It's a traffic crash. >> Later, the officer would write in his report that the woman had intentionally hit the Buick. But despite that, court records don't show that anyone was criminally charged for what had happened that day, except as it related to the gun maybe possibly being fired. >> What about the gunshot? >> I don't Yeah. Did that even happen? >> To figure that out, the officers went back to asking some questions. >> What made you come here? >> I followed him. You see what I'm saying? I as he hit me. He go around. He didn't go this way. You go this way. You hit the side of my car. >> So, you didn't know WHO IT WAS? >> NO. >> Did you call the police AT ALL? >> NO. So, >> how many? >> Just one. >> I want to get this done. >> They said they heard a gunshot. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I just want to confer with them. So, you know, >> I told them already >> cuz they did too. The neighbors over there as well. >> Okay. >> Did you hear any type of gunshots? >> Hell yeah. >> You heard a gunshot? Where do you think I ran? >> I don't know. I ran that way. The guy was in the way. >> Another officer would arrive and get tasked with talking to those in the neighborhood to try to determine whether a shot had actually been fired. >> Did y'all hear anything of what was going on down there? >> I just walked off. >> I came by and I was supposed to come by, but I seen the street was blocking the promotion >> and then I heard a gunshot, so I just turned around and went that way. >> You heard a gunshot? >> Yeah. >> Did you see any guns involved? >> Okay. She did shoot it once. >> I saw a little bit after I heard the shot. >> After you heard a shot? >> Eventually, the officers would just straight up ask the woman if she had shot her gun. >> Did you shoot your gun today? >> Uh, I don't know. I don't think so. >> What do you mean you don't? >> I don't think so. But I did pull it out. >> Well, I understand that. Would you um be willing to get a uh a gunshot residue thing? You could do everything. >> It's still a gun. It's still my gun, so it don't matter. >> No, no, no. It's okay. But what I'm saying is if you shot your gun today, um, you would have gunshot residue. Would you be willing to submit to that? >> But do I have to submit to it? >> Well, here's the thing. Then we could I could apply for a search warrant. What I'm trying to do is this. Listen, and I'm I'm going to be straight up and honest with you, okay? I'm not interviewing you right now. I'm just talking to you strictly. >> Mhm. >> We have two parties saying that a gunshot went off. Okay? >> Whether you intentionally did it, >> two parties from in that house. >> No. >> And then there independent people across the street. >> So I can tell you this. If it did, if it was intentional, it was intentional. If it was accidental, just let us know. But if I get the gunshot res comes back, um, judges are probably not going to be as happy as if you just told us the truth. I understand. >> But I'm not going to do the residue then. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> But no, not >> somebody somebody that didn't fire a gun today, >> but no. No. But >> somebody that didn't fire a gun today would probably be like, "Yeah, as much as as much as we need an investigator, we like to exonerate you, too." >> Correct. >> Cut you loose and be done. >> Correct. >> We're going to document this regardless. >> Correct. No, you're going to get documented. I know. Regarding. Have you ever been arrested before? >> No. >> Okay. I I understand you said you have a license and whatever. I do. >> And that's fine. And it's your right to. And I'm all about people having guns. At the end of Have you ever had your rights read to you before? >> Um, no. >> You've never had your Miranda warning read to you? >> No. >> I'm going to I'll I'll read it to you. Um, >> what? >> Cuz we're conducting an investigation at the end of the day. This doesn't just go away. Just cuz you don't want to doesn't mean that we don't we don't do it. >> I'm going to grab a card real quick and I'll I'll read it to you cuz I want to talk to you. Um, >> there's there's video. >> There's video I didn't have it. I never said I didn't have it. I do have it. >> I'm not questioning whether you had or not. You were straight up with me and you let us secure it for you. >> Correct. >> Fine. But I want to get before I ask questions to protect you. >> But now check it out. This >> doesn't mean you're going to jail. >> I can read it. I know. >> Well, I have to read it, too. >> Okay. >> You have the right to remain silent. While that was going on, one of the officers was having a hard time verifying whether the gun was registered. >> I can't even read them numbers, bro. There's numbers here. Just >> she need to clean her jump. >> For those who like ASMR videos, here you go. >> Now, back to the action. >> Okay. So, you're willing to make a statement? >> Mhm. >> Okay. All right. Okay. So, now that I read these to you, okay, so there's no question on whether you had a gun or not. >> Correct. >> You advised you're a lawful you're a law-abiding citizen with a concealed weapons permit, right? Correct. How long have you had that? >> I had that >> for a long time. >> Have you done a gun safety gun training class before? Okay. >> Before you got the license, right? Just like I got to ask you these questions. I know it sounds silly. >> So, >> there's terms and conditions and and and there's a there's a way there's a way to go about things. is if you feel in danger for your life. >> You felt in danger cuz you had your gun out. I felt that >> I pulled my gun out because that's for number one safety. I can't help somebody else if I get hurt. >> Correct. >> So, I'm trying to keep everybody safe. That's why we're here. I never even pointed my gun at anybody. >> You did? You did? >> No, I did not. Hear me out. >> I definitely did not. It's on camera, >> which we can review right now. And from the looks of it, he did not. Maybe she saw the radio and thought it was a gun. In any case. >> Okay. So, >> girl, you steady cuz you're recording. You are delusioned. Look, >> my camera's on. >> No, not you. Her fat ass. >> Okay. So, we'll get her ass inside. >> Yeah. >> The kids are safe. Be safe. Hey, I got to I got to talk to her real quick. >> Uh, it's at home. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. Why? >> No, we're not doing that. We're not doing that. >> NO, NO, NO. ROLL up my window. We're not doing that. >> Ma'am, I want to ask you something. Okay. >> NO, WE'RE NOT ROLLING. >> DCF is getting called on this. I don't give a roll up like window. >> Well, you know, >> if you need any information, you get IT FROM ME. DON'T ASK MY CHILDREN. NOTHING. >> I'M trying to ask you and talk. >> No, he trying to be slick ABOUT SOME [ __ ] YOU ASK ME. DON'T DO THAT. ALL JOKES. DON'T DO THAT. SO, I wouldn't go to your house do that to your children. So, don't do that. Roman respect, sweetie. >> Correct. And then you do the same, >> ma'am. Cuz if y'all if y'all going to book me, come on, LET'S GET IT DONE WITH. BUT YOU >> I'M TRYING TO I'M TRYING TO AFFORD you an opportunity to talk. You're trying to be a loudmouth. And I'm not I'm treating you like a lady, okay? >> I don't want to be nasty with you, but I got a job to do. And I'm not going to keep doing this. >> Okay. So, we know you had a gun. We secured it. Okay. Did you fire your gun? Yes or no? Cuz there's video. >> Yes or no? Be honest with me. Be honest with me and tell me. >> I told you I had a gun. >> Did you shoot your gun? >> THE GUN NEVER I DON'T NOT THAT. TO MY KNOWLEDGE, the gun did not go off. I'm going to be It did. Yes. If they have cameras, tell them pay the camera back. Let me ask you this. >> Did you ever point your gun at anybody? >> Did do you have video camera? >> Did you point your gun at anybody? >> Yeah, they do. But this house does right here. >> Thank you. I'M TALKING. >> THANK YOU. I DIDN'T SHOOT IT. THANK YOU. >> HEAR ME OUT. >> Thank you. >> Did you ever point your gun at anybody? Yes or no? Talk to me. I'm talking to you. >> Listen, in a minute, >> look at I'm listen I'm talking to you. Listen, I'm 31. >> I'm 36. A little bit older. You're an adult. >> You're We're adults. Just talk to me. Forget them. >> This what happened. Okay. Boom. I'm going to just I'm just going to start FROM THE BEGINNING. >> WE ROLLED UP. He hit me. I follow him here. He came out with the stick. Okay, cool. >> Then my baby daddy hit hit me. Then my baby daddy hit the car. Okay, cool. When he noticed when he noticed when he hit it, he looked in the car. He seen my kids in the car. That's why he hopped in front of you when YOU HAD YOUR GUN OUT. THAT'S WHY HE HOPPED IN FRONT OF YOU. HE Y'ALL DOING ALL THIS AND Y'ALL DIDN'T KNOW MY KIDS was in the car. >> Then I seen THEM AND THAT'S WHY we got to keep them safe too, right? That's probably our number one. Let me finish. So when that boy was TO HIT MY CAR YES. of >> No, he don't even know my kids like that. But anyways, so >> he hit my he Yeah, he hit my car. Okay. Yes, of course. So, of course, I'm going to up my gun because [ __ ] IF YOU HIT MY CAR AS WE COMING UP THIS WAY, THEN you turn into this yard. >> Did you point your gun at anybody? >> Listen. Listen. When I up it, I don't even I'm not going to >> What does that mean when you up? >> When I took it out >> in your hand. You're holding? >> Yes. I had it in my hand. I had it LIKE THIS. THEY WAS THIS WAY. >> LIKE LIKE HOW CAN you can you demonstrate? >> My car was that way. Then I got a car. I'm like, "What the you going to hit my car?" So, I thought I'm going to move the tension this way. You feel what I'm saying? cuz my kids in a car, >> right? >> THAT'S WHY MY BABY DADDY HOPPED IN FRONT OF YOU BECAUSE YOU HAD YOUR GUN OUT. SO, OF COURSE. >> Of course. If you hit my car coming up, >> wait, forget about me. >> Yeah. No, it was it was Terry. Officer Bradley. >> OKAY, THEN THEY'LL TELL you whoever came up first, they they seen it. >> Officer Bradley. >> Yeah, they seen it. Calm down. >> I came up this way. He's in the silver car. THE OTHER OFFICER. >> NO. NO. WHOEVER CAME UP THIS WAY. >> WELL, IT WOULD have been me then. >> That's what I'm saying. You want your dash cam? >> I didn't hear No, we don't have dash cams. I didn't hear a gunshot. You advised and he just advised that the gun did go off. >> I never said that. I never said that. I never said that. You said that. YOU HEARD IT FROM THEM. I TOLD YOU I WAS NOT SURE. >> He just advised that the gun went off, too. >> I never said that. >> He did. >> I never said that. >> But he did. >> He said it was a possibility. I never said that. I never said that. >> This is my question that you keep beating around the bush. >> I'm listening. >> Okay. Cuz I I kind of know what what's happening here right now. But I need to hear from you. I'm affording you an opportunity and you're not >> you're kind of working around the situation. What I'm trying to ask is at any point in time, did you directly point your gun at anyone? Yes or no? >> I never directly pointed to my knowledge. To my knowledge. Now again, LISTEN, YOU CAN'T MAKE me say yes. You cannot because listen, at the end of the day, I I listen, if I'm going to be honest about something, I'm going be honest about something. Yes, I got a gun. Yes, that's my gun. It is. It rushed to me. I got my gun. >> Did the gun go off? >> Huh? >> Did the gun shoot? >> Not to my knowledge. It did not. >> Well, that's a lie. >> But how? How? >> Cuz you were handling the gun. No. Nobody else handled the gun. >> Listen. H fingerprinted. >> Well, there was incidentally >> fingerprinted then. >> Well, fingerprinting. You said you had the gun, so it's going to show the fingerprint. That has nothing to do with it. >> Fingerprinted then. >> He just So, ma'am, my question was, did you did you intentionally point the gun at anybody? I did not intentionally point. >> We We learned We learned >> that threats were made and your gun was pointed directly at someone. >> I did make threats. You You coming up to my car? What you mean? I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT, MAN. That hopped out the car. >> What did you say? >> I said I said, "What the I said, what the like, [ __ ] YOU TRIPPING, [ __ ] MY KIDS IN THE CAR." YES, of course. Of course. How am I not? >> That's not a threat, though. That's >> Yes, it is. My kids are in the car. You're threatening me. What you mean, >> man? Hold on, man. Hold on. Please, with all due respect, just hold on. >> I'm just trying to tell you >> that's not a threat. You got excited and you're entitled to PROTECT YOUR KIDS. >> CORRECT. Man, quit fighting. >> Stop resisting. LET ME GO. >> STOP RESISTING. >> Let me go. >> That's your girl. >> Come over here and talk to your kids over here. I I know they're not all yours, but keep them distracted for me. >> Her hair is stuck. Yeah, that's on her. Cuffs are on. You just made it way worse. You got a couple felonies you're working on. Lady, >> pull my shirt off. See how you just hit me in my face, >> man? I'm trying to >> You just hit me in my face. >> Trying to fix me in my face. >> I tried treating you like a lady. You're acting the opposite. >> No, madam. >> All right. Which car she car? >> Wait a minute. Let me get my car. >> You're not going. You're not free to leave. >> OKAY. EXACTLY. We deal with violent people. I'm not trying to treat you like, you know, like anything to jail for something that somebody did to me. >> Do me a favor, please. >> Okay. Is they going to jail? >> We're going to make you >> walk to my car. >> Are you going to walk to my car? Yes or no? >> I'm going to walk. >> Come on. Scoot in. >> But I can't breathe. And my chest IS OFF. >> YOU'RE NOT GETTING MY KIDS. I STILL >> GOING TO JAIL. >> I KNOW THAT, BUT I DON'T WANT HIM WITH MY KIDS. >> JUST KNOW that you dictated how this went. I'm done with you. >> Okay. >> Like the channel. Subscribing helps keep this narrator fully caffeinated. >> No, listen. I'm telling you. I got asthma and everything. I'm telling you to un loosen me. >> If you want an ambulance to come out, we'll have >> I do. I'm telling you to un loosen it. Listen, I don't mind going to jail. I I don't mind. I don't mind. But I'm telling you to un loosen me. I don't mind going to jail. I don't care. I I'm not no convicted family. >> Have a seat in the court and we'll talk about getting that ambulance out here. Okay. >> She's getting arrested for aggravated battery or aggravated assault. At least she threatened these people in front of us. No, not me. Forget about me. She resisted arrest. >> Who's she assault? >> With a gun. She threatened somebody. She had the ability, the means, and the intent. And a gun went off. We weren't trying to go that way, but she dictated how that went. >> Not for nothing, you spilled the beans. And you even said the gun went off. >> Whether it's intentional or not, whether there whether that's intentional or not, >> the utterance that she made, what she said was intentional. That's you don't you don't make that mistake. >> Let the court figure it out at this point. >> Yeah, I agree. The woman ended up getting charged with three felony counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm in public, and resisting without violence. She'd plead guilty and be sentenced to 36 months of probation, and ordered to pay fines and court costs of $1,197. The court [music] also ordered her to successfully complete a parenting class. Upon completion, she'd file for early termination of her probation, but the court denied her request due to it not even being 9 months after she'd been sentenced. Thanks for watching. See you on the next ride along. >> [music]
