Here. I'm 26 years old. I swear to God. Just let me Please don't say 100%again. I've always wondered lately and you know what? Sometimes I say it too like you know what? 100%. It's almost as if when we're talking or did you not mean that you were 100%before you said 100%? Just curious, right? Back to this. Look, when a police officer is having a conversation, right? Or investigating I should say, with a potential criminal activity, right? You know what? Don't interfere. That's got to be the biggest lesson here and you know what? She just won't stop like Sarah Sarah, let's go. No, you know what? You should just mind your own business, let me talk to Sarah and chances are it's going to be what we used to handle back in LAPD. It's like a business dispute, right? Look, people go to bars, act up, you know, you got Akon, jamming, all that good stuff and then all of the sudden someone tries to, you know, hit up on your boyfriend or something like that. Okay, everybody gets kicked out and it's all good. Code four, clear. We're out of here, right? Or like we We over here, we're 10-8, you know, we're clear. Can you go home, please? Take a picture of that. What do you think I'm doing? I would never try and harm anyone. Please. 014 All right, here we go. I'll be right back. Mario, baby. All right. If you do not stop, we're going to have issues. Chandler. We got this under control. Let it go. Okay, do I make myself clear? You know who's in the wrong. Okay, okay. You need to calm down now. Okay, I hear you saying it all the way down there. Are you with her? I'm her fiance. Okay, all right. This is our engagement party. Okay, all right. Should I say this is a big deal? I understand, but she's got to learn to control herself. All right, I understand. We've got it under control. We're great. I understand. Hey, sorry. parked at? How are y'all getting home? No, we're calling Uber. Yeah, I'm going to say, you know what, that engagement party, it's over. Code four, we're done. Like, go home. Okay, take her, take her around that side of the building. I get it. Take, take, go to that side of the building now. I get it. I get it. I'm sorry. Don't walk up on me like that. Go that way. I will, I will talk to you. Go. Go, go. Just walk. All right, are you with them? Yes, I'm sorry. Okay, thank you. That is my sister. We got it. I'm so sorry. All right, we got it under control. I know. No, don't do that. I understand. I'm so sorry. But what? It doesn't help when she continues to yell. No, no, no, I get it. All right. We are, we She's a baby. She's engaged. She's about to get Yeah, it's one of the All right. Yeah. We're going to be okay. We're just waiting. She's waiting on her friend. We're not waiting for anything. We are going. No, I'm talking to him. Y'all are together, right? Yes. All right. Okay. Hey, I don't know you. I didn't do anything wrong to you and I don't know why you're being so rude. I'm not going to debate this with you. I I am not going to debate this with you, sweetheart. Let's go. Okay. I haven't done anything to You have. How? Because that lady I'm going to tell you how. I talk about the two A's and the two D's. If you're new to the channel, what that means is that your attitude, your approach, your demeanor, and your disposition tells all, tells everything there is to know about the interaction you're going to have with a police officer, right? I mean, And by the way, it's both parties because sometimes us cops, you know what? We get a little heated up, you know, we turn it up a notch when we're not supposed to, you know, and I've talked about hoping that a lot of police academies teach emotional intelligence, super important. But, you know what? For the most part, yeah, it's it's it's your demeanor, it's your dispo. Don't come at me like that. I'm trying to talk to Sarah and here you are just chipping away and trying to intervene. Are you with them? Yeah, I hope you You're not with them? No, well, I saw what just happened. Everybody is together, actually. Well, we got it under control now, but thank you for Thank you for stopping and letting us know. We weren't actually together. It's just like nobody knew this the other person. Right. And so, like, it was a girl that felt jealous of her and she came and like like came up to her and like it was two girls. They both came up to her and was like, "Who are you?" Like all up in her face. It was just like I feel like it was just some catty [ __ ] That's exactly what it was. That's what it was. And she didn't do anything. She didn't do anything. She just really honestly didn't do anything. Everybody should just be cool. We got them. Everybody stay cool. We out for the night. Yeah, this [ __ ] is like so stupid. Like you know how when people just start something for nothing? It's But you were just I don't care if you think I'm cool or not. I'm not here to impress you. I know. I'm not here to impress you. Obviously not. Listen, this [ __ ] was stupid. Like the girl just did She just thought like oh my god. The girl literally The girl literally thought like can I get this seat next to me? Hey ma'am, come here. Now you're not leaving. Now you're not leaving. You're getting You're getting a criminal trespass. You're not coming back. Now you're coming back inside. Here we go. Come on. I'm going to Yes, you're coming back. Now you just tossed your purse in the box. No, do not touch me. Don't be dumb, please. No, do not touch me. Stop touching me. I would never do anything to You're criminally trespassing. Let me see your driver's license one more time. Let me have your driver's license. No, please stop. Let me have your driver's license. No. Stop touching me. Teacher! Stop! Stop [ __ ] touching me. Stop! Ma'am, come on. Ma'am, come on. Stop! Stop [ __ ] touching me. Please stop doing this. You're getting a criminal trespass warning. You're not coming back in here. I will never come back in. Okay, you're going to get a piece of paper saying you're getting a criminal trespass. Ma'am, ma'am. Please don't do this to me. Huh? I need to give her criminal trespass warning not to come back in here. Yeah. See see if I got one inside. Please. All right, you're going to get criminal trespass. Ma'am. What are you trying to do? This is Why are you trying to do this? Now you're going to get Now you're getting a citation. Come on. Right here. Okay, you know what? That was a good foot pursuit on his part, right? He's like, [sighs] and and here's the deal. Imagine if a hot call comes out. That's we call it a hot call, meaning there's a robbery in progress or a shooting in progress. And next you know, he's got to leave, and you got to change your mindset. You got to focus and be ready for the unknown, right? And and here you are dealing with this situation, which by the way, you know, you got to ask yourself, who is to be held accountable? In other words, who created the exigency, if you will, right? For him to go on foot pursuit. Please. Come on. Let's go. Listen to me. I won't do this to you. Let's go. Go right up here. Come on. Don't do this. Come on. Let's go. Please. Let's go. What do you mean, "Let's go?" Right here. Sit in the back of the car. Come on. Huh? There's a bag sitting back there. Just slide it over. No, no, no. You got a safety? Yeah. I I will happily Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Just stand up. Right there. What is a handgun? I have nothing with me. Turn around. I have literally nothing. Take your purse off. Happily. There's nothing with me. All right. Check it. Let me have your Let me have your phone. Take everything. Have a seat. Yeah. We're going to go up there, let's go up there and we'll get him. Okay, so here's what happens when you are in the back seat of a police cruiser, right? Been there and done that. I seen this movie, right? For whatever reason, there's a moment while you're there by yourself, a moment of God, right? And you sit there and go, "You know what? I cannot believe I just did all this. You know, maybe I should hold myself accountable." She ran? She ran. Huh? Is this your bag? No, I think I'm here to break right there. Something I felt went down. [ __ ] I will literally do I I I really do, and I Well, you're going to be fine. You're going Will you listen to me for one second? I'm sorry. I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart. I made a [ __ ] mistake. Have you made a mistake? What was your mistake? I [ __ ] up. How did you [ __ ] up? I felt and bad, and I just wanted to be I was an I was an idiot. No, I asked you I kept asking you to step away while I was interviewing Sarah. And you wouldn't. Why? Because she's my friend. Okay, but do you understand why we were there? I did. Why were we were we there? I did. Why were we there? Because you were trying to stop conflict, and I was trying to be A fight in the bar? And yes. Two Two conflicts going on at the same time between idiot. Okay, and I asked you to keep stepping away, and you would not step away. I'm sorry. Okay, is that I'm sorry genuine on her part? Think about that, right? I don't know. Is she just doing all this to go home like I want to be done with the police and kind of placating, or does she really mean it, right? In other words, is there some lessons learned? I mean, she said she was 25, but then the ID came out, and now she said she was 26. I don't know. What do you think? Have you made a mistake? And then when I asked you for your license, what did you want to do? Wrestle with me? Do you remember that? Yeah, I'm sorry. Why did you want to wrestle when I told you to step back to the bar? Cuz I was an Cuz all I wanted to do was issue a criminal trespass warning, correct? Huh? Did I tell you that? Did I tell I'm an idiot. Did I tell you all I was going to do was issue a criminal trespass warning? Then what did you do after I tried to fight you, cuz it was my friend, and I was an idiot. what did you do after that? I tried to get into it. Huh? I tried to get into it. No, you Did you take off running at any point? Yes, I did. And then what happened after you took off running? kept running. Until I caught you again? Yes. Okay. So, you know what that means? Once I put hands on you and you take off running, now you've escalated it to a separate level. Now you're getting a criminal trespass warning and a city ordinance violation, not a state charge. I'm doing you a huge favor. It means you're not going to be fingerprinted and rolled for this charge. It's not going to go on your criminal history. It's an ordinance violation. That's where I'm doing you a favor. Okay? So, but what you've got to understand in the future is when we're trying to diffuse something and I repeatedly tell you to step back and you don't, it creates more issues. I was an idiot. Then when you take off running, it creates another issue. If I would have had to use force to detain you, it would have been another issue. But it didn't rise to that level, did it? Let me finish this up. What I'll need is you to sign for your criminal trespass warning, which means you recognize that Rock 'n' Taco through me is telling you never to return. If you do, you can go to jail on the spot. And then you're going to sign a citation. It doesn't mean you're guilty, it just means you're receiving a copy of a citation so you can go home. And you'll be given a court date to appear in court. If you want to challenge me and the city on it, you're more than welcome to do so, okay? I promise to God. Everything's on body cam. You're welcome to a copy of that. I promise to God. Let me finish this up and I'll get you out of here. Okay, so I'm an idiot. I'm stupid. I don't know if I want to push the BS button just yet, right? Because maybe she is being genuine about it. I'm sorry. Your apology is accepted, but you still have to sign for this citation. What's it for? This is a criminal trespass warning preventing you from coming back or actually prohibiting you from coming back to Rock 'n' Taco ever. I need you to sign right there for me, please. Of course. You can take a picture of it, too. Okay, let's wrap it up. Final thoughts. First and foremost, like always, a big shout out to Fulton County Sheriff's Office. Look, those deputies, spot on, really. Now, I got to be a little critical. I mean, you got to tell me the minute she says, "You know what? You're 5'9". Next thing you know, it triggered him. And next thing you know, "Come over here and I'm going to take it to another level." That's just my thinking. And what got me thinking about this whole situation is is that what I used to when I teach officer-involved shooting investigation is, is the juice worth the squeeze, right? I mean, think about it. If she would have just made that comment, "Well, you're just 5'9", you know, and short man syndrome type of comment, and she would have taken off with her friends, then we would have been done, right? So, it's just something to think about, right? I mean, we want to be able to be a little critical with police as much as, you know, her because she deserves everything she had coming her way in terms of her attitude, her approach, her demeanor, and her disposition, okay? Anyhow, hope you enjoyed it. Please be safe out there. Up next, I'm watching two brothers execute a random guy in a hit-style murder. So, I went to the stairs, and that's when I seen him. Step out now. Step outside. Hands high in the air. Bro, y'all not finna say that. Bro, y'all not finna say that. Bro. But, that's over on my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most extreme incidents in policing history. She was given a citation for criminal trespassing and released at scene. Unfortunately, there is no other public information as it relates to this charge. Okay, you know the drill. Click that like button. Click that notification bell. Don't forget to subscribe. Please comment below because we want to hear from you. Look, if you want deeper conversations on police topics, go check out my podcast at the Marlon Marachi show, all right?
