So, what >> I'm not doing it. >> So, what the process is now, you're under arrest for disorderly conduct. Okay. You'll be getting your appearance ticket shortly and then we'll be bringing you to the hospital. >> That's all. >> Okay, >> that's good. >> Um I don't know if Ronald is going to really want to be checked out by you guys, but um we're going to be bringing her to the hospital. She's highly intoxicated and um kind of more or less just cover our butt. >> Uh what's her first name? >> Rhonda. >> Hi Rhonda. >> Hi. >> What's going on? >> We're with the fire department. All right. Can I take that out of your mouth? You're not going to bite or anything, right? >> All right. Hi. >> How are you? >> I just want to make sure you're doing all right. So, I'm not going to give this to you. This is your appearance ticket for you being arrested today. Okay. So you have to So yeah, you were arrested for disorderly conduct today. Okay. So on March Okay, so let me on March 18th at 6:00 p.m. your report to war will be issued for you. It doesn't matter. This is going to be put into your property. Okay, sounds good to me. >> In the end, she's charged with disorderly conduct. And now class, we move on to this case where a drunk driver gets arrested after crashing twice in the same day. I have a seizure. I have a seizure. [ __ ] them. >> On February 18th, 2026, cops conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle seen crashing into roadside fences earlier. Let's check out this one. Are you okay, >> ma'am? Are you okay? >> I'm okay. >> What happened? >> I think I went over like this. I have no idea. I was just driving along and I think I went into this like medium maybe. >> Okay. Are you feeling any pain right now? >> No. >> How much have you had to drink today? >> No. >> Any narcotic use? >> All right. So, what happened? Did we fall asleep? >> No. So, I uh was I was going to drink my drink and as you can see >> So, how are we driving all over the road and then striking that? cuz I watched you. >> I I >> be honest with me. Honesty goes a long ways >> and you know sir I I have like that's valuable to me too. Like I I I like to be honest. >> Do you suffer from any seizures or anything like that? >> I do. I do suffer some seizures. >> What are you epileptic or diabetic? >> I am epileptic. >> You're epileptic? >> Yes. >> Too aggressive. >> I don't want to go to the hospital, please. >> All right. Well, you just threw Washington State property. That's who that belongs to is that cable barrier and your car is all destroyed on the left side. >> So, can you tell I'm sorry. Like what was going on was I I I've been really stressed. I've been trying I'm going to school and you know I'm not trying to give you any excuses. I'm I'm sure I'm in the fault. Or like just before this happened, a heart a car hit me. >> Like it wasn't even my fault. >> And here I am like just crying and like trying to get back home and I'm like worried because this is his insurance and it wasn't even my fault. He hit me and um I assure you I'm not under any influences. Um, I'm just trying to get home. >> What do you remember? >> I remember driving down the road. >> One, two, one. Show them back. >> I went over to like, you know, the medium like where's >> and I tried to kind of correct and it just kind of slid and then this came out. >> Sounds like you're giving them excuses. Also, if you were just in a crash with a seizure, pretty sure the police won't let you drive away. >> I'm going to come to your side. Okay. Sir, >> take the keys out of the ignition for me. >> Put them right here on the seat. >> Yes, sir. >> Can you step out for me? >> Yes, sir. >> This is my dad's car. >> That's your dad's car? >> Yeah. >> All right. Just step over there. >> All right. Just right over here where we're at in the grass just so we're not so close. >> Do you take any medication for seizures? >> No, I don't. I I mean, I used to, but I haven't had seizures for like 3 years. Okay. >> So, I I stopped taking them. I probably should be get back on them. >> Can you take your hands out of your pockets for me? >> Yeah. This is what you know cuz of the last accident. So, like my registration and stuff. >> Mhm. >> Um but that wasn't my fault. I mean, I can see how this doesn't look good, but this wasn't my fault. This is his insurance and that he's going to have to pay me back. >> Can I'll show you where it was the first the first accident. >> All right. Hold on. Hold on. >> You got hit on that side. >> I would like to show you on that. >> Okay. >> Cuz this all just happened right now. This is what I watched happen. >> Maybe that was the same side, you know. >> Okay. >> Um that he hit me. >> Okay. Stay over here. Stay over here. Right. Cuz there's people driving by. Take your hands out of your pocket, please. Sorry. >> The cops then ask for a field sobriety test. >> All right. So, are you willing to do voluntary field sobriety? Show me you're okay to drive before this happened. >> Yeah. Like I haven't had anything to drink. I don't I don't I don't take substances. I'm actually a substance use professional disorder. Like that's my job. >> Any suboxin use or anything like that? Do you have any history? >> I have. I was an addict. I was an addict for almost 20 years, but I've been five and a half years clean now. >> Do you have any nestagmas or anything like that in your eyes? Nestagmas? >> Are you familiar with that? >> If you don't know it, then you probably don't have it. >> Okay, >> we're going to walk over there. Okay. Do >> you mind if I put my hood on? >> That's fine. >> I'm slow. >> We're going to walk that way. >> Stand right there >> and just face me. Okay. >> All right. Do you suffer from any medical conditions? Anything that would affect your ability to walk or balance on one leg? All right. Do you have any physical impairments that would inhibit any of those? >> I'm I'm I'm disabled. I get exercise because I have a really ankle spondilitis and um >> what does that affect >> my uh joints and my it it's a lot of pain in my lower back and stuff. >> All right. Do you wear contact lenses or corrective lenses? >> Okay. I'm going to have you put your feet together, arms to your sides. You're going to hold this position. I'm going to explain everything to you. Okay. Well, that didn't go so well. So, um, she's going to be put under arrest. >> I mean, I I it's not a point where I'm not understand. Can you >> roll your sleeves up for me? >> All right. Place both your hands down your back. You're under arrest. What do you like? >> I just didn't understand. I just didn't understand when when I got to the very end how to turn around. I didn't understand that. >> All righty. We're going to walk forward. Okay. >> All right. >> All right. We're going to face forward. All right. I have a camera that's recording. Also, my chest camera is recording as well. Okay. I need you to widen your stance for me a little bit more. All right. Now, lean forward slightly at your waist. Okay. Do >> you have anything on your person to stick me poke me? >> No, sir. >> No fentanyl, nothing like that. Nothing powder form. >> I need you to look forward. >> I'm not even >> All right. I need you to look forward for me. Okay. Face me. Open your mouth. Raise your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Raise your tongue to the roof of your mouth. All right. Go ahead. Face away from me. Relax your shoulders. All right, we're going to walk to the side of my car. >> Yeah, we'll get to that in a second. Okay. >> All right, step forward. >> The cops then read her her rights before talking to her. >> You have the right to remain silent. You have the right at this time to an attorney. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You can exercise these rights at any time. Do you understand these rights? Having been informed of these rights, do you wish to talk with me? >> Okay. Have any threats or promises been made to you to convince you to wave your rights? >> Can you just loosen this? >> That's as loose as they're going to be. >> So, can you tell me what you guys want to do? Cuz I had an epileps an epileptic episode twice today. I wrecked my car twice because of my epileptic episode. And now you're going to bring me for DUI. I don't think admitting to getting into two wrecks in one day because of seizures is much better than DUIs. Also, if that is true, why are you still freaking driving? >> Do I look Do I look Do I look >> like we talked about under the influence? >> I'm not going to argue with you. I'm closing the door. >> Do not do that or you're going to get an obstruction charge. >> Be clear status. >> I had a seizure. I wasn't under the influence. Hold on. Hold on. I'm the supervisor. I understand you're saying that your handcuffs are hurting you. Is that right? >> They are very. Yeah. Thank you. >> Let me take a look. >> Thank you, sir. [music] >> You're welcome. You're welcome. >> Can you just be nice and let me talk to you? Okay. Okay. >> Okay. >> Ever since I was 22 years old, >> I started having seizures, grandma seizures, as I was driving. I had to go six months without driving because of that. >> A couple sorry a couple years went by. I took um what's called Depeico, which is is an anti-seizure medication. >> I went to a neurologist. >> They said because you hadn't had it for a year or two, you don't need to get off this medication. >> Are you telling us that we should make him turn around, go back home? >> Yeah, >> we'll do. Thank you. And and can you sir sir can you talk to me please? >> What does that mean when he says that there's not gonna a person to come down? Does that mean I have to go to jail? >> Huh? >> Does that mean I have to go to jail? >> He just shut the door in the middle of conversating with me. Bring him. >> Bring him. >> Bring Br whoever it is that you [ __ ] that I got to prove that I'm not. But you got to explain it to me where you turn three steps and and then if that's not good enough, then you're just going to send me to jail. My hands hurt so bad cuz I have such arthritis. I can't get a hold of my parents. Like this is [ __ ] Bring them here. Bring them here. Bring him here. As she sat in the back of the squad car, she would kick the door. Must be those seizures, I guess. >> Let's do this. >> Dad, I had a seizure. I had a seizure. >> Making it worse >> because they don't believe me. I'm telling you the truth about your >> They're You got to stop. Are you still >> No, now stop that. I'm sorry. >> I had two seizures today. You've seen me. >> Oh, I know you. >> They don't believe me. They think I'm under drugs. >> The only way you can do that is by doing >> I already Dad, >> I don't want to do a blood test. I had a [ __ ] seizure and now my hands hurt so bad. I had two wrecks, two seizures in one day. Is that drugs? Is that drugs? >> You're not helping yourself. The >> calmer you be, the better it'll be for all of us. >> They don't give a [ __ ] >> They're just a bunch of pigs. >> Stop the language. >> So I >> I can fit my thumb in between them. Okay. >> It hurts. Please. It just really hurts. Can we can we have a civil conversation without you getting upset and yelling at me? >> No, because I had a seizure and you listen to that. Can you just give me a second? >> The time to argue that would be in court. Okay. But I haven't even give >> Let me explain everything to you. Okay. I told you my end of it. I have to >> Your end of it is wrong. >> If that is the case, then a judge will decide that. >> I had a seizure. >> If that is the case, a judge will decide that. In the meantime, I have to be in pain. >> Ruin my whole day. Going to jail. >> And am I going to jail? >> Can I talk to you without you yelling at me? I'm telling you what's happening currently cuz I not a fortune teller. I can't tell the future. >> Yeah. You talk to my dad. >> Okay. I am going to write the warrant. >> I'm going to call a judge. Okay. >> If the judge says I have the authorization under his signature in the county, right, a superior court judge or district court judge, then the warrant will be authorized and you'll have to comply with a blood blood draw. >> Okay? I am not testing it here at the hospital. I have to submit it to a toxicology. Okay? >> After that's complete, that could take anywhere [music] from 6 to a year, 6 months to a year on them to test that. Okay? If your blood is clean, >> then you will be notified. And if I am wrong, yeah, >> then a judge in a court will tell me I'm wrong. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> In the meantime, do I get to go home >> today? >> If we can stop with all the slamming into things, you haven't had a DUI in the past 10, 15 years. >> Yeah. Okay. So, if you have not been convicted, I'm not charging you with anything other than DUI. >> Okay. >> I haven't. And this is not me trying to Give me a second. Give me a second. Katie, can we have a civil conversation? Okay. Look, >> you're shifting around a lot. I'm so upset. >> I myself and my partner, Trooper Tendle, when we were cadets, had to be thrown in the back of these, right? And those handcuffs only get two clicks on my wrist. >> It hurts. So whether it hurts you or not, >> I get it, right? I I've been through them a lot. I've had to wear them a lot and so has he. So we understand what it's like, right? >> But your your wrists are bigger than me. Mine are smaller and you did it tighter. So I I don't Anyway, so let's just go on past that. >> Clearly, she couldn't use that excuse anymore. So, she wanted to switch topics here and she's willing to lie about anything to get out of jail. So, dedication >> right now >> the process I'm going through right now is applying for the warrant. >> Mhm. >> If the judge either tells me yay or nay on the authorization for the warrant >> then I'll be able to tell you where we're going to go on from there. >> Are you going to say she had a epilepsy and it might not have >> I'm telling you on body camera there's also a camera in the back seat. There's also a camera in the front. Right. >> Yeah. I'm frustrated. I am going to I am going to put in I am going to put into >> the warrant that you advise me that you have epileptic seizures. Your dad >> Okay, hold on. Your dad also told me that you have >> epileptic seizures or something to the effect where you have seizures when you have extreme amounts of stress. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> I will let you know if the judge says yes to the warrant or says no to the warrant. >> I tell everybody that. >> What? I don't even know what that means. Yes to. She had a se a seizure and she's not >> not towards a seizure. You're not under arrest because of a seizure. >> I had a seizure. >> I just explained it to you. >> I had one though. You don't know. I >> I'm not a medical professional. >> I am. I've had them tw multiple times. I know my body. I know how I feel before I go into it. I had a seizure. You're not a medical doctor. I've done this over. >> I know I'm a law enforcement officer. I didn't go in the medical field. I am the one that has experienced the seizures. >> But here's my here's my follow-up question. I'm not challenging you, right, by any means. >> You are. >> No, I'm not. >> When I got in that wreck, I blacked out. It was not my fault. It was not my fault. >> So, here I am acting like a like a a a criminal. I'm not under the influence. I I'm sitting here talking to you, looking you in your eye. I am not under the influence. I'm frustrated because I've had a hard day. You know, everybody has a hard day, >> but I I just want compassion from you to say that there's more much more going in my life that when I get stressed, I have seizures. Now, that's not that doesn't make it right. That doesn't make it right. I need to have emotional intelligence and I need to hone my myself in. So basically, she only had a seizure when she was being held accountable for something. >> Please just take that into consideration, >> right? And like I told you, I'm going to put in there that you advise me that you had seizures. >> So then I just go to jail. I just go to jail for something. >> Did I tell you that I'm booking you into jail? I told you, let me finish the warrant. We get done with the warrant, right? whether the judge says I have the authority through him to extract your blood with a cert certified technical technician or photamist or I do not. Okay? If you let me write this out and call the judge, the faster I move with that >> is the quicker that I can get you out of the seat. Okay? I'm not giving you ultimatums either, right? I'm just telling you that's where we're at right now. So, let me finish this. worried that like you know like a couple like last night I was with my boyfriend and we drank some beers. >> Trying to give you the advice of stop shifting cuz it's going to hurt and pinch your arms. Okay. So, just give me a second. I'm going to close the door. >> Shockingly, after a blood test, it was revealed that she was driving under the influence. In the end, she is charged with reckless driving, assault on an officer, and DUI. Moving on to this case now where another drunk mess gets arrested after being denied boarding. >> You either you either leave on your own or we're going to force you out of here. >> Yeah. Handcuff me then. You >> turn up. >> Yeah. >> Turn up. Put your hands behind the back. >> I don't give your hands. >> I don't give. >> Welcome to June 25th, 2026. Back at an airport regarding this intoxicated woman who was denied boarding because, you know, look at her. Here's what happened next. I pay for what I pay. >> Okay. Why are we >> Because he didn't give me what I wanted. What kind of mortgage? >> Okay. Well, let's go talk out here. No. >> Can we pick yourself up? Can you pick up your phone? >> No, I don't want to. No. >> Okay. I don't care. Pick up your phone. >> No. No. Because he didn't give me what I wanted to. >> Well, you're not fine. Pick up your stuff. >> Oh my. Hey. >> Okay. Let's go. >> You were with a gentleman earlier. Where is that gentleman? >> It wasn't You weren't traveling cuz she's by herself. >> She's by herself. >> She want >> Okay. Putting yourself. >> What's your name? >> No, >> I already >> So, I'm going to tell you it's going to be in your best interest for you to walk with me. I want I don't want anything to happen to you. >> No, >> you need I don't >> I'm tired people to treat me the [ __ ] >> No, we're not doing that. >> No, it's because of everything. You think we stupid and I'm stupid and I pay for what I for your safety >> I pay for what I'm having right now and I don't care >> I don't care what I pay for right now and my >> here come with me just for a second [snorts] >> no because all I want is my boyfriend >> didn't just get on the plane >> she's going to be that she knows no one on this flight >> I thought there was no one together >> listen to me >> you're not going to fly on this flight. >> So, your only options are to leave and come back tomorrow. Is she rebooked or she >> We'll find out who it is, but I >> I need to think about something first. >> Yeah. >> I bet. >> So, you're not flying today, so you need to leave. >> I bet. >> We just might refund her today and not have her travel. She was >> So, let's go for a walk. >> Dang. How much you drinking to get to that stage? I mean, look at this. Her brain is clearly pickled. Either way, there's no way in hell they're going to let her fly. >> So, she was at my bar. I made her the um because she had just met this gentleman and they did exchange numbers and whatever, but I knew she was loaded when she literally just met this man and literally just tonged him down. >> She tonged him down. She just literally met this man. So the man that she's dude like that's my boyfriend all that other stuff and she's been acting like that and I asked her to go sit down somewhere and then how long >> Huh? Um >> she she had three glasses of wine. >> Um I served them all because I know >> the minute I knew she was drunk is when she stood up and she gave him a kiss on the cheek. >> I'll take it back. >> She's been acting like beyond. >> And so I thought that she was going to go sit down until she bumped into the gentleman again and uh I don't know what transpired between them two, but this was the end result after this. >> So with that being done, the cops then pulled her into the security office since uh she wasn't willing to leave on her own. >> We're just going to reunit about how people feel. >> No. No, you don't give a [ __ ] Honestly, we we only have one life to live. >> I don't care what you think. >> Okay. >> Honestly, but honestly, but honestly, >> let's go for a walk before. >> No, honestly. >> Come on. >> You >> come on. >> No. >> You either you either leave on your own or we're going to force you out of here. >> Come on. >> Let's go for a walk. Maybe place the handcuffs and drug out of here. It's up to you. Handcuffs. >> Yes. >> I don't do [ __ ] to you guys. >> Okay, that's great. Let's go. >> Yeah. Handcuff me then. You >> turn around. >> Yeah. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> I don't give your hands behind. >> I don't give. >> Yeah. I don't give you God know everything what to be doing. Yeah. Exactly. >> LET ME GO. LET ME GO >> EVENTUALLY. >> YES. You take a nothing of people innocent. >> Yeah. >> How much you have? >> You you >> zero. >> You had options and you chose not to take those options. >> Wow. Get off me. I don't have no you know what you got me here right now who the you are my son New York yeah who the you think you are And this woman is charged with disorderly [music] conduct. Class, we move on to this case now where a mother gets arrested after picking up her child while being drunk. It is August 16th, 2025 and cops get reports of a roadside argument between two people outside their vehicle with the passenger in a ditch. What is happening here? Hey, how you doing, man? >> Good. How are you? >> All right. Did you want to did you want to chat real quick or did they fill you in? >> They kind of filled me in. Um, were you the one that in the >> Okay. Yeah, if I can talk to you. >> Yeah, absolutely. So, I'm on my way home obviously driving here. I see the car stopped, which I initially think might be the red light, but the doors popped open the the back. >> So, I'm like, that's weird. And I look over and see the girl, little girl in the ditch. She's screaming. She I want my dad. I want my dad crying. Mhm. >> I was under the impression we were in Delaware County. I think we're a little >> the county lines like that house >> I just started going to work and mom's just hammered. You can >> you can smell it. She's uh told me she was out with some friends. We had tons of drunk history with her. I've interacted with her a bunch. She's >> Is she a valid driver? >> Yeah, she's I They didn't tell me. I aired it. I think she is. >> Okay. >> Um No, but she's >> Does the vehicle come back to her? >> Yeah. >> Okay. It's a pretty easy >> What's the daughter saying? >> So, the daughter has tons of videos if you guys want to look at it cuz it's probably going to be a endangerment because she's she's like begging mom to let her out. Mom won't let her out. She said she's going home. Well, no, home is that way. She lives in. So, she's trying to get out of the car cuz she's scared cuz mom's drunk. Mom's not wanting to let her out. And then I think she said she just stopped and said, "Get out of the car." >> So, nothing physical or anything? Not that she told me, I just asked. Um, you're more than welcome to ask those questions. >> Wow, we got a car, screaming drunk mom, a scared daughter. It's the perfect combination for some type of chaos. Let's see how bad it can be. >> What happened? So, she picked me up from my friend's house and she like wouldn't drive for like 15 20 minutes and she finally drove. She started yelling about a madeup story. She's driving off the side of the road in the middle of the road going really really slow like not really moving. Yeah. >> Uh we weren't going home like she missed all the turns. >> Okay. >> And >> so what was wrong with your mom? What what do you think's wrong with her? >> She's drunk. It's It happens a lot. >> Does it you okay? >> I don't know. I didn't know if I was We were ever going to get home and I was scared. So I was like slow down the car. or whatever and she slowed it down. I was like, she was like, "Get out." So, I just got out. >> It's okay. Well, if you're ever scared or something like that, you can call 911, too. Okay. Did she Did she hit anything driving here or anything like that? Do you know of >> She might have hit a mailbox when she was trying to pick me up or I don't know, it was dark. But, >> did you get everything from her? What kind of happened and >> Okay. She told me um abbreviate everything for me. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I also have videos. >> That's okay. What? What of >> uh my my mom yelling and I got kind of the driving off the road a little bit. >> Okay. >> Was that your dad? You say it is. Okay. >> Um if you could hang out for just a minute. Let's go talk to dad. >> Yeah. >> See what we can do about statement from her and all that stuff. >> Did you actually see your mom drinking anything? >> She was just smoking when I got in the car. That's all I got. So, but I >> What was she smoking? Oh, cigarette. >> Cigarette. >> Okay. >> There's no alcohol in the car currently. >> I didn't see any. >> All right. >> You can go here. >> Hey, take her to the car. >> Um, yeah, if she wants to. And if we could just talk to you for a minute, then he's pretty. So, you're her father? >> Yes. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Gotcha. These are the things I pay for $100 a month. They're not for trespassing. >> It's not that deep. Do you understand a trespass warning? Okay, then you need to go. Not that deep. You need to go. >> It's not that deep. Sorry. >> You need to go. You're also >> She's also >> We work for Comey County Animal. We're sergeants for animal. >> But you're both being trespassed. >> Rude. Since we need to go. It's not that deep. I have >> You need to go because you're being trespassed.
