The footage shows the suspect and a female near the stage with the alleged victim positioned several feet away. Allegedly, the two men had some type of verbal exchange as the suspect claimed that the victim made comments towards the female. As a result, the charges against the suspect were dismissed, while the female's charges of obstruction and resisting remained.
