Officers say the 42-year-old man repeatedly ignored warnings, refused to comply with lawful commands, and resisted attempts to take him into custody. Even after being handcuffed, he allegedly continued kicking at officers during transport. By the the of the incident, he was charged with aggravated assault on public property and two counts of resisting or obstructing a police officer.
