On June 3rd, 2024, deputies from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office served a warrant to a maid who was accused of stealing credit card information and a firearm. What you are about to watch is what happened next. He's right there. Which one is it? A hammer or uh thing. Which door? This one? >> There's a kids room right here. >> Hey, what's going on, guys? Is Bailey here? >> Sure. >> We need to talk to Bailey. >> We know she's here, though. We literally just have to talk to her. She doesn't see anything. >> But she we know she's here though. >> She She stayed here last night, but she >> Okay, listen. We're not going to do this. All right. We know she's here. I've seen her myself. She's here. She's here with the kids. I don't want to make a big scene in front of the kids or you. If she comes outside, we're not going to make a scene in front of the kids. I've seen about six kids going in and out here all day today. All right. It's either that I have a search warrant ready and we're going to kick the door in, have all the kids wait out of the ring and I don't want to do that. Okay. I have fresh eyes on her. She needs to come out. I have the search warrant ready. Judge is going to start it. I told him there's six kids in here. I don't want six kids waiting in the rain. Tell her we're going to do this real easy. She comes outside. Get it over with. All right. All right. [clears throat] >> Huh? Hi. >> Little kid looking at you the window. Hi. There's another little face in the window. Hi. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Do you remember me? >> Yeah, I do. >> I'm okay. My kids are here. I just don't want to. >> All right. >> Just come away from the doors. I'm going to talk to you right here. >> No, no, no. It's okay. You go. >> You go. >> You go. Hi. You went inside. >> Hi. What happened to you? >> What? >> Really? I want to rescue. >> We're going to explain that to you right now. All right. >> And I don't want to hurt your kids in the >> We'll explain it to you. >> We don't want to hurt your child. >> Can Can you tell me why? I need to call from >> We're going to let you do whatever you need to do, but we need to put your kid inside. We don't want him to get wet. We don't want to see you get arrested. Okay. Give me the courtesy of taking you out here. You understand him? Okay. >> Just put him down. >> Just put him down. Open the door. >> You know me from Lake Worth. >> Can you tell me why? >> I will tell you why. You know I will tell you why. >> I will tell you why. Just put him down. Okay. >> Okay. I got to give him my phone inside. >> Yeah. We'll take care of that. Just hold on. >> I can keep your phone, too, if you >> No, he needs it. >> Okay. >> He has to call himself. >> Okay. All right. Just put the kids down. Put them inside. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to run. I'm not going to run. My kids are inside. Okay. >> Just put them down. >> Hi. What's your name? Cutie. >> Oh, no. >> No, you're fine. >> Okay. >> I'm not going. I'm not going to run like my phone. Yeah. Yeah. I think your son's going to go with you. >> Why? He needs He needs it. He needs it. >> I don't want you to hit me on the door. That's why I'm holding it closer. >> I don't have any numbers. Can I please write down a number? >> Please, can I please write down a number? >> Yeah, we'll get number. >> That's why I want the phone to go with you. >> No, I need him to keep it because it has access to all my cars. Really? I appreciate you coming out. >> What is going on? I'll >> tell you in a second. All right. But we appreciate you coming out. I don't want you talking to talking to your phone. >> What does she want? >> She wants to give her phone. >> But I need a number out of it. >> But I need to leave that here because they don't have another appreciate you helping us out. All right. So all the kids are inside. Last thing I had off screen take over here. >> Do we have a dispatcher or no window? >> What is that? It's a camera recording you are already here, but I'm telling her. >> Can somebody please tell me what's going on? >> Just take her station and she wants to talk. She doesn't even know what's going on. >> Hey, it's pouring down rain and there's like a million kids at the house and the boyfriend's taking like I don't think you want to interview her here. Okay, just hold on. >> Oh yeah, we got to get the PC. >> She wanted Can anybody please tell me what's going on? So we're like, you know, like this way >> straight. You don't have to dispatch anything. >> Bailey, listen. There's a detective that wants to speak to you. Okay. >> Okay. >> Um, >> we don't know anything about the case. We just are sent to come pick you up if there's a probable cause for your arrest for a crime that you allegedly committed. Okay. Nobody knows what it's for. >> Um, like I said, I I don't know the the intimate details of the case. We're just told to come pick you up. >> If you've made it this far, make sure you like and hype this video. Hey. All right. [snorts] So, your choice. We can get started talking right now. It's just once we start talking, I won't be able to stop to then call your brother or I can wait for my other partner to go up here. It should be up here in a minute so I can get my keys and call your brother and then we can talk. >> We can talk now. >> Okay. One sec. I'm just Okay. So, Detective Bips, right? I tried to call it back yesterday, but my phone is like about to [ __ ] to Okay, I understand. I appreciate you trying to [snorts] give me a call back. All right. cuz you know the point was to to have you come in like voluntarily so I can speak with you. Uh cuz obviously I'm I'm sympathetic to the fact that you have young children. Um so it's not something I take joy in and having watched her mom get arrested. So give me one sec here. I just have to do a little preamble and then we'll >> [snorts] >> What is this about? We are about to find out. Okay, so I am Detective Fipps, ID 33643 at the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. This is a sworn report and interview reference case number 23072631. I am at the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, District 14, a substation in the city of Lakeworth Beach. Today is June 7th, 2023. The time is 1944 hours. And with me is with those rights as understood. Do you wish to continue to speak with me? >> Yes. >> So here here's what I know, Bailey. Um, I understand that tough times happen to good people and that sometimes they just get tougher and tougher and tougher. And because the times are so tough and it kind of feels like there's no way out of it, even good people will do not so good things. Okay, we're all human. I get it. So, take this as an opportunity to be honest with me. Okay. And here's what else I know. You're an employee of Royal Maid Service, correct? >> No, I'm not. >> You were? >> Yeah. um one, two, like a year ago. A year ago, I worked there for like a week, two or 3 months ago and then she fired me because she got three other employees and me and my ex- best friend don't get along anymore. [snorts] >> Okay. So, >> so you worked there this year? >> Yeah, for like a week. >> Okay. So, in that week that you were employed there, >> you were sent with a with another employee to clean a house here in Lakew Worth, >> like around this area >> off of K Street, the 400 block of South K Street, >> South K. >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Lady with twotory home, lady with two dogs. >> Yeah. >> And you had been there a couple of times. Yeah, previously when I worked there. Previously. Yeah. >> Okay. So, here's what happened after you you cleaned that lady's house with Iana. Okay. >> The next day, she started receiving notifications from her credit card companies that her credit cards were being used for purchases that she wasn't making. >> Okay. There were purchases made at a Papa John's. One of her credit cards was linked to a Vinmo account to fund the Vinmo account. >> And there was a purchase made online at Victoria's Secret. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, um, you know, this day and age, everything you do gets tracked. >> Yeah. >> So, we'll start with the >> Sorry. Do you have a tissue in my nose or I can't even reach it. It's okay. It's okay. All right. >> So, the Papa John's. Okay. There was an order made the day after you clean the house on K Street, May 4th. >> Mhm. >> And the pizza was delivered to 705 Truman Avenue. >> Does that ring a bell? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Have you ever stayed at Truman Avenue? >> Yeah. for um sorry for um a month or two a month or two with a friend. >> Okay. And were you staying there at the time around the time that you were employed with Royal Maid? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Cuz I walked to work. Yeah. >> Okay. So I was able to review that transaction for the Papa John for the Papa John's. It was delivered to the 705 Truman address and the phone number provided because you have to give a phone number whenever you make an online order through Papa John's >> is your phone number. >> Okay. >> All right. The 229. Okay. >> The Vinmo account. >> Mhm. >> Have you ever Do you have a Vinmo account? Have you ever >> I have a Venmo account with mine? No. >> Okay. So, when you set up a Vinmo account, similar to Tash app, >> I have Cash App. I don't have Vinmo. Okay, you have to supply identifying information. >> So the name on the account, the date of birth on the account, the social security number on the account, the address on the account, >> and the email address on the account all come back to you and Giovani. [snorts] >> The social security number is mine. >> Social security number is Giovani's. The email address is yours. >> My email address is clean2020.com, >> right? And that's the email address linked to that VIMO account. >> Okay. >> And that VIMO account was funded with one of the credit cards belonging to the victim in this case who lives at the South K address. >> Okay. >> Okay. It's all in black and white. >> Sorry. >> It's okay. The Victoria Secret Purchase. >> All right. So, whenever you're online, >> it tracks your location unless you know how to hide it. Victoria Secret came back and the the IP address attached to that purchase was really worth. All right. So, what I know is that the morning of May 3rd, you and Iana arrived at that house. >> Was it May 3rd? >> It was May 3rd. >> Okay. And the the victim's bedroom is upstairs. >> So, the two of you went upstairs while she stayed downstairs. Started upstairs. Yeah. >> Right. And she stayed downstairs with the dogs. >> Okay. [snorts] So, from what I understand, there is there's a bedroom and a bathroom up there. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you remember who cleaned what? >> I did the bathroom. I always do the bathrooms. >> Okay. >> I'm always the wet man. That's just what I do. >> Okay. >> Iana says otherwise. She said she was in she was in the bathroom the entire time. >> You contact maid service. The paper we fill out. We have to put wet maid and dry maid and it would tell you that I was the wet maid and she fills out the papers because I was the supervisor. So she was in the passenger seat filling out the papers. >> Okay. So, I spoke with Miss Davis who owns Royal Maid >> and she provided those sheets. >> Mhm. >> That's not what the sheet says. >> Okay. So, per the sheet and Iana was in the bathroom. You were in the bedroom with me, too. And it's just >> maybe you'll have to wet me downstairs. I'm sorry. Yeah, that whole week is like a It was a bad week for me. A really bad week. >> Why was it a bad week? >> Um, we became homeless and I lost my car. It was just a mess. >> Do you understand the circumstances as to why you lost your vehicle? >> Did you ever find that out? No. >> Okay. Would you ever let anybody else drive the vehicle? >> Yeah. >> I know you cannot see the bedroom from every angle in the bathroom. So, if you're focused on the shower or the areas >> Yeah. the shower. >> Okay. And then there was a period of time where she was downstairs and you were upstairs by yourself because she has she had to use the bathroom. >> Oh, yeah. We were carrying the products downstairs. Yeah. >> Okay. So, with what I just told you in [snorts] regards to the purchase at Papa John's, the Venmo account inventory secret, >> how do you explain that? I'm not going to lie. I needed to pay my kids. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's not going to save me or help me now. >> I understand. I appreciate it. So, what what did you do, Bailey, when you were in when you were in the bedroom? How did you get that credit card information? >> It was just sitting there. >> What was just sitting there? >> The the card. It was just sitting right there on the chair. >> Okay. Did you How did you copy down the the card information? >> I just wrote it on a piece of paper. >> Okay. And where did you put the piece of paper? >> I threw it away after Did you only store the the credit card information on that piece of paper? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, like when you got home or anything, you didn't [snorts] write it down on something else. >> You didn't put it in your phone? >> Okay. How many How many >> It's not just It's not just my phone. It's my phone and your mom's phone because my phone broke. So, I use his phone and like I go to work or I leave and then like he'll keep it cuz he has the kids. Okay. >> He has no phone right now. >> So, the phone I have right now, that's the phone the two of you share. >> Okay. Uh, how many credit card numbers did you write down? >> It was just the two that were sitting there. >> Okay. >> It was the two that were sitting there. >> Are you sure? Yeah, cuz the one that was on Venmo was a a credit card and then the one with Papa John's and Victoria Secret were the same one. [clears throat] They should have been okay. Could have possibly been three cuz there are three different cards. >> Maybe. Maybe. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It might have been okay. >> And by by sitting there, what do you mean? Like where were where were they at? >> They were just they were So when you walk in her bedroom, she has her nightstand or her like big I really don't know what to call it. It's under the TV and then right there there's a white chair and they were just sitting there. Okay. When did where was it? Where was Iana when you wrote down the credit card information? >> She was in the bathroom. Okay. All right. So [snorts] So you made you made the purchase online with Papa John's. Can you confirm you did that? >> Okay. And then what whose idea was it to create the Vinmo account? [snorts] >> Not mine. >> Okay. So, at some >> I honestly didn't even know that that was done with her card. >> Okay. >> I didn't. >> So, at some point you communicated to Giovani about the fact that you had this credit card information. I didn't know who it was. >> Okay. So, what did what did you tell him? >> I said, "Look, I found these and I'm going to order the kids food cuz we have no food." And then I gave them to him to throw away. I just wanted to be my kid. Okay. So, you said earlier that you threw away the piece of paper that the card numbers were on and now you're >> after I ordered the pizza. I gave it to him to throw away. Okay. I told him it was in a cuz I throw away all my trash in like a Wind Dixie bag or a Publix bag or I'm going to tie it up. I was like, "You can't throw this away, please." Cuz that card is in there. Okay. >> So, you have no knowledge of the Venmo account? What is uh what's your brother Ryan's relationship like with Giovani? >> I don't like him. >> Okay. So, there are a few um so the other information will give you is a rundown of the transactions tied to that account. So, there were quite a few money transfers from that Binmo account to Ryan >> recently, right? >> No, I'm talking in early May around the time the Vimmo account was created. >> Well, I have somebody send Venmo to Ryan. He cash abs it me. So, >> like someone else said, >> I'm assuming you love your children very much and you want to be with them and you want to protect them and keep them safe, >> of course. >> Okay. What What am I missing here, Bailey? What have I What have we not talked about yet in regards to you cleaning that bedroom on May 3rd? Nothing. Nothing at all. Just the credit cards. Okay. So, the victim owned a firearm. The victim testified. So, she swears that she saw the firearm the evening prior to you and Ayana being in her home. >> Okay. >> Okay. [snorts] She discovered the firearm was missing the day after you and Ayana were at her home. >> Okay. >> The only people in her home from that time were her, her young children, you and Jana. >> Oh, I didn't touch firearm. I did not touch a firearm. I haven't touched a firearm or wanted to be around a firearm since I got shot three times. But I know someone else who wanted to be around a firearm. He's on camera talking about how he couldn't wait to get his rights restored to possess a firearm. >> I need my firearm rights back. Right. >> Okay. >> So, I think you knew cuz it was literally like the day before. >> I don't remember where. >> Giovani. >> Talking to who? >> When DCF came to the Truman Street address. >> Uhhuh. >> At the end of March, you were still inside taking a shower. >> Mhm. >> He was talking with the DCF investigator. >> Mhm. saying that he couldn't wait for his gun rights to finally be restored since they had been taken from him because of his robbery charge and conviction. >> Yeah, he he's he just got off probation though, >> right? >> Not not in it was May 14th, I think. May 19th, something like that. >> Yeah. So, I know you and Giovanni have had a pretty tumultuous relationship. >> Yes, but I did not touch a firearm for him. I would never cuz that would put my kids in jeopardy and myself. I did not touch a firearm. >> Okay. What's Giovanni going to tell me? [clears throat] >> It's going to tell you the same thing. I didn't touch a firearm. I didn't even speak to him about a firearm. But Bailey, you see there's it doesn't make like firearms don't just disappear. And someone like Miss Crawford, she's a responsible gun owner. >> She's very nice. I know. >> But I didn't even know she had a firearm. besides the ones that are right there in the lock box in the closet that we vacuum. I have no reason to open her drawers or her dressers or her anything like that. >> Yeah, but you just you kind of just said you had a reason, you know, see these credit cards chair, >> right? >> I would never take anything like jewelry or or guns or laptop or anything like that. That's not I'm not like that. I might have been desperate and needed to feed my kids, but I'm not going to go and steal something. >> Well, that is stealing Bailey. >> And she has cameras everywhere. >> Uh only at the front door. So, uh Bailey, I don't I don't believe you. Cuz like I said, firearm Hold on, let me finish. Firearms don't just grow legs and walk away. Okay? And there's no other explanation. It was essentially only you and Miss Crawford who were in that bedroom from the last time she saw the firearm, which was within hours of you and I being there. And then the firearm was discovered missing the next day. So here, and here's what has to happen, Bailey. Okay. When our time here together is done, I have to call DCF because you've just been you've just been arrested for offense. Please >> either either way they got to be called. >> But this is your decision. This is your choice. Do I tell them she was 100% honest? 100 [snorts] >> B. There's no other explanation. You either >> you're the only one in that room alone, though. >> I went downstairs, too, and he was up there. I didn't think >> Okay. Well, like I said, the Ring camera footage shows both of you leaving. Okay. You're carrying a large tote bag. Ayana's got >> the vacuum. And I had the caddy. >> Where was Ayana going to put the gum? She had other clothes on. I don't know. Where was I going to put it? >> I would say in the tote bag, but she was home. >> Okay. >> And the bag is see-through. >> You can conceal it with the rags. It's not a large gun. >> What kind of gun isn't large? I'm not a gun person. I got shot with a 40 and I don't even know what they look like. like I'm not a gun person. >> Okay. But Giovani is. I know how the relationships like the two of yours go. Okay. You saw the credit card. You saw the credit cards. You said it yourself. You're desperate. You want to feed your kids. You've been in this financial rut for a long time. What else is there? What else can I get? >> No, I didn't think like that. I just thought I can order my kids dinner tonight. That's all. I didn't think of anything else, Bailey. God, I didn't say you're gone. I did it. I wouldn't steal a gun for anybody, let alone him. [snorts] You may feel that way right now, a month later. >> No, I didn't steal it then either. I had cleaned there a million times. A million times. Yeah. She had left jewelry. She had left money. She left all types of things that was open and I haven't touched it ever. All I wanted was to order food and body wash for my kids. That's it. That's it. >> [ __ ] I don't believe you. I believe you wanted to take care of your kids. >> I didn't steal a gun and I can't lose my kids. Please call me out. >> Yeah, but there's no other explanation. Bailey, I'm not blowing wind up your skirt. That those are the facts. Within a 36-hour period, there were only five people in that home and three of them belong there. [snorts] Or three, excuse me. Three of them live there. I didn't steal her gun. I didn't steal her gun. I even went into the office after work that day and lost everything in the trunk. I didn't steal her gun and I have to leave the bag there. Like everything has to stay there. Uh both and Miss Davis uh told me that you would often take the bag home with you. that Ayana had to call you a couple of times. >> A white Publix bag with like 10 dirty rags in it. That's it. But Ayana gave me the ride home that day. Like and we went to the office and I dropped the black see-through bag off there and I picked all the dirty rags out of it off the caddy and I put them in a bag. >> That's not what I said. >> I barely even know her. didn't steal that lady's gun. And I could look you dead in your eyes and tell you I didn't steal that lady's gun. I admitted to everything that I did. >> Yeah, I understand. Because even though you may have made a couple mistakes, you're not you're not completely without some intelligence or some sense to you. Okay. >> If I was if I did it, I would admit it. There's nothing I can do about it now. But I didn't. >> There is something you can do about it now. You can be honest about it. Stop it >> and start reversing it. And the first step is being 100% honest about everything. Okay. Fine. Fine. Where's the gun, Bailey? >> I don't know. >> Who did you give it to? >> I can't. >> Him being Giovanni. Okay. Have you guys been living together? the entire time from Okay. When did you give it to him? >> Right after. >> Right after. Uh, so walk me through it. Okay. You're in the bedroom. What happens by the bedroom? I mean Miss Crawford's bedroom. I was just cleaning this thing. My red got stuck on the drawer and opened it and I saw it and then I shut it and I called him. He called you Bonnie. What did he say? What did you say to him? >> I was like she has guns. He said he said get it. Get it. What did you do with the gun, Bailey? >> I gave it to you. >> Okay. I gave it to you. >> So, where did where did you take the gun from? In the bedroom. Where was it at in the bedroom? In the drawer. >> Okay. Where did you put the gun after you took it out of the drawer? Um, [snorts] and um the the the caddy and it had a rag on top. So then did you take the >> when um when you left Crawford's residence, you still with you? >> We went right home after that. >> Okay. >> We went to the office and then helped. >> Okay. >> But he was at the office. >> Giovanni was at the office. >> Okay. Did you give him the gun there at the office? My mom gave me a ride home. >> Okay. And then how did uh how did Giovani get to the office? >> I don't know. >> He didn't have a car. >> My car was gone by then. >> Okay. >> Was Giovani But Giovani was staying at the No. Where was Giovani staying while you were staying at the the Truman Street address? >> Mom's okay. >> How far was his mom's house from? >> Blue Heron. That's far. >> So, how would he have gotten to Royal Maid? >> I don't He has his sister's house um right down the street here on 8th Street. >> I don't know the 506. >> Yeah. I don't know where he was. >> Okay. >> He just said, "I'll meet you at the office. Did I see him when he was there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. She didn't mention anything about him. >> She said hi to her. >> Okay. And then after you gave the gun to him at the office, when is the next time that you saw him? >> Um the next morning when I had to go to work, he came to sit with the kids. His mom dropped him off the next morning at 7:05. >> Had he been at his his mom's house the entire time from the time you >> That's what he tells me. That's what he tells me. Okay. I couldn't tell you if he was telling me the truth or not. He doesn't have a great record of that. That's me. >> Have you seen Have you seen the gun since? Can you describe it for me at all? >> I just remember it was so >> Did the two of you discuss the gun at all since you gave it to him? >> No. Because he's been eating me alive ever since. [snorts] Susan said anything to you about the gun? >> You never brought the gun up to him being like, "Hey, >> we have four young kids." >> Cuz I don't want to know anything about it. I don't I really don't. I ped my dad's ring to get money. I ped my Nintendo. I didn't care about I I did what he asked me and I just I just want to get out of here. I just want to get away from Florida so bad. I have this church helping me to go to Nebraska. I just want to go. >> Do you have any issues? I mean, it's nothing you're going to be charged for. Um, do you do you have any issues with drugs, Bailey? >> No, I smoke weed occasionally. Okay. >> All right. Well, when I was younger, I used to take Xanax, but I don't anymore. My mom takes them and it's deteriorated her in a really bad way. >> Yeah, she's prescribed them, but she drinks on them, too. So, that's a nasty combo. All right, Bailey. Is there anything else you want to tell me? I'm so sorry. Okay. Like I said, this is this is day one. Okay. >> Am I going to go home tomorrow? >> I don't know. I don't know. That all depends on what happens in the work tomorrow morning. Okay. >> Hello. How are you? >> How's it going? >> Are you okay with us coming in with you to see if there's guys in your house? >> I don't. Okay. So yeah, you know, >> it's going to be cold inside you. >> Let's go sit in my car. >> All right. Where um Jen, does the brother have to come now? make no threats or promises to induce you to make a statement. This must be of your own free will. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Seven. Any statement can be and will be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, uh, we're both tired here, so I will cut to the chase. Here's what I know. These are irrefutable facts. Okay. Bailey, the mother of how many of your children? >> Two. >> All right. So, the mother of two of your children. She worked for Royal Maid Service in April, May of this year. As part of her employment, she was sent to a home here in the city of Lakew Worth. When she was at that home cleaning the home, she found some credit cards, copied the credit card information, and she also found a firearm in the victim's bedroom, and she took the firearm. the credit cards. The credit card information that she took, she used to make purchases at Papa John's. One of the credit cards was or debit card rather was used to fund a Venmo account and then there was an additional purchase made online for Victoria's Secret. Um Bailey admitted to the Papa John's purchase and the Victoria Secret purchase. She claimed to have no knowledge of the Vinmo account. So, do you have a Vimmo account? Ever set up a Vinmo account? No. >> Okay. So, whenever you set up a Vinmo account, you have to give them certain biograph biographical and identifying information. Okay. So, I submitted a request to Vinmo for the information related to the account where one of the victims debit cards was used to fund that account. Okay. When I receive those records back, all points to you as your full name, your date of birth, your social security number, uh I believe it's your parents address on North Beach. >> Yeah. >> Okay. all points to you. The are you familiar with what IP addresses are? All right. So, anytime you do anything online, you know, Vimmo is an app and online. >> Yeah. Unless you know how to hide your location, it tracks your location. It pretty much pinpoint you down to a foot essentially depending on how sophisticated it is. All points back to where you were the time those Vinmo transactions were made. Okay. There's no there's no denying that it was either you or Bailey that made this Vinmo account. >> I've never had a Vimmo account. I got cash. [clears throat] >> Okay, that's what she said, too. But the fact is there's a VMO account. It exists. It has your information. It has um money transfers to Bailey's brother. It belongs to one of y'all. Either one of you. >> Our brothers don't even like me. So, >> right. So either one of you or both of you was using it, but the fact of the matter is it has all of your um identifying information attached to it. Okay. Um so what what Bailey said is she when she was at the victim's residence and saw the the debit cards, she wrote the information down on a piece of paper. When she returned to the 705 Truman Street address that you two were staying at at that time period, she handed the piece of paper to you and asked you to dispose of it. Okay. So, either way, me and her like almost 4 months, so I don't know where this is coming from. And we've been bumping heads, me and our brothers and all that. So, like I don't know nothing about any of this [ __ ] that's going on. >> Right. I understand that two of you have a tumult a long-term tumultuous relationship. Uh I know how these relationships go. Okay. Uh and the fact of the matter is you two have had contact with the sheriff's office for the past couple of months and the two of you have been together. Okay. You've been in each other's presence >> in the past couple months. >> Yes. Okay. You're on body cam footage at the 705 Truman address. And both of you on body cam footage when the TK Tico order was served to you last month at your mom's house. >> Oh, yeah. She gave me a ride to to my to my mom's house over there. >> Okay. And the fact of matter is the two of you share two kids. They're going to leave together forever. Okay. So, so no matter what, um, these fraud charges related to the debit card information, they're happening, okay? Uh, like I said, I can't promise you anything. I can't induce you to say anything, but it's your I know you've been through the system before, but it's in your best interest to be as honest as possible. Okay? Um, I'm assuming you care about and you love your children. [clears throat] Am I Is that correct? >> Okay. You want to protect them, keep them safe, >> of course. >> Okay. And so really, like I said, the the fraud charges, they are what they are. You you can be honest about them. That'd be great. But the paper trail, the documentation just it doesn't lie. What I'm concerned about is this firearm. Okay. [snorts] Bailey admitted to taking the firearm. There's there's no way. There's just no way to refute that she took the firearm based on the facts of the case. It's not happening. Okay. She took the firearm. She states that when she saw the firearm, she called you and you asked her to take the firearm. Okay. Either way, either way, she's the one she's the one getting charged with taking the firearm. Okay. What I'm concerned about is where that firearm is at and the fact that that firearm may have been around your young children. So, in a situation like this, you know who gets called? you've been dealing with them for a long time. It's up to you whether or not you want to keep dealing with them [clears throat] that much longer. The only way to help yourself in that instance is to tell me where that gun is at. >> I really have no idea. Like I have no idea what's going on. I don't have a gun account. I don't don't mess with firearms. >> Okay. I will give you a few more tidbits and then I'm done entertaining you. Okay? >> I'm not trying to entertain you. Hey, >> I'm just saying I'm I don't know nothing about no gun move I don't know nothing about no firearm. >> Okay. >> There's no firearm around my kids. >> Like I said, the the paper trail and the electronic trail doesn't lie. >> That's fine. whose IP address was was used to to to make that mo because I haven't had a phone for for very long time. >> It comes back to the Truman address which you were at. You may not have been staying at but you were at consistently. Okay. >> Yes. As you said, the the IP tracks the phone that was made with the vendor account, >> right? And you you and Bailey have been sharing a phone. not sharing but I use it here and there but I don't have a [clears throat] rental account. >> Okay, >> Mr. Con, like I said, the the fraud charges the they are what they are. Okay, the you can you can lie to me until you're blue in the face. The documents don't lie. It is what it is. >> All right. So then take me to my slot. All right, >> I'm done. >> Okay. All right, this concludes the interview.
