9-1-1 right okay but then it's fine and I feel bad something's wrong with her car because I heard when she was trying to start it one two three times but I didn't I didn't imagine she was one of them okay so she had already hit your car or back back did she back into it okay she backed into your car already and then you heard her trying to restart it before when I was parked here and I was walking to the bar I listened when she was trying to start her car one two three I'm gonna just um here when she is you don't use that anymore nope okay so at this point based on what the witnesses advised us and damage that we saw to another vehicle sure I can determine that a crash happened okay um the witnesses also stated that they saw you behind the wheel of your pickup truck here okay does that make sense okay yeah so they do not want to have the crash fully reported but so they don't want to report the crash but what we would like to do is to do a driver's exchange of information which means that we look up and verify um your truck's information make sure your insurance is updated and all that sort of stuff and we provide with them with that information and then we give the same information back to you so you still have the opportunity if your vehicle is damaged you have the ability to report it to your insurance company if you would like to do that I would like to take care of them okay okay excellent well we'll let you guys handle that as they see fit okay at this point because like I said we have reason to believe that you were behind the wheel of a vehicle we have them saying that you were behind the wheel so even though they don't want to have a crash I have every reason to believe that you were behind the wheel I made a couple other observations of you that are a little bit concerning to me um your eyes are extremely glossy you're having a hard time standing on your own it it's led me to believe that you may be under the influence of some type of substance okay so the crash report is done we're totally done with that or I mean not the crash report but the drivers exchange we're completely done with that so now I'm now going to be conducting a DUI investigation because like I said you're behind the wheel of a vehicle okay so I'm going to read you something before we
