On March 17th, 2026, officers were dispatched to a resort in response to a report from a man stating that his wife had gone missing while they were returning to their room. Okay. >> So I made a contact. Hey, hey, what's going on? Uh can you respond to me? He called on the radio for the ambulance. >> Okay. He arrived. I noticed she's breathing and she start getting consciousness with me. >> And at the same time the the husband just showed up behind us. Okay. And uh he just got to play like behind me. Then officer Lopez told him to step back. And move back and move back. >> to deal with her as a patient because you didn't know what was going on with her. >> I was treating her as a patient. I mean I I couldn't and while I was doing that the There was Where was officer Davis at that point? They were like in the rooms. They were all looking for her all over the property. Officer Davis and officer Jabbar. You did? So when he approached us, officer Lopez told him to get back back and eventually all that application started. So essentially what was happening is himself Davis, I don't know if Christina was here yet. The guy who's in the back of the police car right now said couldn't find his wife anywhere on property was freaking out. Did the employee lead you to that closet? >> Yeah. He said hey she's here she's here and walking in. Yells she's here she's here. And she's in like a broom closet or something, storage closet, like underneath a table. Oh. >> Yeah, like she looks like she was like literally squeezed by the by the furniture which was in that closet. >> Okay, so. So I start She's under a table or whatever. He's trying to get whether she has cognitive ability, whether she's going through a medical up She's still evaluating. >> As he's evaluating her, the husband shows up and tries to shove his way and passes Mike who's trying to do an evaluation on the patient. They try to tell him to get back. He's not getting back. Horry tells him to get back and get away. He's not paying attention to being any commands. Basically just pushing up on him while he's trying to do an evaluation on the wife who's in a closet for whatever reason. Which led to after him not complying they grabbed him, ended up taking him to the ground, putting him in handcuffs. So. All right. You took a photo of it. So what else? Yes, sir. What what Well, we just you know I saw my wife in a very vulnerable situation. And they kept telling me to back up. And I wasn't being aggressive. All right.
