On March 3rd, 2026, officers were dispatched in response to a reported domestic incident. >> We're on going and being slightly abusive and really really disabled. Um, tonight I got off work at 5:00, went straight home, made dinner. He made a smartass comment about my dogs. We've dated for 7 months. He refuses to walk them. And I said, "Until you start walking my dogs, maybe you can tell me how to take care of my dogs." And he turns around and smashes the mashed potatoes in my my face. So, I turned around and said, "You're an asshole." I went to the bathroom to wash myself off, started crying. He told me I was being a little crybaby. He said, "How many How much did you drink tonight?" I said, "I had two glasses of wine." Well, I cooked for the last 2 hours. And so, he went into the I bought a box of wine. I'm on a dollar out of budget. He took it and popped the top off and drank the whole thing. And then came back in the bathroom. And I said, "Well, what about your vodka in the freezer?" And he goes, "You want it?" And he took it and he splashed the whole thing in my eyes. Um, and then I I got pissed. So, I started yelling. Um, then he grabbed the key lime pie that I got, still in my hand, smashed it all in my hair, um, kicked me here, uh, shoved my dogs, and then was holding me. And I said, "What are you I was I was mad." So, I said, "What are you going to do?" He goes, "Well, I can't do anything else. I can't hit you." I said, "So, you're going to strangle me?" And then he went outside to smoke a cigarette. I packed my bags and I live down the street, so I walked here to my job Mhm. where my friends are to get a hotel or find a place to stay or just get the hell out of that place. I've been trying to work with him, but it's just getting and worse. Okay. And I'm I'm scared. And I've been scared to even say anything to anybody because I'm afraid that if I tell somebody, he's going to come after me and it's going to be worse. Uh I'm scared of him. I'm scared of him. There's been times where he hurts my dogs so much where I'm like, "Don't touch them. Just take it out on me." So What? >> live with each other? Yeah, unfortunately. Um it was all It was fine and dandy the first 6 months and then out of nowhere he just turned into this angry angry angry person. >> medication. He got mad at me for taking my dogs for a walk after I'd been at work since 9:00 a.m. There's There's something wrong. I took him for a walk. He came home. He passed out cuz he got stoned. When he woke up, he was unhappy that my dogs were sitting at the the bottom of our tables looking at us and I'm like, "They're waiting for table scraps. That's what dogs do." That's what they do. And it just turned into a whole thing and that's when the mashed potatoes happened and then It's been happening so long for 6 months and I kept quivering till we finally tonight I was like, "What are you going to do?" And then then he I mean, he's been physical before. But tonight he got really crazy and then I packed my bags and he was get the [ __ ] out. And I was like, "Well, cuz I pretty much pay We pay half and half, but I pay for all the groceries, do the laundry, do all the cleaning, electric, cable, everything else. So, I'm like, "Okay, this is your house. I'm going to leave." And I just left. And I've been really scared because we just signed this lease 3 months ago, and I'm like, "What am I supposed to do?" But this has happened, and my friends are like, "You have to file it. If you are breaking your lease and you file this, show your show your landlord." >> How long you guys been dating? We met uh last month of September. He's He's going to be psychotic if you go there. And once that's your lane. Yeah, I don't want to press charges. They won't even process him. He can bond right out and come right back. So, that decision is up to you. No. He self-admitted himself that you're on the lease here. This is where you live. So, I mean, you can't It's not like you can't be here. But, I don't want to be near him when he's violent towards me. I don't I don't want to be with him. I want him out of my life. The suspect just got arrested by KWPD on a warrant. You have to make sure you tell them on a warrant because then they're going to be like, "No, the judge is going to already give you that." Okay. But you have to tell them he got picked up on a warrant. We live together. Like, I need him to stay away and then see if they can give you cuz they'll have to I would go there like now. I'll have to go now. Because if he's there, they can let him know there. Like, "Hey, listen, here's your no contact order. Like, you ain't going over there." And then he can't come back here. Okay.
