Uh and one thing to point out is that the sergeant, right, is the one that's involved in this use of force, which means that you're going to have to get another sergeant to respond at scene to conduct the use of force investigation. To affect an arrest, prevent an escape, which is what happened, and overcome resistance. And by the way, you can use force on a handcuff suspect as long as that force is proportionate to the circumstance. In other words, don't overdo it. But so far so good. So, you got to do a full-blown investigation. No stone goes unturned. So, when you turn in that use of force investigation to the adjudicators, right, the bosses, uh you're going to say, "Hey, uh we investigated fully. Here are all the statements. Here's all the evidence. Uh make a decision whether or not the use of force is in policy or out of policy. A bag's not coming off your face. I can assure you of that." Okay. Something about it, too. We're going to have to babysit and have minimum two officers at the hospital until she gets clear. Once she gets medically clear, then we proceed with the booking procedures all the way to the uh Great Bar Motel. Follow us. Ed can follow her and we'll get rolling. But with all that being said, great job with investigating thoroughly uh taking care of a situation by which all you had to do was comply. Again, sometimes you got to ask yourself, is the juice worth the squeeze, Kayla and Zeta? Because had you would have complied, and I talk about this in other videos, the two A's and the two D's, your attitude, your approach, your disposition, your demeanor kind of dictates how this uh interaction with the police is going to end up.
