we don't perform the roadside task it forces me make a decision based on observations of my investigation and and three if you are placed under arrest the probable causes develop and you get placed under arrest uh the act of refusing the road sides can be used against you later in court okay so do you understand that my told me so you don't understand it I I see you understand what I just told
