the other foot like this then you're gonna continue on with your second set of nine steps make sure while you're walking keep your arms at your sides at all times you watch your feet at all times you count your steps out loud okay once you start walking don't stop until you've completed the test am I shouting out starting at zero starting at zero okay okay does that make sense do you have any both legs straight and arms down to your sides but holding that position kind of loud in the following manner 1001 1002 1003 and so on until I tell you to stop make sure you keep both legs straight and arms down to your side and keep your eye on that race foot okay I'm gonna demonstrate real quick for you for demonstration purposes I'm going to raise my left leg you can raise whatever one you
