his daughter refused to get out of his
car short after law enforcement arrived

my car getting up I don't know she's got
a lot of problems in life and so I
offered to give her a ride and now this
is my dad and I think
he's but he has to car so I'm just
waiting on him to get out of the
building to get out of the building to
come drive the car he just parked us
here so I don't know yeah but you you
know he doesn't have to drive you
anywhere but it's his car he doesn't
want to understand well he already took
me here so I'm in the car you know go
back to my house whenever he's ready
basically okay but do you realize that
if he doesn't want to take you you you
have to get out cuz it's his car no I'm
letting you know but that's how that
works so whenever he's ready but he
doesn't want to drive you don't want to
drive her home I think he might be
having some sort of like like early
dementia or something but he is not
acting like himself um we were just
going to go to Starbucks and then he
said that he had to go and he can't
remember he said he needed to take a
package somewhere I got her a couple of
gift cards because she doesn't have a
job he did he well he just got me a gift
card and showed up back at the apartment
so I felt sorry for her my mistake gave
her more money gave her more things to
do took her here so she could get food
she refused to get out of the car and
now she get out of it at all I'm just
trying to spend the day with go out and
run errands we're just trying to run
erands um you say she was evicted from
the apartment does she not so that's not
where she lives anymore I still live
there she is in the process of eviction
I don't think they got a final order for
you okay so she can still be there
according to the father he had tried to
assist his daughter but upon arrival she
refused to leave the car despite his
repeated requests when the police
arrived they approached the young woman
and asked her to step out of the vehicle
to resolve the situation however she
refused insisting that she had the right
to remain in the car claiming that her
father was experiencing memory issues
I'm not trying to live in this car you
know what I mean so yeah but you're not
trying to get out of this car which
right now you're working the law this is
not your car so you're trespassing with
the permission of the person he does not
want you in his car you're trespassing

so we can play this game but you're
going to get arrested like I'm not

to explain something to you and you're
not really willing to listen um you
explained it to me but I would like to
shut my door now I'm not doing that it's

woman persistently refused to leave the
vehicle despite the police's repeated
warnings eventually the father had no
choice but to press trespassing charges
against her the solution is that you
step out either stand over here you can
sit there's a bench over here there's a

officers tried to persuade the young
woman to leave the car peacefully
however she remained adamant accusing
the police of assault and violating her
personal rights tensions escalated as
she resisted all police requests
adopting a defiant attitude demanding a
ticket and insisting on being taken to
court

were forced to use corus measures to
arrest her during the process she
continued to resist fiercely screaming
and accusing the police of abusing their
power even alleging that they were
kidnapping her it took the officers
considerable time to subdue her but her
resistance seemed only to
intensify listen you try to hurt us
again you're going to either end up
getting tazed me hurt you you guys were
hurting me okay but you guys you guys
actually assaulted me you grabbed me and
then she touched my breast for no reason
so you touched me inappropriately as
well on my skin you know that you don't
need to contact me like that I was in

with the severity of the punishment
increasing based on the seriousness of
the offense we to the hospital right now

Detention Center though she continued to
resist and demanded to be taken to a
hospital she was subsequently held to
face charges of trespassing and
resisting law
enforcement this incident serves as a
