and he was still outside and she said, "Hurry, Kenzie. Record this for my safety. Somebody record this for my safety just in case he tries something. Record it for my safety." So, I pulled my phone out, but whenever I looked up, he was not dancing. I thought he had walked inside. So, I put my phone back down and then >> on July 3rd, 2023, in Spalding County, Georgia, Mackenzie Davenport was brought in for questioning in connection with the death of Jonathan Tyler Gilbert, who had died as a result of gunshot wounds. Spoiler details are in the video description and the full results of all charges in the case are laid out at the end of the video. >> Start with how you even got to Sydney's house. >> Okay. The night before I had dropped my or No, no, I'm sorry. I take that back. Me and my daughter's uh dad were doing we had custody exchange. Well, I went to see her that day because I was just having a really bad Sunday. Sunday and so I just wanted to go see her. So I was over there for a couple hours. Sydney had asked me to come over. Okay. So um I was going to do that and then I left around it was like maybe 9:30, 10:00 at night. Went to her house. Okay. Got there. We talked about how we were going to go out to eat the next day. Me, her, and Jeremy. And then we went to sleep. Okay. Woke up. And then we had to take her boss to the bank early that or was maybe not early, but it was that morning we woke up. Had to take him to the bank, dropped him back off at work, went back to her house, got dressed, and then she said that or she was on the phone with Tyler whenever we was at the bank. >> And I heard them talking about hanging out. She said, "Are we going to hang out today?" He said, "Yes, if I don't have anything going on." So, okay. And then we got back to her house. Um, we were supposed to go eat at the um what is that? Um, Japanese something. I can't find his name. >> Where is it at? >> In um the Ichiban or maybe Hold on. I'm sorry. I'm trying to think. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. We were going to go eat at the one in um McDonald. >> So, no. >> No, we went and ate there before, but >> a bunch suki. >> Is that one? >> No. >> Saki. >> Saki. Maybe. I don't know. It was at one of one of the Japanese restaurants. Mhm. >> Then I had to go pick my daughter back up in Griffin at 4:30 or 5 around that time and we were going to go home. And then 4th of July was the next day. Okay. Well, Sydney asked me and Jeremy if we wanted to go hang out. Well, I don't know what she asked Jeremy, but she asked me. She said, "Do you want to go to with me to hang out with Tyler? We're going to go there. Then we're going to go eat. and I'm gonna bring you back to get your car so you can go pick River up. Okay. So, I was just said, "Okay." So, we get in the car, we go to Tyler's house, or I I just found out recently that that was not Tyler's house. I don't know whose house it was, but I heard that in court. >> I thought that it was Tyler's house. So, we go, we pull up, they start arguing. I never I don't know if he said anything, honestly. I never heard him say anything. The music was playing, but I know she was screaming at the top of her lungs, cussing him out outside the window. >> Okay. And then she, this could not be able to tell I was going to get in trouble and I ch >> Mhm. >> She had eggs in the car because she had been egging. I don't know why she does what she does. She's just always in some drama. So, she had eggs in the car. She got out of the car. Well, no. First they switched seats. Okay. Her and Jeremy switched seats. She walked around to the other side of the car. She said, "Hurry, Kenzie. Hurry. Grab the eggs. Grab the eggs." I didn't even know that there was eggs in the car. But I just I did know that she would had egg somebody else's house like maybe the day before, two or three days before. I don't know. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, and I'm not going to lie, I did. I grabbed egg and I I should have never I should have never thrown it, but I did. And then I got back in the car. She started screaming saying, "Hurry, Mackenzie, record this for my safety." And then he started and then I didn't see him anymore. He was outside and then I didn't see him. So, I thought he went back in the house. Well, then he came out from behind the tree. And I'm pretty sure I had already stopped recording cuz I thought we were about to pull off and leaves because I thought he went back inside. Okay. So then he comes back from the trees right here. We're sitting right here. He comes around from the tree and he starts walking up to the car and then next thing I know I hear two gunshots. It's okay. Turn around. Very traumatic. [clears throat] >> [snorts] >> He was laying in the road [snorts] and she started screaming saying, "Jeremy, go. I just shot up." [clears throat and snorts] And I I jumped out of the car. Well, first I started yelling and I said, "Please let me out. Please let me out. I'm not in this. [clears throat] I have a kid." And I jumped out of the car. I'm sorry. [snorts] I jumped out of the car as as soon as it happened and I ran I ran the wrong way cuz we were right there by where my [snorts] where my daughter was or Kilgore. >> [clears throat] >> But I think I went this way [snorts] and I ended I don't even know where I ended up. I just know that I asked the lady to please tell me where Kilmore Road was or please give me a ride home. And I lied to her because I didn't want to get anyone else involved or did not need to be involved in that. And I told her that my friends tried to jump me and that I ran or I jumped out of the car and that's that's why I was running and I didn't have shoes on and she gave me a ride home. When I got as soon as I got to where my daughter was, I ran in the house and I begged them to please just call the police cuz she had shot somebody. Mhm. [clears throat] >> And then that's whenever um the officer came and brought me here. >> So I should have never threw the egg, but I didn't have anything to do with a murder. So Sydney told you to grab the eggs. Where did she tell you to grab the eggs from? Where were they at? sitting in a bowl in the back of her car or in the backseat of her car. >> Who was initially riding in the back seat? >> Jeremy. [snorts] When you grab the eggs, was Jeremy still back there? >> I don't think I think they had already switched seats. I >> I'm pretty sure that they had [snorts] >> So, you grabbed them. the >> Well, no, I didn't grab the whole She had already walked around the car. >> Mhm. >> And had picked them up, so I just picked one up cuz I mean, I don't know what I was thinking. It was so stupid. Honestly, it was so stupid. So stupid. And then I got back in the car and then I thought we were leaving cuz when I looked back up, she was telling me to record for her safety. But when I looked up, he wasn't there anymore. I thought he went inside. Where were you at? Um whenever whenever you looked back whenever didn't even say >> I was sitting in the car. I was already sitting back in the car. >> Okay. Did you actually start recording then? I don't honestly I don't know. I don't think I did. Or maybe I did, but I know I if I did, I stopped as soon as I looked back up. He wasn't there. I thought we were about to pull off and leave because I thought he went inside the house. And then I I looked back down at my phone and then she came No, he came the tree's right here. It was a big tree right like right here in front of the house. He came from around the tree and started walking up to the car. And I mean, I I did not feel threatened for my life. He looked mad and he had his hands in his pants, but I did not feel threatened for my life until she shot that gun and he walked all the way up to the car. I turned I had already turned back around. I was looking forward. I never seen a gun. I know. I heard her shoot two times and that's what scared me. So I turned around cuz she said, "Jeremy, I just I just effing shot him." I turned around and I um so he had his hands in his pants, but he was just walking up. >> He wasn't running or jolting or none of the crazy stuff. >> No, he was just walking. I mean, he might have been like walking quickly, but he wasn't like >> I did not I did not feel threatened for my life in any way for anybody to get shot. You know, >> when he was walking up, did you see any oddity in his walk or like any bulges in his pants like he may have been pocketing something or >> I don't think No. >> No. [snorts] >> I really wasn't paying like I wasn't paying close attention either. I I didn't like I don't know. I really don't know what was happening. I don't know. [snorts] At any point in time, um, whenever he was walking up to the car, Sydney was already in the back seat. Okay. Um, you said she was yelling from outside the car earlier. Was she yelling from inside the car, too? >> Oh, no. I meant she was yelling from inside the She was yelling. >> Okay. >> Like she was getting in the car, but yelling out. Was she doing that at the same time? Um, I don't I don't know. I I can barely It was so traumatic, honestly. But I know he was walking up. There was music playing the whole entire time. So, I I don't even That's why I never heard him even say anything. And he may have, but I I personally did not hear him say anything. He was walking up to the car and then she Yeah, she may have still ain't been cussing him out at this point. I think she probably was still cussing him out. He was walking up and then he walked up and then I heard two shots. So that's when I turned back around really quick. I turned around. She started screaming like not just cussing. She was just screaming saying, "Jeremy, I just shot him. Go, go, go." So when I seen him laying there and I knew what I heard was was what I thought it was. That's when I I got out of the car. And maybe I should have stayed but stayed at the scene of the crime or what. I don't I don't know what I should have done. >> I just >> You did what you were taught. You ran and you called down the one. I just kind of sit there and only got a glance. That's enough for me to have [snorts] nightmares every single day that this has happened. >> Do you know? So, I know you said that he was Did he ever make it to the car? >> I think he was right at the car when she did it. >> Okay. Was he doing anything violent then? repeat banging on the windows, kicking doors or her window was all that back window. I mean I Yeah, it had to have been that back window that was broke cuz I know one of the windows in [snorts] the car was broke and would not roll up or down. >> Mhm. >> Before the incident. >> Yeah. Before it ever happened because I know they were going to get it fixed and then they were going to sell that was her grandma's car. They were going to sell the car but they had to get that window fixed first. >> Mhm. the window was down the whole time. And I'm It was that window that was broke. So, I mean, if he wanted to, he could have he could have done like he could have done anything if he really felt, you know what I mean? But no, I never he never hit her. He never he never did anything like that. [clears throat] >> Did he ever get in front of the car and tell y'all that y'all can't leave? Like in the middle of the road? No. Yeah, I got it. Thank you. Um, so y'all were supposed to go eat, right? Did y'all ever go and eat with Tyler? >> No. No, we weren't supposed to even eat with him. It was supposed to be me, her, and Jeremy because she was saying how >> her birthday was like maybe I'm trying maybe like a week before this. >> Mhm. >> And they had went to eat or something and then she didn't eat her food, put it in the fridge, and then Jeremy ate her food. So she was like, "You owe me food and you have to buy me and Kinsey's food tomorrow when we go eat." >> Mhm. >> So that was a that was the plan. we were supposed to go eat and I thought we were going to wake up, go eat, and then I was going to go pick my daughter up. But I did hear her ask Tyler if he wanted to hang out. And he said yes if I don't have anything going on today. >> Mhm. >> So that's why I didn't when she said that, I didn't really think anything of it. But she told me, "Okay, Kinsey, we're just going to go to Tyler's first and hang out and then we're going to come back and eat and then I'm going to take you to get your car and then so you can go pick River up." And that's what was supposed to happen. And that never happened. >> I never went to eat. >> So on the way to on the way to what you thought you were going to do is go eat. Um but the plan changed and y'all went to Tyler. >> What changed? Like what changed whenever y'all got to Tyler's? Why did I mean >> I don't know. Like nothing was even really said on the way there. Nothing at all. She didn't tell me that they were arguing or anything. She had her music blasting like she always does. She seemed fine. She was singing perfectly fine. And then I I don't know what happened. >> How are Jeremy and Cindy related? >> They're not related. I know that um uh like a long time ago. Okay, I was pregnant so I had to open up three or more years ago. Sydney was or Sydney and Jeremy were boyfriend and girlfriend, but they had been broke up for a while. And then see when I first became her friend, she tells everybody that Jeremy's her brother. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> That's what she tells everybody. So that's what I thought at first, too. I I thought that up until I mean I was hanging out with her at this time. It had to have been March and April. Yeah, it was around April. I still like because she told everybody at her job that Jeremy's her brother. >> So when me and Kristen were on the phone and he was talking about Jeremy and I was like, "Well, that's just Sydney's brother." And he said, "That's not Sydney's brother that or Sydney and Jeremy used to date." Well, I didn't know that. So, then I asked her about it and she was like, "It's complicated. We used to be together and then we broke up." And then um he needed to get on his feet. So, we let him move into my house. So, cuz he was he he lives over there. So, that's why I didn't I thought that he was >> Did they sleep in the same room? >> He's got [clears throat] his own room. Well, it's not really a room. It's like a living room. It >> own area. >> Yeah. [clears throat] >> So, have you ever seen them be romantically involved at all? [clears throat] >> Okay. Um, how long have you known Sydney? >> Well, I've known who she is for a long time, but we had just started being friends in line. in February or March because she was friends with um my boyfriend Christian his sister and that's how we became friends was through his sister >> and then um when me and him broke up Sydney and Kaye weren't friends anymore but I don't pick sides and I don't like mama so I she never did anything to me so I was still her friend and I was still Kay. >> Mhm. >> So, what's what's the issue with Kaye and Sydney? >> I think I I really don't know. I just know one day we were all at River's birthday party and everything was fine between everybody and then the next day they weren't friends and I they were just arguing. What were they arguing about? Um, I don't Kayle's Kaylee was also friends with Lindsay and Sydney and Lindsay don't like each other. So, um, I really don't know what star they've been on being friends cuz they were perfectly fine at this birthday party and then like River's birthday party, >> April 1st. >> Is that R Y V E R? >> Yes. and we were all fine. And then I think it wasn't the next day, it was like two days later maybe that they weren't friends anymore. Kayen was calling me. Oh, I don't like Sydney. Sydney's call. Oh, I don't like Katie. We're not friends. Blah blah blah blah blah. And they really couldn't give me a straight answer. It was just all, well, when cuz I invited Lindsay to the birthday party, too, cuz I'm friends with everybody. Like, I don't have problems with anybody. >> Yeah. So, they were all and everything was cordial because I mean I also let it be known like if you can't be cordial at my daughter's birthday and won't come daughter's birthday, >> right? >> Um but everybody was cordial. There was like no drama at all. And then after this birthday party, it was just drama. I don't know why or what started it. I just know that they were just all arguing about something. So, were Tyler and Sydney together or sleeping together or romantically involved? >> They were. I know that they were messing around with each other, >> but they weren't boyfriend girlfriend that you're aware of or that you know. >> Well, that I know that because he he would tell her and she would get upset and would call me crying and stuff. Oh, well, um, Tyler doesn't want to be serious with me, and I understand that, but I want to be serious with him. Whatever. Whatever. And they were hanging out like every single day, but I don't know. They never said they were in a relationship in public. Would you assume that they were a relationship? >> Probably. I mean, if they went out in public together, but they never >> you've never seen them in public together. >> They always just hung out like at each other's houses. >> That's got to be weird living in the same house as my boyfriend. And >> yeah. Um, so Kaye and Tyler, how are they connected? Oh, I'm talking. Oh, okay. Kaylee. No, no, no, no, no, no. Kaye Kristen's sister, Kaye. >> Okay, so not the girl's house that he was at. >> Kaylee Jones. That's who I Kaylee and Okay, I'm sorry if that confused cuz I know I forgot that there was another Kaylee. Kristen told me that a girl's name was Kaylee, but you know. >> Do you know who that Kaye is? I went to school with her in um nth grade. Eighth grade, seventh grade. >> Okay. Do you name anything about the other Kaye that lived at the house? >> No, I just know that she has two kids. I went to school with her. >> Okay. >> And I had her on Snapchat and that's it. >> Do you know why Sydney and that Kaye were arguing? >> No. >> I'm that girl. She was always in trouble. She was always arguing me with I just never got into it because I don't like her. >> Do you know Tyler? >> Um uh not I mean not >> Tyler is Jonathan Gilbert. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I don't really I mean I know who he is and I know one time when and this was a long time ago. This was like two years ago, maybe longer than that. Um, he used to be friends with my I'm sorry. >> My son keeps going, but anyways. >> Um, I know he used to be friends with my boyfriend, but that was years and years and years and years ago. >> Okay. Since then, how many how many times would you say that you have seen Tyler and Sydney together? one time. I never really hung out with Sydney that much. It was like everyone. Um, so you said that Sydney's in drama a lot. Is this a common occurrence with Sydney? >> She's just always arguing with someone. >> Where' the pistol come from? >> I have no idea. >> You don't know? >> I have no clue. I didn't even know that anybody had a weapon or anything. I've never known of her to have weapons or anything like that. [clears throat] >> Um, you mentioned Lindsay. Who is Lindsay? >> Lindsay Ward. >> Um, I know her and Fizzy don't like each other. I don't know why they don't like each other or what started them not liking each other because it's an ongoing on and off. They won't like each other then they'll be friends and they won't like each other and they'll be friends. It's just drama. >> But um I she didn't I don't think she had anything to do with this. Oh, I know that Sydney that was one of the houses that Sydney egged was Lindsay's house. Oh, and threw fireworks at her house, too. Or some firecracker. I can't remember what she said. >> Who said? >> Sydney. I already told her she was super she's house. >> This was Lindsay's house. >> Yes. >> Okay. How long prior to Tyler's death did that happen? Um, I'm not I'm not sure. I was not there for that. >> It might have been a couple days before a week at the most. >> So, her behavior that she did in this, she's done in the past. >> Yeah. with her being always just, you know, >> she's always that's why I never really would hang out with her because every time she would just be arguing with someone on the phone, arguing with this girl and arguing with that girl. It's just too much. I turn. >> Do you follow them on social media? >> Lindsy. >> Sydney. >> Um, yes. >> Does she post anything on her story? No. Is this the incident you're talking about when it comes to um the egging and the firecrackers? You know what Lindsay's house looks like? >> Um it's a white house. And it's got a um like a flag thing on the outside. This is Does it look like Lindsay's house? >> That's Sydney's house. That's now. >> Yeah. Wait, hold on. Back up, son. >> It's like the worst body. >> Um, yeah, that Wait, that Yeah, that's Sydney's house. Yeah. >> How sure are you of that? >> I'm pretty positive because Lindsay lives in like a a smaller house and Yeah. Oh, I Okay. and on social the social media thing after that. I did not have social media for like two months until a couple days before this because I was taking a break from the social media stuff >> for a little while because of me and my child and >> all that stuff and I didn't even have social. >> Are y'all still together right now? >> Yes. So, you said that um Sydney was always on the phone yelling at somebody or in some kind of drama with somebody on the day that y'all were coming down to get to Griffin. Was she on the phone with somebody that day? >> No, I heard she did call Tyler that day and they were on the phone earlier that morning. I heard them on a conversation with them, but it wasn't an arguing conversation. It was, "Are we going to hang out? Are we still going to hang out today?" I guess they had already planned to hang out this day. and he said, "Yeah, if I don't have nothing else going on." And then that that's all I heard. But I know she likes to text. She loves to text and she likes to argue over text. >> Now, when I interviewed you before um on the day of the incident, you said that you recalled her and him having a conversation where he said, "Well," or she said something about, "Fuck that [ __ ] you're with." And he said, "Well, [ __ ] that dude you're with." You remember? >> Oh, yeah. That was the same conversation. But they were just they were just I thought they were just joking around because they were talking about art. They were laughing. She was laughing. He was laughing. Oh, ho ho ho. She was Are we still going to hang out today? Yeah. If I don't got nothing else going on, but I also knew that they weren't serious either. So that's why whenever that comment was made, I didn't really think anything of it because she had called me multiple times before about Tyler. Oh, when I was at Tyler's house, um, he had this girl texting him and this girl texting him and this girl and it was a whole bunch of different girls. Oh, but that's okay cuz I'm texting this dude and this dude and it too much. Honestly, it was just too much. But I didn't think anything of that because of the prior situation. It was not a serious relationship. I knew that they kind of laughed it off and talked about hanging out and so I thought everything was fine. I really did. And that was all I heard from that day on with them on the phone. Anyways, and then when we got there, it was just like they were automatically arguing. As soon as we got there, she was screaming out the window arguing with him. And I didn't know I didn't know what was going on because they were just fine. not even two hours before this, but they were sitting there arguing, but I stayed out of it cuz I'm not getting in anybody's drama, especially my relationship drama or anything like that. I didn't want to get in it. So, I stayed on my phone pretty much the whole time we were there. It was on my phone. And then it was, "Oh, Kenzie, well, grab the egg, Kenzie. Grab the egg." So, I was just looked at her and she was like, "Come on, do it. Do it. Do it. Do it." So, I said, "Okay." I got out of the car and I I shouldn't have I was so stupid. I don't know what I was thinking. I should have never done that. I got out of the car and I grabbed the egg and I But then I got right back in the car, sat down. She got back in the car and he was still outside and she said, "Hurry, Kenzie, record this for my safety. Somebody record this for my safety just in case he tries something. Record it for my safety." So I pulled my phone out, but whenever I looked up, he was not there anymore. I thought he had walked inside. So, I put my phone back down and then next thing I know that's when he came out from behind the tree and he was walking up to the car and then she she did what she did. >> Um, where was Tyler at when she was throwing bags? >> He was outside. He was just standing outside in the driveway. The driveway was right here. Like it was like a maybe a dirt driveway driveway. You're standing right there. And I know that when we went to court this last time, the DA said something about him throwing rocks >> or someone throwing rocks, but I never I don't remember any rocks being thrown. >> It's cuz he never threw them. >> Yeah, I didn't think so. >> The rocks. Um he Where was he at? >> In the driveway. >> He was sitting in the driveway. Was she throwing the eggs at the house or at him? >> At the house, >> I think. I honestly I don't know. Don't take my word for it cuz I really don't know because I wasn't really paying attention. I do one egg and I threw it towards a house and then I just I got back in the ball. >> Okay. >> And then that's when she got >> So I'll draw this picture really quick. And so you have like So this is going to be the house. >> Okay. Okay. >> You have This is going to be a tree. This is going to be that big tree you keep from saying >> that tree >> cuz it's like right in front of the porch. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then this is going to be your road. >> And we were like, >> "Here's the driveway." >> Mhm. >> So, where were y'all at whenever we were the car? >> Yeah, we were like right in front of this tree. I think right here. >> Okay. >> I don't know how to draw a box. >> And just you can draw a box. >> Okay. So, look right here. >> Mhm. I'm pretty sure is where we were at. >> Okay. >> Okay. And then I was I was sitting in the passenger seat. I'm pretty sure by this time they had already switched to each. >> Okay. >> She came walked around this way like Okay. She was sitting here. She walked around this way. The eggs were right here in a bowl with a napkin over them. >> Okay. So then I got out right here. I think past stood like right here. I think I actually hit this tree or something. I don't know. I threw it that way. I got back in the car. I don't know where she was, what she was doing. She got back in the car and that's when she started screaming. >> And I'm pretty sure Tyler was standing right here when this was going on. >> Well, by the time I had pulled my phone out, he was gone. I thought he had done walked inside, honestly. So, I put my phone back down and then he came from behind the street >> and walked like this towards to the car right to her window. >> Okay. And he didn't divert. He went straight to her window. Yeah. He went right to her window. >> Okay. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yeah. He went to her window. Okay. And then that's when as like soon as I as soon as he walked up is whenever I heard her [ __ ] >> two times. >> And then I looked and I I just I seen him and I don't even think that they had pulled off any or the car was moving at all. Whenever I told them I told him to let me out, I said, "Let me out. Let me out. I'm not in this. >> I have a child. Let me out." So, I got out and see I I don't know what I was I don't know. I wasn't thinking anything except for that she had just shot somebody. And I meant to go this way cuz Kilgore is like where? Like right here. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Well, I was going to go Kilgore because whenever I jumped, I did not have my phone. I didn't even realize that my phone I didn't have my phone or anything. I thought I left my shoes too, but they fell off because I tripped and fell somewhere over here >> when I ran. I tripped and fell and I got back up and I was just running through the woods and then my body just felt numb. And all I could think about was >> or and I just kept saying it to myself, "Oh my god, she she just shot somebody. She just shot somebody. Oh my god." So then I ended up somewhere. I don't know where what road I was on or anything. I just know I see first person I saw was the mail lady. >> I asked her, I said, "Can you please give me a ride? Can you please just take me home? I need to get home." She told me that she could not. If she did, she would go to jail. >> Mhm. >> So then the middle lady was like on this side of the road now. Okay. Well, there was some lady cutting grass on this side. And I waved her down and I said, "Can you please tell me where Kilgore Road is? Can you take me home? Can I call somebody? Can you please something?" Mhm. >> She walked inside. She said, "Hold on. Give me a second." She walked inside. At this point, I felt like I was about to pass out. So, I sat on the ground. When she came back out, she asked me, "Where are your shoes at? Why don't you have shoes on?" And I told her, I said, "Um, I thought at this point that I had left my shoes in the car. I thought I never had shoes on. Like, I didn't remember." So, that's what I said. I was My friends were trying to jump me. I left my shoes in the car. I jumped out of the car. I just need to get home, please. >> So, she went. She told me to get in the car and I told her I said, "Okay, well, I can get my boyfriend. I gave you $10 for gas, whatever you need. Please just take me home." Well, at this point, we had got she I guess she was going to go like [clears throat] towards go this way, which is where the GPS was taking her. There was police already right here like and had the road blocked off. And she asked me, she said, "You wouldn't happen to be um um or you this wouldn't happen to be for you, would it?" And I didn't want to like I did not want to get her involved in what I just seen. So I said, "No, no." And she said, "Well, what's your name?" So I told her my full name. I was like, "My name's McKinland Davenport. Um you're taking me to 219 Park Street. That's where my daughter's at. That's where my daughter's father's at." You know, I told her like I did not want her to think that anything like that. I'm sure that lady probably thinks now that yeah, I don't even want to think about that cuz I feel terrible for even getting her to give me a ride. Soon now that we got there, I was crying the whole way home and she was just asking me. She was like, "Um, so what did you say your name was?" I think she knew something like she knew. You could obviously tell on my face. My legs were all cut up. My feet were cut up. I was just crying uncontrollably. I couldn't breathe. And so I just kept telling her my name because I just wanted her to like England that she didn't have anything to worry about me. So I kept telling her, "We can do one diving for." And then I told her my birthday. I was like, "My birthday is 10:15, 2003. I'll tell you whatever you want to know, please. I just need to get home." >> So we finally got home or she got me to my house and I jumped out of the car and I immediately ran inside and I I didn't even like and I should have knocked. I didn't knock or anything. A screen door was the only thing like the real door was open. It was just a screen door. I ran inside. I barged in and I said, "Please call the police. Please call 911. Sydney just shot somebody. Please just call the police." >> Will you sign and date this, please? >> This? >> Yes. >> Um, from what I understand, there were phone calls made off your phone. Oh, that's what I was told. Yeah. Um I believe your mom and your sister have the records. Um they were more than willing to turn them over to the DA. That's the last I knew. Um I had emailed your sister the other day and I haven't heard anything back from her. So I don't I don't know and I don't I mean I don't want to hound her about it. But one of the reasons why we didn't really even touch base with your cell phone is because >> Cindy already told us she called somebody off your phone. >> Two people. >> Yeah. And so and from my knowledge too whenever I had got home I don't know how true this is because I'm sure but obviously it this has to be true because whenever I I had got home I was already in the back of the police car and everything. She was on the phone with this boy Braden and was telling him that something about from his words she said that I did not know or she had told him what happened first. She told him everything that happened and McKenzie jumped out of the car because she didn't know what was going on. She jumped out and she was riding around looking for me >> and she turner. >> Yes. And she had rode by or not rode by but rode went to the Highland Mill Village which is where their house is at >> and was riding around killing him. Um the police are already at Candy's house which is Kristen's mom. The police are already at Candy's house and it looks like they have someone in the back of the car talking about me. So I I guess she was writing a number in front of me, too, because she when she called Kristen, she was asking him where I was at. Um, so yeah, your cell's not in the car. There was a search warrant executed on your car, but it's still at the yard from last night yesterday. Um, I called Sydney's mom to find out about your cell phone and where it was along with your debit cards and your ID. Um, and none of that was recovered in the car cuz that's what I was telling going to find your cell phone and the ID. So, I called the mother of Sydney and spoke with her. Um, apparently all that stuff is still sitting on Cindy's dresser at her house. >> Um, >> okay. Well, the keys that makes sense because >> they have the keys. >> The towing company, but your clip that you're talking about that was hooked to the keys >> because what it what's on it now is just a key and like a pink braided >> like a little >> It feels like >> like a hair. Yeah, >> that's on there. But this Are you talking about like a um >> cheetah print thing? >> No, it's not there. >> That was it. I mean that was all hooked with my keys with along with a little um like a little it looks like a kid drunk cuz it is but my nephew drew and that was but it was in plastic and it was all hooked into my keys. No, that's not with the keys at all. Um, so I've been in touch with Cindy's mom and their um attorney for them to turn the phone over to either me or to their attorney and then their attorney should give it to me. Um, but if your parent or if your mom and your sister already have the records, if they're willing to turn it over, they can. >> Yeah, she told me that she would do that. She would turn the records over. So that would be easier which I already came out in the free time today. But >> well I can I can >> I can do that. >> I can call her and I can tell her to um that you emailed her and to go ahead and send me cuz she said that she pulled them already. She told >> Yeah, your mom said that and then Ashley said that. Um and like I said, I emailed Ashley about because I was curious about what records and so I mean, if that's going to help the case, I'm all down for it because at the end of the day, I'm not just here to arrest somebody for wrongdoing. I'm here to find out the truth on what happened. >> Um, and that's all we're here for. Whether you're found guilty or not, that's between you and 12 juries or jurors and then um the judge. Um, the only thing I can do is present the facts and the evidence that stands. And so, of course, due to the facts and the evidence and everything else, that's where you stand right now. Um, but I mean, anything to help your side. And I've told Cindy and Jeremy the same thing. If they claim self-defense, prove that to me. But it doesn't look like self-defense. So, um, this video I think this is the video you're talking about. What's the Christmas number? 47071924. >> That one. >> Are you recording? Come on. >> Come on. >> You're on video. >> You're on video. >> You're on video. >> I don't think I've seen this. >> You're on video. >> Jeremy, you're going TO JAIL. I GOT YOU ON VIDEO. >> You're scared. >> Okay. So, that's >> Yeah, that's [clears throat] okay. >> Um, >> that sounded I'm sorry. It's okay. Is there any way that I can get some type of mental health in here? Cuz I cannot keep that is all I >> have. Have you submitted a request form to talk with medical? They gave me my anxiety medicine back, but it's not this. What about are you on any type of anti-depressant though prior to coming in here? >> No, they tried me on Zoloft, but whenever I was here, but for the whole four or five days I was on it, I was so sick. I could I could not felt like my heart was beating out of my chest. I was like throwing up and I was nauseous. >> Who put you on? >> Your doctor? >> Yeah. And I could not. And then they tried it back in here and they gave me 50 milligrams of it and it was I was so sick. And then I told them so they cut it in half to 25 and I was still sick. So I just told them I did not want to take it anymore cuz it was just >> Have your mom or your sister call your doctor and let them know. Um you may have to write something and send it out, [snorts] but have them call your doctor and let them know. Um, and then we can also speak with medical. Um, one last thing. So, there was something posted on Facebook and it's from Cindy's Instagram account. Now, I don't know if this was sent to somebody, but it says I'm fixing to kill Tyler >> and his fat ass friend. So, tell Drew that since you don't want to answer, I'mma send y'all a video of it.
