Y'all didn't Y'all didn't read me my Miranda rights, either. Okay, this guy literally told us that he's on cocaine, so I mean, but that doesn't cause a physical altercation. You know what I mean? Like, someone can tell you they did cocaine. Be crazy. Again, it doesn't mean that you can't get in a fight. Daniel, what's your phone number? Which one of Which one of y'all is going to read me my uh Miranda rights? One of you. You going to read them to me? What? You going to read them to me? What? My Miranda rights. Is he going to jail? >> Yeah. He's in a cop car? He's gone on, No way. I'm just asking. All right, I'm just asking you now. Walk away. Okay. I guess we'll leave that to the lawyer, I guess. Yeah. You lawyers, [snorts] you street lawyers seem to know it all. I ain't nothing, all right. Okay. Okay. There was an exchange between the two men. But basically, I saw the guy in the red getting I want to show you guys something, too. I was watching. I'm working right now. Um, this girl, she was kicking the guy while he was on the ground in the head. That is true. And the guy the guy the guy with holding the guy in the white shirt and the girl was kicking him in the head. In the video, I saw. But I do know it still probably like It started when but it didn't need to become physical. He picked him up, body slammed out of the out of the blue. It started with the big guy. It started with the orange And next thing you know, it's seeing the guy in the red getting up and then I guess kicking him. That's why I turned around and I saw the video too. Did you see his wife like push the dude at one point? Like in the video, she shoved him and when he actually slipped into the ground, she starts to get on top of him in the video. Guys, like I got it right when it said that in the very beginning before this, he pushes him a couple times over here. But by the time I got my phone open, it was already past that. And it's obviously he's telling him like And he still doesn't put his hands on him. There goes his wife. But this is like obviously he's going to defend himself and this is when he decides to like get close to the cars and try to zoom in as much as I could. He slammed him and then you can see his wife go. Watch, you'll see her start to like the guy walk and see her start to like kick him and his legs go up. But she's over there kicking him like before this dude got in the way. You see her foot? If you watch right here, she kicks him right right when he passes before you guys get there. Right right here she can see her foot kick him right in the head. Right as you see you guys coming and she kicks him right before y'all got there and tackled him. Okay. So, she did kick the dude really hard and [ __ ] out a couple times. So, I'm not saying you're both innocent, but I don't know what started, but I think it was a little bit of that. So, neither of them are innocent, but Okay. Got it. Thank you. Go on up. Step over. You you can step over here with me, please. All right. Go through your pockets. Do you have a case number yet?
