officers that work on and here he works on CLE Beach yeah and I've had two too many issues on CLE Beach and every time I talk to a cop I get anxiety I was honest with him I said look I had one drink I was 100% honest no I shouldn't have driven but I know this isn't going to get me anywhere so I don't even know why I'm even talking hey it's okay do you mind if I ask um where does the anxiety come from is it like a diagnosed issue is it something you've been dealing with for a while is it it hasn't been but I've been dealing with since I was 14 since you were 14 we had a very bad incident happened when I was 14 I understand that's it just as bad of a thing as it is to say thing is that when I saw the officer that I knew it you know it definitely calmed down yeah I know real well i' I've known him for so long I've worked on the beach for almost 4 years yeah but so offen he's a really good guy I know he would have he would have hung out if he was able to no no I know and I all I want to do is call my M that's all that's it and he said I can't grab my phone just not right this particular second but yeah I just want to grab my phone I just I'll grab it for you in just a second what kind of phone do you have I have an iPhone 14 is it in a case or anything it's a clear case there's a picture of me and my dog my old dog in it what kind of dog is it it's a beagle it's a old ever made and probably not the worst one you'll ever I want to call my parents I have to work tomorrow at 5 and I don't really want to call my owner and say Hey you know I'm in jail what time 5 tomorrow okay all right so let's let's think about this for a single second let's say for instance that this goes like worst case scenario you end up having to take the ride tonight right that means that in a few hours after you sober up you get out all by yourself uh you grab yourself an Uber getting uh able to come home and then you still go to work tomorrow is it is there a possibility because i' I've only bailed people out of jail I never know I don't I really don't know anything about it if somebody were to bail me out could I get out earlier than the what is it 12 12 hours it's 8 8 hours the moment that and it's it's 2:00 in the morning right now yeah so it's 8 hours if somebody were to bail me out is that is that a thing you know can I yeah you probably bail yourself RR I could bail myself out or you could get released RR do you have any kind of criminal history you ever been to jail before no it's possible you get released all on your own without even having to worry about Bail no high possibility bail is what 5 500 it's 598 that yeah cuz like I've bailed three people out of jail for very [ __ ] ass yep yeah it just depends on their criminal history how many times have they've been stopped for I've never I've never been a jail I've never had a felony miss mean or nothing like I have clean I have a clean record so so E I just don't know how it works all right well let me let me explain I just want to call my mom I I really give me two minutes to explain everything that's going on right now and then I'll go grab your phone sound good so obviously this officer pulled you over cuz he saw some kind of traffic infection right no big deal there understandable 100% And I told him that I understand yep obviously you decided to do the right thing you were very honest with this officer you told him that you had something to drink I told him I'm not going to lie there's no point I know he can smell it in the car and smell it on me I know the off I've had officers tell me what the lingo is so kind of know right now we're at a little bit of a cross roads right I know he mentioned something about this before but over here he's got this tape on the ground and that's that's part of the uh the exercise called the walk and turn like walking straight yeah um and he's got that one and he's got one other maybe maybe a third exercise all s done it's going to take maybe about 20 minutes to get through all of them here's the alternative the alternative is you say I don't really feel like doing these exercises at all I don't I don't want to do any of them don't I'm damned if I do and I'm damn if I don't so I don't know what to do let me ask you something um cuz I know officer vanu over here explained that without doing the exercises it just kind of becomes on him to make a choice on based on what he's seen so far I get it I understand it 100% I do so what kinds of things do you think that he's seen so far that might ultimately impact decision unfortunately Eva haven't learned this lesson at a pretty young age I learned that stuff at 16 so okay all right I'm still underage we're at the intersection of obviously it's uh it's my job to give you some some sound advice and tell you that you should probably stop drinking until you of age um I was also under 21 once and I also partook I'm not going to act like I didn't I'm not going to act like that everybody doesn't um but obviously stuff like this not only can get you jammed up pretty hard but also is very very dangerous so oh no this is and as far as I'm concerned this is best case scenario is that you're surrounded by a bunch of people who job it is to be worried about your safety much scary how old are you I'm 17 do you know how long why does she think you're 20 yeah your
