somebody float the athlete on the root beer float. >> My mother did. Honestly, I don't think she feels any remorse. Honestly, >> would she um ultimately blame this on you to get out of it? >> Oh my god, I'd hope not cuz I knew it. >> This is Ashley Jones currently blaming her mother, Marcia Allen, for the murder of her father. >> And I definitely would not give it to my husband. I did not want him to die. I'd rather him be here with me. And detectives do not know it yet, but this is the last time they will ever see Marsha because moments after this interview, the unthinkable will happen to her. >> We got a call to go check on her welfare um at her home and she's passed away. >> What? >> Now with a dead woman's final statements, they must solve the murder of Harold Jr. But with both mother and daughter turning on each other, >> you said she wanted him dead. They asked for your help, you're saying, right? Yeah, she tried to and my daughter was [music] she's denying everything. She wanted to be free of him completely. She wanted him dead. That is going to be much harder than they could have ever imagined. Leaving them with one question. Was it Ashley or was it Marsha? And what else are these two trying to hide? >> I make mistakes. You make mistakes. Everybody makes mistakes. Just explain to me what his death was. And there's Google searches. How much fox glove does it take to kill someone? How much fox glove can I give someone before they die? I mean, it's pretty serious. >> On December 20th, 2022, Jackson County Sheriff's Office in Indiana received a heartbreaking 911 call. >> 911. >> Yeah. Uh, this my husband's in our bedroom floor. He's nonresponsive and I need him leave. >> Okay. What's your address again? >> Okay. How old is he? >> He is 52. Uh, he's 52. >> Okay. All right. Hold on one second for me. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Is he breathing? >> No, he's not. >> Okay. Hold on. 51-year-old Marcia Allen had discovered her husband, Harold Peanut Allen Jr. deceased on the floor of their bedroom. Harold was a loving spouse, stepdad, and stepgrandfather, who cherished his family above all else. Even though he had been bedridden leading up to his death, he went out of his way to buy Christmas gifts for absolutely everyone, nieces, nephews, brothers, and in-laws. For nearly a year, his death was thought to have been the result of chronic illness and blocked valves around his heart. That is until September 19th, 2023, when a crime gone wrong reopened the circumstances surrounding his death. Marcia Allen called police in September, claiming that her home was broken into conveniently right after she put cameras up. She even gave police the name of the person robbing her, Steven White, a friend of her daughter Ashley Jones. Marsha planned for Steven to go to jail. What she didn't plan was for him dragging her right along with him. >> So, you have any idea why we're here today? >> Well, they said that y'all got me on camera last night burglarizing the place. >> Okay. So, you >> and my husband. >> If that's the case, you know anything about it? >> No. >> Okay. >> My husband and I sat up last night till about 4:00 in the morning watching Nope. He's off work today. He works at Gymac. We started the movie a couple weeks ago. Haven't had time to fancy it. >> Uh the the homeowner has the video. She's sending the the We got three detectives out on a on the house right now that was burglarized. Okay. >> Well, I don't even know anybody in Jackson County aside from my eye. >> The person the person that the that owns the problem or I'm sorry, not problem. The person that owns the house identified either you or or him. I don't know which one. I smoke another cigarette. I'll explain the whole thing. It's ugly. Because that lady is the lady who told me to go get the [ __ ] Her name is Marshall Buckles and she asked me to go get that [ __ ] because her husband Harold Allen passed away of unknown causes in December. >> Okay. >> And according to her um her husband passed away because she needed that life insurance money. But she did not get that life insurance money cuz the policy was set to go to his brother. >> How old is the lady that you're talking about? >> Marca Buckston. Um 50 50 51. >> Does she live there? >> Yeah. In that house. She got it because whenever she married the man, >> you know where that's at? >> Sign uh Freetown. I reckon she gave me an address. She said, "Hey, honey. I need you to go up in here. I need you to grab someone and go up in here and she told me to meet this dude up there. >> Mhm. >> And I did. And I went over there. She wanted us to get rid of it. This woman has hated me for years, but I'm best friends with her daughter. >> Okay. What's the daughter's name? >> Ashley Jones. I guess apparently Marcia asked Ashley if she could help her take care of her husband. And Ashley has a little baby that's mixed. And pardon my French. She was going on and on about how I got Ash's a lesbian. She's with a uh Puerto Rican woman. And Marshall was going on and on about, "You don't need to be with me. Just need to come home and live with me. Trust me, after Christmas, I'll have enough money to take care of us all for the rest of our lives." That's how she is. So, she told me, and I already deleted all the messages like she asked me to. She said, "Hey, I'll give you $3,000 if you can go to my house." Gave me the safe code. Marsha did or ask? >> Yes, Marca did. She said, "You go down there. You can get this and and I need it all taken somewhere, please, because his brothers is trying to get into my house and they want to take me to court and take all of his Harold's guns and everything." I said, "Marca, I'm a felon. I cannot have guns right now. I'm sick of [ __ ] I'm really sick of [ __ ] Was on my way to the doctor right now. And I I don't have no no messages. I don't have So this guys, I'm sorry. I don't >> You know who you don't want to rat on? Someone who's an expert in spilling tea. And in this case, it's scalding. Of course, initially, police don't know what to make of Steven's wild claim, believing it to be a cover story since he's been caught stealing. But when one detective steps away to review the security footage, it clicks because the footage clearly shows Steven standing in front of a safe looking through his phone to get the code to open it. Now, who sent him that code? Marca or her daughter Ashley is up for debate. But one thing is certain, he had a code and someone on the inside wanted him to do this. >> I'm just saying you're being awful truthful with us. So, I didn't want your truth because this woman >> to be to be, you know, contradicted by by >> Okay, I know that. I have not gone to nobody and said anything because I don't have on it. This woman's a psychopath and I'm telling you guys that right now. Harold Allen was her husband. She set a life insurance policy for him. Went and married him. >> Fortunately, detectives don't need the texts from him. Instead, they plan on getting them from Marsha, who scheduled to come in and talk about the breakin. What she doesn't know is that she's going to be talking about a murder instead. >> Did you get all the videos? I sent you 22. >> I'm not sure if I got 22, but I got a lot of them. And I don't I'm not sure that I've been all the way through all of them, but >> Well, the five minute one shows Steven's face, full face. >> Mhm. >> And what cracks me up is he looked in the bedroom and he saw the camera, but the other guy distracted him and forgot all about it. >> And um you called into the sheriff's department yesterday. >> Okay. And so do you think the other guy's Nathaniel? >> I do. I can I know his voice and it sounds like his voice. >> Okay. All right. Um I want to show you some pictures >> of some stuff that was recovered. Just actually these are three rings. >> Tell me if they're my wedding sets. >> I don't think they're I don't think they're wedding sets. And we've re >> I'm not sure. We may have them in some bags and stuff we recover. >> Yeah. But >> that's another thing. They took my own bag and just took everything. They took my gray bag. I'm like, "Really?" >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You recognize that ring? >> Yes. That is his uh dad's ring. >> Whose dad's ring? >> Uh my husband's dad's ring. Here. >> We made two arrests in this case. >> Okay. We arrested um Steven >> and do you know anyone by the name of His actual name is Nathaniel but his first name is Nathaniel but he goes by Kane I guess Kane Napier. >> No. >> Okay. Well Kane had these three rings on him when we arrested him. >> I'm not going to >> Yeah. >> But you just thought you recognized the voice. >> The voice. >> Okay. All right. I was going to ask you to amplify the voice, but no. >> Well, that's where we got these three rings from is when we when we arrested him, he had these three. >> Yeah, he fits the description >> because he was a smart one. He had his gloves on and he kept his mask on. Steven did not. >> Right. >> And I knew it was somebody I knew as soon as I seen him. If you could get his phone, I can I guarantee it's going to be my daughter. He texted him that combination of that safe. Um, so and I was going to ask you a little bit more about that too. >> Three people in the world knew that saved. It was me, my husband, and my daughter. Cuz he gave it to my daughter cuz she kept a little bit of money in there at one time. >> I'm right now. >> Well, my husband's dead. I was in Tennessee and her and Stephen are best friends. >> Okay. So, that would have been you, >> your husband. >> It was Mhm. And my daughter, well, she's denying everything. >> So, what did your daughter, you said you talked to your daughter? What What is she saying? >> She's denying. She goes, "He's trying to drag me down." I'm like, Ashley, I said, "I have proof. If you can get his cell phone, which I don't know if you can or not. Um, it's got all the messages cuz he was on his phone like this and the video and he's punched in the code." So, I know she seen that. >> Yes. I don't have any idea who, you know, >> it' be my daughter >> because there's only three people in the world that know it is me, my husband, and her. >> I didn't do it. I didn't give it out. He died, so he can't give it out. There's one person. Process of elimination. >> Marca really loves helping detectives close a case, even if it means throwing her own daughter under the bus. something she really shouldn't even have thought of doing given the fact that her daughter knows her dirty little secret and doesn't just know it, but was fully in on it and felt the need to tell all of her close friends about what happened. >> How did you know that he was up here? >> She told me. >> Ashley told you? >> Yeah, she told me. >> So when she did you call her when about this or how >> she answered the phone? I texted her. I said, uh, I go, "Do you have anything you want to tell me?" She goes, "What are you talking about?" I said, "I'm very disappointed." I said, "Um, I said, I have evidence of uh what happened." I go, "You might as well just tell me." I don't know what you're talking about. I said, "Well," I said, "You can't call Stephen." I go, "He's in jail." >> I said, "She might as well tell me." I don't know what you're talking about. And I think one of the videos, Ashley says, Stephen Steen says, "I told Ashley uh to plead the fifth if it goes bad in one of the videos. Really? >> Yeah. I think I think that's what he >> I haven't heard that one yet. Like I said, I'm not >> I've watched it like 20 times. I'm like and I think he said Ashley, but if you listen the part where it says plea the fifth, I think he said her name. >> Okay. All right. >> Do you think Ashley would have had something to do with this? >> She had to have. She's the only one who other than me would do knew the combination and I would never give it out to anybody >> ever. He >> He accused you of murdering your husband. I did not murder my husband. >> Okay. Something to the effect of some kind of I don't know some kind of seeds or something basically poisoning poisoning his drink >> that would show him a toxicology report if that happened. >> And was there an autopsy done? >> Yes. There was an autopsy. >> Autopsy and toxicology. He died because he had pericarditis that was undetected. >> He had what? >> Pericarditis. It's the inflam the par heart heart has paricardium around it. >> The lining of the heart that protects the heart when it beats. >> Uh it went undetected. So it went along so long that the paricardium around the heartened and it stopped his heart and he had a little bit of blocked arteries. That's an autopsy report. >> Okay. The autopsy report does in fact say that Harold died of calcifying constrictive paricarditis, a condition that leads to heart failure. Because Harold had pre-existing conditions, the coroner didn't question that being the case. On top of that, the poison that was used to kill Harold isn't tested for in a standard toxicology report. And Marca knows that because both she and her daughter Googled the hell out of it. Yet still, she folds when police ask her this next question. Would you be willing to consent to download to your cell phone? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Do you know how long it takes to download? >> I do not. And I don't want to make any promises. I will >> I will tell you this. We He will get those. I I'll see that he gets >> I have to go to the bank and stuff. >> Okay. >> And they're going to need my information. All of it's on the phone. I don't have it down. >> You want to write it down real quick? God, there's so much stuff in here. >> Because I don't I don't want to I can't tell you for sure exactly when it'll be done. I have no clue. I will tell you that I will see if he can get it done as quickly as possible with you and I'm hopeful that he'll can get it done and we can call you and get you back in here to get it as soon as possible. as soon as possible turned into a lot longer than anyone could have anticipated because what detectives found on her phone, well, they painted an ever worse picture than the one that Steven sold them. Not only had Marca and Ashley worked together to kill Harold, but they had joked about it, commiserated about how long he was taking to die, and dragged his name through the mud in every way possible. The texts were so disturbing that they gave police more than enough to get a search warrant on all the electronics in the home. one that was issued in the dead of night on October 16th, 2023. So, you'll have to pardon the uh outfit. >> Hi, Marca. >> How are you? Here, step out here for us real quick. >> How's it going, Marca? >> Hi, I'm Lieutenant Nicholson with the sheriff's department. We're here today because we got a search warrant for your house. Okay. To go through some stuff. >> Okay. >> And uh so that's what they're here to do, the detectives. And um you can hang out with with uh me and one of the detectives while they do that or and you know maybe I'm sure you got some questions on what's going on. So we'd like to explain some of that. Um but just letting you know what's going on. Okay. >> Okay. Is it living room one of you guys? >> Um yeah, we can go to the living room first. and there in search for and seize evidence of the crime of murder, including not limited to any electronic device, including not limited to any drives that are installed is installed in or attached to any electronic device. >> You have any questions about >> I'm sure you probably got a bunch. >> I do. >> Who's he accusing me of murdering? >> Okay. You uh you read our rights? >> Yeah. >> Can you understand your rights. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, um >> No, that is not >> remember when I brought that up to you when we first started the >> Yes. >> burglary investigation. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, that's what this is about. >> I did not kill him. >> Well, you remember talking to these guys about was about Stephen, right? And Steven was here and we had the video and all that. >> So, then whenever we arrested Stephen, >> he's he accused you of it. Okay. So then all this other stuff that Steven says to us or whatever, you know, pans out. Okay. Just to say it that way. Like he tells us who else was in the house. We figured that out. He told us Ashley gave him the code. That pans out. Everything pans out. So he's like, if we don't look at least look at it, then >> can at least text my parents someone on the phone. >> Um that I'll let someone else let make that decision here in a minute. Okay. Um, so everything panned out. So we wanted to look look into that. That's when Detective Burch brought it up. >> As the items were seized, Marca was brought to the station for proper questioning. And clearly she wasn't too thrilled about it. >> Shut my body camera off since that's on. Marcia, this is the Here's your water. Here's the ordering information. Um, so it was ordered through a place that was called Kimboy LLC. >> What's that? It's some glycol was ordered from says the order source was Peach Pay. So it was paid through Peach Pay. Do you have a Peach Pay account or anything? >> I don't know what Peach Pay is. >> Okay. That's what >> is Peach Pay? >> I'm I'm assuming it's something like PayPal, >> something to that effect. You something like that. I've never actually heard of it before. So >> I haven't either. um says it was for 31.99 and says December 13th, 2022 at 12:09 p.m. >> I know what it is. >> And then here it shows um paid on December 13th, 2022 at 609. You can look at it, too. I'm just trying to read it as I'm [sighs] >> I still don't know what that is. >> What's that? Okay. >> Yeah. No, I have no idea. >> Okay. >> Yeah, >> but you see what I'm talking about where it says it's billing to Lynn Allen and that's your address, right? 328 >> says shipping Lin Allen and your address again. >> The phone number that's associated with it, is that Ashley's number? I don't know. >> Okay. >> I mean, >> it's not your number though. >> No, mine is >> Okay. >> And all this other stuff on here, just little order notes. Says ethylene glycol highly pure EG times one shipped via UPS on December 14th, 2022. The tracking number and it's got a tracking number on it. The 1 Z0425 WX0303744149. Order has been exported to ship station. Order status change from pending payment to processing. [snorts] So, all right. And we have you in here. There's your water. If you need to use a restroom, let us know you're not under arrest. You've been read your right. You still understand all your rights. Correct. Mhm. >> This is the very same sheet that Marca used to order ethylene glycol from. Now, though it doesn't look like much, this is some nasty stuff. Ethylene glycol, which is found in antifreeze, is highly toxic to mammals. If ingested even in minuscule amounts, it can cause kidney failure, heart failure, extreme pain, vomiting, confusion, and seizures. So, why would Marca, who worked at a front desk, ever need to purchase such a thing? The answer is simple really. >> Did he have a life policy? >> He had u one year's pay and then he had 50,000 life insurance after that and that was it. >> Like one year pay through where he worked was that >> yeah work >> where he was it is >> okay. And then um and then that was the 50,000 also through the life instruction as well. Okay. Okay. I had actually heard um that maybe Ashley your your daughter Ashley since there's two Ashley's your daughter Ashley I actually heard that um she may have taken some of that money or stole some of that money was that >> I don't have proof of that but I had taken actually I fought for disability because from the moment you died until the regular I were crying. Constantly cried. And then uh I took it out and put it in the safe. I had like maybe 15 20,000 in there. But when I went back to put it back into my savings, I only had like three $4,000 left >> and it was in the safe. >> It was in the safe and I didn't have cameras at the time. So I couldn't prove anything. >> But the only person I think you told the detective at one point that knew that >> Ashley and my husband. >> Okay. Did you ever confront her about that or ask her about >> No, because I couldn't prove it. >> Okay. Do you think that's probably where she bought the car? >> I did mention it to her. I said, she she said maybe his family came over and went through things. >> Okay. >> I said his family doesn't have a key to the house on the combination. >> Was that shortly before Steven broke in? >> Yeah. Okay. So, the money was missing and >> that's when she came back and I got her tags in the [snorts] tags and title one. >> Was um was the reason was the reason for the cameras because the money went missing? >> No. >> Or just >> I had never left my cats alone for that long before and I had a bad feeling. I thought maybe one of them would have died or something. And I felt bad if I didn't know about it. I got to keep an eye on my cats. >> Mhm. >> I didn't never in my life would have thought I would have caught anybody coming in the house. That shocked me. >> Especially somebody you know. And >> it was that scared me. I'm still scared. That's why I got the security surveillance cameras because every time I hear noise, I jump. Every I look at all outside cameras before I even go outside to work because I don't want anybody to come out and jump at me. Right. Was there any any reason you think anyone else I mean or maybe even Ashley would would have wanted to hurt Harold? >> No. >> Maybe she knew that there was a a life policy and >> life policy wasn't that big. It wouldn't make sense. >> Yeah. >> It doesn't make sense. I >> mean, was he mean to you? Was he to her? >> No. >> He was he wasn't like he wasn't mean to the kids or anything like that where she would have >> had kind of of way or or some some reason for any kind of retaliation. >> I don't understand. >> Okay. >> In order for her to do this, she had been [snorts] doing this for a while and I didn't even see it. >> Though Marcia claims that everything was hunky dory with her husband, the text she sent her daughter paints a completely different picture. like in this text from December 2nd, 18 days before his death when he came to Marca expressing his love for her. And Marsha responded with, "WTF, bro?" >> So, I told you, you know, Ashley's she's they're picking her. Did you know that she was arrested? So, you didn't even know that that she was arrested. >> So, um we we ended up getting a warrant for her for for burglary. Or maybe it was you know, just a burglary or whatever because she didn't actually break into your house, but knew that she had communicated with Stephen. You know, >> I'm shocked. I'm so shocked >> that she gave him the code and stuff like that. >> She said she wouldn't even talk to him. >> And then she said that uh she checked in on him and that he was in town with his mother, visiting his mother, >> but they were like talking talking. >> We made that drive out there to go talk to her. Um they said these are serious accusations. We just we want to get to the bottom of it. Um you know she said some things you know in the messages and whatnot that you know led us to believe that you know she could have some involvement in this. So obviously we wanted to talk to her about it. You know I'll just be honest with you. I mean, I I know that something I mean, just from the messages alone, not including other stuff that is going to come to light, but that that something something was done to him. Um, and I just that's what we want to get to the that's what we want cleared up and that's what we want to find out. It was either either her, you know, Ashley had had some reasoning behind something to to hurt him or do something. >> I don't understand it. >> I It's We're We're really trying to wrap our minds around it, too, because uh you know, unless these messages mean something totally different that he's going that we'll show you here in just a little bit. He's printing off. Um, I mean, it's hard to understand, you know, it's hard to understand why um this would would happen, but um but if you know that she did something, I don't want you I know it's your daughter and I have daughter. I have kids. I have I have three daughters. I have one son and I know how hard that would be. Um they're young, mine, you're not as old as as Ashley. So, my kids haven't had the chance to betray me the way that your daughter has betrayed you. Um, and I I can't imagine the situation being in that situation that you're in, but I just want you to know that we are talking to you first. And if you do know something that she did to make sure that you tell me today because when we talk to her, I don't think she's going to hold back. >> I have a feeling that things are twisted. >> Looks like one thing that's not. So tell me why why do you think what's your what's what's your natural like thought of what why you like why you think that >> when it comes to her through the years she's she's knew this since she was a child she'll like say things and I always call it telling the truth without telling the truth she'll say something maybe it sound like she's joking or something, but actually telling the truth. Like when she was in school, she would skip school and say she wasn't she was there, but she wasn't there. Stuff like that. >> Mhm. >> So you think >> I'm just trying to figure out what the crap's going on. >> Marca knows what the crap is going on. She got caught. What she doesn't know is how she's going to weasle her way out of it, especially with the evidence that police are about to present to her. >> But what I want to show you is this. So, um, this is from your phone. It says Ashley Jones. And that's the number, right? 521. It's hard for me to see my >> Whose number that is? >> Yeah. I remember getting that. >> You remember me telling you about the screenshots like of the orders? I mean, that's that's what that is. Like there's a picture that she she had the the order pulled up on. >> Unfortunately, just on that piece of paper, you can't see it. But then and then this is you to her. It says, "How much do you need?" >> She asks [snorts] me for money all the time. mainly is for her cigarettes or she wants to go out of state and she smokes wine >> and I wanted to show you this here. Okay, so you guys talk back and forth and some of it's you know like you asked how much you need there. So that's like the UPS tracking code for this ethylene glycol. >> She sent me UPS tracking code for everything >> that she orders Christmas. I never look at them. >> Well, this one was sent from you. So, right, >> that would have been sent for her. That's a USPS is what that is. >> Is this Is this the name of the of the company? >> Yeah, she was asking if that was the name of the company. >> Marcia was asking, right? >> Right. Right. The green is Marsha and the blue is >> So, you asked her if this is the company and you took it there. There was a screenshot of this place in Texas and then she says, "I don't know, but this is the code." And then that code is the is the match to the what shipped on which is the ethylene glycol. That's that's why we had our concerns over the so much Christmas stuff coming and so many things coming. But no, I did not know about that. You know, I should start looking for crap. I'm too damn interesting. >> Was 100% a half gallon of ethylene glycol. >> You [snorts] sent a picture of 7.5 ounces per can. >> You said these are 7.5. She asked if they have bigger or she says they don't have bigger LOL. And she says I get a couple two lers. So it's more like 12 to 14 ounce drink topped with ice cream. So you talk about that. So So the root, but you see what I'm saying? The root beer, that's why we're concerned because there's the root beer floats is confirmed in your text messages >> and then there's the ethylene glycol that was ordered and sent to your house and you say you don't know anything about that. >> No, >> there is no doubt that ethylene glycol was purchased on December 14th and used to kill Harold just 6 days later on the 20th. But when police move to a different room to show Marca all the messages on their computer, they dive into something even more shocking. The five attempted poisonings before the ethylene glycol finally killed him. >> So, there's a lot of messages here. We'll just go all the way back to the very beginning. >> Um, which actually starts like in September, I believe. There is something in here I did want to ask you. So, I'm trying to find it. I apologize. There's a lot to go through. Okay. So, so Ashley says, "I bet I I bet he did. I know you're tired from being a certain way." Lol. You said it's exhausting. He said, "Been there. I know being fake hurts." You said, "I pretended to fall asleep from exhaustion cuz ooh, you know what he wanted." She said, "Ooh." And well, it was half true. Lol. You were tired. You could could have had it been the right person, but you were tired. >> Lol. That's not a lie. You said he tries to pick arguments constantly and calls it >> passion debate. She said, "That is annoying and makes me mad, so I know you're beyond over it." Said, "I made a joke about Pete Rose and you thought I cut his >> Oh, yeah. got really mad. >> So, I guess what I'm asking >> did, but not >> right. And I mean, and I know and and that's one of the things I wanted to show you because I know no marriage is perfect. I'm been married. I love my wife. Sometimes we get into it. Sometimes there's things that I do that aggravate her and vice versa. >> Um, but I wanted to ask you about the being fake part. Like, what did she mean by that? And >> I don't know what she meant by that. She says crap like that all the time. So, did you and Harold have a good relationship? I mean, >> we did. I mean, just typical everyday get on your nerves type stuff, but nothing major, >> right? She says he's or you say he's negative as usual. Stops when he sees my face. My anxiety is off the charts. Massie busy spell just hit him. He's trying to shake it off. Yeah, he's like I said, he also started a new diabetic medication that didn't agree with him, too. >> Mhm. So, I'm sorry your anxiety is going nuts and dizzy spells. Yep. When do y'all hear back? Hopefully soon. Was he at the doctor May of You were in the ER? >> Yeah, we were in the ER. >> Okay. >> He did. He almost passed out his M. He broke out my slit. >> You said there's numbness in facing his jaw. So, I'm gonna go back a little bit before that. >> You just >> Oh, the picture. >> Yeah. I don't know what she looks like now. I haven't seen her in a while. [music] >> Okay. There's a picture of him sitting there with his It looks like >> Uhhuh. a plate with some food on it. >> Yeah, he was asleep. He He falls asleep with his food in his mouth. >> It was just scary. >> Okay. >> He has sleep apnnea, too. >> Or had sleep apnnea. But she says, "How's it going?" LOL. Then you send that picture. >> Then she says, "Oh, let me know when it's gone." LOL. probably his food. >> You said he ate all almost all. >> Oh, it's food. Yeah. >> She said it was large but good. >> You said I think he ate most of it. Don't you? She said I think so. >> Mhm. >> You said he's asleep snoring. >> He always snores. >> And you said she said for realo. She says laugh out loud. He's on the toilet pooping and mowing. So, >> yeah, he had a the flu. >> On September 14th, 2022, Ashley Jones, Marsha's daughter, purchased pong pong seeds online. Pong pong seeds are a highly toxic, highly bitter substance that if ingested, can result in death in as quickly as 3 hours. Text evidence proved that Ashley and Marca plan to mash the seeds up and put them in brownies to mask the taste. And as Harold ate them, Marca texted Ashley with glee, sending this photo of him unknowingly eating poison. >> Okay, so you said, "I am irritated and can't sleep. This is on November 28th." >> Mhm. >> Can't sleep peacefully. I need this to be over. It's hanging on by threads. And he's mean and narcissistic. Like it's hanging on by threads. What's its? >> My nerves. >> He snaps and acts all sweet and innocent like I am being mean to him for days now. >> Mhm. I'm fighting a scratchy throw. I hate this. Ashley said to you, "You need to rest away from him." Fr. For real. For real. Is that what that means? >> I wish you could go away for the night or nap at Nanny's and come back not to look too crazy. Laugh out loud. And he so nice. >> And then she says, "And it is hanging on by a thread. It's so long because he's big, moves slow, and has to build." Mhm. >> And you say I wish it would reach its climax and be done. Lol. She says agreed. >> She said close though. It's sentence than that. You said he's snoring on and off. If he moved around it would go faster. >> Yes. If he got moving it would be faster, but we we know he won't. You said no. He has never moved much. And you start talking about food, mac and cheese. >> Yeah, he was sick and I wish he would have wore his sleep at night mask, but he just never would. And then he would stop breathing. I hate that part. >> What are you talking about it going faster though? >> His sickness, the flu. >> Obviously, detectives aren't buying Marsha's lies here because a closer look at these texts show an even clearer picture of just how callous their discussions were about the poison not working fast enough. I just want it done. Lol. Me too. Like beyond over, lol. What's taking so long? And I wish it would reach its climax and be done. I agree. If he moved around, it would go faster. Yes, if he got moving, it would go faster, but we know he won't. Do you know how absolutely cold and calculating you have to be to be angry that the person you're poisoning isn't moving around enough to die faster? But there's something else they were angry about, too. The fact that Harold wasn't going to work to make them more money. He is stupid. He needs to go to work or he'll get fired. This needs to end for real. Almost 48 hours. >> So, you said he hasn't gotten out of bed. This is on December 1st. >> Mhm. >> He hasn't gone out of bed. Just goes from side to side. >> Mhm. >> He's in the bathroom again. He's drinking and taking those meds from the hospital. >> Mhm. He had to go back after that and get antivirals cuz it couldn't quit diarrhea. Um, he said, "Really? Well, that sucks. I found," she said, Ashley said, "I found something I can show you later that might help." He said, "Okay." I go on break in four minutes. She's back to playing video games. She said 32 bucks. Said not bad. It will be here >> in Monday if we order today. >> Do I send you 32? >> That's what it says. And yes, please. Sent. Ordered. You know what you got the word then? >> And then you said now we need to fix it. Lol. She said we go this. I think she meant we got this. >> You said be gone. You don't have any idea what you're talking about there? >> And we order so much stuff for Christmas stuff. I have no idea. >> I know we order some COVID tests and stuff. >> Anything you can remember though that would have prompted her response? Like >> she always says be God so we be she said that her whole entire life. about everything. Do >> you see why it's a little concerning though when the car suspicious? Yes. >> By December 1st, the pair was so fed up that Harold wasn't dying fast enough that they bought another poison. This time, water hemlock, which they overnighted to their home. Marca repeatedly warned her daughter about not touching the poisonous root as she helped prepare it, prompting her daughter to respond. "Oh, I know I'll need to wear gloves and have some time alone to prepare the root." I wasn't ready for him to go. >> Kai. >> No. Harold. >> Harold. >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry. >> I didn't think it'd be that quick. We've only been together since 2019. >> Marca was so devastated by her husband's fast descent in health that she sent texts like this. >> You said like, "What's taking so long? He's off balance. said he had trouble getting out of the car. >> Mhm. >> She said the wait, it takes 12 hours for a woman at 180 to fill anything. You do the math. Laugh out loud. It's slow. >> So, I mean, there's a I mean, like I said, I would almost call it, you know, evidence of of this happening. >> And I feel very strongly, Marcia. Honestly, I mean, I'm just being honest with you, okay? I feel very strongly that when we get these results back that he's going to have that in his system. >> Well, if it is, it will surprise me. >> Okay. But if there's something that you know that that you guys did to either try to help him that you thought it was helping him to just go ahead and you know pass I mean now's your time to let me know that because I can that's maybe something that we can you know we can explain you know to the to whoever we need to try to explain that to that you know look I don't you know they weren't they didn't just they're not just out killing people every day. This was a one-time thing that they thought they were actually helping the guy instead of, you know, and who knows? I mean, that may be that's that's totally different than pulling a gun out and shooting somebody in the head, you know. >> I won't be very upset if it shows that cuz I have no idea. I mean, I Something's upsetting me because I I did not kill him. Who did? >> As far as I know, he has heart condition. Did >> Okay, let's we we get the results back. >> Yeah. >> And it says there was ethylene glycol in his system. How did that get there? >> If you didn't do it, you didn't know anything about it. >> How did that happen? >> We both made the root beer floats. So, I did not put anything in anyone's drink. I didn't even know we had anything like that there. Was there ever a chance when Ashley could have put something in there? >> I have no idea. She She lived with >> Did you watch her? So, did you watch her? >> That's what I'm asking. >> I did not watch her the whole time. No, I did not. >> Okay. And who all was there that night again? >> It was me, Harold, Ashley, Ashley, and the girls. And we all had root beer floats. Every every single one of us. >> The girls or I'm assuming you're talking about Violet. >> Yes, we all had them. Okay. Unfortunately for Marsha, the water himlock didn't work. Though she tried to put it in chili on December 9th, a Sprite on December 11th, and a margarita on December 12th, Harold managed to fight through immense pain to stay alive. Completely unaware that his wife and stepdaughter were trying to kill him day after day until finally on the 14th, they ordered ethylene glycol, which they mixed into root beer floats. >> I don't really think I have anything else. She's answered about everything that we've asked her. >> Yeah. >> Like I said, you figure something out about ethylene geriously. I'm just put this in your office for now if that's all right. >> Yeah. >> Shut this off there. >> Yeah. >> Without a warrant issued for her arrest, police were forced to let Marsha go. Ultimately, this would be a massive yet unavoidable mistake because Marsha knew she was caught. In the meantime, they managed to extradite her daughter, Ashley, from Missouri on burglary charges. But the burglary was the least of her concern. >> All right, Ashley. I'm Detective Ber with the Sheriff's Department here. This is Lieutenant Nicholson. This >> Yes. Um, we're not going to talk to you about, okay? That's not what we're here to talk about. Um, we actually we uh talked to your mom yesterday for four or five hours. Um, we had to talk to her about some things. She answered some questions for us. So, we were going to talk to you about some of that. Okay. Before we do that, I am going to read you your rights cuz you're in custody. So, like I said, your mom was in here yesterday. We uh talked to her for quite a while. Um, a lot of what we talked about was about the death of Harold. We have some text messages from your mom's phone. She can send it to a download and there was some text messages on there that we had some concern about the uh meaning of those text messages. Um, we have a order where some ethylene glycol was ordered on December 13th. I think it was December 13th, December 14th. Um, the ethylene glycol arrived at the address of your [snorts] mom's out um on December 19th. on December 20th, your uh Harold ended up passing away. So, that's kind of what we're here to talk about. Do you know anything about the ethylene glycol? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Um ethylene glycol was ordered. Um ethylene glycol is like a chemical. Um I believe my understanding is that it's like an indent in um fruits. Okay. So, that stuff is ordered on December the 13th. Like I said, it arrived at your mom's house on December 19th. It has um the mailing address, I believe, is the correct address out there. Is that right? >> I think so. >> Okay. So, it has that mailing address on it. Um it has a phone number on it that I believe is yours. What's your rel is your relationship with your mom good? >> Yes and no. I kind of just put up with what she does. She's always try to drag me into whatever she gets into. And >> she's always trying to drag in stuff. You see, >> anytime I get any type of financial gain on my own, you know, like how I sold my house, she wants it. >> Well, you're young, Ashley. You're you're young. How old are you now? >> 29. You're only 29 years old. You got a 5-year-old daughter at home. >> I know it. >> You got a fiance that's I don't know how old she is, but she's got a young child as well. There's people out there that need you. >> I know. >> And I'm not sure that you understand me completely, but I mean, this is very important. I mean, because there's some damning stuff and and and I want you to be honest with me because that's probably the only only option and and it's the only way. If you know something, if you know something, now's the time to tell us so we can >> I know she said she wanted out. >> That's all. That, as you've seen from the text messages, is not all. Throughout the interrogation, Ashley continues to claim that she was helping her mom, but wasn't actively assisting with Harold's murder. And in case you're wondering what Ashley considers a good relationship, here are her texts talking about her own daughter, including effing whip her good. I'm so sick of that kid. It's not funny. Take care of them while sick, then she acts like a dumb. Mean as to me. Let her starve. I hate that kid. And the worst of the worst. She can die for real and I wouldn't cry. She just sits and does nothing looking fat, ugly, and stupid. Just a reminder, this was about a child under the age of 10. >> The the text messages we had, they don't look good. Okay, that's that's what we're getting at. >> They don't look good, but they could mean different things. But in the end, we know what happened, you know, but the text messages don't look good. But then there could be explanations for those messages. Like if you're not if you're not knowing, you know, what what's going on or whatever. So that's one thing. But if you do know, then, you know, that's that's really important because there's, like I said, there's a mountain a mountain. [clears throat] But, you know, I was asking about your relationship with her because I I want to know, I mean, if it's not good or or whatever, would she would she um ultimately blame this on you to get out of it? >> God, I'd hope not cuz I didn't do it. >> Well, we know somebody did. 40 minutes into the interrogation where cops have actually been going really easy on Ashley given the horrific discoveries in her text messages, she cracks. And now it's time to throw her mom under the bus to try and save herself. >> Somebody float that might be float. >> My mother did, >> honestly. >> Okay. So, your mom put it in there because she wants him gone. >> Yes. >> And she wants it to be just you and her. >> Yeah. Which was never going to be. She's always tried to sabotage every relationship, everything I've been in, and try to micromanage how I raise my daughter. >> Okay. So, she puts the ethylene glycol in there. She had you help her. How? >> She would just have me get her information on things. >> Okay, >> that's it. >> So, there's a text message. Okay. And this is what I need cleared up for you. There's a text message where she asks you if this is the right stuff and you respond, I don't know. Which that's good, but it is from Texas because it the what she sent you was from this company in Texas and it was.5 gallons of ethylene glycol. So then the next thing is a message I believe and I don't want to tell you wrong but this somewhere around this vicinity is time frame there's another message that's sent that shows $31.99 is how much it cost mom asked you do I need to send you $32. So my question is did she ask you to help by placing the order for her? And this is very important that we know if she's asking you to do this or if you just did it. >> She asked me to place order for her. Yeah. >> For the ethylene glycol >> for something like that. Yeah. From Texas. >> You you're doing very very well. Okay. You're doing very good. You're helping us. You're doing great. >> The name of it was then that's what it was. >> But you you do remember it being ethane, right? >> Yes. >> Kind of a tough question. Okay. So, there in the messages after all that happens, the the there's a few days that pass on the 19th, this this arrives, um you sent her a message that says there's a delivery. We have a delivery or you have a delivery meeting. >> Um was it in a was it was it by itself? Was it in a box? >> It was in a box. >> Okay. >> With the shipping. Okay. And you knew what it was cuz it's the same. >> I'm pretty sure I knew what it was. Yeah. >> Okay. Cuz she goes directly right after you told her, you know, hey, your your package is here that he's in for root beer floats tonight. Talking about Harold. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you do know and that's okay. I mean, it's human nature to lie to try to You didn't know what was going on and what were you're asking. So that that's fine. Um, so so you didn't know about her her wanting these root beer floats. Did she have you research that? Like what was the best thing to to use or does he really like root beer floats a lot? >> No, that's his favorite. >> Okay. So it wasn't like >> a random she decided. >> Okay. Um, so it comes the root beer floats. Did he get home late that night like you said like 6:30? Is that true? >> Home late. >> So that's the 19th. And soon as he gets home or is there time that passes or when did the root beer floats come into? [clears throat] >> Um, well he went about his usual, you know, to shower, get wind down, and then I think after dinner is what she made floats for everybody. >> Okay. >> Not us, but the three of them. There was some conversation about um not being able to have ice in it and the I I assume the root beer float. Do you remember that? >> Oh yeah. She said um it's going to make the ice melt. I said well I think so >> cuz it's a freeze thing. Yeah. >> I said I'm pretty sure. >> So she asked you if the ethylene glycol would make the ice melt. Yeah. >> Who who looked up or or found out that ethylene glycol doesn't have like any taste or smell or anything like that? Do you remember who? >> That was her. >> Okay. And did she mention that to you? Like like he's not able to smell this, taste it? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Ashley was obviously much more involved than she's claiming. In fact, during the first attempted poisoning using brownies, she researched how to mask the bitter flavor of the poisonous seeds and even went and bought the ingredients. That's that's something I want to give you the opportunity because like I said, we, you know, we come in here and, you know, we're just as investigators, we're trained to try to be, you know, sneaky and this and that and then we just I told you I was like, I'm just going to tell you what's going on. So, I I want to keep doing that. I wanted to tell you like I think that you have some stuff probably bought. I mean I mean there's no way around the way that he went that it wasn't absolutely horrible and >> I guarantee it was awful. >> And if that is you know the case, you know, there's probably some stuff that you would want to get off your chest, but um did your mom ever tell you about anything about how he went? >> Right. Um, right after and everything, she was in a one of her little depression spirals over everything. She was talk about how karma is going to get her and she's going to have to feel some sort of pain the same, but that's all she said. >> Okay. >> So, what did I mean? What do you recall of of of him and what she did to him? I mean, like just explain to me how what his death was. >> Can you be aware? >> Explain to me like what you heard. um if you saw anything like how horrible his it was for him like if there was if there was stuff that you would like to talk about to tell us I mean that's going to help us with the timeline knowing like when he started feeling pain when he was sick. >> I know that um the morning after she said she'd done what she'd done. She said he was acting delirious like he was drunk. You know >> when you say the morning after he done what he had done >> she done what she done. >> Um >> she made her little floats. >> Okay. >> He said that he was acting loopy and saying silly things and and then he was getting sick. >> When did she tell you that? That was probably when she said come here. She said he's acting delirious like he's drunk. He threw up once. >> She told you to come there that he was acting delirious >> to her desk. Yeah. >> Okay. >> This is a >> So that was that. I'm sorry. I want to clarify >> that was when she said she come here. >> Yeah. In the text. >> Yeah. I went up to her desk. >> Okay. And that's and that's exactly what I was talking about with that's good because that's exactly what I wanted to know for the time. >> You triggered it. It triggered it. Like I said, I'm not trying to be uncooperative. >> No, you're doing fine. >> And that's why that's why we try to help you remember like a while ago with root beer floats. I was telling you, you know, >> um >> so at 7:55 approximately that morning, >> um your mom when your mom text you to come here, she was telling you then that he was acting delirious. >> Yeah. like he was >> like he was drunk or loopy, however it was, >> you know, on whatever. >> Okay. See, that really helps with our timeline because we know at 7:55 then he was still alive, but he was feeling really bad, >> right? Is that fair for me to >> Yeah. >> say? Okay. Okay. >> How how much I mean do do you do you remember him hearing or knowing that he was in pain? Not the days you're talking about >> the the 20th the day he died. >> I don't remember hearing anything out of him about um I think it was 12 or 1 she was screaming. He's gone. That's when all the drama started. Before then I was just doing what I normally do. >> Okay. >> And that's when I went back there. >> Was she >> for the first time? >> Was she faking the drama, you think? Or was she like you think she was sorry she did what she did? >> I don't think she feels any remorse honestly. >> So you think that she was just like faking that so when anybody come? [snorts] >> She's very good at that my whole life. Very manipulative. >> Okay. >> Ashley has thrown her mom under the bus, but it's all for nothing because the police know about Ashley's full involvement. So she's just provided them with more proof about her role in the murder of Harold. And at Marsha's home, as Ashley's being interrogated, they're about to discover that only one of them will be facing the justice system. There's something wrong. The the on. Yeah, I'll tell them. >> 363611. Can you put a 1052 on standby this location, please? We need to keep them lack they wouldn't be allowed to come up here. >> I think >> they can come up here. I just I think we know what we're getting ready to find. Police were called to do a welfare check on Marsha's home after her parents hadn't heard from her in several hours. Inside, they discovered Marsha dead by her own hands. >> Are you all done? >> Thank you. >> Good. Thank you. Here. >> You haven't got to talk to me yet, have you? >> No, sir. >> My name is Jesse and I'm a sergeant here in the detective's office. >> Okay. So, I'm here to talk to you about something completely different. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um, it's not going to be an easy conversation. Okay. >> [snorts] >> Um, after your mom was here yesterday and spoke with us, we got a call to go check on her welfare um at her home and she's passed away. >> What? >> She's she passed away. >> What happened? >> Without going into a lot of detail, um, >> what' you get him to tell me? >> She It appeared that there was something ingested possibly. um and pass away mon. You're serious. >> I I'm 100% serious. Yes. That is what we >> what you think anyway. >> That's what we believe happened. Yes. Oh god. >> I'm in shock. I'm sorry. Sorry. >> Nope. Please, there's nothing to apologize for. Um, I felt it was necessary to let you know that um, [snorts] like I said, as of right now, we that is what we we believe happened. I can answer whatever questions you might have to the best of my ability if you have any. Oh god. She didn't leave no note, no nothing. You didn't tell me or >> There might have been one of >> my grandparents. >> Um there might have been a note that was left. I don't know exactly the contents of the note right now. Um so I I don't know. >> You don't know anything about my grandparents, do you? >> They're aware. >> Oh god. Um they're the ones that actually called our department because they were not able to get a hold of her um and requested we come out and do a welfare check. Um >> and she's and she's gone. >> Correct. >> I'm not trying to be rude. I just don't >> No, it's don't know how to take it. >> Right. >> Like we have our differences, but they hope nobody, you know. >> [snorts] >> She's really gone. It's not just some type of joke. >> I I promise you I don't joke like this. I I I want to be as honest and as open as we possibly can. Um and this this would be a very cruel joke that would not serve anybody any purpose. But I completely understand, you know, the way you would It doesn't seem real right now. >> I just follow you or follow me right here. >> Following this devastating news, Ashley was taken into custody on the robbery charges for her mother's home. But soon, after giving her some time to process the news of her mom's death, police came to her with new charges. So, we wanted to tell you in person that you are under the arrest for the murder of Harold. Okay? And conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder. >> That's what you're going to be charged with. Okay? >> That's something that you can ask the courts or you can you can find your own attorney as well. >> Okay. >> All right. >> I just want to make you aware of that. Okay. Ultimately, Ashley bore the full charges of murdering her stepfather with her mother, Marsha Allen. She was sentenced to 50 years in prison, where she remains to this day. However, police have suspicions that Ashley may never be a free woman because she's currently under investigation for another murder, the murder of her ex-husband, [music] Ten Jones, who died mysteriously in 2019, just days after he received a large inheritance from his great-grandfather. because he died in Indiana with her and his family lived in Kentucky. His family didn't find out about his death until he had already been cremated. No toxicology was done on him prior to his cremation. Ashley told the family nonchalantly that he had died of alcohol poisoning. But is that the truth? Ashley's actions following her arrest would make you think otherwise. Because while in jail in 2024, awaiting trial, she spoke to a friend, Anita, and asked if she could help her with a hit list of people who she believed helped put her behind bars. Clearly, the death of her mother, her murdering her stepfather, and losing her kids wasn't enough for her to take a little time to reflect. That list written under the guise of a prayer list was handed off to Anita while Ashley told her the details of how to get rid of them. Little did Ashley know, Anita was wearing a wire. >> So, um I'm going to let you talk and tell me what happened, but um just uh a couple things that I wanted you to know that we that we heard or that we thought we heard. I just want to make sure as a that there was um a high powered rifle mentioned and maybe two shots to the neck >> right here. She said you people get guns scopes high power rifles right here. Severs every nerve and kills you instantly [snorts] right here. Okay. I mean >> so that's how she was wanting these people taken out >> actually specifically. [snorts] Okay. This is Steven White's mother. This is her handwriting, not mine. >> So, she wrote all this. >> Yes. Prayer. These guys are in that pod. Okay. This is her Facebook account. [snorts] This is so I can stay in touch with her. She wants me to find him. She wants me to find her probo. Okay. >> My goal. >> That's 2020. [snorts] She said it's her grandmother's mom's apartment that if my black Ram truck is parked there, [snorts] may still have Indiana tag. She did this is look for a permanent. [snorts] This is the layout of the permanent building where she's wanting them to shoot. >> I told her about the >> Who were they wanting? Who was she wanting her to shoot? >> Ashley and she was to take out the little girl. I don't know if you guys heard that. [snorts] >> Okay. Well, she'll be on the other one. >> Yes. So, who's on the hit list that she told you just now today that she wants >> Steven, Teresa White, Steven's mother, and she [snorts] always carries a gun here or here. Uh, her, these two have to be first, she said, than her. [snorts] Um, if we have to kidnap her, okay, because she said the best thing to catch her [snorts] is to catch her outside smoking. And that's when she said, "Because she don't smoke in her mother's house, catch her when she's outside with a high prior rifle and get her like right there >> and it kills you instantly right here." >> And if not, um, [snorts] uh, follow her out of the apartment complex. She drew that. And then I put it in my little paperwork. >> So Ashley drew that. That's a map of the apartment complex where [snorts] Ashley Ne. >> So what brought this on? Like Pat, what what was said that made her start writing stuff down? >> I said, I've been in O. I said and I said she said the prayer and she said when I went back there she was locked down and I did have a razor in my room. >> And she said what's going on? I said I don't know. I said maybe something happened in the jail. And well couldn't find out. She said that they took her it was a razor attack. I said, "I'm getting no R." I said, "I don't know how long it's going to take." I said, "But um my attorney is going to the courthouse now." And she was like, "Oh my god." And she sat down and she started writing things. And then she was like, "People had um high power rifles." I was like, and I said, "They're traveling pastor preacher or pastor." Okay. And she said because of scope they can just take her out when she goes out to smoke. Okay. [snorts] >> And I was talking about >> need >> Did she say wanted Ashley taken out? >> Because she uh she said she was there when she poisoned Harold. >> Did she did she say that on that recording that you had today? >> Yes, sir. All that is on here. [snorts] >> She said You didn't you didn't bring it up at all. >> No. >> Okay. >> No, she volunteered and she even said something >> here. >> You're fine. >> She said something uh [snorts] about Did you hear IP addresses and [ __ ] like that? >> Really hard to hear [snorts] and sometimes it's we can tell when she had that tape. >> Oh, that's fine. That's good. >> You know, but I will testify. >> Okay. >> I know you guys. But today, she said today that Ashley Neves was there when she poisoned Harold. >> Yes. >> Today on the recording? >> Yes. >> Did Does Ashley Neves know that she poisoned Did she know that she poisoned Harold? >> Did she say? >> She didn't say. >> Okay. >> And you just stayed quiet then. You didn't talk about You just let >> We read cards and she was like, "I told you you're going home." And um she was like, "I'm so happy." She was like, "Please." And you know, I said, "Well, I said the traveling pasture had and she said what about silencers that's >> you said you called when you said traveling pastor you were talking about the black white boys >> no I was talking about the person just I made that I threw that in >> okay >> because that's what we was going to have that number I just threw that in because I >> Okay, that's fine. That's fine. I just wanted to clarify. >> Right. Right. [snorts] >> What did she say that she wanted you to do with this information? What she wanted >> this is a hit list. >> She doesn't want you to kill him, right? I mean, no, she's she I mean, this conversation today is almost like she thinks that maybe I'm going to be riding with him or or something. And then she was like, "Well, tell the boys >> that they if if they kill her outside of the truck, leave her part setting. >> If they kill her inside of the truck, leave it set away. It's coming back to her." Ashley Neves was Ashley Jones's ex-girlfriend who had a young daughter, one that Ashley Jones apparently had no problem with having killed alongside her. The hit list included Steven, Nathaniel, their mother, and of course, anyone who got in the way of killing Ashley Neves. But that wasn't all that Ashley Jones allegedly told Anita. Now, we use allegedly because we haven't heard footage of her admitting this, and no charges have been brought against her for the death of her ex-husband. But as you listen to Anita tell this story where Ashley's ex-husband's name is redacted, ask yourself, how would she know this information if Ashley hadn't told her herself? >> Was kind of curious about some of the stuff she said about Can you just kind of tell me about what all she said? >> She said she um used on him. >> So she didn't she I want to clarify. She didn't say no. >> Okay. >> She used insulin on him. Um, and he is cremated in Scott County. Her mother, >> she used insulin on him to what? >> Kill him. Okay. >> And she got life insurance, which is in her daughter's name. [snorts] And that uh because the other day I didn't know his name. I said T, remember? >> But she she is very upset because her she was a mastermind and she did all this and her mother was turning on her. >> Did she say she killed? >> Yes. >> So she said she killed >> Yes. And only insulin or did she say she >> insulin? >> She didn't say the rice or anything else that she did. >> No, maybe she did say rice. >> Okay. >> Rice because you can't detect that. >> Um, and insulin because insulin whether you're diabetic or not kills you, I guess. >> And she definitely mentioned that she killed him and that she got away with it. >> Yes. >> Anybody tried to talk to her about it? >> No. >> She didn't say anybody's >> No. And she said the only reason why she got called on this is because Steven Light got greedy and took her mother's one karat diamond which had sapphires on the side of it in a flash ring and he was only supposed to take them. And then um uh >> and she didn't say that on the tape. She told you that prior. >> Yes. head. >> As of the publishing of this video, no additional charges have been brought against Ashley regarding these hits or her alleged poisoning of her ex-husband. Our thoughts are with Ashley's children, Terson's family, and the beloved family of Harold, who should still have him and his brilliant smile in their lives. Thank you for watching today's video.
