On November 6th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a boating dock regarding a reported battery incident involving a woman. >> 47 man. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What's going on? >> Okay. What What slip does this individual live in? >> 48 right behind me and I'm in 47 and I left for about a month and a half and was at KO Gardens Marina and they didn't have a space from they I had to move. So, I came back here and I have this dock till the 12th. I mean, this space. And I planned on moving my boat tomorrow, the next day. Anyway, I spoke to her one thing, everything was fine. And then tonight, she said somebody was messing with his car and his scooter, and I said, "I have no reason to mess with him. I'm not messing with him." And I looked her in the eye and I shook her hand. I said, "I am not messing with him at all." And um so I went on my boat and I was getting off my boat and I was going to go ask somebody cuz I couldn't find my adjustable runs. I needed to charge my boat and she was there and I just was going to say, you know, Dennis, I'm not messing with anything. And she said, "You don't talk to him. You talk to me." And I talked and started yelling and the security guard. So I just walked away and started walking down the dock and she came after me and she came right up to me about a few slips down here and just strangled me really hard. I mean hard. And right now I've fallen and I'm and um and I have bulging I mean herniated disc. I'm getting ready to go to PT and I also have epilepsy. I can't even drive. And that's kind of why I've been I've been having people help me. And she just freaking scared the [ __ ] out of me. And I just want I don't know what to do right now. I mean, right now I'm just floored. I cannot believe she did that. I mean, she grabbed me hard and I really don't know what to do. I just want her to stay the away from you. Excuse my language. I had somebody that was going to come and help take care of me because my family's worried about me because I fell off the boat twice already. But once here, once in Cojo Gardens and I really hurt myself bad and I'm under I have a neurologist name and they epilepsy and migraine and now I'm going to Dr. Katana and they did MRIs and I have issues with my neck. I'm she at me and said, "Look, I did nothing. I swear you've done nothing." And I shook her hand and looked in the eye. And then I came back and then I was coming out of my boat to go ask somebody for an adjustable wrench cuz I needed to hook up um my boat to uh >> this charge battery. This is me. >> Okay. Okay. I try to locate her, find her, arrest her. Okay. Option number two is you sign a nonprosecution form. I document it, provide you with a case number. You take that to the clerk of the courts with you. Okay. And you get a protection order. With that protection order in hand, they can trespass her from anywhere near you. She's not allowed to be within 500 ft of you, I believe, is what a protection order is. All right. Regard, we're still going to talk. We're still going to talk to the guard. She call me a [ __ ] And that really like made me like I thought she was trying to push me in the water. I don't know how to swim. I And then that's that's what happens. But she she is. And then as soon I tried it down the the the sidewalk and I was like why in the hell you touching me? I just I know I put my hands back on her cuz I thought she was trying to push me in the water. And I'm out on the dock and Luc is going to join me which were we got a water leak. So, she's going to turn the water off. But the lady came back out and I heard the lady saying something. I didn't pay attention cuz I'm totally ignoring her because I I have future plans to take her to court for you. She ran up almost $600 on my credit card. >> Um, so I heard her come out and mouth off. I wasn't paying attention. Then I heard Lisa get mad. >> That's And you didn't talk. I got you. >> And this is my fiance and I be on Shining Star all the time. Off the boat. However, the request was denied after the suspect's fiance filed charges alleging fraudulent use of a credit card in a felony amount against the victim.
