initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle
because its headlights were not
activated and its driver made an illegal
turn in Selen Ohio
as soon as the vehicle pulled over the
driver immediately got out of the car
walked toward the officer and began
yelling the driver was later identified
as 31 year old Adrian Malone
