On April 12th, 2026, officers were dispatched in response to an active battery incident. The caller reported that a male subject had battered multiple individuals. >> STOP [ __ ] SAYING YOU. I'm so hurt right now. >> According to publicly available records, the man was charged with felony fleeing and eluding law enforcement and misdemeanor resisting an officer, both of which remain pending with a hearing scheduled. He was also charged with obstruction without violence, felony destruction of evidence, and drug possession. However, those charges appear to have been dismissed by the state. Court records indicate the next hearing is scheduled for early May 2026.
