Key West, Florida. August 2026. Offduty Officer Dustin Christina is under investigation after a truck nearly strikes a pedestrian. He denies driving impaired, but officers suspect otherwise. Offduty officer Dustin Christina was taken into custody after Key West Police investigated reports involving a truck and suspected impairment. Despite denying he was driving under the influence, Christina faced questions about being in actual physical control of the vehicle. He refused field sobriety exercises and a breath test, but officers proceeded with the investigation. According to the footage, he was charged with DUI and refusing a blood alcohol test.
