He's trying to look to see what flight you're to put you on. >> Okay, is it just me or do you feel and see that maybe perhaps she's under the influence of an alcoholic beverage? Could be, I don't know. However, we don't have a crime yet. Maybe trespass. Disorderly conduct for sure. But, I always talk about the two A's and the two D's if you're new to the channel. It's all about your attitude, your approach, your demeanor, your disposition. That pretty much determines how this is all going to go down. Whether you're going to end up at the Grey Bar Motel or we're just going to let you leave, right? I don't know. Let's see what happens. >> 3:52. What time you got here? >> Just now? >> Because it is almost 9:00. >> The You want to see what >> So, was the flight canceled or did >> I'm being crazy. I'm being crazy. To the airport hotel. >> You do that. >> I used to the hotel and we got reservations just for you. >> Don't threaten me. >> No, that's a promise. That's a promise. >> He's a big special >> miss. That's a promise. Sir, a hotel. We got reservations just for you. >> The flight is leaving at 10:00. Do you want to take that flight, ma'am? Okay, but first you got to sober up and calm down. >> Yeah. Look. This is the flights. >> So how do what I mean >> You said there's >> My flight was at 4:00. It got postponed. You don't even know what you're talking about, sir. It's 7:00 and then 10:00. And now they're saying it's not even going then. I just want to know. >> So there's a flight >> Do you want a 10:00? >> Yeah, they Yeah, it's supposed to be going out of 10:00, but she of course she going to she making it bad for herself so she's not flying. >> So they're not going to let you fly then? >> No, cuz she's going to be a problem. >> Oh, I'm not a problem. >> They're not going to let you fly. You're a problem. >> See what happen when you start loud talking to them and getting out of hand. >> Being disrespectful. >> I'm not disrespectful. There's no flight. >> No disrespect to yell at me calling me crazy. It's all disrespectful. >> You told me I missed my flight. >> Yeah. >> I did not miss my flight. >> So it's almost 9:00. >> You're telling me I missed my flight. >> It's almost It's almost 9:00. >> How did I miss my flight, sir? You want to tell me how I missed my flight? >> She's not She's not flying. >> So she's not flying out period. She's not being rebooked for tomorrow or any other time either, right? >> No, we don't we don't have a seat for tomorrow anyway. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay, ma'am. So they're not going to rebook you for tonight. So you have to make some reservations for another time cuz they're not going to book you for tonight. The flight was going out at 10:00. But now they're not going to let you fly. >> Really? >> Why? >> Cuz they're they they say you're not going to fly tonight. >> And it's not your right to fly anyway. >> After I gave you a nice tip? >> Oh, where is it? >> I gave him a nice tip. >> Nobody takes tips at the counter. >> Okay. So you you want to um >> I did. I did. You know the lady outside told me tip him. Tip him. >> We can get a Uber cab. Do you have money? >> Oh, I did. >> Mhm. >> How do you know? >> Uh-huh. Would you like an Uber or a cab? >> How do you know I have money here? >> Ma'am, you want an Uber or a taxi cab? Okay, so you know what's going to happen. Um >> How do you know I have money? >> Okay, I'll tell you what. Ma'am, you got a choice, okay? Try calling your son again. Try to get an Uber or get a cab. Okay? >> Why are you paying for the cab? >> Try to call your son. >> Ray, but he had plans tonight. He was going >> I'm sure he'll come pick up his mom. I would. >> well, maybe you would, but you don't know everybody would. >> Okay, well, we we need to step outside and get this done with you up here. >> Come on, let's go. >> We need to step outside. >> You can You can videotape you with fine with that. But let's go. >> I am. Aren't you? So, >> They requested that you leave. >> be on my plane. >> We're not They're not letting you on your plane. So, get get this straight, okay? Make sure you get it straight. It's not us. It's the airline, okay? >> Why did I Why did I give the big tip to? >> I don't know, ma'am. >> Well, here's a tip for you. Why don't we go ahead and comply, like leave, get an Uber. My thinking is if you paid for the uh ticket, you can pay for the Uber. Why are you making it so difficult for the cops? As you can tell, that's an old school cop. I also wanted to point that out. If you're wondering about that those hash marks you see on the sleeve on the long sleeve, it represents 5 years of service, each hash mark. I counted. I want to say he has nine hash marks. Think about it. This cop 45 years of service, which means that he's a no-nonsense cop and it has taken him close to 40 something years to build that nonsense level, okay? >> Actually, the TSA told me to come out here and see if you were leaving or if you were leaving. >> We're going to. >> That's [ __ ] >> We're going to. >> angry. >> Come on, let's go out this This >> Hello, guys. >> Hey, how are you are you? >> How are you? >> Yeah, we can >> Hey ma'am, >> I'm calling my lawyer right now. >> Okay, we're going outside. >> And before I forget, the female deputy has, I want to say eight hash marks is what I counted. You can go ahead and count for me. I think I miscounted. I don't know, but I think I counted eight. So, 8 * 5 is 40. She's got 40 years of service because each hash marks represents 5 years of service. Again, no nonsense. They've been here and done that, and all they want to do is just you know, just leave. Not a big deal. We don't want to take you to the sheriff's hotel, even though there's a free reservation waiting for you. We don't want to do that. >> Wait, we'll call outside. Come on. Let's go this way. I'm calling my lawyer right now. >> Okay, guess what's going to happen. I'm going to call the DOA up here. What is this >> you going to call? >> DOA, Department of Airports. >> No, go ahead. >> And we'll have security come from the airport. >> Go right on and do it. Go. Please. >> Grab your phone. Can we ask you to go outside? >> There it is. Those hash marks. >> Now, tell me, do you think someone trust you people? >> Ma'am, I'm also DOA responding up here. United. A lot of time. >> So, you have no no more business here. If they trespass from the airport, that means you can't come back here for a whole year. >> All right. I don't care. >> Okay. >> We're right here. >> Let me get your information right now then, cuz that's the route we're going to go. >> threatening >> weirdos >> Threatening what? >> weirdos >> Thank you. >> That's what everybody calls us. >> Yeah, I like that name. >> I kind of like it. >> You must really like Trump. >> I like that. >> I do. >> You do. >> I do. >> Oh, there you go. [music] Now I know. We're widows and Trump lovers. >> Okay. >> Let me get his information, too. >> I need to go home. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. >> But they're not letting you fly out, ma'am. They're not letting you fly out tonight. >> Why? >> I guess because of your attitude towards them. >> attitude >> Well, whatever you were doing up here >> Is that >> that caused us to be called up here. >> plane is delayed. That's an attitude with my aggressiveness. Did I touch anybody? >> You was aggressive with the deputy. >> touch anybody? >> You were aggressive with the deputy. >> touch anybody, ma'am? >> You were aggressive with the deputy. >> I was aggressive. >> You you cursed him and everything. >> I never cursed him. >> And you ask tell your ask your lawyer to request >> I do. >> You should have done >> Yes, ma'am. >> Show me. >> No, you can ask your attorney to request a copy of the body camera. >> We can show you that. >> The flight canceled or did it >> crazy. >> I'm afraid. >> crazy. >> No, that's a promise. That's a promise. A big That's a promise. That's a promise. >> All right. Anyway, I was never physical. I never did anything >> He has more questions. >> What was your phone number? >> Oh, that's the way. >> And basically she she was cursing there. You yelled at them. I was trying to help. You can see the camera. Stop calling me crazy. >> Okay, how tall are >> Wait till this goes viral. >> How tall are you, ma'am? >> Uh 5 ft 6. >> 5 ft 6. >> With the woman's details, the officer would go get the DOA rep to formally issue the trespass notice. >> You don't know who my brother is. >> Huh? >> All right, sit back. >> Who's your brother? >> He's a big time attorney. >> He is down here? >> Nope. In New Jersey. >> Ma'am, this is Department of Airport. She has something to tell you. This young lady here. Right in front of you. >> I'm with the Department of [snorts] Airports. So, this time it's nice to meet you. Okay, so I understand that they've asked you multiple times or what I've been told is that they've asked you multiple times to leave to which you refused. >> I have to leave. >> So, so deputies have asked you to leave the premises multiple times, right? I'm not exactly sure. >> Well, you should be if you're the one telling me that. >> Look, look, my job Okay, so Okay, so you do not have to speak to my boss. right? I'm here to issue a trespass warning. Okay? >> But may I speak to your supervisor? >> I mean you don't have to speak to my supervisor. >> May May That's what you say. May I? >> No. >> May I? >> No. >> So you're saying >> No. >> I'm going to report this because this is important. >> Well, right now she doesn't have a So I'm going to go ahead I'm going to issue you a trespass warning. >> You You're saying I cannot speak to your past I cannot So why are you asking me to leave? >> So I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to issue you a trespass warning right now. >> Ma'am >> Like I said >> speak to your supervisor? >> right? At this time >> for these crimes >> At this time, I never accused you of any crimes, ma'am, but at this time, right? >> get a trespass >> Ma'am >> That is a crime. >> At this time >> That is a crime. >> The deputy's going to talk to >> Okay, now once she gives you the trespass warning, right? We're going to ask you to leave. If you don't leave after that, then you go to jail. So that's it for you. >> Okay. >> All right. >> So what I want to know is where is the cop? >> The what? >> You're not cops. >> They are >> We're cops. >> We're talking about the sheriff's office. >> See, you're about to get that on your video. Let me make sure you get it right. Sheriff's office. >> did. I did. >> So I'm only here to issue you a trespass warning, which is exactly what I'm going to do. So today's date is March 16th, 2026. From a year from today's date, you are trespassed, which means that you are no longer allowed to enter on any of PBIA properties, okay? That includes this property, includes any other property that's owned by PBIA, right? From a year from today's date. That's how far your That's how That's how long your extension That is how long your extension That is how long your trespass extends to, and that is all I'm going to say. >> No, that's for the question you asked, staff. >> You have a good day. >> You What is due process? >> I do. I know what due process is. That is when you get this trespass notice, and in that trespass notice, it's going to tell you if you want to challenge or appeal, I should say, right? Appeal this particular trespass that's going to be implemented for a whole year. That's where your due process comes in. Go to a hearing. Either you can do it in writing or maybe you can appear before a hearing officer of some sort, something along those lines. But that due process happens afterwards. And by the way, it's like 9:00 10:00 at night. So where is the boss? I I take it the boss is not there for you to talk to. You keep asking for the boss and the boss is delegating those duties to department employee here, DOA employee I should say, and she's doing a great job, very polite, respectful, give you the order and guess what? Now you got to go. >> Apparently >> Thank you. >> y'all don't know what due process >> Okay. >> Right. You don't know what due process is. >> Comes back within a year. >> Yeah. You know what? You're going to lose your job. You're going to lose your job. Thank you. >> Right here. Right here. >> You all about me, but misconstrued. You don't know what the law is. So you like that when black people would do that, too? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah. [ __ ] This is the same crap. >> Ma'am, relax. >> Relax. It doesn't make any sense. >> Relax. Relax. It's not all that screaming is not going to do you any good, ma'am. It's not going to do you any good. >> Uncle Tom, >> I am. >> Uncle whatever you are, >> Okay, ma'am. >> So what's the plan so we can help find find your way? >> All right. Are they going to call your son? >> What's the plan? You want us to call your son? >> You want to call your son? >> Would you like me to call your son? >> I called him yesterday. >> He's busy. >> No. You don't need to call my son. >> Okay, let's get you an Uber. >> Oh, yeah. She did. >> Pay for it. I have no money. >> What did you call? >> Pay for it. Are you paying for it? Uber. >> 10-4. That's a What's up? >> I like that you're on my body camera, but the way you're acting you're going >> Same for the adult lady. >> Yeah, we got you on video camera. >> Right. >> You should And when you And when you later when you see yourself, you're going to be really disappointed. You should. >> Same for her. >> You should be disappointed. You should be. >> You have no reason to be here at all. You have no reason at all. >> Yes, ma'am. There's a reason. Yeah, I tried to help I tried to help initially. >> I tried to help you. >> I see you speaking. Can't talk for anybody. I can't talk for you. >> Where in the hell is my son? >> You know you're on the borderline of of of getting arrested. >> You might want to call your son now. >> You might want to go ahead and call your son make arrangements. >> He's gone. He went to Miami. >> Well, you got to find another way out of here, then. He's been trespassing off the property unless you want to go with us. >> All right, I'll go with you. >> You want to go to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office? >> Yeah. >> You? Okay. I'm going to put the handcuffs on. >> You don't have to call me. You don't have to put them on. >> I'm going to put the >> You're not putting them >> So, what are you going to do? You going to get a cab or what? You going to GET A CAB? YOU GOING TO GET A CAB? Are you going to get a cab? >> I don't have money. >> You have money for Uber? >> I don't have money. >> Okay. You got to call somebody to pick you up. >> SO, CUZ I DON'T HAVE MONEY, I get handcuffs? >> No, no. >> When you said you wanted to go with me, I was going to take you to jail. >> Yeah, that's When I put the handcuffs, that means you're going to jail. [snorts] That means you're going to jail, okay? I'm going to put the handcuffs >> Listen to what you want to do. Can you talk to me first? >> Get me a car. Pay for my suit from a hotel. >> Where you trying to go? Yourself? Okay? >> But I don't have money. >> But guess what? Start walking. Okay? >> You're a douchebag. You're a douchebag as you. >> Ma'am, you need >> at the mirror. You're a douchebag. >> you trying to go? >> Man, you are not going to win away from this conversation. Why are you trying to go? >> He's flying me out. >> No, no. Don't talk to me. >> New Jersey. >> No, no, no. You cannot fly now. Okay, there's no seat in the plane and they denied you to fly. >> Don't kid me. >> So, why are you trying to go? You have to stay here now, ma'am, for in this flight. So, do you have any place to go? >> All right, I'm calling a lawyer for my brother. >> Calling who? >> A lawyer. >> Okay, you can call your lawyer. >> Ask your lawyer to pick you up, too. >> Yeah, maybe he'll pick you up. >> I tried to help you. >> Well, he'll give you a ride. He's He's being a big help, but you don't know a lot. >> Yeah, you would think that. >> I'm so sorry for you. >> You would think that. >> I wouldn't. >> You would think that. Really? Cuz cuz you didn't want us to read and write back in the day. That's why we're dumb. >> Why? >> Because you didn't want us to read and write That's why we're dumb. Because you didn't want us to read and write back in the day. >> Read what? >> Nothing. >> Me? I am the biggest proponent. I grew up in the black neighborhood. My father came from Greece. >> We don't care, ma'am. >> Call your attorney, you know. >> Call your attorney, please. >> your attorney. Hopefully he >> I'm just You know what it's >> Can you call me anybody that lives here for you? >> No, not here. He's in New Jersey. >> Nobody lives anybody here, too? I'll get someone for you. Whatever. Call whoever. >> I'm calling my brother, who's an attorney. >> Okay, call. >> Had you meet a bad witness. But, be a mistaken one. >> I'm you know, I'm getting a little I'm getting a little um >> It's okay. It's okay. >> tired of going back and forth. So, you need So, you need to somebody to pick you up. You've >> You already been trespassed. Okay, well, guess what? Put your hands behind your back. It's over. Quit games. It's over now. It's over now. You're going to jail. You're going right to jail. Keep your hands straight. You're going to jail. Since you want to Since you want to go so bad. It's Yeah, it's time to go. I think we gave you ample amount of chances. Let's go. >> I think so, too. I think you gave her way too many chances. For me, the tolerance level is at an ultimate high in today's law enforcement. I mean, you got these two old-school cops who been there and done that, and you know, what you always want to do is try to de-escalate. That's what de-escalation is really all about. But then, de-escalation really occurs when you feel this though the situation's going to pretty much increase to to use force, right? To effect an arrest, prevent an escape, or overcome resistance. So, >> Since you want to go so bad, we'll accommodate you. We got a ride We got a ride for you and a place for you to stay. >> Don't you think we were beyond beyond nice? You You overstayed your welcome. Let's go. You got it. You're [clears throat] only Technically, you going to I'm going to get you going to get a felony for battering a law enforcement officer. Me, too. You're not no 71 years old. Oh, you want her to share a um >> You want her to put her hands behind her back? >> You stay. You can't do this to me. Help! Help! >> This is going to be our first criminal report. >> Criminal report? For what? For what, [ __ ] >> Trespassing. >> Trespassing with a plain ticket? You're so stupid, aren't you? >> Well, who's going to give me a ride home and everything? >> Who's going to give me a ride home? >> Nobody now. >> Who? >> No. >> You just say you're >> to give you a ride to the jail. I got you. >> You're stupid, [ __ ] >> That's what you are. >> Dummy ass [ __ ] >> That don't mean nothing. >> Stop it. Stop it, mom. Mom, she tried to kick me. >> Yeah, cuz you're dragging me. Try to kick you? >> You're stupid. >> Let me ask you a question. >> No more questions. Nope. You have the right to remain silent, okay? >> You're going to take me to >> I'm not talking to her I'm not talking to her anymore. Yeah, that's >> You don't give a trespasser jail. You give them a >> I'm not talking. I'm not talking anymore. >> Cuz you're dumb. You don't know the law, do you? That's what I'm talking about, ain't it? You act like >> What's the deal here? >> I'm just waiting for paperwork and then I'm going to take you to the jail. >> Can I make a phone call? >> I will let you when you get in the jail, you can make a phone call. >> I need to let my daughter know she can't pick you know, not to pick me up. Please, be kind. >> Oh, I turned it off. Do you want me to call her? >> I'll call her. No, I don't No, you're not calling her. >> Okay, I'm going to turn it back on and then I'm going to let I'm going to let you tell me the number. >> I'm going to text her. >> No, you can't you're not I'm not letting you get out of cuffs. >> Thanks again. Put the phone back. >> daughter. >> Put the phone back. >> Ma'am? >> Put the phone back. I'm going to put the phone back. >> You're not in control. I am. >> Well, put my phone back, [ __ ] >> So, we're going to call your daughter for you, okay? >> What's your um password? >> Get the hell out of here. Put that back. >> You old foul-mouth lady. You old foul-mouth old >> you want. >> You old foul-mouth old lady. >> Yep, that's right. I am old. And you're a you And you're a wannabe. A wannabe big dude. >> You sure you don't want me to call your daughter? >> No, thank >> you. >> What? >> Here to help. >> I know you are. Do you not answer it. >> Hold on. >> Go ahead. >> I didn't tell you I don't want it to be answered. That's an I don't even 84 is 848 number. Hello? >> Hi, are you on the flight? >> No, it got cancelled. So, don't go to the airport. I'll call you in a bit. I I had a problem with my leg. I'll call you back. The nurse is here. Well, as I can see with you too, you're aggressive as I am. >> Are you racist, [snorts] too? >> Me? >> You said a lot of racist things. >> Well, cuz I was pushing your buttons. >> I was pushing your stupid >> I was pushing yours after you >> Okay. >> We're not >> Final thoughts. Okay, so she was charged with trespassing, resisting with violence, and resisting without violence. The resisting with violence charge was later dropped and she would end up entering into a pre-trial agreement for the other two charges.
