According to the arrest report, police said his actions caused a concerned citizen to call 911, particularly because the park was located roughly 50 yards from a nearby school. Court records show that he was ultimately adjudicated guilty on the disorderly conduct charge. The court minutes indicate a 45-day Monroe County Jail sentence with credit for 9 days already served.
