LET ME TALK. >> DON'T GET OUT. >> SHUT THE UP AND LET ME TALK. WATCH HIM OUT. >> NO, I'M NOT GOING TO WATCH him out because you're not listening. Two choices. ID OR JAIL. >> I ORDER HERE. >> STOP. >> Get out. Push me again and you're going to take out >> if you don't leave, you're going to be taken to jail. Does that make sense? Okay. They're refusing you service. You haven't paid for it, right? Hey, >> it's honestly unbelievable how fast a simple customer complaint turns into complete chaos once entitlement takes over. Right up until the police show up. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's cases in Cops versus Dumbest Customers with Attitude [music] Problems. Starting with this woman who called her husband up to beat a teenager over the wrong pizza crust. She came running all the way over over here and she hit me and she started hitting me. So I fought back. >> Well, he is going to die. He wants to hit little girls. He's going to go to jail. >> How is she 14 working here? You're supposed to be 18, right? >> I said no mother. I grabbed him from his shirt and I pulled him off and I threw him in the corner right there. >> So he went out. I'm like, "Okay, let's go." On July 22nd, 2023, officers responded to a restaurant regarding a disturbance involving a customer and multiple employees after a dispute over a food order turned into a physical altercation. Here's what happened next. >> Who's they? >> Where's the other people at? >> What's going on? >> So, I came over here cuz I had made a mistake. So, I came in here. I said, "Hey," I was talking to the girls. I said, "Hey, look, I made a mistake on my order. Is there any chance you guys can switch it out for what I want? I'll pay for the rest, whatever." Cool. She was like, "Yeah, yeah, no worries." She's like, "Well, they were looking at my order and they were like, "Oh, but is this a thin crust here?" D. I was like, "Yeah, I was like, I made the mistake. I'm sorry. I just, you know, I just wanted to be fixed. That's it. Cool." There was no problem between me and the girls. They went in the back. They told the one of the workers there, and then that worker was like all out. He's all she's a lion. And I was like, "Bro, like for real? Like at your own job?" You know? And so I was like, "Hey, what's his name? I need his name." They didn't give me his name. They were the one of the girls, the one that I just the one that bought me was there sitting there laughing about it and was like, um, they were all whispering. They're like, "She heard it. She heard it." So then that's when the that dude, the manager, he came to the front. When I come here, I order from him only. So this is all new to me. You know, I had asked him. I said, "Hey, is that your worker right there?" He was like, "Yeah." And I was like, "Well, I just want to let you know what he said." I said, "I was ordering. I I admitted my wrongs and I just said, "Hey, I made a mistake. I just want it fixed." >> Yeah. >> And he called me a line. And then the dude stands there like like, "What's up?" Like, you know what I mean? Like, I'm a female. Like, I'm not going to argue with you. You're a man. So, I was like, "What's up, dude?" Like, "I'm not I'm talking about you. You obviously he's standing there like he's trying to intimidate me." Then he walks back. My husband comes because he's like, "What's going on? What's taking so for so long?" And he heard the dude. >> Was he inside or was your husband? >> No, he's at home. But he came to tell the dude to come and apologize. And then I don't know how that escalated. And I saw the girl, the little young girl. I saw her hit him and I told her, I said, "Don't hit him." I was like, "Because then I'm going to get involved." She came and you'll see it in the thing. She came running all the way over here and she hit me and she started hitting me. So I fought back. I that's all I can do. I wasn't here to fight. I just wanted my order fixed and that was it. >> So basically, she brought her husband to beat up the teen employee over a thin crust pizza. And after the altercation, the husband went home and left his wife dealing with the consequences. That's a great husband she's got, huh? >> Where's your boyfriend? >> He's at home. >> Well, he needs to get here. He wants to hit little girls. He's going to go to jail. >> What do you mean he didn't hit a little girl? >> I have five different people telling me THAT HE SLAMMED. >> THEY'RE ALL defending her, but he did not hit. I'm telling you, >> he needs to come back. Well, while he's at the house, we can go to the house. He did not hit her. He was trying to get her off of me because she was attacking me. She was the one that attacked me first. If you watch the videos, you will see she came up to me. I was already behind the bar. I was staying where I was at because I didn't want any trouble. Yes. And she was antagonizing when they my man was fighting with the dude. She was antagonizing. She was there. >> So, how did she get involved if you >> That's what I'm saying. She had nothing involved. She just got involved because they started the two guys. Who are you dealing with? >> I was dealing with the two young girls. There's one that is has glasses. I think she has glasses and then another one. She's a little bit dark. >> The skinny one and the 100% one. >> Yeah. >> The skinny one is the one I thought the younger one. She said they're 14. How is she 14 working here? You're supposed to be 18, right? >> I don't know what the law is. No. And so who are you dealing with about the order? Was it the big heavy set one? >> Yeah, the big heavy set one. >> And she was okay. She was cool with the order. >> Cool. Everybody was cool. Literally, it was so cool. So what started the whole with her and your boyfriend and your >> because the guy started started saying lying and then when I was talking to the manager telling him what he said to me complaining about it. Uh that's when he was like that's when he came over here and he went to go and he looked at me like this up and down got his drink and then came over here and stood right next to the manager and I was like like what's up like you know what I mean and the manager was telling him dude like stop like that's when it all started to escalate when he started to come over here and talk to me for no reason. My husband, >> that dude, the male guy. >> Yeah, that my husband saw what he did. So that's when it escalated. And my husband was telling him go say sorry. I don't know how all of that escalated because by the time that escalated, it was with me and this girl right here >> arguing. Why did Why did your husband just leave like that if if it was just a fight? I mean, people fight. I mean, we're not >> He He doesn't like to be involved in stuff like this. He has a job that he could lose. He doesn't like to be draw in in stuff like this. But by him coming like that, it now makes him involved cuz I got to go talk to him now. >> Yeah. >> So that's why if he would have just stayed here, it could have been like, "Okay." So, um, is there a way you could call me to get back here so I don't have to go to your house? >> Yeah, but that whole he hit a little girl. He didn't. He wasn't fighting. >> I haven't talked to anybody there. So, see if you can get your husband back here. If not, I'm going have to go and that makes issues worse. Okay. I don't want issues to be worse. But if he could come here and talk to us, then I'll settle it out. But if I have to go find him, then it makes it a big issue. After talking with the woman, the officers then came into the restaurant to ask the employee about what had happened. >> So, I'm officer night with the ESP Police Department. How's it going? Can you just tell me what unfolded? I know you talk to other officers, but they kind of give you this lady came in and she said something about her pizza being wrong and we up on stuff. They went back there and told me and I said I was like, "No, she's a liar." I said, "But we'll make her another one." The pizza is in the oven. We made her another one. >> And she kept on kept on and then, you know, I walked out. I got out something to drink and she told me, "Yeah, I'm talking to you." And I said, "Okay." And I kept walking and she said, "I'll call my husband in right now." And I said, "Call whoever you want." And I kept walking. And at that time, her husband walked in around here. And I was in the dish. He went back there and he told me, "Don't talk to my wife like that again. This is spawning where the old armor is." And I was like, "Dude, I didn't tell her nothing. I was back there. I never told her anything. I said, "Leave. You need to leave. You're going to get arrested. This is a place of business." And at that time, they started fighting up here. I don't know what happened up here. >> Who was fighting? >> Madea. She's 15 and his wife. She had one arm. >> Okay. And you don't know what escalated onto that. How that started? >> I was back there. I heard it coming. >> You were back there with the husband trying to >> The husband heard it too. He ran over here. He dropped my diesel by the throat in the arm and I threw her over this tables right here on the floor. She's my stepdaughter. Okay. >> I said, "No, mother." And I grabbed him from his shirt and I pulled him off and I pulled him in the corner right there. >> And at that time, he tried to get me in the headlock, punching me and stuff. I punched him. We fought a little bit there. His wife jumped on my back. Made pulled her off. We fought around here. >> So, the girl out there jumped on your back cuz you guys were touching in the corner. And then that's when Deja Deja or Tja? >> Madia. >> Madea grabs the lady for me. >> Okay. And then the husband kept coming. We about here a little bit more. And I backed up the whole way down there all the way. And I said, "Leave, bro. Leave. Look at your face." I said, "Get the out of here." They called the cops. You guys need to leave. He left. The wife stayed out here talking the whole time. So after you you and him are still tusting down here and said, "Leave." He finally leaves. The girl, the wife out there, right? >> Right here by this still arguing at Madia. >> Her and the other girl were holding her back and she was yelling at Madra. You I'm going to you up and like I'm 15. What the is wrong with you? Like she hit a minor, you know, for nothing for a pizza. >> Yep. >> It was stupid. And we made a whole pizza for her for like it was stupid, you know. >> Can you call Mad over here? >> Yeah. >> Like a doctor. >> Yeah. She's a minor. her mom will be on her on her way. >> Okay. >> But I can't get it to rewind. But basically what happened is customer came in. They had got into it. This lady was upset about her order. She said that he said something. He was back there washing dishes. Customer, she was arguing. I told her I'll fix it. Okay. Her husband started walking back there. So I was trying to So I ran back there to try to stop him. He was arguing with him. And then when I was back there, they started fighting up here. So then I ran back up there. They they both came running behind me. Then they all started fighting and then I went outside and called the police. >> Okay. Just trying to figure out what's going on. Obviously there's a lot of people involved, people outside, managers, stuff. Yeah. Can you tell me what you saw? >> Okay. So let me call you at the beginning. I just delivered a pizza to her just like maybe like 5 minutes prior before she walked in >> at her residence. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And she came back in and I was like, "Oh, you just want to deliver the pizza to?" She's like, "Yeah." She's like, "Uh, these wings were supposed to be buffalo and the pizza I messed up on my fault." So, I pulled him in the back and the guy kind of said, "He's long." So, she got upset by that. She's like, "I want his name and I want somebody I can talk to about his name." Well, she she called her boyfriend and she told her boyfriend to come over here. After that, we were trying to push her order. We were doing everything to, you know, fix everything. I saw him and I walked back here and I'm like, "Who's that?" >> This is only my second day. I didn't know if he worked here or what, but when I saw like he was walking like down, they were like, "No, no, like you can't be back there." And then the other guy came, well, they were fighting back there and she was telling her like, "You can't, you know, like don't be calling your husband here." Like, "Well, we're already fixing it." >> Who was telling them? >> Her. >> The redhead or the other one? >> Oh, the other one. >> Okay. >> So, the girl was started yelling at her and she started walking up to the >> the back register. >> Yeah. To the back register. and she grabbed it by the horn and they started fighting and and the redheads tried to pull him away. >> Okay. >> The the boyfriend had dropped the the younger one, not the redhead. It started again. He had pulled him because he had punched her and put him in the corner and then her and then the girl went out again because her boyfriend was losing and she went after her again. >> With enough evidence, the officers came outside to put the woman under arrest. my husband. >> Okay. Right now, you're going to underest for a battery and try to >> Yeah. You attack 14 years old. >> Can you feel my fingers in between? >> That's fine. >> That's fine for me. >> Listen, I gave you every opportunity. You told me it's you. There's there's five other people that have the consistent story. >> Did you guys watch the video? >> It's it's waiting for it, but I have everybody saying, so I'm not I just don't arrest people cuz I arrest people cuz I'm taking everybody's word. Okay. You're not help. Chris is not coming. So, he's going to have to He has a good job and he's worried about it. Well, guess what? He screwed that up. Okay. >> Now he's about to get a warrant. >> Now he's going to get a warrant for the same thing you're getting. Okay. No more questions. Let's go. >> You and you guys will have a video, but you're arresting me for what? >> For what? >> Yeah, but you didn't do anything. But she was the one that hit me first. >> I'll explain further. Hold on. Hold on. After putting the woman under arrest, the officers then tried to convince her to give him information about her husband in order not to make things worse. >> Okay. Obviously, this is not changing. You are going to jail. Okay. Now, I need to identify who your husband is. Okay? Remember I told you it's going to make it worse for him than him to come come clean and try to figure this this stuff out. If I have to start hunting and start looking for people, that's when things get worse and it looks worse on for them. Okay. >> A good job. So, I'm going to guess works at the labs, right? You know how easy it is for me to call Los Alamos National Labs one day morning and find out who he is and make a really big stink about this >> and that's probably what's going to end up happening because I just tried talking to him on your phone. He hung up cuz he knows that we're here. Okay. Now you're taking the fall for it for what he did and everything like that. Yes, we're getting surveillance and that surveillance will show. But I have five people in there that told me the same exact story that you and that female were fighting. Okay. What what your husband did is a whole different story. Okay. Okay. So, I'm I'm I'm going to ask the arresting officer and I'm going to be dealing with you. I need your husband's information. Is it Chris or Christopher? Christopher. >> And what's his last name? How How are you married to him? And you don't know. And this is where I'm >> married to him. >> Okay. So, what's his last name? >> I can't Can I talk to him and try to get him over here? >> I gave you that opportunity a long time ago. >> I've been trying >> and now it's just looking worse cuz now he's he's he's tacking on different charges for him evading us like this. So now you can also get obstruction charging because you're now not telling me what you know. Now you're obstructing with this investigation. So now you're just making your you're going to jail right now for child and battery. Then do you want to start tacking on obstruction cuz all you need to give me is a name and a birthday so I can identify who this person is. Who is your husband or boyfriend? >> My boyfriend. >> Your boyfriend. Okay. Now we're starting somewhere. What's his first name? >> Okay. What is Christopher's last name? >> Gyos. >> Christopher Gyos. Okay. So, thank you for that. You know that I appreciate that. Unfortunately, I can't overturn anything that's going on. But I just want you to understand that your fight with the little girl there, I say little girl cuz she's under the age of 18. So, that's why everything probably unfolded. But the fight that you had, that's all you're being charged with is fighting her. Reason why it's child is because she's under the age of 18. And it's there's certain >> she going to get charged for anything cuz she did hit me in person. >> So, and that that that's where that's where court comes into effect as far as Okay. But right now, you are the adult. >> After a while, the victim's mother arrived at the scene and the officers were finally able to ask the girl about what had happened >> as of today from start to finish. >> Yeah. So, she walked in and I was in the back and they were up there and I went over there and I heard her talking about how we messed up her order, but I looked on the top where it says the order type in and it said web delivery. So, when it says web delivery, it means she put in her order herself. So, we're like, she put in the order herself. So, she came back and she was trying to say, "You guys messed up our order. You didn't add the pepperoni and we wanted pepperoni." I'm like, "But you put the order in yourself." So, I went back there and I told my mom and I'm like, "We need to remake this pizza." She put uh we need to remake this pizza. And she's like, he's like, "Oh, with pepperoni cuz we forgot to add pepperoni." She's like, "Oh, no. She's a liar. We add pepperoni." And it was on the web delivery. I'm like, "Yeah, she is a liar." So, we went up there and she was like, "I heard you call us. I heard you call me a liar." And he looked at my boyfriend like, "Yeah, I'm talking to you. I want your manager. And then that's when Daryl or who was in front of Daryl? And then that's when Daryl came and then he's like he was like we'll fix it. >> We'll fix it cuz we already had the pizza and he's like, "Do you want me to get my husband over here?" And he's like, "Get him over here." And he walked away. So I went away and I walked away with him. And that's when I saw this big old guy come in. I'm like, "Whoa." So I went over there. I'm like, "You should start. You should fight your own battle instead of calling your husband over here." And she's like, "What the he say to me?" I'm like, "Never mind." So, I walked away and I went over there with my with my Snapchat and to see if the big guy was going to hit him. Like, I was going to do something to the big guy, like hit him or anything. I just wanted to see what was going to happen or anything cuz there's no cameras down there. I know that for a fact. There's no cameras down there. So, she yelled at me. She's like, "You better not hit him. You better not hit him." So, I went back over there. I'm like, "I'm not going to hit him like over here." So, I went over there and she was like, "Yeah, I can." So, we went out there. I'm like, "Okay, let's go bounce. I won't hit him. >> Oh, sorry. I'm sorry. I don't know. >> And then we went at it. >> Okay. So, she came at you and threw a punch at you. >> Hit you. And then what happened after that? >> I don't know. We were just fighting. >> You remember after what? >> Yeah. I fell over the table, but I don't know who grabbed me, but my my hair was over my face. And you know, I don't know if you remember that. Why you have like that adrenaline kind of after like a blackout? >> Yeah. >> What's it called? I went over the table. I'm like, "Whoa, whoa, whoa." And I felt this big old arm on me. I'm like, "Oh, wa wa." >> After that happened, did you guys continue the fight? >> Uh, no. My mom's boyfriend got him off and I walked away and then she came right back at me. >> Started going at she had my hair out like this and I'm over here all backed up and she's still hitting me. She has my hair. I'm like, "Yeah, >> and then at one point did she leave or did she ever leave or >> I think it's when Nicole got her off of me." >> Nicole. Okay. So, that was that's the other associates that she worked with and kind of separated them. >> The woman was charged with intentional child abuse and battery. her husband or boyfriend got a warrant for his arrest with the same charges. Let's move on to another pizza case where an entitled customer refused to leave without one. >> OKAY, >> LET ME TALK. >> SHUT the up AND LET ME TALK. >> NO, I'M NOT GOING TO WATCH HIM BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. Two choices: ID OR JAIL. >> I JUST WANT TO PAY. >> ON January 5th, 2026, officers responded to a restaurant regarding a woman refusing to leave. Here's what happened next. Hey. >> Um, yeah. I mean, she was uh giving us some dishes before and then she left when >> they don't want you in here. >> She just like one second ago, so I don't know. >> So, what do you guys want us to do then? >> What? >> I mean, you'll be ready in like 5 minutes. >> I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to them. >> Okay. Cuz they wanted you gone, but I didn't know you ordered food. >> How? What? >> It's the second time that they've called us to get you gone. >> Yeah. second time. No one talked to you earlier. >> I'm a hospital. I love respect. Okay. >> You sure? I'm sure you are. >> I am. >> I'll give her the refund. Like, >> whatever you guys want. >> Cool, baby. >> Do you guys mind waiting 5 minutes? So, like that's ready. And >> I mean, if you guys don't want to leave before >> if you guys don't want her gone and she's ordering food, we're going to leave. But if you want her gone, >> we want her gone, but like she already ordered food. That's That's what I mean. It'll be like 3 minutes. >> But I'm not sure if she's going to leave afterwards. That's what I'm saying. Okay. Of course, she didn't want to leave. >> Where did he stay? >> She was >> What does that sound? >> Now you see why she keeps coming back, right? Trespasser prevents her coming back. And if she does come back, we can arrest her and prevent her from coming back again. Do you mind if I call the owner at [laughter] a pizza? >> I know, but no, no, no. We're not doing this. Is there anything that you can ain't doing this right now? We ain't doing this right now. You got it. You order a pizza. Yeah, but then YOU WERE CAUSING YELLING OVER ME. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. >> I don't care. >> You should care. >> No, I shouldn't. >> You should. >> No, cuz you've been NOTHING BUT ANNOYANCE. >> YOU NEED TO BE AROUND ME. >> EXACTLY. Now you see what's going on. >> I don't mind. IT LOOKS LIKE MY PHONE. >> GOOD. >> GOOD. >> I think this one might be the restaurant's fault. They had already called the police on her once, but the second time they still let her order food. kind of doesn't make sense if you ask me. >> Y'ALL IDIOT PLAYING AROUND with people in the bank. >> Really? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Then get your food and get out. >> Hurry up. >> After you get your food, you're not welcome back in here. Okay. They want you trespassing. They want you trespassed. It's not up to us. It's not up to us. Whatever you say, I'm welcome to. Please tell them to leave it alone. But it's my business. Okay. >> This isn't your business. It's not up to us. It's up to the owner. >> This place, but it is. >> It ain't. But it's up to the owner. The owner doesn't want you here anymore. The owner doesn't want you here anymore. So if you come back, you'll get arrested. >> Okay. >> So now we need now we need an ID from you. >> Now we need your ID. >> I for >> because we have to trespass you. >> No, you don't. >> Yes, we do. The owner wants you to trespass. Now listen, if you don't give us Yes. Because Because you're being allowed to me. Let me let me talk. Let me talk now. If you fail to give us your ID, then you'll be arrested for obstruction. >> If I have my ID, I will not be here. I'm trying to get me some food. I get the >> Okay. Well, we need your ID. We need your information. We need your name. came back in like I came back up in here. >> You did COME BACK IN HERE. YOU DID COME BACK in here. >> This is the second time you've been here tonight. So, you have two choices. >> I CAME BACK IN. >> LET ME TALK. >> SHUT THE UP AND LET ME TALK. >> NO, I'M NOT GOING TO WATCH him out because you're not listening. >> I am. >> No, you're not. You're interrupting us. >> I'm not interrupting. >> Yes, you are. Two choices. >> Give us your ID or get arrested. >> I just TOLD HIM I HAD MY ID. I WOULD NOT BE HERE. >> ID THEN. Then what's your name? Give us your info. >> We give two choices. ID OR JAIL. I JUST WANT TO PEACE IN HERE. >> CHOOSE. CHOOSE. >> LISTEN, DUMB ASS. >> CHOOSE. I DEAL WITH J. They want to trespass. They want to trespass. >> No, they don't. >> Yes, they do. >> Yes, they do. >> You act like it's OUR CHOICE. >> I'M NOT WORRIED ABOUT TAKING MY PIZZA. >> Imagine what they were going to put on that pizza if they were actually making her one. Never upset the takeout staff. >> Okay, we need your driver's license. >> I just said I'm not going ANYWHERE TILL I GET MY PIZZA THAT I ORDER. >> WELL, THEY DON'T WANT YOU IN HERE. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? THEY JUST TOOK MY ORDER. >> TAKE PAYMENT FOR IT. >> YEAH. >> You guys take for you guys. >> STOP LYING, BRO. >> YOU guys stupid ass, bro. [ __ ] your ass. [screaming] >> Don't. >> I'm laughing at you. >> YOU KNOW HOW YOUR STUPID ASS IS. >> ALL RIGHT, here's your refund. >> I WANT MY PIZZA. THEY DON'T WANT TO SERVE YOU. There's a refund. >> I SPIT ON YOU, BRO. MY MAMA. I BEAT YOUR ASS. YOU HAVE YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE. We trespass you. >> Yeah. >> You have your driver's license. >> Excuse me. I just told YOU I DON'T HAVE MY ID. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO MOVE, BRO. >> We got to get your ID. If you REFUSE TO >> YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. >> YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. >> YES. I'm the one not listening. That's right. You're the one not listening. Look, I just told you if I had my ID, I WOULD NOT BE RIGHT HERE. IF I SAID, >> "Can I get your name?" >> Stupid ass. >> Can I get your name? >> You ain't hungry. >> Can I get your name? >> Yes. Outside. I'm tired. >> HERE. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> SHUT UP. OUT. >> She really needs a volume control button on her. Huh? Maybe she thinks the louder she gets, the better the chance the police will leave her alone. >> Watch who you talking to. >> Watch who YOU TALKING TO, BRO. WATCH WHO YOU TALKING TO. >> WALK. WALK. >> Keep going. >> I'm scared just as much as you. >> I AIN'T STARING AT YOUR ASS. >> WALK. >> TURN YOUR STUPID ASS UP. >> WALK. LEARN TO TALK. There's everywhere. Yeah. >> No, I'm actually Where she at? Where she at? Where she at? Talking to you. >> Where she at that you talking to, bro? Where she at? Where do your lady at, bro? Who? >> Cuz you're pissing me off, bro. I'm an officer alone, man. Stop. >> You're an officer. >> Yes. Leave me alone. >> You're a police officer. >> Are you officing me off, bro? ARE YOU PISSING ME OFF? >> ARE YOU A POLICE OFFICER? >> Then then take her, dude. >> She is innocent. >> Oh, okay then. >> No, but you want to try, boy. Yeah. All right. I want to know. >> Do you have your address? I HAD MY DRIVER'S LICENSE. >> CAN I GET YOUR NAME? >> Can I get your name? >> Stupid. >> You're not going nowhere. Can I get your name? >> What you need my name, bro? >> Because you're trespass. >> That's not That's not English. >> Are you going Are you going to give us your name? >> What you need my name for? You going to pull up and and then turn like I didn't Okay, here's here's the deal. Just let me go cuz I AIN'T DID NO CRIME. >> SO IF YOU don't give us your name, >> what you going to do? >> You're going to be arrested for obstruction. >> I'm not obstructing anything. >> You are because we're trying to conduct an investigation. Moving on to the next case where a girl was willing to fight her way to jail. >> Talk to me. OH MY GOD. On November 10th, 2025, officers responded to a Chipotle restaurant regarding a fight that had just occurred. Here's what happened next. >> Hello. >> Hi, I'm Officer Socon Police Department. Do you mind to tell me what's going on today so that way we can let us KNOW WHO THAT WHITE GIRL IS? WELL, SHE JUST SWALLOWED me so I'mma beat her ass. >> Okay. So, I was >> like I told them. >> Okay. So, I wasn't here, right? So, my name's Officer Sanger. Some people call me Mookie. What's your name? When you're ready. Okay. >> All right. You can be. >> I don't want to talk. I see red right now. I want to fight. I DON'T CARE TO TALK. I WANT TO FIGHT. I DID NOT TOUCH THAT GIRL. SHE PUT HER hands on me. I'M GOING TO HER UP. I DON'T WANT TO TALK. I WANT TO FIGHT. STOP TALKING TO ME. LEAVE ME ALONE. I want everybody TO GET OUT OF MY [screaming] FACE until I come outside cuz I'm her up. So you don't know who she is? >> I DON'T KNOW WHO THAT GIRL IS. I never seen that a day in my life. Swung on the wrong >> Why'd she do this to you? >> Listen, BECAUSE MY FRIEND PULLING INTO A PARKING SPOT. So she gets out the car talking. So I'm like, "What the are you talking about? You this mad over parking spot?" So I'm like, "Girl, what the you talking about?" We in the place. We in there arguing. She swing on me and she TRYING TO RUN. SO, I GRABBED THAT BY HER hair and I start tagging her ass. So, when she come out, I'm going her up. >> Okay. So, how did you get the the mark on your lip? Did she do that? She punched you in the face. >> That's what I just said. >> Okay. Sorry, I didn't completely understand the wording that you used. Okay. >> That girl really has some serious anger issues. She dared to rage like that in front of the cops. Well, I guess it takes a special kind of stupid to tell a cop you want to fight. Who >> are you? You guys together? Are you okay with her? >> Stop actually talking to me. >> Oh my god. >> I'm going to her up. Not in the room. >> Okay. >> Where is she at? >> Are you friends? >> What's her name? >> No. No. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. >> Okay. Okay. >> I NEED YOU TO NO. But you can't listen. >> But you can't swall on me. >> Hey, I need you to look at trying to run. >> I need you to look at me. Police officers behind you. >> Oh, I don't But you need to relax. >> Relax. You need to get a piece of mind. Relax. >> As the friend tried to calm the girl, the other officer approached the witnesses who had seen what happened. Were you involved in a fight? >> No, I just I wasn't involved. I just rolled up. >> Okay. >> To the dollar store and I saw the fight in the women. >> What did you see exactly, if you don't mind me asking? >> I saw a cluster of three or four girls all had each other by the hair, beating the [ __ ] out of each other. >> Okay. >> And first I saw a guy who was like backing up like this in the corner like want nothing to do with it. And then I pan over, see the group of girls. At least one or two of them worked there. >> Okay. >> And the guy eventually went over and pulled one of the chicks off and then everything from there was kind of like below the sideline of the tables and I couldn't see. >> Okay. I appreciate it. Did you see a fight? >> I didn't see the fight, but I saw what happened originally. >> Okay. What happened originally? >> Um, >> sorry for my descriptive terms. The white girl comes >> walking up. I was already sitting here. And she kind of, from what I could tell, through the window, verbally started it. >> While that was happening, the girl had calmed down, and the officer began to ask her about the situation. >> So, Mariah, you were in here. Something happened with the parking spot. She got upset, came in, and swung at you, caused this, and then she tried to run away, so you stopped her. Yeah, that's what I said. >> Okay. Well, I need to confirm what you said. Okay. Cuz I don't want to make I don't want to have any information wrong. >> Are you waiting here because here because you want to fight her? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, if that's the case, then I'm going to have to prevent you from doing that. Okay. Cuz we're not going to have a fight. We're not going to have a physical altercation where you're waiting to fight her. Okay. Now, if she needs to go to jail today for what she did, then I need you to work with me to tell you what's go tell me what's going on. Okay? If she's the one who caused the problem today, we want to do something about that. Okay. >> Okay. So, go find her then. >> Well, I can't find her. I don't know what she looks like. I don't know. >> We're trying to help you to prevent you from getting in trouble. I kind of see [snorts] you do this to you to make sure you're not at fault. If you don't want to work with us, that's an issue for you. We're trying to help. You want to work with us or not? Cuz if your solution to this is fighting her, that's not going to end well for anyone here. So, do [snorts] you want to work with us or not? We're here to help you. >> We're just going to be stubborn. >> I already told y'all what I want. >> No, you didn't. >> So, you said I want to beat her ass. >> That's can't do that. >> Can't do that. We can't watch that. Then automatically you have to go to jail. Is that what you want to do? You want to go to jail? >> She in bed right now. I get it. You're hot in the head. I get it. But you take a breath and let us help you. And if you don't want that help, just say the words. >> Tell us he don't want to stop you. Okay? >> I don't want help. >> You don't want help. >> I don't want help. >> Well, if you don't listen, if you don't want our help and you choose to linger around here and and you see this person and you fight her, you're coming with us later. So, I before we leave here, I highly recommend you rethink about what you want us to do and let us help you. >> I know. I know. >> Okay. With the girl refusing to cooperate with the officers, they came inside to the store to obtain video footage of the situation, but they were unable to access it. However, one of the employees recorded the whole thing. >> He does. Okay. Can I see? >> I mean, you don't really Oh, yeah. Well I'll be here. You tell her and Okay. Hey, Mariah. You've now been trespassed from the store. The manager no longer wants you to be here. So, you have to leave the store in the premises. Okay. >> How am I going to leave if I don't if I didn't drive? >> Sorry. >> How am I going to leave? >> You can go to the next property or you can go to the sidewalk over there, but you can't stay here. Okay. Would you like to sign her refusal form to say you don't want to prosecute against her with my sergeant? >> Would you like to? Okay. Well, you don't have to talk to me, but you got to leave. >> If you come back here within a year to this property, you will be arrested. Okay. >> Despite the warning, the girl refused to leave.
