Look like a pocket. >> Yeah, somebody's a rifle. He's still over 40 on the shoulder. He's still 40. Hold traffic. Hit it. Go again. Go again. >> All right. Yeah. Wait. Wait. All right. >> I got it. On March 7th, 2024, Georgia State Patrol's crime suppression unit was helping Atlanta police locate a white Ford Fusion connected to a vehicle theft investigation. He also had an active Fulton County warrant for criminal damage to property. Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, Arkansas State Police were following a black Ford F-150 connected to a drug investigation when a traffic violation provided grounds for a stop. The driver, Mark McCusker, refused to pull over, turning the investigation into a much more serious matter. >> Paul wants 107. 45 seconds here. We're going to come back. Right there. Right there. Go. You got out and ran >> cuz you was going to shoot me, bro. >> No, I wasn't. >> That's the driver. >> Exavior Nuner was eventually taken into custody and transported for medical clearance before being released for treatment. He was cited for felony fleeing by a vehicle while the passenger whose identity was withheld faced misdemeanor fleeing on foot and marijuana possession charges. On July the 2nd, 2024, law enforcement began looking for a white passenger bus believed to have been stolen from Children's Hospital. The suspected vehicle theft gave officers reason to locate the bus and stop the person behind the wheel. >> Uh has no idea where they're going. They they are uh using various freeways, various on-ramps and off-ramps, and just appears to be out for almost a joy ride just enjoying his last few minutes of uh freedom. Now we're back on that southbound 170 freeway and swerving. Oh, on the right side off the shoulder and now we're off-roading in this bus that is clearly not supposed to be off-roading off the freeway. I'm not sure if there's a curb there. And the bus hops the curb almost like it's no big deal. Uh oh. Going the wrong way on that off-ramp. There's oncoming traffic. That's a very narrow off-ramp. Cars swerving to avoid this gigantic bus. And these cars have no idea that this bus is coming right towards them. Thankfully, I don't think the bus made impact with uh many of those vehicles. Although that was a very close call. We're going the wrong way on uh Victory Boulevard a little bit there. Now we're going the right way. This bus just kind of swerving on all sides of the road, making very erratic maneuvers. It really makes you wonder what state of mind this driver is in. Making a sharp right turn onto one of the side road here's uh one of the side roads here that parallels with Victory Boulevard. Uh you have to wonder if uh people will be out in the street just enjoying the evening and officers now catching up on the ground. Archwood and Witet Avenue. Now, those officers on the ground want to stay close behind this bus because of the erratic nature and the erratic driving that we've been seeing so far. They want to make sure that everybody around this bus knows that there's something going on. There's something uh about this bus that needs to be avoided. Van Owen westbound. Now you have that one LAPD unit and more even further back trying to catch up, but right now it's just that one LAPD unit behind the bus that's picking up speed. 60 mph down Van Owen using that middle lane around some traffic there. There's a little bit of traffic up ahead. An intersection with a red light. We'll see what this driver does as we approach that intersection. Slowing down, slowing down through traffic and the bus is just going to fly through the intersection. Luckily, there's no cross traffic there. Van Owen and Cold Water, if you're in this part of the valley, do not get out onto the roadways because it's just too dangerous right now. We do not know what this bus driver is capable of with this very erratic and very dangerous drive. Seeing LA Valley College and possibly jumping the median. No, I'm not sure if there was a median there, but definitely making a U-turn and oh, might have sideswiped that vehicle there. Now, uh traveling southbound on one of the side streets there and back onto Cold Water Canyon. Continuing southbound on Cold Water Canyon. Cold Water eventually connects with the 101 freeway if that's something that this uh bus driver is thinking about doing. Running that red light flying through Chandler Boulevard. So, we can only hope that there were either uh if there were people on the bus earlier, they got off in time or there were no people on the bus to begin with. This is one of those buses with those tinted windows, so it's hard to see inside from this angle, but we're continuing northbound Vanise Boulevard in the Panorama City area now. And we're really seeing a slowdown in the behavior from this driver. Uh there's a bicyclist there. Uh this driver has loved driving in bike lanes, which is very strange. So that was a little uh a little interesting. Making a right turn on our Mena. What do you got? Oh, I see. So, Armenta, I don't know if it's a dead Yeah. Well, that's a dead end street. And the bus is coming to a stop. The driver out of the bus, he has got a backpack on and he's just going to run away. He's going to leave the bus in the middle of Armenta Street in Panorama City. He's walking towards the Home Depot. This is a Home Depot that's open at this time and walks into the Garden Center like no big deal. The suspect has left the bus, walked into the Home Depot, and is now walking through the garden center. Rob pushed into the garden center there. He So, he did make the left turn and walk inside the actual store [snorts] part of the Home Depot. So, he's no longer in that garden center. And you can see those LAPD units pulling up right away. I see one LAPD unit so far. Hopefully, more are on the way. those couple of officers walking in the garden center. I've got one eye on the uh exit to the Home Depot to see if we could see anything happening there. You have the LAPD air unit overhead. They're keeping uh keeping an eye on all sides of this Home Depot store to make sure nobody tries to run out of the store. And this will be a little bit of a challenge for LAPD unless they were able to get eyes on the uh suspect right away. That bus still just parked in the middle of Armenta. You have officers watching the back doors. They are going to form a perimeter around this entire shopping center. You have a Home Depot, an Old Navy, and a Gap. We have a number of other officers running inside as well. I'm hearing I'm hearing from the police scanner traffic that they possibly have the suspect in uh they possibly have eyes on the suspect. And there you have somebody in custody in handcuffs. Looks like the uh that person may have shedded their yellow jacket. They were wearing a yellow colored jacket when they ran into the store with a backpack. I don't see the backpack or the yellow cover uh colored jacket anymore, but uh officers believe that this is the person that was uh driving that bus earlier and is now in custody. A wild pursuit covering a lot of the San Frernando Valley, putting a lot of people in danger, possibly sideswiping a couple of vehicles, a lot of close calls, no major crashes. The driver eventually abandoned the bus and ran into a home depot in Panorama City where officers located and arrested the suspect. The case could involve charges such as vehicle theft, felony evasion, reckless driving, and other offenses connected to the alleged theft and operation of the bus. February 1st, 2024, a Maran County Sheriff's deputy responded to the Forest Shopping Center after a woman reportedly tried to take another woman's car keys. When the deputy arrived, the woman approached the patrol vehicle and then unexpectedly entered through an open window. >> No. Stop. Stop. The collision that followed left three occupants of the pickup unable to recover while another occupant was transported in critical condition. The woman who took the patrol vehicle was expected to face serious charges related to vehicle theft fleeing law enforcement and the collision. On November 29th, 2025, deputies were searching for Natalyia Richard, who had been reported missing and was believed to be driving a silver Toyota Rav 4. When officers located the vehicle traveling at roughly 100 mph, they attempted to bring the situation under control. Stop. We have a 53520. She was charged with dangerous excessive speeding at 100 mph or more and aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer. March 10th, 2021, Walton County Deputy Hensley noticed a white pickup traveling along Highway 81 without a license plate. He was convicted of felony fleeing, reckless driving, driving while his license was suspended speeding and other vehicle related offenses and was later granted parole after serving 9 months and 3 days. On May 13th, 2022, Maywood Mayor Nathaniel Booker was found asleep behind the wheel of a governmentissued Ford Explorer on the Kennedy Expressway.
