On July 19th, 2026, an officer was dispatched to a discount store in reference to a report of a theft. A man told police someone had taken the key out of the ignition of his electric bike while he was shopping. >> Um and it's not going to do anybody any good unless uh they catch him doing something else. But, this is the video. Whoever was in this car, and they had just shopped at Family Dollar, who came out, and then he saw that the keys were in it, and then he went back and he took them out.
