Just got to get her now. >> Well, she is as of right now. No mischievous somewhere. She'll come back. She doesn't get trespassed. This woman was initially charged with battery on a Leo, criminal mischief for $1,000 or more, and disorderly conduct. A bond is set at $7,650, which she later posted. The prosecutor later added another charge for battery on a person 65 years of age or older, and she would eventually plead no contest to all four charges. The judge adjudicated her guilty of battery on a Leo and disorderly conduct, but withheld adjudication on the criminal mischief and battery on an elderly person. [music] She was sentenced to time served in jail and 36 months of supervised probation. In that probation, she had to complete her mental health court and clinical assessment and submit to random drug and alcohol testing at least twice a week. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim, stay the hell away from Walmart, and pay another $1,665 in cost and fees along with some restitution. Moving on to the next case where this drunk girl gets arrested after assaulting two elderly women in a Walmart parking lot. >> I hope that old [ __ ] up here on my soul. I'm I'm going to put my hands on them. >> I've never did nothing but weed and alcohol before. >> But you just said you're not drunk. How could that be? >> It is March 23rd, 2026. She grabbed me and ripped my jewelry off and she choked my cousin. >> Okay. >> She's crazy as hell. She's got a black bathing suit. >> So, is there more than one person? >> What? With her? She's there outside and by herself for a long time. >> Now, I'm asking if whoever did this, was there one more than one person or was there one person? >> She was the only one attacking us. >> Okay. And what car did she get into? who was black and and she had another friend who was with her that they left. >> They left her. >> The black truck is the one that she got into. >> I don't know. That black truck that was sitting there whenever they saw you pulling in, they took off and I don't know where he's gone now. >> It that truck that was off. >> I don't know. >> There's a girl over there trying to arrest someone. >> What? >> 1953. >> Huh? What's happening? >> The drunk explanation doesn't make anything easy to understand here. Can you imagine going to Walmart drunk at night in this outfit and just harass people? >> Well, tell me. >> Go ask her. She's so She's so funny. >> I'm asking you, >> bro. She's soing funny. No, she's funny. She's funny. Doesn't mean you're in the wrong. >> No, it's called somebody come up at me. I'm with black people and they want to say all this [ __ ] Oh, she's doing this, this, that, and the third. And then, oh, oh, she's doing that because she's with this person. This is the Oh, that that [ __ ] THAT JUST PULLED OFF RIGHT THEN, BRO. Oh my. So, she was just a [ __ ] that was coming up in my bro. Bro, bro, my soul, bro. Y just got me. >> We're just trying to figure out what's happening. It's part of >> I have I don't have time for this [ __ ] >> Is your here? >> No time. Signal 15 rocket lanes. NO, I HAVE TIME FOR IT. YES, YOU'RE RIGHT. >> You're right. But that's why I'm trying to get myself [ __ ] straight because of all of this [ __ ] bro. >> As soon as I figure out what happened, >> that white [ __ ] wanted to pull up talking about some [ __ ] [ __ ] that didn't even happen to her. Like, what happened to her? >> I want I haven't been able to talk to her. I'm asking what happened. What happened from your point of view? >> I'm letting you know that [ __ ] didn't happen to her. >> You stand with her, >> bro. So, it looks like the cop's not getting anywhere with this one. We go back to the victims to ask what happened. >> Understand anything? >> No, I did not. >> I'm just calm down just a little bit. We were coming through and she was staggering over and she thought that we were trying to cut her off. >> Walking down the middle of the road >> of the road and we come on past them and took off. >> She started beating on my car >> and she started beating on her car real bad. >> Alexis, where's she beating on it? I didn't haven't even looked at till just >> she just started beating on the side of my car. When she did that, we jumped out and she went full tilt crazy then and she grabbed her. She choked me, scratched my eye. And at that point, I grabbed the back of her hair and to pull her off of her. >> Can you face this way? >> Yeah. Look that way. I'm just trying to use a lighter. >> Yeah. >> Weren't she scratching? >> She's She hit me in the face. She punched you >> right there. >> Okay. >> See right there? Yeah. >> And where'd she get you? >> I don't She She just Yeah, she just broke one of my bracelets somewhere. I don't know. She broke one. >> You guys want to press charges for battery? >> I want her to go to jail. >> Okay. >> Now, I don't I'm from Tennessee. I have to stay in town for this. She don't need to be out in public. >> How old are you? It says 65 and I'm 70. >> I'm 70 years old. >> She's got markings to her neck. You can see a visible scratch right here. >> Um, so her bracelet was broken somewhere around here. >> Basically, what happened is they were coming down the road just trying to find a parking spot and she was walking down willy-nilly and was started beating on the side of the car. So, they got out and she freaked her [ __ ] >> Oh, so she was punching the car. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Oh, look. I thought she said she was driving and >> but her friends that were like near like dip. They were like she was crying. >> They split. >> Okay. >> As soon as this woman goes nuts, her friend immediately ditches her. Smart move on their part. >> My husband's gonna have a heart attack when he hears about 693. >> You have any more scratchings on your neck? No, I don't. I don't have any scratch. She didn't scratch me. I mocked her one time, but no, >> you just find this bracelet. >> I I have a red bracelet way back there. >> Yeah. Back where she >> Oh, I see a piece of it. >> You see it? >> A piece of it. contact start. >> That's it. >> Wait, wait. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> Yeah. >> I believe this is going to be a filming now just because of your guys' age. >> Are you kidding? >> Oh, if you're above the age of 65 and over, it upgrades the enhancement on it. You can't touch what they would consider like retirement age. I do. I need to call my husband and tell him I'm up here at Walmart with the police. >> You're about to have to leave. >> You going to be here much longer. >> My husband is going to die. He's going to die. He's in Tennessee at home. I told her we shouldn't come up here in the dark. >> Well, I never dreamed this would happen. >> She needs to shut the hell up. >> I I mean, she she needs to know she can't do this and get away with it. >> Well, cuz your guys's age is enhanced. >> Yeah. Because you guys are 65 and above. I think it automatically makes it a felony. >> Does it? >> Uhhuh. >> These poor elderly ladies. I mean, it's definitely not safe to go to Walmart at night. The crazies are going to be out there. Like this one, for example. >> Calm down just a second. >> No, I'm not. >> I said I said just calm down. It's okay. We're going to get everything figured out, okay? Just hang tight right here. It's okay. Just breathe. Okay. >> I know. I know. >> I know. I know you just got done talking about >> coffee. >> It's okay. Just breathe. >> I can't. >> It's okay. Just breathe. Try not to get let your emotions get the best of you. Okay. Well, tire come back up this [ __ ] on my side. What's crazy is she called back in front of me and she she got mad at me because I accidentally bumped into her car. >> All right, just hang tight for us. Okay, figured out our ass, bro. Oh my god. Don't say that. >> Come right here for me. >> Stay out of the car for just a second. Okay. >> Hello. Right. >> Hang out right here. Hang out right here. M stay stay right here. I'm telling you to stay by the vehicle. I hear you. >> Stay by the vehicle. >> I hear >> Let's go back to the vehicle. >> Just hang tight. Just stay by the vehicle for me. And now we move on to this lovely case where police at Walmart had to deal with a really poopy situation. >> Stop moving. >> I had to eat my jeans. Hey, he's he's got all over. >> God damn it. He's got it all over himself. >> February 19th, 2026. Cops get to a shoplifting incident at Walmart. Now, what they didn't know yet was that this suspect was covering himself in poop before his arrest. >> We just real quick, >> you were watching him on camera or foot into the store. >> You recognized him immediately >> as somebody that's been trespassed before. For what? >> Stealing. >> Stealing. Okay. Same thing. >> Uh, walks in, grabs the backpack off the rack, pop the tags, starts concealing clothes, laundry stuff in there. >> This is your backpack, too, right? >> 100%. Yes, sir. >> So, all this is damaged, too. >> Yeah, >> because you're not going to be able to resell this. >> Yeah. No, that's over. >> Yeah. What do you guys just mark it as? >> They going to throw it out. They going to claim it out. >> Okay. So he starts concealing. >> Starts concealing. >> Did you confront him at any point? >> Nope. Not until uh he was about to exit on the pharmacy side. >> Okay. >> And uh >> So that's on that side, but then he came out this way. >> Yeah. He walked out like got by our office pretty much. We approached him. Tried to just get him to drop the merch. >> Did you identify yourself? >> Yeah. Cuz he's just making Yeah, >> like he did. >> He didn't show any weapons or anything like that. >> So after that, uh, he headed back to the grocery. >> So he never dropped it. He kept the bag with him. >> He wasn't listening to you. >> He just went to the grocery >> and he came out the grocery side. Okay. And that's when we showed up and >> you pointed them out. >> All right. Did um, and you are loss prevention, right? >> All right. And on on behalf of Walmart, you want to press charges on this individual for coming back after being warned and stealing property? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Is there anything else you want to add? >> No, sir. >> All right. That's it. You Yeah. Take do your itemize receipt. Let me know how much that was. >> After speaking with loss prevention, it's time for the cop to deal with the shoplifter. And again, brace yourself. This is going to be nasty. >> Stop. >> Get on the ground right now. >> Hey, where you go? Here you go. >> You're going to get laid up. >> Stop. Stop moving, >> leprechaun. Shoot him. >> Stop moving. >> Leon, >> stop. >> Leprechaun. Oh, this a leprechaun. >> Stop. Tell my jeans. Tell my jeans. >> Stop moving. >> I had to eat. I can't get your wrist. >> The wrist won't. >> PUT YOUR WRIST TOGETHER. >> PUT YOUR WRIST TOGETHER. >> There you go. >> There's a point about my bro. >> He got whatever he's drinking. I got it all over me. >> Well, it gives the phrase he's full of [ __ ] a whole new meaning. And the officer was arresting him without gloves. Disgusting. But hey, at least today we learned a new thing. Tasers don't work if you're covered in poop. >> When we give you a lawful order, you stop. You don't get to keep running away. You don't get to keep walking away. >> See, T see you see Tanya. [ __ ] just shot me. >> No, she got ted because you don't listen. >> T got me going going to this, man. This ain't right, man. You're responsible for the decisions you make. >> He's got I need >> Hey, he's he's got >> him. >> Yeah, I need I need to get >> decon. I need to take a bath cuz I need the shirt on. >> God damn it. I ain't about what you >> Hey, I got to go wash up, dude. >> Don't be rough on me, man. I'm a baby. >> You're not a baby. >> Yes, I am. >> You think I'm a baby, but you're not a baby. >> Okay. I just thought babies covered themselves in poop >> one time that I'm running out of hand gloves. Like that. I really really would have used gloves. All right. Ask the Victor question. >> Just start wiping us down. >> A little bit of Lysol. >> Here. >> [ __ ] >> I'm going to throw up. >> Just get it wet. Is this >> Yeah, you don't want to put Kevside on your hand. That's not good. >> That's horrible. >> This is like hazard pain. >> My favorite. Just watch him for me. >> I was just going to put some poop. I got poop all over me. >> Yeah, I'm put gloves on. I ran out of gloves. >> I know, but just in case you get swirly. >> I got to change your >> Yeah, but it didn't really work because of the sweater. No, I had to I had to do a leg sweep to get them on the ground. So, I guess that's a use control. >> Yeah, it's not going to be use control for that anyway. Doesn't matter. >> Anything other than just dump that in the ground. Go like this first. Flip >> your hand. >> Uh, I still got to wash. >> Wash this right here again. >> Here. Just throw me some more on there and I'll go wash my hands inside. >> Flip it. Flip it. Let me see the other side. Yeah. Watch. >> The back of your hand. The back hand. Just in case. Got to give it to these officers, man. To be a cop, you really need to enjoy catching bad guys cuz no amount of pay is worth dealing with this [ __ ] No pun intended. >> [ __ ] merchant assistant officer. >> Every time I get out, just got out. You got to shoot me. >> So, you should listen now. >> Shut the >> I hate you. >> I want to get the away from you. I hate y'all. You're going to get away from here. >> I was just going to go over on the other side, man. I just had to get some clothes about this. Y'all trying to keep me down. >> I got to go. >> You want to [ __ ] me? >> It's just over there trying to you mad cuz I want to go trying to hold me down. You >> hate y'all [ __ ] I'm get away. Get away cuz y'all [ __ ] like but don't want to admit it and then try holding me down. You watch you a [ __ ] >> You supposed to be a wait for that hydroxide and ass >> and then I'll do the uh then I'll use >> y'all want to hold me down. >> You sit down and shut your ass up. You trespassing. The man is charged with trespassing, petty theft, resisting without violence, and resisting during the recovery of property. His nasty ass is found guilty on the charge of petty theft, and resisting without violence. He was sentenced to 162 days in jail. Moving on to the next case now, where police are going to surprise a shoplifter while she was on the job. >> Go get her. >> Please stop, y'all. >> Okay, let's do it. >> Please stop. >> Go down [clears throat] to the ground. It's December 28th, 2024. Cops are at Walmart after a woman is caught stuffing items into every available space in her clothing. And here's what happened next. >> They hit me on the radio. >> We're watching her right now. >> Uh, we got her on camera. Just like a bag. Hey there, Dennis. 24. >> I feel like I recognize her. I think she used to be somebody I know. Mhm. So, >> is it that lady with her pinned up? >> The orange thing. >> Yeah. With the jacket on. >> Mhm. >> So, you don't want me to go like micro pockets and leave? >> Oh, no. So, uh we call y'all when they conceal stuff like that just in case they make a boat for it or weapons or anything like that, but right now he's keeping a good eye on it over there. Just kind of having him hang out until she leaves. just to make sure everything's, you know, okay on her end. >> Mhm. >> And we're not putting ourselves in harm's way. >> So, you don't want to get her just on concealment. >> Maybe try to get her walking out, but she does with the merchandise. If we got her on camera, she was on the that purse aisle right there. Stuff in the back behind her. The more we get on her, the more we can have an incentive to never let her back in. >> Okay. >> And what I was telling him on my face, she's got a knife. Really one of the bigger reasons we called. [laughter] Let me get my money. >> Hey. >> Yeah, I'm going to ask him. What's that guy's >> name? >> Mother. >> In the end, he was charged with resisting without violence and battery. Moving on to this Walmart where a very angry woman thinks she's entitled to free stuff. >> Stop fighting with us. >> I'm not fighting. I'm just telling you. >> Taser. Taser. Taser. >> For what? >> For what? Why are you >> Why are you Let's go. >> YOU'RE going to KILL ME. MY GOD. OH, give me your hand. >> On August 24th here, 2024 in Wauo, Wisconsin, cops get a call from this Walmart's loss prevention, advising that a female suspect was stealing items from the store by altering their prices at selfch checkckout. So, when the cops got to the store, she attempts to return all the items to customer service, but it's too late. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> What's that? >> She's at the service desk right now. >> Okay. What's going on? >> Um, she just started stealing. She was using a different ticket to protect us. >> Okay. >> We pulled her in here. She's like all crazy. So they'll be in this job cuz she's trying to return. So >> Okay. So she has So she has a legitimate return right now. >> She's returning. Well, she never paid for the items that she's returning the stuff that she used. So she used like $10 short ticket, right? She had >> So while the cops are trying to talk to the employee, this woman is trying to stroll out like this thing didn't really involve her. But they quickly stopped her and kept her from leaving. >> Hi. >> Hey. >> Hey. We got to talk to you. >> No, you don't. But don't walk with me like that because you don't know me. We don't got no problem. I just got done exchanging everything. They got everything together. This was paid for. I just >> Okay. So, what's this misunderstanding? >> Cuz they said I under wrong, but they can't find these shorts. Like I told them, I'm going to pay for everything under spent. $500 a year. Okay. >> 250 in one line and 200 another line. He said I under wrong, but how did I under ring so I pay for everything else full price besides two [ __ ] joggers? Get the [ __ ] out of here. Every single thing. >> So, how did how did four or five different shorts >> because for one, you're missing this is a totally different practice. These are all they're supposed to be on clearance, I guess. So, these are all things that I grabbed out of the store. So, that's what they run up at. And like I told him, I got all the items right there. So if you're wrong, you see I wrong plain as day. Every single item, everyone. But I'm not going to. And this is what I'm saying. So all I'm saying, all you have to do is come here. >> Now with probable cause, the cops go in to arrest her. And of course, she chose to resist. >> You guys want to? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. What are you doing? >> What are you doing? What the [ __ ] are you doing? What are you doing? >> What are you doing? >> Wow. She is riding that taser and keeps on arguing, then makes it even worse by hanging on to the officer's taser like it was hers. Honestly, one of the worst choices she could have made. >> Step out. I am a pregnant woman. >> Why did you stay on my wrist like that? I'm a pregnant woman. Hold on. I don't got no problem not resisting. I can't I can't lay on my tough layers. I'm pregnant. I can't lay on my phone. I'm pregnant. I'm not refusing. >> Man, she took two whole zaps and kept resisting, forcing the cops to deploy another like taking down a mammoth. >> I'm not refusing. I am a pregnant woman. >> Taser. >> I am A PREGNANT WOMAN. >> [screaming] >> I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Relax. >> Nothing. >> Relax. Woo! >> Hey, >> get you some better training, Miss Lady. You didn't have to punch me. >> You didn't have to punch me. You didn't have to knee me because I wasn't resistant. You had no right to put your hands on me. None whatsoever, Miss Lady, because I wasn't resistant. I didn't lay on my stomach because I was pregnant. When you told me to slide down, I slid down, but I didn't get on my stomach. She punched my soul. >> Hey, for everything. Everything. That state fault. That stay fault. They let you leave. She is lower there. I was ready to leave. I paid for everything back with a sheet. >> Y'all did all this [ __ ] >> Let's It's in the lower abdomen. So, let's wait. >> I paid for everything. She came in here, her phone being frozen on the screen. So, I took the SIM out, put in one of the demo phones to see about send a text from our tablet to see if I can search her order in the system. It wasn't recognizing the SIM, so it couldn't send a message. So, I took SIM out and put it back in her phone. I tried power and cycle the phone cuz it's frozen. It wouldn't get past that part like it powered down and went back to the same thing. Now, she's saying that she had two SIMs, but the thing is the phone only takes one SIM. It has a micro SD slot, but there was no micro SD slot. >> Okay. And >> there's there's five scenarios to us. >> I understand what we we already told you that you know the associate already told you that he hasn't any SIM card or anything like that, but you don't want to understand that. So, >> let me lead you, lady. >> Okay. So, >> may I >> What? What are you trying to show me? >> What? What is it you're trying to show me? >> Can I speak to you? >> I We can talk right here. They said there was a problem with the person that sold the phone to me, which is a corporation. It doesn't matter. So, I bring the phone back again. I had a SIM card in it, of course, that was supplied. And then I put a memory SD in it. The SD all of a sudden went missing. Then I'm asking for service. And then, but hold up. The whole problem is somebody else on my phone, which they won't regulate. Where's all the four others? >> Well, at this point, the issue you're maybe having, the complaint you're trying to make is not going to be handled here. It can't be resolved at this level. So, the only option you have is to contact his office that he represents, the company he represents, and file a complaint directly through the company. >> You want me to you want me to contact um Eric? >> Who's Eric? >> You want me to show you? >> I'll let you know is that what's going on here is not resolving anything. >> So, because of the disturbance you're causing at the store, he's going to ask you to leave. >> And the only way you can resolve this complaint? >> Yes, you have. >> I'm asking them. Bring your knees up. >> What I'm going to do is I'm going to try to push you back towards your knees. >> I never want you. >> All right. >> I never want you.
