on November 26 2022 an officer was on
patrol when he observed a vehicle
traveling at a high rate of speed in La
Crosse Wisconsin due to the vehicle
traveling 42 miles per hour in a 25 mile
per hour Zone the officer initiated a
traffic stop
the driver was identified as 22 year old
