Thank you. >> After a couple of months at the jail, the man would get into a little more trouble. He was caught with an excess amount of bar soap. When the extra soap was taken from him and he was told he'd be issued a disciplinary report for the violation, he mule-kicked a cellblock door so many times that it wouldn't open properly. For that, he was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. For today's incident, he was charged with battery, battery on a Leo, and resisting without violence. He'd remain in jail until February when he played no contest to the charges. He was then sentenced to 5 years in the state prison.
