On this ride along, a man sees an escape route. An officer scares a lady. And another squishes toothpaste. On the evening of April 6th in Clearwater, Florida, an officer was dispatched to the Wyndham Grand Hotel about a trespassing. The night before, a man had been at the restaurant and skipped out on his bill after ordering filet mignon and Sierra Mist. He'd returned to the hotel today and management wanted him gone. >> Trespass from the property. I will come back again. >> Okay, you have an ID on you? Well, I don't know ID. No ID? I was sitting at the table on my phone trying to leave the hotel. He was at the little diner downstairs last night here also. I don't know what you're talking about, man. Yeah. Are you guys pressing charges for that? Uh I'm going to get the info I just did one. All right, well you're not leaving, so. Notice the man checking out the street to his left. He's running He's running south bound. The officer initially hesitated to give chase because it wasn't clear if the hotel was pressing charges for the theft. And it's against department policy to pursue someone for a trespassing if they're willingly leaving the property. As she tried to catch up, another officer was conveniently around the corner. >> [music] >> RIGHT THERE. IT'S HARD TO SEE, BUT THE MAN WOULD RUN INTO THE PARKING garage across the street before popping right back out. My god. You got it. On the ground, roll over. Six two we got him on the tape. I'm willing to talk with you guys. Can we talk this out? No. I'm only 20 years old. >> I don't give a [ __ ] what you are. Shut up. How about that? The fact that he's 20 years old actually creates some other problems for him that we'll see in just a minute. Anything on you? Fine. I want to call my mom. Why you tense? Where's my sister? Yeah. The man had a number of surprises in this bag, such as a Taurus revolver, a Colt Python revolver, a Taurus G2C 9mm pistol, and 126 rounds of ammo. Because he's under 21, it's illegal for him to have these concealed weapons. He's also a convicted felon and not allowed to have the weapons and ammo no matter what his age. Can I go get my top from my >> You just made me [ __ ] run. Do you think we're going to Well, I don't want to go to jail. Well, how about you shut up? Stop talking. All right. Restaurant people saw him and said, "Oh my god, he was here last night." Went in and ordered the filet mignon and ate it like it was nothing. >> Oh, that's what he Okay. Filet mignon and a couple of drinks, I think. And then as soon as the waiter went to get the bill, he went the other way. Yeah, as soon as I turned my back dipped off and then my I think I had a tape There was There was another table outside who were like, "He ran off." And I'm like, "Yeah, yeah, you people are crazy." I asked you a little bit ago if you're if you're injured at all. Oh, yeah, my my head hurts. I think they put something in my head, too, last time I was in jail. So, I want them to x-ray my head. I'm sorry, you're not speaking English. Say that again. I said I want to get an x-ray on my head cuz I hit my head and I think they put something in my head, too. They put something in your head last time you were in jail? Yeah. What does that mean? They like put like a chip in my head or something. The jail put a chip in your head? >> Yeah. Why would the jail put a chip in your head? >> I don't know if you need my help or something. All types of things. Do you have any mental health issues? I'm I'm perfectly I'm not crazy at all. I'm I'm very smart. You're thinking that the jail put a chip in your head? >> They do. They diagnose. Why are your Why are your lips bloody? I don't know. I got a cracked tooth right here. I don't think I see blood in my mouth or not. A search of the bag wouldn't reveal much else, but after his arrest, there'd be a few more developments. According to court documents, while he was being held in the county jail for today's arrest, he would attack another inmate because the other inmate was talking [ __ ] and he felt like hitting him. Then, a couple months later, while still incarcerated, he punched a deputy in the face during his own inspection. All right, well, I appreciate it, guys. Thank you. Thanks. Thanks, man. Thank you.
