It's all been It's all on camera. >> No, my hair was never in the way. Oh, I thought you said it was It was never in the way. My hair was never in the way. >> So, let's break down what happened here. What started as a simple speeding stop, 75 in a 45, slowly turned into a long standoff on the side of the road. The driver couldn't produce her license or insurance card, and she told the officers she'd had two drinks. When it came time for the field sobriety test, she said she didn't fully understand the instructions and asked for a Spanish-speaking officer. The officers pointed out that they'd already been talking in English at her car, but they still called one in and waited. During that wait, she said she was freezing, asked to sit in a patrol car, and at one point asked for an ambulance. The officers told her it was above freezing and that she was wearing a coat. They kept offering to start the test. Even after the Spanish-speaking officer arrived, she didn't do the [clears throat] test. Moments later, she was placed under arrest, and the footage shows the handcuffing and her complaints about it. She was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and multiple traffic violations. Remember, those are charges, not a conviction, and the court has the final say. So, what do you think? Did the officers stay patient and professional while they waited? Or should this stop have gone differently from the start? Was the language barrier real, or was it a delay tactic? Drop your answer in the comments. I read them.
