All right. Uh yeah. But you understand? I mean, that >> Yeah, I'm totally here right now. >> Can you tell me where we are right now? >> Yeah, we're at the police department. I don't actually don't know which police department, but >> Okay. So, we're with the sheriff's office. >> Okay. So, so we're basically by the mall then. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. >> Yep. Yeah. So, just outside of Union Gap there. Yeah. So, yeah. >> You uh you smoke any weed today? >> Uh yeah. >> How much we smoke? >> Uh like two joints and then I have a dad pen. Okay. Just make sure if you need medical attention. If you do, we want to give it to you what you want. You know what I'm saying? We're here for you. Want to make sure that you're okay and you're you feel comfortable. these days like with fentanyl going around dude we got to be careful we got to ask people hands this this this this >> I've been through that already have you yeah because we've been exposed like well not me personally but a couple of cops around the Yakima they've actually got exposed to that um and it's just dangerous we just got to make sure so if you need any medical attention obviously let us know at any point in time um so can you can you tell me about your day where how your day started >> uh like today or >> yeah can go today Yep. So, today I woke up. Um, I had to run some errands. So, I went to go run some errands, but there's a problem with that. >> Uh, I I'd rather not say what it was, but >> I uh I had to fix it kind of. So, I went out, got my blown go fix. Actually, no, I didn't. I need to get my blowup go fixed. >> Your what fixed? >> Huh? >> Your what fixed? >> My blow and go. >> What's a blow and go? >> The uh interlock. >> Oh. Oh, you had you had it passed. >> Yeah. >> Okay, cool. I was like, what the [ __ ] is that? I didn't know. >> Yeah. So, I had to go do that, but they it was packed. So, I was like, "Hey, can I come back Monday even though it's today though?" Yeah, you have 4 days. I was like, "All right, then. I'll just do that." But, um, I had a lot on my mind. And so I went to go talk to my uncle and um we're here. >> I'm sorry. >> And we're here. >> Okay. Who's who who's your uncle? >> Uh Israel or GMO. >> Where did GMO from? >> Areola. Uh here. Oh. Well, Cherasites. >> Okay. You you uh what's G's last name? >> Uh Areola. >> Areola. >> A r e o l a. Are you getting him pretty? Is that your deal? >> Yeah, >> he gets pretty tight. >> Yeah, >> he kind He's kind of father figure kind of you or what? >> Pretty much. Uh I I couch surf with him for a while. >> Cool. He uh I guess he takes care of you. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's good, man. I'm glad you have a person to go to like that. That's kind of when when you stress out, it's always good to have a person to go to like that. >> You think? >> Well, yeah. Exactly. So, you talked to GMO this morning. You said >> uh around two or three >> this morning or this afternoon? >> This afternoon or probably I don't like the whole day is just so confusing honestly. >> Yeah, >> cuz I know I went to go pay my leav go do the blow and go. Then I >> was it morning or afternoon? >> Uh afternoon. >> Afternoon. >> Yeah. And since it was packed, I just left picked up some beer. was gonna drink like right after that, but then I was like, I need to get some [ __ ] off my head. And then I went to go talk to my uncle and >> you. >> Okay. Before I forget, we go further. Um, David, do are you married? >> No. >> Uh, do you have any kids? >> No. >> Okay. >> Not that I know of. >> That's a common answer. >> You've been playing. All right. >> Okay. Um, so I guess like Okay, so we got this. Okay, let's talk let's talk about So you got Where'd you get the Is that where you got the four locos? The beer? >> Um, at the gas station. >> Which one? Um, A.M. P.M. by uh the casino >> in the valley. >> Yeah. Oh, the fort road >> where the four four gas stations are before going up to Moxy. >> Oh, which casino we talking about? >> Uh, Legends. >> Okay, now you're really confused me, man. Okay, >> so Circle K. >> Okay. >> AM. Uh, and then the two other gas station. >> Yeah, there is a casino there. You're not talking about the casino and and topping it. >> No, no, no. >> Okay. I thought you're [ __ ] me up, man. I'm thinking casino casino. >> The one in Yakama. Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. All right. I'm on a no hill right by 82. >> Yeah. >> What time was that? >> I don't know. My streets. I I don't know. >> Ballpark day. Was it daytime? What is it? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz it was sometime earlier in the afternoon because uh by the time we went to my house, it was probably 6:30 cuz my uncle wanted me to be my uh my mom and my my siblings for a little bit before uh we had to do what we had to do. >> So you said we we went to before we went to our house. Who was we? >> Me and my uncle. >> You and your Theo. So you and your Theo went to get beer. >> No, no, no, no. He followed me home because uh after I told him everything, he just wanted to make sure that I was safe. >> Gotcha. So he said, "Can I follow you home?" I said, "Yeah." He said, "Okay, if I stay there," I was like, "Yeah, that's cool, too." Like I'm like, "I promise you I'm not going to do anything. I'm just >> want to be with my family." >> Gotcha. So you told your So I guess let's go back a day. So what you told your Theo is very very personal. Kind of a lot on your chest, right? Kind of stressed out a little bit about it. >> Yeah. >> And I respect that, man. 100%. Okay. So, I just want to take it slow cuz we're just trying to get the story, everything, kind of get your side of what's happening because I think I know a little bit what's going or we think we know a little bit what's going on, but we just need your help of kind of figure things out, right? Cuz your site's very important. So, I guess let's go back one more day. Let's go two days ago. Can you tell me what happened two days ago? uh got off we got off work at 2:00 a.m. We usually get off at 5. >> Where do you work at, buddy? >> No, it was at 1, actually. Uh um Ace Distribution. >> Okay. In Moxy. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And uh picked up some beer. Well, a case. Drank that. Woke up the next morning. Wanted some more. Walked over to the gas station. Well, actually, no. I order I door dashed. >> Oh, nice. because I couldn't drive because of my blongo. So, I ordered some, got that, and then finished that. So, I went and got some more and then just that was a whole day just drinking. And then, uh, I just got in my thoughts a lot and, uh, made some stupid decisions. some like let me ask you this. Have you ever had any like suicidal ideation? >> Yeah. >> Was that kind of what the thoughts were or cuz we I mean we experienced a lot of that. We I >> Yeah. >> I was thinking of like man maybe I could probably drink myself to death but >> at some point it just steered to the wrong direction. >> So David I know. Okay. So, this is I we're getting a little touchy situation. I know you're feeling a little stressed out here. So, when you get off work at 1, you said you bought beer from and you went home, drank all like in in the morning, I guess, till the morning. >> All day. It was all day. >> Were you by yourself? >> Yeah. >> Were you Where were you drinking at? >> The couch. My room. I don't know. >> Okay. So, and your where your parents lived. So is it do you live with your parents in the house or >> No, I live alone. >> Where do you live at? >> Where you guys got me? >> So is there is I I have there maybe explain to me. Is there a house in like a outside house? How's it work? >> No. Okay. So my uncle converted his uh fourc car garage into like like this makeshift like a family home kind of so whenever he has his uh mom come over, okay, >> she can stay there. But I asked him if I could stay there for a while since this is a lot closer to my my work. It's like five minutes away. >> Yeah. >> So he said, "Yeah." He's like, "Yeah, I'll charge you like 400 a month." I was like, "Hell yeah." >> So >> that's cheap. >> Yeah. For three bedrooms. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Oh, by yourself? >> Yeah. >> Holy [ __ ] That's really good. >> Yeah. So I was there for a while and everything was pretty good, but just drinking it and made me just don't connect. And it's >> something I wish I I could stop doing. drink. >> That's what got me kicked out of my parents house at the in the first place. >> Drinking. >> Yeah. And just >> Did you become an [ __ ] when you drink or what? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I tried to find my dad and that's why he kicked me out. >> Okay. Um before like >> I do where at? >> Yeah. two times and I'm into uh which was the last time. But honestly, they're ass. Yeah. Well, sometimes it takes more. I mean, dude, I've I've talked to people like I cuz I like to talk to people. I like to get to know people and I've asked them such questions that I've learned some people have been in like rehab like six, seven times. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. And and sometimes it works that like 8th, 9th, 10th time, you know, but um it's, you know, >> Yeah. honestly like, okay, so like I'm I'm I'll be I'll be obvious. I'm an addict, >> but I feel like >> it's more mental than addiction wise, >> and I don't know. It's weird. >> Why Why do you think that? Because I've called people and then I've explained like, "Oh, I'm addicted to this and this." And then they, "Okay, we'll give you a call." But they don't give me a call back. I'm like, "Okay." So, >> you say addict of alcohol or drugs or what? >> Uh, both. >> What kind of drugs are you? What do you think you're >> um cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana, uh, acid, mushrooms? I mean, those are just kind of like on the side, but mainly cocaine and fentanyl. >> Okay. >> I stopped that like a year ago, two years ago. >> Good. Good job. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I overdosed three times and uh my mom works at the hospital, so >> it wasn't a nice visit every single time they told her I was back. >> Yeah. >> I couldn't imagine it. >> And then this is just even worse. I I I I tried lying to her. I was like, "Hey, um, my uncle needs help, so we're going to go to his house. Do you think you can leave my house by 8:30?" And she said, "Yeah, sure." And but she thought it was weird. And then all the cops came and then she came back just randomly and then she saw me and I was like, "Damn, >> this is your mom?" >> She found out. Yep. >> Okay. So, I'm I'm kind of confused as to how this all went down. Like, who how did the cops why did the cops get there? Why did they go there? >> Oh, cuz I called him. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Um, so after I told my uncle, he told me that I had to he told me I have to face the consequences of what I I did. So, he to I I I tried to convince him not to. But he was um just straightforward on wanting to do what I had to do. And I told him that my mom was going to come over to my house in like an hour or so. And he said, "Uh, I'll let you be with your mom for 2 hours, but after that, you have to tell her to leave and then we have to do this." And I said, "Okay." Well, it sounds like he's got your back, you know, and and it's, man, sometimes it's scary cuz I don't know. I'm married. I got kids. Like, sometimes it's scary doing the right thing. Like, your conscience just eats at you, but your uncle really has your back, you know? And that's that's a big thing to have for me. That's my my aunt. My I can always call my aunt and she could always have my back, you know? >> Yeah. >> So, that's that's big that you've got that in your life. That's a good thing. >> Yeah. I was I was scared, but I I I really trusted him. >> And then once he threw that at me, I was like, man, I [ __ ] up. But like he's just another father figure. >> Like they took me in after my parents kicked me out. So >> yeah. >> So David, can you can you try to help it understand? Can you go through what you told Theo? >> Can you just give us >> No, sir. No, that's fant. I mean, the deal is I'm here for you. I mean, we're here to listen to your side. You know what I'm saying? I mean, obviously, we have an idea while we're here. >> Um, and I really want to hear, you know, what's going on. You know what I'm saying? Cuz I can tell you right now, and probably you is when you talk about it and all that stress in your shoulders, once you talk about it and say something, it lets it out. Just like when we told you Theo. And honestly, we we don't I've never met you before. You seem like a nice guy. And I don't think you're a bad guy or anything. People make mistakes. >> Yeah. Let me be straight with you. So, so let me ask you this. When you got Did you go to the AA? And >> uh No. Uh yeah, I did AA, but I also went to a sober house. >> Yeah. >> So, I was there for about a year and a half. >> Yeah. >> And then after that, um >> I relapsed on marijuana. Mhm. >> Uh I told the guys um told them I was going to pack my stuff and then I'll be out in 30 minutes and then cuz that's the protocol. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And uh got straight after a few months, >> but I was still uh smoking weed and I wanted to be completely sober. So then I went to uh Richland or Richfield >> recovery center. Um I I I did that program, went back to the house. Uh my uncle told me about this uh about his place cuz the other he the person that he had there before uh was I think four months behind rent. >> Yeah. >> So I was like, "Hey, I'll take it." And then just being alone. I I have all this freedom and then me being with my actions and my thoughts and >> Well, sometimes relapse is a part of recovery. So >> Oh, yeah. No, no, no. that that I hear that a lot, but it's not true. >> Well, I So, so let me be straight with you. So, when I was 17, I went to Sundown. >> So, I I I went through AA I went through the steps, all the 12 steps. Um, I've been clean sober for a very long time now. But I know the steps, man. I mean, and I'm not I'm not boasting or bragging or anything, but but I am saying I know the struggle, man. I know I know the struggle. I mean, my story is not your story, but man, going through the steps, you know, you really got to get honest and >> Yeah. you have yourself. Yeah. And I mean, you know, make it make that amends list, man. And and once you once you're free of that feeling and you and you accept that, it's a big deal. >> You know what I mean? So, um, you know, it it's just being true to yourself. That's the biggest thing. And it's good that you got support in your life with your uncle. >> It is. And we're just trying to we're just trying to figure out, you know, how how can we make the situation better? how can we help you? Because we ask people that all the time, man, how can I help you? And sometimes they spit in our face. Sometimes people spit in our face when we offer that, but we're we we're genuine. You know, is it is it a mental health disorder? Is it, you know, are you suicidal today? You know, why are you fighting with your with your mom or dad? Um we we try to help people as much as we can, but um sometimes we just can't. And it's a it's a tough situation that it puts us in. And I can tell you this, if we're able to talk things out and hear your side and hear what you told your Theo and if it makes you feel better, I can promise you before we anything goes further, maybe have your Theo come here and give you a hug here. >> I can make that happen. >> Yeah. >> I And I'm being honest with you. >> I really have a mom. >> I We can have your mom come here and we'll we'll we'll arrange for you to give her a hug. She hugs you. >> Yeah. >> When in where? >> Here. >> Here. Where? Yep. What time? >> Once once we get once we communicate and figure out what we have going here, so we have a good idea of what everything happened. I'll call the I'll call the guys on there and have her have him bring your mom and I promise you she will be able to give you a hug and kiss. >> Promise. >> Promise. >> Our word. Yeah. >> Yeah. That's the least I can lie to you. >> Honestly, like like I was I just said my mom just because I love my mom. But >> yeah. Can we have my stepdad instead? >> And again, this is your whatever makes you feel better. You know what I'm saying? I Whatever makes it's it's it's your family. It could be your damn dog while I care. I don't care. What makes you feel better? >> All right. >> Yeah. So, let's >> My stepdad. I want my stepdad here. >> Okay. Fair. >> What was his name? >> Francill. >> Okay. >> Okay. And then I promise before anything else, after we're done talking, after we get what we need to do and we communicate we need to, I'll let him give you a hug. your stepdad. >> Fair enough. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, can we can we talk about what you tell your Theo? And I promise you'll feel better. >> I'm going to go to jail either way, so [ __ ] it. >> Well, we don't know that, man. >> Yeah. So, anyways, so like I said, um after I got off work, I got the beer, drank, continued to drink. Well, fell asleep, woke up. I was a little low on beer and it was around 5:00. So, I had to wait about 2 hours >> in the morning. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Until I could get more and then uh just drank and then the next thing I knew it was night time pretty much. And I didn't drive anywhere just because I couldn't. >> Yeah. >> And I don't know why. It was probably the alcohol. Most I guess it's my my mind. I guess. >> Mhm. >> Apart from the alcohol, I was thinking Like I know you want to the water. >> Yeah, >> I'll go grab. >> Yeah, I'll grab one. Okay. >> You seem you're going through a lot, man. You seem like you're going through a lot. We want to make sure you're hydrated cuz when your endorphins and adrenaline start going, I mean, you hydrate uh your your metabolism speeds up. So, we want to just make sure you got your plenty hydrated and everything. Yeah, man. You're going to be okay. You get your stepdad over here once we're all done. I'll call Francisco. We'll make that happen. Okay. This is so creeping. I never even saw this coming. Never saw this coming. It's going crazy. So, you spent the whole day at your uh at your place that you run from? Yeah. >> Today, right? Or I guess uh Friday. >> Thursday. >> Thursday. >> Is today Saturday? >> Friday. So, we're going into Saturday. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> What day did you work? >> It was Thursday cuz I get off uh I work Wednesday night and then get off Thursday at 5:00 in the morning. So, it was 8 a.m. on Thursday. >> I had 2 a.m. on Thursday. Okay. >> Yeah. And then it was just throughout that whole day. >> So, you have Friday off. >> I have Thursday and Friday off. Thursday is kind of like a little weird just because I get off on that day. >> Yeah. I mean, >> yeah. >> Yeah. So, I I just say Thursday and Friday kind of Saturday. because I have to work back on Saturday at 8:30. >> Oh, yeah. You got that late shift. Okay. >> Thank you. Yeah, man. >> Um, where was that being work schedule? You got off. You get off. This is Thursday. >> Yeah. So, I was um drinking the whole day and then um pretty much until Friday um like around 12 or 1 I was I was watching uh what was I watching something on YouTube. It was like like mystery type stuff. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. And I was like like I have all this training and I feel like I could kill someone. I wonder if I could do it. So I went on this website and um I found someone that I knew that I could probably take out. So I called them. They got dropped off and I thought we were gonna have sex, but I made the vis. >> What uh what website are you talking about? >> It's called Skip the Games. What's that? Oh, just like is that like a >> escort site >> like escort site? >> Escort. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, this person who who was it? >> They don't tell you they >> Oh, is this escort? You called an escort? >> Yeah, pretty much. >> Okay. >> Do you So, you never seen this person before? >> No. >> So, did the person tell you their name? >> No. Can you tell me when when it is it she or he? >> Yeah, she >> when she walked in what what happened? >> Um, she was a little creeped out a little bit just because we had to go behind the garage. >> Okay. >> So, I showed her around and I showed her the room and the whole place and she just like was like, "Oh, like I would never have expected this." And I was like, "Yeah, it's pretty interesting." And uh as we were going downstairs, this uh it started >> as you were going downstairs. >> Yeah. >> Oh, is there a downstairs to the uh >> it's a double? It's a two story basically. >> Okay, got what started? How did you start? What happened? >> Her back was turned. So I was like, "All right, this is my chance." What' you do? >> Chokes her out. >> How'd you do that? >> Uh, basic, you know, just choke hold. And then we went downstairs cuz he was struggling. And um, as we fell, cuz I fell too, I fell down with her like kind of like on like by my feet. So, as she was getting up to run, I pulled her back and as I grabbed her arm, too, I put her in her triangle hold. I just waited till she was done. And then after she was like kind of like knocked out, I guess, I just kept choking and I just waited and waited and waited cuz I didn't want anything to go bad. I didn't want her to tell anyone, but here I am. >> How long when she walked when she got there, how long when how long did it take to happen? Pretty quick. >> Say like 15 minutes later. >> So there's no argument. There was no fighting. >> When we fell, she said, "What are you doing?" And I just kept going. >> So you said you you thought you were going to have sex, right? >> No, no, no. I I ordered her but not for sex. >> Oh, okay. Why? >> I ordered her because like I said, I was in my just in my drunk state and thinking I was like with my training, I know I can kill someone, but I wonder if I actually commit. >> So, you did the you you ordered to meet with her so you could try and kill her. >> Yes. Okay. So when So she walked in, she started talking and then her back was to you and you just grabbed her at first. >> No, we walked in. I showed her around and then once we were going back downstairs, that's when I >> grabbed her. >> Yeah. So what kind of training do you have? >> Um I just You said training. >> My own training, I guess. Yeah. Can you do you want to show me how you grabbed her? >> How'd you do it? >> I don't want you choke me out. You So her back's to you, right? >> Her back's to you and my hand and then >> So your back's to you. Can you show me? Yeah. You want to show me? You just grabbed it and you just told >> I think I'm showing you. >> Okay. my around the neck, put her head forward, but since we were on the stairs, she was pulling and then we fell and then that's when she was like kind of right here and then I just like picked her arm up and that's when I did that. >> You was she face down? >> H >> was she face down when she fell? Yeah, she was getting up, but then I just >> grabbed your arm and >> then So, you said triangle hold. >> Yes. >> What's a triangle? Cuz I I've watched UFC and stuff like it's it's cool to watch, but I don't know all that. >> So, think of your hand like this. >> Okay. >> Um an arm around kind of like I don't know how to do it. Um damn. you want to like >> so let's say this is I guess someone so your arm so you pull their arm next to their neck and then you just do basically a four cuff this right here and then pull down and then just basically pull this leg down >> and it'll just choke them basically. So their arm and neck and neck was in your in between your legs. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Um so this happened around what time you think? >> 3 or 4 >> today. >> No, no, no. >> Today's Friday. >> Yeah, pretty much today. >> Okay. 3 or 4 this morning. >> Yeah. >> 24 this morning or >> this morning? Oh, this one morning. Okay. So, this escort service, you just call a number and you just you wanted to see if you can go out there with killing somebody. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Was there Okay. Well, >> I appreciate you being honest. I mean, that I hope this helps you. >> Hey, man. Like we talked about like inner inner honesty is a big that is a big thing. Like that's a big step. >> That's why I'm here. I can't keep anything. I always feel so guilty after I [ __ ] something up. >> Do you think your conscience is why you why you called us? >> No. >> Call it my uncle. >> Do you? >> Yeah. David, after after I'm assuming she after she passed away, right? What happened next? I started freaking out. Well, okay. So, she um I I stopped cuz I was like, "Okay, maybe I'm I'm done." I got up and then um she started like wheezing. I was like, "Okay, thank God I'm good." So then I started giving uh chest compressions but that like that I guess initial we was I don't know just breath escaping. >> Mhm. >> And then after I saw her I was just like man I just started pacing everywhere all over the house just thinking about what to do. I'm like I I wanted to get rid of the body, but I didn't know how. I didn't know what to do. I wanted to cut it up, but I was like, I don't want to make a mess, and I don't want to get into more trouble. Then I wanted to throw it into the ocean, but I was like, where do I [ __ ] go? I was like, what do I do? It's going to float up once he bloats. And I just I didn't know what to do. And and I I I so where my uncle lives, it's pretty it's a private property and it's all desert pretty much. It's in parasites. And I was scoping some spots and uh I passed by their house and I didn't want to be really awkward. So I I stopped by and then I talked with them and just like a normal day and then they told me that I seemed a little off and I just couldn't hold it in especially with them cuz there's like my my second mom and dad. I just couldn't lie to them. >> Where was she when you went there? >> In my truck. >> Oh, you drove her there. >> She was in my truck since since I didn't know what to do. >> How did you get her in your truck? >> I carried her. >> Okay. >> Did you keep Was she clothed? Was she Um, that's the thing. I didn't I didn't know what to do. So, I just took all off all off all her clothes, put it in the dumpster cuz I knew they were going to come that day. And I was going to put her in the dumpster, too. But when they came, cuz they they came as I was doing it. >> The dumpster. >> Yeah. They went out, they looked in the trash can, and then threw it in there. So, okay. Thank God I didn't put her in the trash can. >> Was it closed already in the dumpster or not yet? >> Yeah. The clothes was already in the dumpster. >> The dumpster's already took the clothes. >> Yeah, most likely. >> Okay. >> And then I was like, well, what do I do? I got rid of the clothes and I got rid of like like the stuff that like, you know, I I don't even know how to explain it, but I was like, so clothes is gone. Body's still here, but what do I do with the body? And I I was I'm going be honest. I I was going to cut it up, but I just didn't have the guts to do it. I just I could not do it. It was just too gruesome to [ __ ] try. So I was thinking of just dumping the body somewhere. And that's what I thought about my uncle's place like somewhere over there. And just being there just they kind of sus suspected something and I I just caved. >> Did you show like show them? No. >> No. Is she Is she just um naked in your truck then? >> Uh naked and wrapped in plastic because I didn't because well when I was trying to figure out how to like move it around. >> Mhm. >> She had um saliva or I don't It was like a lot of saliva that just came out and it had like little stuff in it. >> Mhm. >> And I was like, "Well, I don't want to get my truck dirty or the house dirty." So, I just wrapped her face around >> and then I thought, well, I'll just wrap her whole body around just in case like anything leaks or any Well, so I just did that. >> What' you wrap her with? >> Plastic. >> Where'd you get the plastic from? >> Plastic. My house. Plastic wrap. >> Plastic from Did anyone help you? >> Oh, no. >> Okay, I'm just asking. So, >> you said you put her clothes in the dumpster. Where was Where's the dumpster? Like according to your your house? >> Um they put it on the side of the house. >> Did they come and empty it or something already? >> Yeah, on Well, yeah. Well, today is today Friday or Saturday. >> It's Friday night, right? >> Okay. Yeah, they do it on Friday morning. They uh empty the the >> Oh, so they already took it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Um so you wrapped her in plastic? Yeah, just because well mainly the head just because um um the spit. >> Okay. >> But then I thought well if anything leaks like when bloating happens cuz I didn't know how long I was going to figure something out. I started wrapping her in plastics >> and then I wrapped her in like um a tarp type thing where I had my bed to keep it clean. >> Okay. >> And that's where she was. And then you carried her out from you carried her yourself. >> Yeah. >> You put her in your truck. >> Yeah. And then I went to uh my uh my service for my Blanco. >> You had her in your truck when you went to get your shirt with your cart for service. >> Yeah. I made it look like it was just like some random camming stuff. >> Oh, you put clothes on top of her? >> No. uh camping chair, um a cooler, my sleeping bag, and something else. So, it just kind of look like just regular trash. >> Gotcha. Oh, so you you you did your errands or with her in the back with just stuff on top so nobody can see it. >> Yeah. I mean, she wasn't really like sticking out like I can just have her there and people still would not know, but she was starting to smell. So, uh, when I got there that there was a huge, huge line. So, I was like, you know what? Can I come back on Monday? And like, yeah. So, then I just left. I was like, that's not a risk to >> get caught, but I'm here. Well, David, I I hope we give you some closure a little bit to let you talk about it at least. >> Oh, yeah. It's holding it in is just something different. >> It is, man. It is, David. I promise it is. >> I mean, regardless of whatever happens, you get it out and you can let that escape. It's you don't want that inside you cuz that's a lot of a lot of trauma that you have to carry within yourself. >> And were you thinking were you like coming up with this idea of of uh contacting an escort for a while? Like has this been building up? Um, >> yes and no. >> Yeah. >> Have you thought about killing people in the past? >> No. >> Well, that's why >> you can be honest. >> I was in the Marines. >> Yeah. So when we were doing training, I always thought like, all right, I'm I'm gonna kill some fools or some [ __ ] like that, you know? But I didn't do that because they switched me over. They l moved me to uh amotech and that's just uh an office job basically. >> Mhm. >> Just because I didn't pass my swim qual. And uh yeah, since then I cuz I wanted to do infantry or uh uh [ __ ] I forgot the name already. Uh something caner cuz that was my artillery. >> Huh? Artillery caner. Yeah1. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> 0811 howers 55 mm as deflection. They were. So that was my job. But just because I didn't pass a swim call, they just moved me over to aotech and I just I just wanted to experience the field. >> You want to be an arty? >> Do are you are you wearing the same clothes that you did that in? >> Oh, no. >> Where are the clothes that you were wearing? >> Probably the dryer. >> You washed your clothes? >> I washed everything. >> The sheets and everything. >> Yeah. >> What clothes were you wearing? pajamas, grace sweatpants, and a Grace uh shirt. >> They're in the dryer now, >> probably. >> Okay. Um, back to this. So, you were in the Marine Corps and you thought about killing people. So, >> not >> well, >> killing people, but you like at least like participating to be like a badass or just like knowing that like, okay, I serve because I was able to do this. So when you called when you were online looking the website was called uh Skip the Games. That's the escort service, right? >> Yeah. Um when I was doing that uh I guess I was looking for someone that wouldn't be able to do anything. >> Were you kind of looking for like someone that wouldn't fight back to see if you could really do it? >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry, David. Yes. >> Okay. >> When you call skip the game, do you talk to someone or is it just online service? >> Uh uh it's uh they put their number up so I talked to the person. >> Did you talk did you talk to the same girl that came over on the phone? >> Yeah. >> Did Where's that phone that you used? >> I don't know. You guys took it, I think. >> Okay. Did you use that phone? >> Um yeah. Okay. >> So, was there any how do you know about Skip the Games? Is that kind or I just kind of used that before in the past? >> Uh, so yeah. So, um there's this uh another I forgot what the other app was called, but it got cancelled from the government and then there's these other pages that post these other like sites that do the same thing. And then I saw that and I was like, "Oh [ __ ] it's in my area." Gotcha. So, is it safe to say, David, that you intentionally call skip the game and call that girl to intentionally see if you could kill someone? >> Yes. >> You had no intentions of having sex? >> No. >> Okay. Um, >> did you sustain any injuries like during the scuffle like scratches or >> bruises or maybe? But well actually uh my back kind of hurts but I mean >> is it like internally hurt or scratched hurt? >> Uh internally like whenever like I'm like trying to turn a different way it kind of hurts. >> Was that from running down the stair or going down? >> Probably for when we both fell >> cuz you guys are upstairs. >> Yeah. >> Going downstairs. You mind showing us like just like >> Oh [ __ ] Like right right here. >> Can you pick up your shirt? Can you pick up your shirt so I can see if any scratches a little higher, please? >> I'm just going to pick up your shirt. Okay. Just let me come back from my All right. We'll take some. All right. These are just right here. >> What's that? That's just I don't even know how they got there, but this was like a year ago. >> Oh, scars. Yeah. Like Yeah. >> Um how long did you talk to her on the phone before she came over? >> Um I would say like about an hour cuz um I was I was trying to get a an Uber or lift to go pick her up. >> Mhm. just because I thought that that would um I I thought that would decrease the the tracking, I guess. >> Oh, you intentionally wanted to hide your steps. So, cuz you knew you wanted to kill her. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, so what? >> But she told her some dude to come pick her up and then he came and he said, "Are you going to take her home?" I said, "Yeah, I'll take her home." But and then he left, but he was just watching me for a while and I was just so sketchy. So that's why it like it lasted about an hour because I wanted to talk until I saw the lights leave and then >> Do you know what the guy looked like? Cuz he knew what the guy looked like. >> Brown, Hispanic. I don't know. >> Okay. >> I didn't really pay attention. I just said what I need you to say. >> Yeah. Spoke English. >> Mhm. >> Okay. What kind of car was you driving? >> I couldn't say. Oh, it was dark. >> It was a four sedan, but I I couldn't say >> four sedan. >> Um, >> and then that's also why I told my uncle because uh I was thinking I was like, well, even though that was the wrong step, I told him that I would take her, so maybe he's probably looking for her >> and maybe that's going to [ __ ] me up. So that's why I told my uncle just because I felt like no matter what I'm going to get, I'm I'm done. What? Uh, so your your phone, you thought we took it. I don't know that we did. >> Um, >> the message. Um, >> did you text her at all or was >> I did, but I used an app and I deleted the app. >> Okay. >> And then I deleted the files for the app. Oh, >> okay. >> What app did you use? >> Uh, text now. >> Text now. >> What's the uh password on your phone? like to get in like just to open up your phone. >> 23 4 Z >> and So Oh, so you use text now? >> I I just thought it it just it's not my real number. So >> Yeah. Yeah. It makes up numbers, right? >> Yeah. >> And you you wanted to hide your steps. >> Yeah. >> Right. >> And just think just saying this and just like hearing it, it's like, "Holy [ __ ] I'm [ __ ] crazy. Jesus [ __ ] Christ. >> I don't think you're crazy. I think we all experience I think you're having an emotional human experience, you know. >> Yeah. And the thing is, Dave, we're we're here to judge anybody. >> Yeah. >> We're just trying to figure ourselves out now. So, >> yeah, I know that. I'm just man like the reflection. >> No, I get it. Um, so nobody helped you with putting her in your car and nobody helped you with anything. No one else had there was nobody else planned to help you with this? >> No. >> And you told your Theo everything? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do your Theo speak English? >> Kind of. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Besides your Theo, did you tell anybody else about this? >> No. I wanted to tell my mom, but he told me not to just because um she said that she wouldn't be ready. And when she came back, she Yeah, she definitely wasn't ready. I don't know why she came back. Did she uh did this girl, You don't know her name? >> No. Did she ever say like stop or did she ever say >> um when I first started she said why are you doing this >> other than that? No. >> Did you hesitate at all or did you just go keep keep trying to >> kill her? I was trying just because I had a good hold. But after that fall, I kind of got a little violent. >> In what way? >> So when we fell, it kind of hurt. And when she tried to run, I like grabbed her, hit her, and then that's when I did the triangle hold. And I guess by that time I was just pissed just because I got hurt. and it was done. But the thing is I kind of like repented or just had like a cuz she uh was kind of wheezing and I tried giving chest compressions but I also didn't want to crush her ribs cuz I know that's what you have to do. But I tried doing that and she was starting to come back. But then there's this like last kind of like uh breath for air. But I guess it was done and that's when I was pacing and just trying to figure out what to do cuz or who to tell cuz thinking about it is one thing but actually doing it is just so different. >> What made you want to bring her back? this >> what's happened >> through the shadow of death although or [ __ ] the Lord is my staff and I forget how it goes but just looking down at it as I'm going I'm just like there's no way I'm going to go to heaven I'm going to hell and I just But there's no going back. So I try to bring her back. I'm done. >> David, when all this happened, >> do you think were you drunk? Hi. >> I was like I said, I was drinking the whole day. >> But do you but you remember everything? >> Oh yeah. Yeah. So, I was drinking like pretty pretty heavy, but also I was trying to like kind of like not get too [ __ ] up, but just know what I'm doing so I wouldn't be doing something stupid. And then that's when the thoughts thought occurred. And then I was like, well, I guess it was kind of like a [ __ ] it moment at that time >> when you decided to do it or during >> when I decided to do it. >> So, you weren't [ __ ] up when you decided to >> No, I was [ __ ] up. Yeah. >> When you wanted to kill somebody? >> Yeah. But I was still like kind of unsure about it. But she got there, took the last wig, and I was like, "Fuck it. It's going down." >> But you remember everything. You weren't Were you super [ __ ] up or just drunk? >> I want to say just drunk. Like Like I I knew kind of what I was doing and I was like I would be stumbly a little bit, but I I knew what I wanted to do. And um when when you made the decision to like reach out to get the escort to I mean to see what it felt like to kill somebody. Were you were you plastered drunk or were you like buzzed or >> No, I was plastered. >> You were? Yeah. >> But you realized what you're doing. >> It was towards the night so >> Yeah. The whole day I was drinking >> is pretty much >> I don't know just getting [ __ ] up the whole day not really thinking about much and then that thought comes up and I'm like I can do it and then just keep drinking and then just wait. >> You waited for her. >> Did you have the pair before? >> Oh no. Oh. Well, she wanted to. >> So, did you make any payments to her? >> No. No, she wanted me to, but I didn't. I told her I would do it after. And then I told her cuz I I didn't know what to do cuz we were just talking for a while. And I was like, "How much is it for two?" And she's like, "Well, it would be this much, but I would need to see the money instead of us talking." So, I was like, "Okay." >> For two what? >> 2 hours. >> Okay. >> So, all the Okay. Yeah, sure. So, I went up and like was going to go to the room, but then that's when I started and Yeah. >> Okay. >> Did she bring like a purse with her or anything? >> Bag, handbag? >> No. >> No, >> no, she just brought her sweater, um, jeans and shirt. >> And you threw all that in the dumpster? >> Yeah. And that's the other thing I was like I I I wanted to see if like I could make my profit back even though I didn't parry her. I looked but there's nothing there and I was like man >> in her pockets. >> Yeah. In her Yeah. >> But you went through her pockets. >> Yeah. The the pants didn't have anything. The sweatshirt had um a a scratch auto ticket was for 20 bucks and uh $7. And then um um the EBT card. >> Where's all that stuff at? >> Trash now. >> Okay. And her phone. >> She didn't have phone. Oh, that's what I was kind of like sketchy about >> cuz I didn't know if she left it with that dude. >> Or if she was just kind of like texting from somewhere and then she would just show up and then you know >> What kind of phone do you have? What color? I have a Galaxy S21. >> What color? >> Black or gray, I guess. Um, okay. So, there's a lot of permission we gave us right now. Do you mind give us a second? We're going to step out, kind of talk a little bit, and come back. You go. >> Is it okay if you guys can take me to the bathroom? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> For sure.
