It's Monday. It's a long day. The Nissan people didn't treat me really good because they they made made me watch NFL football players and the guy had too much work. He was stressed out. >> Okay. So, what what happened over there on why they would call us? >> Because they couldn't do an oil change when I couldn't I wasn't welcome there. And there >> Kim is working today and she told me to go to the DMV, but I don't have all day with the baby to be working at the DMV. They need to wait a long time. >> Okay. >> I have a sticker problem right now with my vehicle. You want to show how >> registration? >> Yeah, the sticker. This one. >> So, I'm trying to solve my problems with the tradeoff because the girl from El Paso did sell me that the car last last month. >> Mhm. They have two pictures of my last last two pay stubs. So, the car is there. Okay. The one that the girl from Apaso sold to me already. I'm waiting for Kim because she works at the Nissan and she knows this guy personally. She She shook his hand and everything this morning at Nissan. But the service department, the service guy, he's jealous when I wear that other hat. The one in my truck. It's a collector. Whatever. This is a key. I'm going to be nice officer and it's Monday. I'm taking care of the baby and my two girls are in school right now. Okay. >> And that guy over there at the Nissa was too he was bored or something at the Nissan. Okay. >> Everything's fine. >> Was there any type of argument that happened at the Nissan dealership? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can you explain that to me? the guy in the the desk, his desk, the other one is empty. So, there's an empty desk for somebody that knows how to change oil and all of that in the service area when you're walking. Like, if you're a cop, park your truck, how long are you going to have to wait for another day? Whatever. He's getting sun. Look, >> let's step over to the shade. >> Yeah. >> You want to stand over here in the shade or that shade? Okay. So, you're at the dealership. >> You're having to wait a long time. They made you watch football. You're having to wait. And then what happened? >> And then he said, "I'm going to call the cops because you're erotic. You're exotic. And you're stupid." And I left. Okay. And I came back and I told Kate to watch the video for me that I was going to pick up my key. And the guy lied to me in my face. I'll forget right away. He said, "I left your key in the cup holder." But he did not. >> Imagine I know this kid was a cup holder. So that guy had an argument under stress and lied to my face. If he got mad, call the cops. >> But I know what I did. There's some way cameras. I don't want to take this to court. Have your business card right there. And my baby needs me to chill out and go home. So that's what I'm doing. Okay. >> Well, we're still trying to figure out how everything's going to happen. There are some allegations that the baby was left. >> Just so I can leave my son because of course. No, I I'm the mom. I'm the responsible parent. I'm the one that have to do a little BIT OF A RIDE SO I can tell him I'm going to leave Nissan and I need to go through the same entrance, but you guys have it locked up the other way. [screaming] Let me get his bottle. >> Okay. >> And I told you guys this is a car crash that they already reported in my insurance. So, it's $1,000. Whoever did that scratch accident. I know who it is. Oh my gosh. You guys can look at my I have insurance with >> What's What's your baby's name? >> I already told that other officer. >> Okay. I was just asking. >> He's fine. Look, I just asked him. >> Yeah. And I breastfeed him, but in public places, I give him the bottle. >> That's understandable. >> And he knows how to say his name, by the way. He's really uh smart. >> Tell him your name. >> He's mad. He's I've been gone since they make you wait a lot. Sorry. [crying] [screaming] >> [crying and laughter] >> You have to go through the back again. >> Yes. This is my personal residence. >> Okay. And it's fine. We're just trying to figure out everything that happened. That's what I was I was asking. >> So when I asked you about the baby being left there and you said yes. >> Kim was watching. Kim is the financial advisor that g in his hand his name. >> He shook his hand. Officer um you're the supervisor. I trust you. Shake your hand. >> Absolutely. >> He's stressed out. Okay. >> How long? >> Whatever that guy was on the phone saying it was a bunch of lies. I left him there just like 15 minutes. >> 15 minutes >> so they can figure out everything because I said, "Okay, they're coming." And I said, "Okay, good. Call them right now because it's the truth." Kim has an appointment and I do, too. And the service people don't know how to do a service repair on the Nissan and it's been 2 years. Imagine if I go if I go like Britney Spears and go try and run this truck without water and oil and everything for 2 years. Mhm. >> What will happen? Right. Exactly. >> Ruin the motor. >> It'll ruin it. And that guy go into that police department supervisors and do the watch off of the video. >> My my partner's over there trying to watch the video right now so we can figure out exactly what happened. >> The desk is missing a service person. Okay. >> And I kicked the cone. >> He got mad. >> Okay. >> You know why I kicked the cone? I'm an American citizen and it's ridiculous. I'm not going to watch NFL football there all day. Look, he was hungry and I needed to be >> and Kim is >> You left him with Kim for 15 minutes. Where did you go >> to go to go and check on his primary doctor? He's not going to give him everything. Okay. Cuz this is his second day on that. >> He's 4 months tomorrow. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. Excuse me, officer. Well, see, he's very nice, this sir. >> Hi. >> 796. I'm sure 97. >> Hi. What are you doing? >> Yeah. >> So, you went to check on his primary doctor. >> First, I went to the Nissan. They wait me. They made me wait forever. He lied saying that this wasn't a cup holder. I have your business card and the officer is going to help me today. Okay, sir. Your officer helping me with Kim already helped me. Helped me. She's working at the Nissan. Okay. Well, my partner's over there, so I got to get with him and figure out what happened. And >> it was just a misunderstood a misunderstanding of a phone call >> that Nissan Frontier has a contract with me for 2 years now. Okay, >> and I'm getting hate in the town. So, I can't do that anymore, you guys. I'm from California and this is a key scratch. And that other one is an accident. And I only reported, guess how many accidents? No, none. [clears throat] My landlord here is very nice and I have a contract with him and I need to repair that window before I leave >> and I'm going to do that with the Lord's help next month. >> It's a $300 window right there. >> Yeah, I believe it. Very expensive. >> But it's double. See, it still has the other one. >> I'm going to repair it. Okay. Next month. And I'm going to try and get the oil and everything in that frontier. So, please talk to the guy that got mad at me with the beanie and tell him those cones. Crystal Spencer, she bought a truck here and she said that you need somebody to teach you how to put water in the trucks. Whatever. But whatever that means, because I don't know if they're going to fire him or anything, but he's been working there since I bought the truck. >> Oh, yeah. >> And my dad's a mechanic. >> Oh, yeah. So, you left him with Kim for a bit. >> He's not that hungry. Look, he's already drooing. See? >> For about You're already drooing, durian. You're not that hungry. Look, he's he's messing your first [laughter] breakfast. Yeah. >> So, you there for about 10 15 MINUTES. WHERE IS THIS DOCTOR'S office that you next door? >> Okay. until you went down the way. >> Um right there by the hospital legal one. >> That's good. It's a legal U-turn. Okay. So, you go down to the doctor's office [laughter] and you check with the doctor. >> Yeah. and he told me to come back home and get help. [crying] She go that [screaming] whatever. OKAY. SO EVERYTHING'S FINE, OFFICER, and thank you for helping me feed the baby. >> Crystal, here you have to understand we still have to make all the follow through. >> Yes, I understand. >> I mean, you being a mom, I know you you uh you understand you have two other children, too. >> Then one is in the high school right now, and the other one's talking to a counselor today cuz she's going to be enrolled in a online class. You have a child in high school. >> Yes. >> Well, that's a compliment to you because you you don't look that old. [laughter] But being a mom, you understand that we just have to >> I know. And the niece that I told you, please have them uh show you the little clip also as >> that's what they're looking. >> Yes. Because Oh my gosh, it was so much. >> Once that's once we're done looking at that, then I'm going to get out of your hair. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. [music] >> So, we're home. My son, look, he's peaceful cuz he knows this part a little bit. >> What's that? >> This this area of our house, he knows it, my son. >> Okay, we're going to go home already. >> Okay, Chris, I have to stay with you until we get this sorted out. Do you need to get him a blanket or >> I need to get him in his home. >> Okay. Can I step in with you for a few minutes? >> Yes, of course. >> Okay. >> But this this way is only for Christmas present. >> Okay. >> It's for what? >> It's for my my body type. >> Oh, okay. Well, I'll try and get my pass, too. >> No, you're in office. >> You're from California? >> Yeah. Come on. Well, did you get tired less than you? >> How long have you been in cruises? >> For two um too long. 5 years now. [laughter] Look, we're home. Let me put this down. >> Okay. Come on. Come on. But I promise you guys I'm already going to leave soon. I want to relocate. >> We're back to California. >> No, just maybe to Texas or something. >> Oh, okay. >> Because 5 years here is too long for me. I I think >> Do you have family here? >> Yes, in New Mexico. >> Pardon me? >> In New Mexico. >> In New Mexico. Mhm. Okay. >> Okay. That guy doesn't need to learn how to put water in the trucks. Okay. And that's why I went to see a doctor, too, because I'm transitioning him to a bottle. [laughter] >> Okay. [crying] >> Okay. Okay. You're already going to be 4 months tomorrow. >> Is his dad here in town, too? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> He has just connected here on the phone and stuff. He's gone for a little while. He's already on his way back. >> Where was he? Where is he? >> The dad working. >> He worked out of state. >> But your daddy's pretty nice. I don't know how long these people are going to be on the phone today. Okay. >> Maybe until that end. They see it out of school. I left my phone in the truck, by the way. >> Okay. I studied in the country in Mexico in the state of our neighbor state. >> Oh, okay. >> I was a transfer student. >> You speak good Spanish. >> I can understand it, but uh well, not all of it, but I mean, I understand bits and pieces, but um terrible at speaking it. My wife's been think talking about getting me those ear pods, you know, that interpret >> and I actually uh two guys that I was dealing with were from um Argentina >> and uh they pulled out a uh a phone and were able we were able to talk by interpretation. >> That was very special. >> It was pretty cool. >> Yeah. You need to listen to your wife because she's a smart lady. >> And that one will give you technology power faster than those dudes. >> Oh, I know. It's amazing, huh? >> Look, my mom gave me this um ear pod. It's a ear. It's a pretend one. >> Oh, okay. I thought you were telling me. >> No, it is. It is. >> Yeah, >> it's I put it on last night and I was able to do it. My mom gave it to me because that the right ear for the infants and the people [snorts] >> is where they like to wear it. But we need to wear it here on this one. >> Uh-huh. >> That headpiece. Cuz you're so good. You don't even need hearing aids. [laughter] >> Okay. You're going to go to sleep like your dad said. Okay. His dad put him to sleep on this one. He's very special, that man. >> He knows how to rock him to sleep. >> Yeah, >> I guess he's missing him. >> Oh, I bet. I bet he is. >> I could put him, but it's modern [laughter] technology. You know the dolls? >> Yeah. It's [laughter] okay. >> You want to finish the whole? >> Yeah, cuz it's it's a it's a whole day, but you can't eat it all in one day. Yeah. Little by little. Okay. Okay. Okay. This one I made it for him in the morning. Do you help your grandkids feed them? You >> I fed him. Yeah. >> Mhm. >> He fed you really nice. [snorts] [laughter] I might need to go check my phone, too, cuz I I think I left it at in the truck. >> I'll stay with you if you need to go get it. >> Okay, these are your car keys. Okay, pretend once. [cough] Yeah. What you reaching for? [cough] Yes. Oh, yes. [snorts] Sorry, >> I hope you [snorts] [snorts] >> [snorts] [clears throat] >> Look, I finally found it. I left it in the car. It's just cuz it's the true. You know what I mean? >> Mhm. >> People can't be on the phone and everything when they're driving either. Uh, my phone told me today that I had an accident at the Nissan. >> Well, get it. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> So, I don't even know how to tell them. Hey, Siri, can you open uh 911? >> Okay. Sending. >> I don't even know. Cancel. Okay. Cancelled. >> That's not even the phone number. >> Were they sending >> emergency? >> Were they calling 911? >> I went into the >> No, I mean just now. >> I wanted to. >> Oh, I mean, did the phone send 911? >> The phone said It sounds like you had a car crash. Do you want me to report it? And I said no. >> But right now, did it send that 911? It was asking you. >> Yeah. No, it didn't. >> Okay. >> It's still sending. See? >> Okay. So we need to look 33%. So we need to tell them I don't know how but it is cuz this this phone told me it looks like you had a car crash but [snorts] I didn't. I knew what I was doing. >> Okay. >> So see this is my last missed calling all my people that I call. [clears throat] Let's see if we can text someone. We have 5G. Whatever. Hey Siri, my phone asked me earlier if I wanted to report a car crash and I said no. >> To who? >> To the emergency people. Oh my gosh. [snorts] So, this be a little bit old school. >> You have a 911 call coming in from Miss Spencer. She's actually trying to call >> Alaska's New Mexico. Thank you. >> She's trying to call the >> Yes, I'm with you. >> What is that? >> They know. >> You can tell the 911 operator to disregard the phone call coming in from Miss Spencer. >> [sighs] >> What's that system called where the it it it [laughter] calls the emergency where it came in the the the phone at? >> Um the phone told me it looks like you had a car accident. Do you want me to report it? And I said no. >> Oh, okay. We're [clears throat] going to get these We're going to get these together in private people calling. Whatever. >> Hey, Mark. Uh-oh. That's okay. Absolutely. Oh, yeah. um possibly both, but definitely on the first one. And uh yeah, I'm I'm with her now. So, I don't even think we have one to be honest with you. Um the only one that I know of is Walker and I don't think anybody else is. Um, I do know that there's been 58 problems in the past, though. Yeah, I'm right here with the baby and mom. Yeah, the baby's fine. He's napping. Um, little better. Yeah. >> Yeah, I'm Yeah. Excuse me, officer. >> Pardon me. >> I think so. Yeah. >> Mhm. But you need to go watch the video first >> cuz she's going to give you a totally different uh Yeah, she's she's actually she just stepped out for a minute. She's actually doing better than when we first got here. But um I think she's just maintaining for the while we're here. Yeah. Okay. Sounds good. All right. Bye. >> Now you're stretching now. >> Yeah. Uhoh. He did take a little nap with his eyes. >> Yeah. Your eyes are getting heavy. is cuz he takes he he goes like this stairs and then goes to sleep. Yeah. Staring at the officer. [snorts] >> Okay. Okay. [laughter] We're going to make you fall asleep today. Yeah. Crystal, are you working cutting here somewhere or? >> No, I'm not going to work until Wednesday. >> Okay. >> Today is a my You can [laughter] also get all my information on social media. >> No, I I don't have social media. >> No, but today we're we're working uh on a Monday with society. [laughter] We're going to go to sleep in your crib. Okay. You want tummy time? Yeah. >> Let's get rid of all this. [crying] Yeah. [laughter] This is the the babysitter are in high school. And that's cool. [laughter] Let's go. Don't worry. No worries. >> Officer, >> I have your business [laughter] card in the truck, but I'm going to be very careful because it's not kind it's a it's a very weird >> um society problem. But you do have sunglasses on your hands. >> Mhm. babies from classes. >> Yeah, these are way too big for him. But yeah. >> No. Yeah, but I'm I'm already putting mine on and trying to be cool with you guys. Like the men, >> but it's hard. >> Yeah. >> Look. See, you guys say these words are mommies. >> But I'm going to be better. I'll never kick a cone again. That guy got really mad at me, but he needs to learn how to tell girls to put water in their vehicles. Seriously. >> Yeah. >> You know, like you have like your cool sunglasses up here. >> She's a very good baby, by the way. >> Yeah, he's doing good. >> And this is the girl that's going to transition to online today. She's over there in the school. >> Sent me an email. >> Mhm. telling me that I needed to sign paperwork >> for that girl today. But she's got a Lululemon backpack >> and sometimes she lies to me and doesn't give me the paperwork. >> Yeah, >> but whatever. I got the email. She's middle school. >> Mhm. >> I got the email and she's on that waiting list to transfer to online cuz she hates that school. Guess why? >> What? >> Because she didn't have Nike Pros. H >> I don't know if you have any kids, but she got bullied at the volleyball game. >> Mhm. >> And she lost her tournament and she was team captain >> and she got so bullied she was like, "Fuck them. I'm going to go online." >> And it's a true story, by the way, >> cuz whenever I talk to my girls, I do eye contact with them. Look. T. Oopsie. See, this means that he he's trying to transition from breast milk to semolac. And he burped a little bit. >> Yeah, >> you're a good baby. And his first his first word is daisy. >> And he needs to learn. So yeah, I am a little worried about everything that's happening, but I was just seriously just joking when I transferred to Dalia from Centennial to West. When I said the [ __ ] that I said, I was joking. It was called Black Humor. I'm not joking. I'm I love my babies and my girls. And I made I made a little video last night about this cuz this door this door knob doesn't have the light. >> And that one does at night. >> H maybe the light burned out on it. >> I know. It's called an electrician [ __ ] problem. >> Problem. >> Mhm. >> I know. And that's the 52 problems that the police department is having at this address since 2009 2021 when I moved here. >> My She's working today. She's a caregiver. >> She's a caregiver. >> So that's how long you've been here. Since 2021. >> Yep. >> But do you hear those words? >> Mhm. I used to hear them a lot and it was weird. They relax us sometimes. >> Yeah, >> he scratched himself. But I'm trying to teach him. And he does need a little manicure. Look. Get his little scratch. >> Yeah. And then they're sharp >> like yours and mine. >> I'm trying to do everything that I can. There's like baby files and all kinds like My my neighbor has a boat. Look how cool. See the boat? >> Oh, yeah. >> He's like, "You didn't even see when I brought the boat back." But I didn't. I was too busy working >> cuz when I met him in 2021, the boat was over here on this side. >> Oh, okay. and he got a little bit butt hurt cuz he's my neighbor for 5 years. And I said, "I didn't notice I was at work." And he said, "Well, where the [ __ ] are you?" I'm like, "I don't know. Working, but it's cold that boat. It's dangerous to live in Las because one time I had a fridge there. >> Mhm. >> For like 3 or 4 months [music] and somebody wanted to buy it and steal it and all kinds of [ __ ] here by this park. >> It's It's the truth. He's working on making the fence. >> Oh, to close the gates. >> Yeah. It's going to be harder because you have to get off and open the gate and leave or whatever. Whatever. Tell him whatever. Look how cool my engagement ring. It's weird cuz it goes like this. I'm teaching Daisy how to hold him on her hip. >> This guy, the little boy like this. >> He spit up again. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> He's going to get dirty. And >> uh whenever you decide whether or not you're not going to be his feet anymore, it's really hard. >> And I do know that he's bitting. I got I got butt hurt with the dad because he said you're nothing but a a drooie baby. >> He's not drooy baby. I'm the mom. I know my my old boyfriend is bullying him. >> He's a bubbly baby. He drools and does bubbles, but he goes to work and doesn't see him all day. Huh. You finally got the the business card. >> He's got cameras, too. >> Whatever. >> Yep. We're going to clean your t-shirt, too, cuz we're wearing it. Really cool. Look, it says zoom. >> Mhm. >> Like, zoom in. We're getting dirty, dude. We're going to have to take that off, okay? Cuz you're not going to do breast milk formula. You're getting dirty. >> You're getting dirty. You have a nice landlord. >> Mhm. >> 5 years now. >> 5 years. That's good. >> And he's my neighbor and my best friend. >> Is he? >> Yes. >> Yeah. He seems to be very concerned about you. What's good? >> He is. He's He's my best friend. He's concerned because it's an authority, because it's a new mom. Uh his wife divorced him on the second year of his marriage. >> Oh, >> cuz he was in a different country. I can tell you guys [ __ ] kidding neighbors >> neighbor stories. Oh, >> he's concerned about the baby and the rent and everything. >> Sure. Well, >> he also seems to be concerned about you. So, >> yes, but he gave you the maybe he wants to rent this. He wants to whatever. I'm a mom and it's windy and greasy and [laughter] I don't know how you got how you guys handle it, but >> you got your business card. I got everybody's business card. Yeah, >> I know him. Look, he's yawning. >> Yeah, >> go lay him down, Crystal. Sometimes I'm really glad we have these cameras. Poor boy. [clears throat] See what I think? >> Um, oh, detective call me and ask me questions. I couldn't answer the question. And I I did just tell her you need to go to the person. I think she was typing the report and send it to you know where they are. These are the ones I hate the worst. They sure are. >> Yeah, I would rather look on the side. back and see. >> Okay. >> Go to your go to your your son's cat. >> H Oh, your daughter's cats. >> Yeah. Aren't you happy back inside? We need to close the door so he doesn't go back inside. It's up to you. no [crying and screaming] [crying and screaming] fight it more. >> Yeah, they do. They do, don't they? >> Why? >> I don't know. I don't know. It's okay, Kitty. You're tired. >> Who' you name name him after? >> Um, well, his I chose his second name. >> Oh, okay. >> But dad picked the first name. >> Oh, I got you. >> Name. >> I I named after my first nephew. Oh, >> okay. And my my niece laughed and she said, "You're a copycatter." And I said, "I did it on purpose [laughter] cuz I haven't seen him in a long time." And he's a little patty. >> Uh-oh. >> So I'm like, "Yeah, we should name him like the cousin." Mhm. >> [clears throat] >> and uh his name is Caleb uh Spencer, but the other the dad's name, [laughter] you know, and then I'm a little bit um I'm very happy that dad has four names. >> Oh, wow. >> I'm really happy. And he quite explained to me the dad. He's like, "No, it's I'm like, well, you call Caleb. [laughter] Maybe boys fight it more because they want to go to sleep in their mom's and their dad's arms." >> Could be. Just seems like boys are always the hardest to get to sleep, even as they get older. Our fridge is funny because it stops making noises when you open the door. But would you like something? I don't know. >> I'm fine. >> You're fine. >> I have some water in my unit. So, I appreciate that though. >> This I was coughing a little bit. >> Yeah. >> Earlier. The weather changers yourself. >> I can hear it in myself. >> Yeah. >> Oh, yeah. >> It's that time of year. >> My best friend Jose. >> Who? >> Joseo. >> Oh, next door. >> He's my best friend since 5 years ago. But he manages properties and he's my cousin. >> Is he your cousin? >> Yes. >> And my passport a Spencer and then my mom. And he's my cousin and he manages properties and he's very uh um happy that you know we're going to increase cuz Isaiah was born and I'm already trying to go into a better location. >> Yeah. cuz that's two master bedrooms upstairs already. Master bedroom and then this room here. >> Yeah. >> And this is not the correct, you know. >> You do very well, Kristen. >> Yes, I do. And he's my best friend. And we would go mountain biking. >> Oh, yeah. >> To Anna. >> Yeah. You still have a mountain bike? >> Yes. >> Good. >> I do. I got [music] really mad the first year I got here cuz someone stole it. >> I heard you saying that. Yeah. >> Yes. And I was a little bit mad too because the police department didn't find my bike, but it's too much bikes. >> But in Iowa, it's really cool because some police officers do ride bikes. >> Mhm. We used to. We don't have the manpower anymore. >> But you guys have motorcycles. >> Yeah, we do. >> And that's really cool. I I used to have a nice bike that I rode for the PD. >> Really? >> Mhm. That was probably 15. >> No wonder your wife is like, "Get the hearing aid." >> No. But seriously, you're the chief. Go kill them. Let's go ride bikes, guys. [laughter] Seriously, because it's not a joke. I paid about $700 for that bike. >> Yeah. >> With my first slash kind of selfish paycheck because I have my girls. >> Sure. >> Yeah. And then I got really mad and I called the police and everything. But whatever. >> Unfortunately, >> no broken no false promises because I said um I'll tell them, you know, whatever whatever whatever. >> Yeah. Sometimes some >> usually does usually comes back somehow somehow >> may not be in the exact way you want it but >> I am going to go back to work hopefully you know when this baby is off the mas the mama's >> makes it easier once they're bottle feeding >> a little bit but we miss are babies. We're so attached to the moms. >> Yeah. >> Don't tell me I'm a grandpa. >> I still see my little girls as little Well, see, I just said that. I see my adult girls as little girls still >> and here they have kids of their own. >> You need to text bomb them. >> Text them. >> Text bomb them. Be like, I learned how to text. When is your husband gonna take you on a a thirdy year anniversary? I joke with him. I I have my grandpa. Oops. I need to go visit him. >> Yeah. Where does he live? >> He lives in another country. >> Oh, [clears throat and cough] but I'm going to wait because that guy, he's like you. He knows how to use the phones. Last time I talked to him, he said, "Oof, I took a walk all the way to literally that's what he told me." >> And he said, "How's your mom?" And he cried a little bit because he hasn't seen my mom, his daughter. He knows I'm the granddaughter. >> Yeah. >> And I always I always joke and say anyhow, anyh who, anyhow, because it is the truth. It's called Inihoo. In anyhow, it's called >> I'm very fortunate. I have two of my kids are still in town and one lives in Alamo, the other lives in Ohio and the other lives in Nebraska. >> That's very special. >> Yeah. >> Very um special states. I'm a little bit sad about what happened in California because I was born there and a lot of people had to evacuate and they did get smoke irritations. >> But not me. I'm far from the snow. >> Yeah. >> You know, >> yeah, it is sad what's happening in LA with the fires. >> Yeah. Now it's just a technology problem. What we have seriously with police departments and everything. >> Yeah. >> I'm getting I'm getting all um messy also because I've been out working a little bit. And guys, guess what I did? I did a girl power thing. M >> I did a power girl move. >> What is that? >> I cut my hair completely in one of my licenses. >> Oh, [laughter] really? >> Yeah, it's really cool. But that one's for collections. I don't know if my hair is already growing a lot, but I want to go to the DMV and get a upgraded license. >> Mhm. because that one is um my hair doesn't look the same. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> So, I want an upgraded uh driver's license cuz it's growing my hair. I'm even thinking about where I left it because this is my painters jacket. And I have another one like where I put my ID >> wasn't in the one that was just sitting up there. >> No, that's the phone one. >> Oh, see it's cuz it's hard for girls to find out. This part is the the one for work. I don't know where I have it cuz I wasn't going to go anywhere. [music] You know what I mean? Let's go upstairs just real quick and see. >> Don't see right here. That's all right. >> Yeah, that's fine. I'm going to go check and see where he is. I wonder what my real ID. Okay. What are they doing? Smile it. >> Yeah. Going to be the really big one. It's that one with the passive car on it. >> [snorts] >> It really wasn't going to go anywhere. So the one with the passport is in that bag or that I only take whatever I Wow. Baby got a little bit moist. You lift these weights, Crystal. >> Which one? >> That's when I'm not so busy being up. >> Yeah, >> that guy weighs like 15 to 15 to um I don't know. You f him this morning for >> good 15 lbs easily. Yeah. >> Yeah. See? 15 here. 15 here is a lot of curls. >> Yeah. >> These ones move. No, these are for when I'm not being a mom. >> Look. >> 25. >> Yeah. >> I would never be able to give a breath to a 25y old baby like something. But I'm an athlete. >> You are? >> Yes. >> Yeah. I I can tell. What sports did you play? >> Uh, basketball. >> Yeah. >> Yes, I'm tall. >> Were you pretty good? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> They had me in the back uh doing the clean shots. >> Oh, okay. >> Like clean. [cough and clears throat] >> I'm going to find a passport. >> My daughter's youngest daughter, the one that's pregnant, is uh tall like you. >> Really? >> Yeah. Yeah. Did she play sports? >> She did. Um I think she got tired of it. >> Yeah. Were you guys going to her games and stuff or No. >> Oh yeah. We used to go to her volleyball and her basketball games. >> I always thought if she kept it up, she'd get a scholarship. But >> she did? But she's a scholarship mom or whatever cuz she's really young. A baby, huh? A baby daughter. Yeah. >> No wonder she's getting like all this attention from everybody. >> Yeah, she's used to getting attention all her life. >> What about you, Crystal? Did any colleges look at you? >> Oh, yeah. But yeah, was really weird. California wanted me to play beach volleyball. >> Oh, yeah. >> I went over to the main coach. Oops. I'm going to look for I know I'm like no cuz I have the the passport in the other bag 17. I know it's here somewhere. >> Heather, no. >> I get that passport so often, but my idea one. So that's why it's hard to to buy purses alone as girls. >> What's that? As girls, it's really hard to buy purses alone. >> Oh. >> Mhm. [clears throat] >> They need to take the the husband or the boyfriend because if they ever change wallets >> Yeah. >> they'll they'll forever forget where they left it. >> It's true. >> Okay. need to listen. I need to listen to that new guy. He told me to go straight to the DMV. But I can't do that when I have a baby. I And then I do Look, this is his closet here. Baby's closet. And I do need to go get the the the DMV updated driver's license. >> Yeah. >> With my >> with your >> not not about haircut. [laughter] >> Why are you laughing? >> Just good. The things that women worry about. >> Oh my gosh. You worry too much, huh? >> Yes. >> Well, it's good because I do laugh sometimes about what my boyfriend worries about. And now I'm engaged. And we did it a little bit weird cuz we got engaged with a baby. Oops. How we're going to get married? >> Well, good. >> Just needs to pick up the date. >> What's that? >> When people get engaged, they need to pick up pick up a date. >> Yeah. >> Like the actual date where they're going to get married. >> Mhm. >> So, you haven't set a date? >> No. Everything's okay, huh? Now I'm going to go get that thing done. Oof. No. That's my mama. My mama says, "Oof, no." [cough] Whenever she's a little tired, she says, "Oof." It's the truth. I have too much clutter in that closet. We all have a a [clears throat] drawer, a closet full of junk. >> I know. I got into a little fight with my best friend the other day because I told him that they have they were hoarders and it's hard to do that. But whenever you're a good uh family member, like you don't do that stuff. But sometimes like it's hard with the oldest and the youngest in the middle. They start accumulating stuff. >> Yeah. [cough and clears throat] >> Yeah. I'm going to I'm going to go have to read a little bit so I can remember where I left the important bag. >> Not in the truck, is it? >> No, because I went into the Nissan. I know what I was going to go do. But the one with the ID, that one I traded my wallet to that other one because this this expensive phone needs to be in the expensive little bag. And I know I need to go in and get that updated hair. This one's like really grown already. So that other one is not in the truck. I already know keys for the truck. And this is the diaper bag. I'm going to check in the diaper bag. Bingo. >> There you go. >> Oh my gosh. I can't even believe it was in the bag. [laughter] Man, Sam makes me go crazy. >> Yeah, officer here. I think >> Excuse me. >> Excuse me. I think you need to take a picture of it or something. >> What? >> Take a picture of my driver's license and tell me go get a new one. [snorts] Tell Tell me. Look at how short my hair was. >> Yeah, that's when you cut it off. No, I cut it off like a pixie. >> Oh, I see. Like on one side. >> Mhm. Okay. >> And this one, >> see this one has one side. >> Oh, [snorts] I see. Yeah. Mhm. >> But this is the official New Mexico one and it's not crazy. It's just short short and that was in uh expires new [snorts] next year. Whoops. But this one I issued it in 21. >> So you got a year to get it the way you want it. >> I [snorts] am going to get it longer. And it's cuz we women are so we're so vain. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And especially if you're going to get a picture taken. >> Mhm. >> Should we do a cut if we're going to go do that? >> You got to make sure your hair is right and >> Yeah. But h No, no, no. I'm like, "No, no, not yet." Sorry, I'm [snorts] going to have to undo my hair a little because I knew some people was really mad at me. I'm more mad at them [clears throat] because I I was never laid on my car pavement. >> You shot me there and pulled your hair out. >> Yeah, I know. This one's That's the Actually, this is not a This is not hair. It's called the modern bobby pin. Hm. Seriously, >> it's kind of like a weave, is it? It >> has a little clip. >> I see. >> I said bobby pin cuz we're old school. >> Mhm. >> I see. Modern bobby pin. Cuz you're looking at who I am. And you take it this off like that. And [clears throat] see, I need to upgrade my license. See, it's not that one where it's one side. I am going to go a little way and I still have a little bit of a time frame, but I do like showing this one to the police officers because they know their business. My brother was flexing on me. Do you have siblings? >> Mhm. So my brother was flexing telling me, "Look at my driver's license cuz it's got this little star here." >> But his is in a different state. So who knows? >> Yeah. >> I just said that's cool. >> Yeah. I like these licenses. Really? You helped me find it. Anyway, don't change wallets because >> I've had the same wallet for 15 years. >> You're like my dad. I do need to put this one with the cool phone, though. >> Yeah. No, I don't even touch my dad's wallet because but [snorts] little boys are troublemakers, huh? >> Mhm. >> You're not You shocked me. >> Yeah, I was. Oh, my my favorite um police officer client. She had a cat and I was a little allergic to his cat hair. But that's confessions of a hairdresser. But I I put up with it and I would cut his hair. >> Mhm. >> But the cat hair would always give me allergies. But I didn't even tell him. He said, "I don't tell people I'm a cop when I get haircuts." I said, "Okay, [laughter] because they they hate us." And I said, "I don't hate you." And [snorts] he said, "I know. So, don't tell people." But he was very nice. He had a cat. I am a little bit allergic to cat hair, too. Still, >> I wanted a cat. >> And we do get immune. that the girl, my daughter, uh she was having a hard time transitioning to Los Cruus and she got that cat for therapy. >> Okay. >> He's very messy. He's got a cat a cat ball. >> Oh, >> fortunately my only three don't have cat balls. You know, and then the the little the little stray outdoor cat will be better. Okay, let's be better in Los Cruises and go get a little bit of on our next day off. Let's go get cat [clears throat] treats. Seriously, >> I I take good care of him. He comes in at night. >> He hangs out in my garage. [snorts] >> He just helps you. You're making me think of my passport. >> Your passport? >> Yeah, because that one's in my other bag. The one where I leave. But I'm not going to leave anywhere. I'm waiting for Li and Daisy to get off school. I tried to tell my daughter the other day that I hated the noise from the fridge, but she doesn't know cuz she she sleeps like the princess under the pee. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> There's a story I haven't heard in a long time. I don't think many people today remember that. >> That story. >> The princess and the pee. Yeah. >> No, they do. But it's just weird cuz if you have Netflix, you have to let your wife buy a movie. I'm not kidding. You laugh. They have Hulu, Netflix, and what else do they have? Different TVs. One time I went to the DMV. Actually, I went to the DMV and this girl was watching a movie on her phone waiting. >> Yeah, >> I thought it was cool, but whatever. And I can watch a movie at the DMV, but I don't want to do that cuz, you know, I have business to do and stuff. She has a book and [snorts] Yeah. So, method of training kids to switch off the bottle feeding out of the diapers. So, let's just make sure it's locked up and >> Okay. She's still here with the 4month-old. >> Okay. >> So, we'll take her into custody first >> and then we'll need somebody to transport the fourmonth-old down to the the station with the other kids. None of the kids know what's going on uh at this point um to my knowledge. Um we'll have to explain that to them when we get there. Um they should all be going to the break room. >> Okay, sounds good. >> Um out of curiosity, just because the baby is 4 months old, do we know when the last feeding was? >> I think that's something that we should probably ask. >> Yeah. Did did mom feed the child before we got here or while she >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So last couple hours. >> Okay, [laughter] sounds good. Um, and then do we know if we're going to be taking like a diaper bag or we're just going to kind of hit everything brand new? >> So, the mom is um >> she's going to be unpredictable. >> Yeah, she she 4 months old and she's mom's telling me that the baby tells her when needs to go to the bathroom. >> Um, >> she's months old, >> huh? >> 4 months old. >> 4 months. >> Yes. So, there may not be diapers. Um, I know there's a bottle in the um um refrigerator, but I I can't I know she she pressed better him three times while we've been there, fed him off a bottle several times. Um >> Okay. >> hasn't peed surprisingly. So, >> okay, sounds [music] good. And then um just trying to think of everything that we might need for the baby, but we don't know the size. Okay, that's that's perfect. >> Yeah, I can certainly ask to see if we can get a bag or a diaper bag. I don't know where it's going to go with her because she's really sporadic. She she goes all over the place. We haven't been able to like get a direct answer from her. >> We might, >> but it's going to be a hit or miss with her. >> That's definitely fine. I'll I'll figure out what we can and then um like what we can and just let us know whenever it's clear to go get the baby and they'll we have the car seat ready. >> Okay. >> Let's drive your unit right up. >> Oh, good idea. >> Yes, sir. >> Julian, nice to meet you. What's going on? >> So, we actually this lady's always coming back and forth here for service, not whatot, but she's always been kind of the crazy type, you know what I mean? kind of like on edge and always being very aggressive. Uh, FROM WHAT I KNOW, UM, she was already being aggressive with people inside. She Yeah. And she came out here. She she actually, I believe, hit a customer's car in service, ran out here, but during the process, she left the child with her own physical truck. Yeah. With her own physical truck. >> She She drove off in it. I don't know where the vehicle's at. If anything, you want to come talk to my manager here in service. He was right next to her and he probably be a better witness as well. She she left the baby here. >> She left HERE FOR 10 MINUTES. >> SHE SHE LITERALLY, BROTHER, AFTER SHE HIT A RUN, she d she drove off this way, closed the gates, and left her kid here. We actually had to pick up the kid and put bring him inside. >> She She came back 10 minutes later to pick him up. >> But we have all her information. And if you want to talk to my my manager, he has everything, man. >> I've got pictures. And she actually screamed. I don't even >> Yeah, about 10 minutes ago. I'm being advised. Unbelievable. >> You need a witness. I'm >> Where's Stephen? There's Stephen. >> Okay. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Yeah. This lady, she comes here quite a bit. >> Do we know her name? >> It's Crystal Spencer. >> So, I called I have a cousin that works for CPS. I already called them because she just left the baby right there. Okay. >> Like on Well, she left it on the counter first, like just on its back and walks away talking to people. And so we were already >> like not even in the car seat. >> Not even in the car seat. Just on its back right there against our window over right there. And then so she's been raising how common and knocking people papers off people's desk. And >> we told her, "Well, what are you here for?" And she really just mumble jumble stuff. >> Do you have an address for her? >> I'm trying to find I was going to go look it up right now cuz I was trying to get her phone number >> and so that way we could do that. And then she did do a hidden run on one of our customer cars in the back. >> Okay. >> So, um, I took pictures of I have a picture of her. I have a picture of the plate. Actually, I can get to >> Perfect. If you can give me that, that way I can get an officer to head out there to do a welfare check. >> You should have a lookout for her vehicle. She's going to cause an accident. >> Okay. >> She's >> So, I guess they've been, >> it sounds like it was a 58 female here with a child. They've been having problems with her. They have a name and a license plate for her. Um, I guess she was in here. She, for what I'm being told, she was at the service desk, had just left the baby lying on the back on the service desk unattended. and then went and caused a hit and run in the back, took off, left the baby um >> uh left the baby outside here in the middle of the parking lot in the car seat for about 10 minutes and drove off and then came [music] back 10 minutes later and retrieved the child. Um so >> a hair stylist around here. >> She's a hair stylist. >> Yeah, my uh my my controller, she's her third hair stylist >> right now without a description of name, but there's not much we can do. Yeah, they have the name. They're just getting all that stuff. >> Everybody's yelling that we need to be going and doing this and >> so if anything once we find an address we I'll send it. >> I have no idea. >> Kind of crazy. You come in here a few times just toss the keys at me and I want that appraised and I want this and that and I'm like, "Okay, we got to work on it. I want it done." He's yelling like, "I want it done now." He's like, >> "There's the plate number right there. The address that we have on file for her is out of Deming, >> but I don't I don't think that's >> And then what's the name you have for her? >> And then a Crystal Spencer. And that's the last phone number we have. Three address. >> Um, >> so I don't know if that's that's the address we had on top of her last cuz we haven't really done much work. >> That's good. >> And then here's the damage to where Well, the whole truck's damaged, but that's where she hit the car over there. vehicles she drives >> this frontier. >> Yeah, this one. >> And then that's what she looks like. >> That's her right there. >> And see if we can get her detained at the she if she's here. She's probably going to be driving out that way. >> Do you have an idea on you, sir? >> Oh, yes, sir. Let me go grab my dude. >> Yeah. >> Whatever he does, that's unvolved. That's more important than you want to. >> All right. But all right. So I have officers working on trying to locate her in the vehicle. So we our main concern is a child. Make sure the child's okay. >> So um explain to me she's a customer. >> So she's a customer. She comes in here and there and wanting to trade out of the vehicle but she never can. >> When when she when did she last come here before today >> or how many instances what's your history like with her? >> So I know she came in the very first time she came in she caused a scene with an ex employee. made her cry. This was probably over a year and a half ago. >> Okay, >> that was over a year and a half ago. She comes in here and there like to trade in with the vehicle, but she never came. But then she causes a stir around the whole dealership like she'll go and grab our employee cards and throw them everywhere or take stuff off our desk and pass. These are all pass and today she did a lot of that. She took the cards out, was throwing them out there and putting them on cars. >> So what happened today? What time did she show up? >> Um 10 10:30. Yeah, because we were looking at the camera because she parked right here, blocked the whole drive, was picking stuff up, tried to climb on her truck and fell off her truck, like fell right on her back and knocked her glasses off because we were looking at the cameras and then like so I had to move her truck to block it cuz she was blocking our whole drive. And then she was saying about complaining about this and that about service and stuff. I'm like, "Ma'am, you haven't serviced your truck here in a while." Okay. >> Like, and so then she was talking to Joe, the finance manager. >> What did she come in here for? I think she was trying to register her vehicle, but we don't do that here. Like, cuz it's she already owns it. You know what I mean? So, I think I think that's what she had came in for. >> Let me ask him. Joe, >> what did she come in for? Was she trying to register her truck? >> Oh, yeah. She was she was trying to register her plates. >> Okay. >> And we told her, "Ma'am, we don't do that here. You've got to go to the DMV." And so, she was persistent. Well, you need to take pictures on You need to take pictures. >> It's right here, sir. >> You need to take pictures of my VIN. You need to take pictures of my VIN. Like she was adamant. >> She was just being demanding. >> Yeah, she was being very demanding. >> Okay. >> And then like she left the baby on the counter right there and walked away. And the baby's like probably >> Yes. >> between 3 and 5 months old. >> I would have to run the plate. Okay. >> Okay. So, >> what year do you think the blue furniture? >> Uh, >> I want to say like a 17 or 18. It's It's kind of one of the older models. >> So, she's here for 2 hours. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. About 2 hours. Yeah. So after she complained, she goes over there to the right here on this desk. >> She Yeah, she right there on that desk. She and she's been running in the big dealership. She walked out there, she came over here, she walked out there, she came inside of there to Bug Hon to try and get the vehicle registered like, "Man, we don't do that." And then she would just go and sit over there and you guys would just allow her. >> We would just let her be. I mean like cuz we've been with her before. Okay. Today she took it to a whole another level. >> Okay. So she she leaves the baby there for how long? Robert, Tom, Nora, >> I would say like just a couple minutes. >> Like she didn't I don't think she walked all the way over here. I didn't I only saw when the baby was right there and she was walking back towards the baby cuz I was in the shower. >> Okay. >> But one of the texts like, "Hey, bro. She left her baby right there." So he would probably be able to tell me a little bit longer. >> Okay. So couple minutes attended on a high >> So then she goes back over there. What happens next? I think she she got the baby, put the baby in the car seat and then we sat at the couch and then but she left the baby there on the couch in the car seat walking around filling up water trying to talk to them going back there and grabbing our stuff and moving it around and saying to do this and do that. We're like, "Ma'am, we're not helping you. There's nothing for you to do." >> At any point, you guys telling her like, "You need to leave." >> Like we told we told her, "Ma'am, you can leave." Like, you know what I mean? But she just still kept doing whatever. >> You know what I mean? And then so then finally um she what did she say? Oh you need to put my key back where you got like man you left it in the truck. So here's your key. You your truck's parked right there. Go ahead and go. You know what I mean? So she goes and grabs tries to lock our doors and then goes and get tra uh one of the cones. Puts it right here in the driver's locket. So I follow her out like ma'am or one of the other guys is like hey can you put the cone back from turret just went down that way. I'm going to head off for it. >> Okay. >> Can you get the name do an update to the bull >> for for her? >> Yeah. Okay. And so she goes and kicks the cone and and she's like, "Okay, ma'am." At this point, I told her, "You're no longer welcome here. You're not allowed back here. You're no longer welcome here." And she's like, "Uh, what did she tell me?" Oh, she started cussing at me in Spanish. Update on that bolo. The female 37 is going to be Crystal Spencer, who we're looking for. Happy Christmas. >> Okay. So then, >> and so after she kicked the cone, I'm like, "Okay." I put the cone. I'm like, "You're no longer welcome here. Don't come back here. You're not welcome. There's no need for you to come back." So at this point, like I'm just watching her drive right away. And I didn't notice that the baby wasn't in the car yet. Like it was just in the stroller. And I think the one of the um ladies has a picture. No, actually one of the salesmen has a picture of that. You know what I mean? And luckily she didn't run the baby over cuz she backed out hauling ass driving backs out and goes this way through our drive probably about doing about 40. Yeah. >> Can you show me here? Yeah. >> Can you show me? >> Yeah. And we have I'm pretty sure the boss can probably pull the video footage. Good. >> Yeah. [clears throat] >> Yeah. So she hauled ass through here, comes back here, and I can show you the car she hit. >> Okay. And where's the baby at? >> So the baby is right there. Right in that where you're cruising at. right in that parking spot right there. She has the baby just sitting there right there. >> First parking. >> Yeah, the first parking spot. >> And then just haul that. So, I mean, luckily she didn't run the baby over and then she hauls that over this way and then in the corner she goes >> right. >> She goes around from here and she pulls right in the back corner where that uh Pathfinder is. >> And then she backs up. Backs up. And then this car's already damaged, but she damaged it even more. 85. >> So she comes through here. >> Yeah. She holds up through there, comes around right here, and parked right next to this black path. >> Okay. >> And then she backs up this way. >> She did. I don't think No, it doesn't look like she hit that, but she came at an angle. I don't think she hit this. >> This part was not like this. >> Okay. >> Like this at all. So it this was she knocked that off. She knocked most of some of this and like some of this cuz this wasn't like that cuz she knocked this off. >> So this right here I'd have to get the pictures cuz I took pictures of this car when it came in and see if this was like that or this wasn't like that. This she knocked this off. >> Okay. >> So she struck it. >> Yeah, she did. If you have this on video which >> we should have video cuz the camera's angle all these corners. >> So he should be able to >> Let me take some quick overall photographs real quick. And then so when it left, when she left here, she hauled ass this way and went that way. >> So >> So she hauled ass this way. >> Halled ass this way. And then you see where the Ford Bronco is at the corner or straight this way. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. Okay. So the ramps, she tried to go up that. >> Okay. >> She tried to go up that actually no, she went around first. She did like a a circle and then she went back and tried to go up the ramps and then she hauled ass back this way like in reverse probably doing about a good 50 right here and then goes that way, parks over there, drives back this way, parks right here and closes our gates. >> Okay. >> And then like leaves. So then we open the gates back up and then she comes in and comes right here and grabs the baby. That's when I took all the photos. >> Did she say anything at that time? She Oh, she got her glasses and threw them on the yellow car and they're like, "Ma'am, get your glasses off the car and get out of here." And she's like, "Oh, you can keep my glasses." I'm like, "We don't want your glasses." And then she grabs the baby and then goes and puts the baby in in the truck and goes back in and grabs her glasses. And that's when I'm like And I'm like, "Come on for the camera." And she's like waving at me. How long was it that she was gone for when she came back for that baby? >> After I picked up the baby and took it inside. Probably anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes. >> Okay. Yeah, cuz she came after she >> after she booked it, she parked right here. >> It was our gates and then left. So, we opened up the gates back up and then she drove back in. >> Okay. >> And so, that was probably from when she left and came back probably about a good I would say 3 4 minutes, maybe 5 minutes. You probably could have just went down that way and did a U-turn and came back. >> You know what I mean? >> And then parked right there where she had left the baby and then came in and >> and it was just her and the baby. >> It was her and the baby. No, just her and the baby. Um, >> and which way she did? She go east. >> She went that way. >> Okay. >> And then when she left, I don't know which way she went. I didn't see I think I think she might have went that way. I could probably ask one of the customers cuz they were out here following her, watching it. >> And so they could maybe tell you what probably which way she went. >> Okay. >> Um, how long ago how long had she been until I showed up? >> No more than 15 minutes. >> 15 minutes. >> No more than 15 minutes. Yeah. Um, and you said they're working on the >> Oh, let me I'll take it to my boss and that way you can talk with him and see if he can only the manager. >> Okay. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> I probably can. >> How you doing, man? I'm sorry. Thank you for sticking off. I'm off. Um, you can sit down if you like or whatever is easier. Yes. Okay, good. Thank you. trying to piece everything together. >> Yeah, I I don't have much information to share, but I certainly have some. >> What happened? >> Um, to begin with, I'm sitting over here. I come back here to get a drink of water [music] and this woman is standing up and she's screaming bloody murder at somebody behind the desk over here. Something about, "Do you not speak English? Do you not speak Spanish? You know, what in the hell kind of a language do you speak?" And I'm minding my own business. I don't know. But her voice is very, very aggressive and violent sounding. I go get my water and she has a little tiny baby in this character in the carrier and the baby's crying, crying, crying, crying, crying, crying, crying. And and so she says to the baby here, she shoves a little bottle at the baby and the baby starts sucking. And I walk past her with my water and I said, "Oh, that is such a sweet little baby. I can remember when my boys were that age." Oh, how she says, "Okay." She says, "Take your [ __ ] water and get the hell out of here." Do you Did you hear me? Get the [ __ ] out of here. I don't talk like that. I was really shocked, but I'm minding my own business. I come back here and the next thing I know, I hear everybody rushing to the door and I look out the door and I see her with what was her pickup trying to get up that ramp up there. And then she puts it in reverse. She came slow, I mean racing backwards, backwards, backwards, turns the car this way, and then heads out the gates. She parks in the lane, the what is it, the eastbound lane of traffic, leaves her car door open, and she comes and she closes the gate, that big metal gate right there. She closes one portion of the gate, closes the other portion of the gate, and I think there must be a chain on it or something like that. And so she's locking it up and she gets into her pickup and she races off, BUT HER BABY her baby is still here. >> Were you aware that the baby was still there or >> Yeah, I saw the I didn't I guess she left the baby in the parking lot. I didn't see that, but I saw the baby sitting laying sitting in. I don't want the photograph of it, right? Or the baby. >> Uh, no, I got No, no, I didn't get the baby. I just got her pickup and her and then I got her when she was closing up the gate out there. >> Okay. >> But then she came back racing in here, got the baby, and took off. >> And then I'm standing at the door taking more photographs. She threw the baby. I don't believe that she put it into a seat belt or any sort of a >> What do you mean she threw the baby? Like in the car seat and just >> in the car seat and just picked up picked up the baby and threw the baby in the car seat and they threw the baby in the front seat, >> slammed the door. She came back. She had left her glasses up here. I thought and she could see me taking pictures. When she came back, I thought she was going to attack me. I backed up around the corner and she was coming back for her glasses. >> Okay. Okay. You have an idea on you, ma'am? >> Sure. Oh my gosh, my heart's still thundering. She's driving erratic. She's driving dangerous and she needs to be off the road. >> We found the vehicle, so I'm not sure if we we have contact with her yet, but we're I'm working on it. >> Good. No, it wouldn't it wouldn't surprise me at all if she didn't leave the baby in the car and then took off. >> Can I see what photograph she took as well, ma'am? >> Mhm. Okay, there's my ID. And >> yeah, CPS says to pick that child up. >> Yeah, from the sounds like it. If I find that child, I don't think I want to let that child stay with her. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Okay. You want photographs? Okay. Gallery. >> Okay. So, they start here. Okay. And they go that way. Okay. >> There's your ID back. >> Okay. They're not very good. You might need it. I was trying to get her license plate, but anyway, >> we got that. So >> below the below and see I didn't know that at the time. I didn't know you I didn't know you knew her. >> I'm right here. Well, apparently somebody here knows her. >> Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Pardon? >> What I'm going to do, ma'am, shortly when I get the chance to, I'm going to send you a link. You're going to get it via text message. You'll click that link. It'll prompt you to open up your photo gallery. I want you to select these photographs, upload them, and then make sure you hit submit so I get them. Okay. >> All right. >> Windows up. Yes. Thank you, ma'am. >> You betcha. Yeah. >> Yeah, that's her. Did I get There she is. The back of her. >> Yeah. So, I'll get that I'll get that to you here as soon as I can. >> That baby. I'm so worried about Oh, I did actually get a picture of her coming back. >> Yeah. >> For her baby. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> I thought she was going to punch my lights up. And I tried to get a picture of her I license plate, but apparently you've already got that. >> Yes. >> All right. Good. All right. >> Good. do the job. >> Thank you, ma'am. Do you know if anybody else was here that I need to talk to? >> No, I don't. My friend was over here doing business. I don't think she saw. Okay. >> I mean, all she saw was the commotion. She wasn't a witness to it, but I was sitting at that little table right there. And when I >> saw the commotion, I was looking right out that window at what she was doing. >> Thank you, ma'am. All right. I'll be right with you. >> All right. Good. Yes. Uh, get out of class so I can come over here. >> Okay. Get in the hallway then. That's for you, Beck. And then Officer Gonzalez is here for you. Okay. >> I I'll tell you more after you anything. Um, so there's an investigation involving your mom. Um, so I'm going to take you down to the police station with me. Okay. Well, go ahead. >> You're not in trouble. Okay. I just want to let you know that right now. Do you have any other family in town? >> What's happening with >> She was placed under arrest. Okay. >> Wait, why? >> Oh, well, give me that. >> I'll tell you. Let's just We can relax. Okay. I'm >> Okay. >> What did you do? >> So, I don't know the whole investigation. No, I promise you I really don't. Okay. So, but that's why I'm taking you to the police station. Okay. We can ask more questions there. Is your brother the baby? Okay. He's fine. Okay. He's not hurt or anything like that. But I do want to take cuz that's where your mom's going to be anyways. Okay. >> I I honestly I Daisy got an issue. If I knew I would tell you. >> But Daisy, do you have any other family in town? >> Um I have um I'm really close to my uh neighbor. She's like a dad to me. >> Okay. But any actual family though? >> No. >> What about your dad? >> My dad's in jail in Mexico. >> Okay. What happened? >> So again, Daisy, I promise you I'm not lying to you, okay? They asked me to come pick you up, >> guys. >> So, we're going to pick her up as well. I'm not going to, but the other officer is going to be there to pick her up, and then we're going to meet you guys all. We're going to take you guys all down to the police station. >> Is she going to go to jail? >> I don't know yet. Okay. So, look, I think the most important thing is that we got to make sure you and your brother and your older sister are safe. Okay. I promise you Daisy. >> When we get down to the station, we'll talk more about it. Okay. >> You want to put them in here, Chris? >> Yeah. Guys, [snorts] there's a couch over here if you guys want to sit in here. You guys need water or something to drink or anything? >> He's not here right now. That's the doctor. You can sit right here. So gave her some waters and some stuff too that way cuz I don't know. >> What's going to happen? >> I don't really know a whole lot. Like I was telling her I wasn't lying, but I don't really know what's going on. I was just asked to see um if you were at school and then he I called him and asked if he could bring you because that's what I was asked to do. I was asked to bring your sister and I was asked to grab you from Atlanta and bring you here. I'm pretty sure someone's going to want to talk to you. I'm not sure exactly the specifics. Whenever the time comes, that's usually what happens whenever they have us do this. Beyond that, I don't know the details. >> Yes. >> Yes. >> I'm going to talk. >> So, this is Officer Cabo. We'll go ahead and close this. I told her she's not in trouble. >> Yeah, you're not in trouble. >> And I just wanted to make sure we get this privacy. >> Yeah. and I'll sit with you babe as the administrator so um that you're not I'll let them know okay >> I don't know a whole lot of information all I know is that I was asked to see if I can get you and take you to the station so they can talk with you I know that there's another officer that's getting your little sister from Lynn. So I don't know any specifics or anything beyond that but I do know you're not in trouble so I could tell you that right now. So you're not in trouble. I know that. >> Okay. >> But I don't know anything beyond that. And I just got the phone call maybe 5 minutes ago to see if you were here and if you're here um to get you and then when I said okay well we know she's here what you need and they said well I need you to take her to the station and then just have her hang out so we can talk with her but I do know you're not in trouble. >> Okay. >> So um I already filled out the form. I got all my stuff so we can go. You have all your stuff you need. Okay. Um can I get a sheet by some chance? >> Yeah. on that way. And like I said, I know I don't know any specifics, so I if I had more, I would tell you. And then anything I get beyond that, I'll let you know, too. >> Okay. [snorts] >> You already ate though, >> huh? >> Did you eat already? >> Um, like lunch? >> Yeah. >> No. >> No. >> You want snacks? I have some snacks. Does it take you? Um, we don't know how. >> Yeah, I don't know how long it's going to take. That's what I'm saying. I'd rather you just grab something if you want. >> Um, I I have my water bottle. I need to refill it. Okay. Let me get you a water bottle and then I have snacks here. Go through whatever you want cuz we don't know how long it'll be. Okay. >> And if you want, try and grab some for your sister, too, just in case. So the salty the sweet. >> Good to know. >> We broke them down >> for my kids. >> Yeah. [laughter] And then I have to find a place on the bus. Yeah, that's how I had all my stuff, too, from the buses. >> Oh, wait. Was once I forgot it was there, two starter buses, and two of these giant bags. >> Yeah. So, >> there's like 45 kinds of stuff. Baby, >> I don't know what my sister. Okay, >> perfect. Don't be s If you want, >> you can never go wrong with Oreos, >> right? There's all of that down there, too. >> You ever fried Oreos? Which one? >> Fried Oreos. >> No, I've heard that. >> From the fair. Oh my goodness. >> And then here's one for your sister. >> It's like the funnel cake, but the funnel cake batter, but it's like fried Oreos. >> I've seen it, but I have never tried it. >> It's like Yes. >> And once I get more information, I'll let Miss Moana know. That way she knows. Like I want to make sure that she's aware of it, too, cuz I know that she's going to be she's a mama, too, so she'll worry. >> Okay. So, nice meeting you. Nice meeting you, sweetie. Hopefully I'll see you again tomorrow. And then this time you'll be like, "Hey, yeah, now I recognize you." >> I don't really know a whole lot. Like I was telling her, I wasn't in line, but I don't really know what's going on. I was just asked to see um if you were at school and then he I called him to ask if he could bring you because that's what I was asked to do. I was asked to bring your sister and I was asked to grab you from the lane and bring you here. I'm pretty sure someone's going to want to talk to you. I'm not sure exactly the specifics. whenever the time comes. That's usually what happens whenever they have us do this. Beyond that, I [snorts] don't know the details. >> Yes. Yes. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> We got you some stuff just in case cuz I don't know how long it's going to take. So, she got some snacks and then got some extras for you. Hi guys. >> Can I get you guys anything? Some snacks or anything like that? We have like cheese crackers, goldfish, stuff like that. >> Yeah, I have some snacks. >> You sure? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I can put on a moving tube, but it's mostly cartoons that we have. >> That's okay. >> That's okay. >> Thank you. Yeah. And then when um once the baby gets here, we can like go get you guys food or whatever if you're hungry. >> Okay. >> We have like gift cards for like McDonald's or something. >> The baby doesn't like how he like he hates >> is he breast milk or >> he's breastfed? Yes. >> I don't know. I guess we'll have to cross that bridge when we get here. I don't even know when the last time he would have eaten. >> Do you know >> last time? Um, okay. >> The last time you saw him got fed was this morning at around 7. >> Is there Does your mom keep like cold or frozen breast milk or >> No, she doesn't like to pump because she says that it gives her a lot of anxiety. >> Okay. Hi. >> Um, I'll call the I'll call the two that are doing the transport right now. >> He's he's eaten recently, so I guess he's okay. So, they're almost here. >> Oh, good. Okay. >> Okay. [snorts] Are you guys going to hang out? You need anything? >> Do you need anything? >> No, I'm good. No, thank you. Appreciate it. I think it's okay. >> I was really tired and sleepy during day of school. I had a peaceful day. >> Did you get the You girls do any sports? >> No. >> What grade are you in? Me? >> Yeah. >> Are you going to do it next year for Lynn? >> Probably not. >> Why not? No. What do you like for fun? >> Um, >> that's >> that's not good. It's not good. [laughter] >> But it's truthful. [snorts] >> You like reading? >> Um, no. No. Cuz whenever I read, I like I forget what I read. So I am too I get sleepy. I know, but I'm just showing you just in case. Just so you know, I have more to >> you are worried about your baby brother. [laughter] >> Hi. >> So, um before I left, I wanted to make sure that he had his feeding and he did. Um [clears throat] we got that about four times. Okay. All the officers were there. like he need a burp and he yelling on >> I'm still red. Dalia. >> Hi. >> I saw a picture of you. >> So, um I'm sorry. You got him right. The reason was an incident had happened a little bit earlier this morning. So, she had actually, but I always double cream them just in case. Want to get Does she have treatment for She's never been What is that like? >> Um sometimes a little twink lady holding me. I'm sorry. It's just for a little bit. The most important thing right now is >> what? >> Do you guys have a Yeah, she's on right now,
