This video you're about to watch goes from calm to chaos when cops catch this woman driving drunk. No, no, no, no. I'm not going to this myself. Cops pull over a woman for speeding, but things quickly escalate when officer suspects she's driving under the influence and she fights back after being placed under arrest. Take a look. Okay. Sorry about that. Um, do you have the proof of insurance for a vehicle, please? Um, I do on my phone. Okay. I don't have any internet here. Okay. I just moved here. Um me and my husband separated and now we're back together. So, I'm going back to our home. How much have you had to drink tonight? Um I haven't I had like one beer like at like 5 6:00. All right. I'm going to be back up shortly. I know. I was probably speeding. I speed all the time. Okay. Yeah. I observed you had 57 as opposed to 35. Okay. All right. Plus your headlight is the the main reason. My headlight. Yeah. Are your headlights still on right now? So, um, recently my headlight everything on my like literally tonight on and I I don't know. Like I had a problem in the past with my alternator. So, yeah. Everything on this side's off. Marker light. Everything on that side in the front. Can I see it? Nope. Stay in the vehicle. Oh, okay. Yeah. So, everything just came on my vehicle like this. I don't know what this is. But check engine. And then um cruise control just came on my vehicle and brake light when my brake is down. Oh, it came out. So I I don't know what's going on with my vehicle. And like um my speedometer is not working. Okay. It's like going all the way to 150 and I don't know. I have to take it in. It's acting weird. I don't I don't know what's going on with it. Okay. Just going to go back and do a records check. I'll be back up shortly. All right. Sounds good. 102 1027's been added for 106 test. All right, man. Why don't you step out for me, please? Okay, let's stop right here before we begin the standard field sobriety test, which by the way, we've done plenty on this awesome channel. And you know what? Each one has its own unique set of circumstances. We get that, right? So, what do we have here? We have equipment violation, right? We have speeding for sure. I know he probably hasn't said it yet, but there is this odor of alcohol emitting from the car, you know, from her persons and slur speech. My thinking also is, you know what? Yeah. Hey, why don't you come out of the car and go take a look at your uh front headlight, you know, over there on the right. When you see her walk out, she may be stumbling. So, now you get to see her steady gate or I should say unsteady and all that good stuff to give you more objective symptoms for you to write your DUI arrest report. So, let's see what happens. Why don't you leave the purse and the phone on the seat right there? Could you set your phone and the purse on the seat, please? And just step over back to the front of my car here. Sure. It does appear to me. Fine. It does appear to me that there's indications of impairment. Okay. So, how much have you had to drink today? I had a drink at like 5 6:00. Other substances? Anything else? No. I drink like maybe like three, four times a year. So, I'd like to conduct field sobriety testing. Okay. Would you consent to doing that? Um, sure. What does that consist of? It's standardized field sobriety testing. Okay. Okay. So, could I get you to just stand right here facing me? Today's video is sponsored by Freeash. Look, as a former cop, when Free Cash reached out, I got to admit it, I was skeptical, too. But Free Cash really does reward you for trying mobile games, completing surveys, and testing apps. Now, this isn't a get-rich quick scheme, and it won't replace your job, but it can earn you some extra spending money for things you already do on your phone. You see, companies spend huge amounts trying to reach people, but most of that money goes into ads that interrupt you and get scrolled straight past. Now, with free cash, instead of paying to show you an ad, companies can actually reward you directly for using their app. You simply choose an offer, complete its requirements, and collect the advertised reward. Free cash has more than 70 million registered users, has paid out over 300 million, and has a 4.6star Trust Pilot rating. There is a wide range of offers available, so you can browse the platform, choose something that genuinely interests you, and see exactly what you need to complete before getting started. You can then withdraw your rewards through PayPal, cryptocurrency, or gift cards such as Amazon, depending on your location. I asked the awesome team at Freeash if they could give viewers a bonus. And guess what? They agreed to give you an extra $10 when you use my link and complete your first offer. So, give it a go and download Free Cash today. Hold up a second. Okay, hold on. I forgot to mention the beer. She says she only had one beer right at 5 or 6:00. I want to say the time stamp on the Body Worm video is like 11:00 at nightish. Okay. So, 6 hours, one beer. H I don't know about that. Get ready to push that BS button. So, can I get you to keep your arms down at your sides for me? Yep. What we're going to do is I need you to follow my finger. Okay. Do you see my finger? No. No. Yes or no? Sorry. Yes. Okay. Follow my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay. Keep your head still. Sorry. That's right. Thinking about my dog. You're thinking about your dog. Yeah. Go ahead and turn facing this way. So, next test is going to be a walk and turn test. So, what I need you to do is I need you to just imagine a line right in front of us. Okay? Fairly easy. All right? Take your left foot, put your left foot on that line. Okay? And then take your right foot, put it heel to toe in front of your left foot. Keep your arms down at your sides. Okay? Go ahead and begin. Count your steps out loud, please. Oh. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. 10. Oops. Nine. Right. Yep. Four. Five, six, seven, eight. Okay, so the last test is going to be a one leg stand test. Okay, go ahead and begin. 1 1,00 2 1,003 1,004 100,00 at your sights. How does balance have to do with anything? I never leave my chair. This makes no sense. 12 1,00 11 1 13 14 15 16 Okay, go ahead and put your foot down. All right, I got one last test. I'll be right back. Okay, this next test is called a preliminary breath test. It's just like blowing up a balloon. You're going to take a deep breath. Blow very hard until I tell you to stop. Do you understand? Word. Deep breath. Blow. Blow. Blow harder. Harder. Harder. Harder. Harder. Got to blow harder. Okay. Do you know what the legal limit in Wisconsin is? I think it's like 7 or 08. 008. Yeah. Okay. Do you have any idea where you're going to be at? Um I don't know. I think that I I'm a little bit of a lightweight, but I've spent like hours. So maybe like 04. I don't I have no idea. You said you only had the one drink around five or six. Yeah. Okay. So you're at a 114. Okay. So you are over the legal limit right now. How is that possible? Well, it could be possible cuz you had maybe two drinks, right? Everybody always says two, right? And I've heard comments, well, they only remember the first and the last one, right? Okay, I get that part. You know, my thing is is that look, if you already conducted the SFST and you have all these objective symptoms and you have the PBT, right, the brother test, you're good to go. You are good to go. Go ahead and arrest her for DUI or OWI, I think, is what they call it there. And go for it, right? Get going with the booking procedure. So, what kind of drink did you have? You said it was a beer. It was a beer. Okay. What kind of beer? Um, an IPA or something. I don't know. I don't really drink that stuff normally. All right. So, right now you are under arrest for OWI. So, I need you to turn around for me and put your arms on your bed. No. No. No. No. No. Don't pull away. Don't pull away. Don't pull away. Don't pull away cuz you are over the legal limit. All right. Relax. Relax. What about my dog? Relax. Please. Don't touch me. No. You're going to relax alone. Relax. Leave alone. Leave me alone. I haven't done anything. You [ __ ] fighting you. I haven't. Okay, I'm going to stop right here just to remind you if you're new to the channel and all my audience knows that I say this all the time. When you use force, there's two things that I always say. One is it never looks textbook. It doesn't look good. It's not. It's not at all. Okay? And you use force for three main reasons. To effect an arrest, prevent an escape, and overcome resistance. that's been established since day one for me 28 years ago for many even more than 30 years ago and to this very day it still is the standard principle of using force. However, a lot of different laws in different states have added on to why you will apply force. Okay, just wanted to let you know anything. Are you going to relax? What about my dog? You [ __ ] You probably beat your woman. You stupid [ __ ] All right. Are you going to stand up? Nice. All right. Come on. Stand up. Back seat. Get my shoe. You get off my car. Get in there. Douchebag that got C minuses. Yeah. Got it. Oh yeah. I got it. You cop motherucker. Well, thank you. [ __ ] you. You piece of [ __ ] Better to feel on her since she threw a knee right in my balls. Did she? Yeah. What's that? I'm not sure. She said it's at home. Is that even in the car? No. You better roll up my windows and laugh. Did she connect? Oh, yeah. Okay. She got my hand pretty good on that one. All right. Well, now we start. Yay. What are you doing with the handcuffs? Did you lock my doors? Not yet. Why aren't you? Not yet. Not yet. What? Lock mying doors. Why should I be in the restaurant? Lock my doors. Cuz the tow truck's going to come and get the car. No, you're going to lock my doors and you're going to make sure I don't get robbed. Isn't that your job? To make sure I am protected as well as any other citizen. I am a citizen. Lock my doors. You have the option to do it right now and turn off my lights. Hope you know a dog is starving because of you. Literally, no one is in danger. C minus loser. How's it feel being a below average size? No good. I will have someone pick it up. Nope. It's getting told. No, it isn't. Hello. It's getting told. I already told you that. You're a civil servant. If I tell you that you can have somebody else pick it up, then you can have somebody else pick it up. Do you forget that you're a civil servant? Do you forget that you are a The car is being towed. Do you by the next closest tow truck? Civil servant. You are my servant. You understand that? That's not happening. Tow truck will be in route. Well, I'm going to sue you then. Okay, [ __ ] All right. I have to read a form to you. Under Wisconsin's implied consent law, I am required to read this notice to you. Will you submit to an evidentiary chemical test of your blood? Yes or no? It wasn't that read to me before you. Is that a yes or a no? No. Why did you take your seatelt off? Thank you. Bathroom. Okay. And I understand, but right now we have to wait. I will in order to relieve myself. Okay. So, there's a procedure we have to follow. So, I'm just asking you to wait procedure. Let me go to the bathroom. I have to pee. Let me go to the bathroom. Let me go to the bathroom. For the love of God, please let me not piss all over myself and go to the bathroom. You'll be able to do that. All right. I'm not myself. You recall that I asked lightly multiple times. Okay. Wow. You know, that's never happened to me in my times in patrol. And uh you know what? When you got to go, you got to go. I mean, that's just the way it works sometimes. And my thinking is that road, you know, we're somewhere in Wisconsin and I'm not familiar with Wisconsin. You can help me out. Where I think it's load, right? What do you do? You pull over to the side and say, "Okay, you know what? Take off the cuffs and have her go to the bathroom in the woods." That's just not part of the protocol, right? At least that's not the best practice. And it certainly isn't the culture. You got to wait. But if you can't wait, then you got to do what you got to do, right? I understand that you said that and I told you you had to wait. I'm sorry. I understand that I told you I had to pee multiple times and then I do understand that allow me to. You're correct. I'm sorry, but this wasn't the correct time. There was only a certain amount of time. Hold their pee. I've been holding my pee since the moment you arrested me. Allow me to go to the bathroom. You going to write me another ticket? What is wrong with you? What is wrong with you? What are you talking about? I didn't I didn't write you another ticket for being in the back of my car. That was a form that's going to go in the blood test. This is the affidavit for the search warrant. You will be getting other citations, but they won't be for that. Other citations for speed. Oh, my speed. Yep. I hope you feeling proud of yourself. Do you actually ever do anything to service the actual society? Do you put away pedals and race? No, you don't. Loser. You have both your shoes back on. Yeah. All right. Come on. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come on. No, I'm not resisting. Just let me go. Well, can I put this back behind your wrist the way it's supposed to be in the front? Yes, you may. All right. I can do that. Are you going to be cooperative? If you be nice to me and not make me piss my own pants. Yeah. Right this way. Look, I have to escort you. I have to escort you. I can walk on my own. Come on. Come on. Come on. I can walk on my own. Is that better? I don't want you touching. I don't want you falling. You are a strange man. Okay, let me stop there. A couple of things here. That is a contract hospital with the county to go ahead and draw her blood. Any arresty got that part. And uh the handcuffing in the front. I've been seeing a lot of that lately. And again, the practice and the culture has always been in the back cuz there has been situations where is just not a safe tactic. Handcuff you with your, you know, your hands in the front because there a lot can happen. Believe me, think of the worst. It's happened. And I don't know you. I don't know you. Please do not touch me. Do you want to do it this way or do we need to go back again? Please do not touch me. Are you going to cooperate? I am cooperating. Come on. Step this way. You have a seat right here for me, please. You'll be out shortly. Sit down. Nope. We're not going over this way. You're going to go sit down. I want to stand. Sit down. Ma'am, sit down or I will get a restrainer. I've been trying to be as polite and as courteous as possible, but right now I need you to have a seat. I'm a free citizen. I know that you want full control over me, but I'm not doing anything. Okay, we're going to have to have some respect. We're going to put the chair. That's fine. Okay, let's go. Goodness. You didn't take it before. This isn't the end of the world. I don't drink. Okay. It happens. I'm being forced to pee my own pants. Yeah. [cough] [clears throat] That's up. Was that outside in the squad car? Yeah, I asked multiple times to go to the bathroom. I know. But do you understand why? I didn't do anything to hurt anyone. I understand. Why? Did he tell you that he was waiting for the judge? You can't do anything without waiting for permission. You can't let me go to the bathroom. What kind of system is that? Go to the bathroom. You have to get in the car. And then you wrote a thing about me like like I chose to do that. Do you think I want to be covered in my own piss? [laughter] Just [clears throat] stand up. Stand up. We got to go behind cuz we got to go up to the jail. All right. I understand you don't want to, but that's what's happening. So, stand up for me. Not resist. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. I'm not resisting. No, I understand. Stand up. Put it in the front. It's got to go in the back. No, it's got to go in the back. Otherwise, we got to do a belly chain and everything else. Do you want to do a belly chain or do you want to go in the back? I don't tighten up on policy. I've never crime against me in any previous history. What is wrong with you? But I am not. No, you're not going to act like you're going to hit someone. Sit down. Sit. Just leave me alone. You're the one. You're the one that putting me in chains and making me piss myself. Just go to the car and put me in the cage like you want me to. Just Are you going to drug me now? We'll have to We'll have to Yeah, you're going to drug me. Yeah. Great. Drug you. What? Drug you. What? I will say is that drawing blood is probably like mandatory in this particular state. In other states here in California, I believe you have the choice, but we normally go to the station and blowing that machine. Uh you do two tests and you get two reads and you're good to go. But my understanding here is as you can tell in the beginning, the officer did read that admonition that hey, we're going to draw your blood. Do you refuse or are you going to cooperate? Right? Do we have your consent? So I'm asking down the hall. I'll walk with you guys even put in a belly chain. Well, if you want your hands in front of you, that's what has to happen. Why? Because I have no violent crime against me. Why? Why must I be in a belly chain? Why is that the policy? I can't get the restraint. If if we can walk down, go for it. It's like a wheelchair. That's what it is. Okay. Can you put me in that wheelchair? I swear to God, dude. [laughter] Are you going to voluntarily have a seat in the chair? I would voluntarily walk to the car. I'm not voluntarily doing other than that. Do you realize I don't trust you? Am I allowed to not trust you? Sure, that's fine. Why am I allowed to just Why? Why do I have no say in this? I am cooperating. If I wasn't cooperating, I'd be attacking you right now, right? Like any other psychopath would be. I was cooperating right from the start until you guys literally forced me to the ground and shoved my shoulder into the ground without even saying so much as hey can you walk to my car asking me a simple question. Just step over back to the front of my car here. Sure. You told me I was under arrest and shoved me into the ground after you need another officer in the garage. 2 seconds of telling me I was under arrest. Uh hold on a second. Push the BS button because you did batter that officer. You kicked them in the nuts. Then you went to the ground. You guys have your procedures and everything else, but I am a human being. And he made me piss my pants. And I told him three times, I really have to go. I'm going to pee my pants. And he let me pee my pants. And then he wrote it in his little notes. Women in hering pants in my car. I'm freezing, ma'am. My ass off. I'm wet and I'm cold and I'm being told that I need straight to a whale. You want to hear anything that I have to say, man? Cuz we're getting to the point I can speak with you and explain to you why what's going to happen or we can just do it because just whatever. Okay. So, step forward. We're going to secure your hands in the rear. That's the way we have to do it. Please step. Is there a bunch of lunatics? Disgusting. You guys disgust me. Disgust me. Horrible human beings. You're crazy to America. But I hope you alling die. Oh, that's not necessarily needed. Yeah. What I'm trying to explain to you, we're just going to explain to you how it's righteous for us to put a noncriminal nonviolent criminal. Why should I be a Why do we just trust one person? I don't know him. I don't know him. Why can't I call someone I know? Why can't I call someone I know? Why can't I call someone I know? [laughter] [crying] Don't touch me. [screaming] Stop touching me. Too tight. It's too tight, dude. It's tooing tight. Loosen it. Loosen it. Please put your feet in. Put your feet in. Please loosen it. All the way in. Just loosen it. It is. Lift your foot. Tight. Too tight. Lift your foot. It's too tight. Can you reach across and just lift your foot? It's too tight. It's too tight. Let's see what's Well, thank you. I'll probably be Okay. Thank you. Appreciate it. Yeah. 1076 to the jail. One fit booking. [crying] I can't breathe. Take a deep breath. [crying] In through the nose. Out through the mouth. Come on. Sit up. Come on. Sit up. Come on. Look at me. Okay. You understand? She was trying to hyperventilate and acted like she passed out. So, I just wanted to make sure she wasn't actually unconscious back there. Continuing on to the gym. Why'd you take your seatelt off? Okay. Well, you're supposed to leave it on, right? For your own safety. She's not very happy. Huh? She don't like me very well. Okay, let's go ahead and wrap this up. Final thoughts. Uh, first and foremost, like always, a big shout out to Colombia County Sheriff's Office. That SARS, that deputy, you know what? cool, calming, collective, respectful, just super chill. Right now, what I will say is this as final, right? Biggest lessons learned is when she said, "Do you realize I don't trust you?" And then she also said, "I hope you all die." I mean, think about that. More reasons to have this channel so that we can bridge the gap. It just seems as though that we should be trusting the police, right? You're going to call 911 day and guess who's going to come help you. Up next, I'm watching as a doctor discovers a nurse murdered after she fails to show up for her shift. I think we got a gunshot right here. Huh? She's alive. I want to help resuscitate her now. Damn it. PD, she's been there all night. Whenever I looked at her, I could tell she was stupid. She's been there all night. But that's over on my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most extreme incidents in policing history. Okay. She was charged with felony battery to an officer and misdemeanor resisting obstructing. She later entered into a no contest plea for the resisting charge. Now, she received 5 days in jail and was sentenced to 12 months of probation. Okay, let's go ahead and click that like button, click that notification bell, don't forget to subscribe.
